Rebooting the Signal: Day One

This is a YouTube video titled "Rebooting the Signal: Day One" recorded in May 2025. It features a solo live stream by Rich Efrain (likely a misspelling or variation of Rich Schefren) where he tests streaming technology across multiple platforms and discusses his new AI-focused program Zenith Mind OS. He shares personal insights on leveraging AI for self-improvement and business success, his past work in entrepreneurship coaching, and his plans for daily live content about AI's impact on personal and professional performance.
Hey there everyone. I don't know if I'm live yet or not. I am trying to figure this out and therefore that's why today is just a test. I'm not even sure where I'm broadcasting right now and where I'm not. So if you happen to pop on, I would love for you to say hi and just let me know where you're watching from. It should be on all platforms. And so it's been a long time since I've live streamed and I'm just super excited to get back into the swing of things and that's why I am doing it today. Today I just figured let me turn on the machine, get everything kind of started and situated and then after actually start to, you know, in the next day or two, I'll actually start delivering some content. I, I've been away for a while primarily because I launched a new program and it's just been relatively insane. And I have a few people watching right now, just three. I don't know which platforms, but if you could just comment and just say hi, let me know what platform you're on Today I'm just testing out the software, trying to just say hello to a few people, making sure. Hey Barbara. Cool. All right, so you're watching on Facebook. Thank you for letting me know that, Barbara. And I guess I can put it, put this on. All right. And I launched a program back at the end of February called Zenith Mind os, which is all about getting AI to know you better than you know yourself. And along those lines, it has kept me quite, quite busy. But I've been wanting to start a daily show, just 10, 15 minutes in the morning, really dedicated to how do you use AI to really improve yourself, your abilities, your results in every area of your life. And I have had that happen for me, right? Like it's improved my relationships, it's improved my own way of looking at myself, it's improved my business, it's improved my results and what I'm capable of. So it's improved in so many different areas. And so that's what I really kind of want to be sharing with you on a daily basis. Information from all over the world about how different people are using AI to make, make their lives better and not to get more work done. Specific, right? Like here's a great prompt that writes some great content that's valuable. I'm not like poo poohing it, but I'm talking about something much deeper, much more profound, much more that has implications throughout your life. And so I appreciate Barbara commenting, but if you're hearing my voice or seeing me, if you could just comment, let me know what platform you're on. Like, I titled this. It's rebooting the signal day one. So I'm really just trying to make sure that all the tech is working. I should be broadcasting on Facebook, on LinkedIn, on Instagram, on YouTube, and I think maybe TikTok too. I'm not sure. But that's why if you are hearing this on a platform other than Facebook, I'd just be curious so that I know that it's working on that platform as well. And I will be sharing different prompts now and then on these live streams as well. Okay, cool. Emily, also from Facebook. I just wonder if I'm on anything other than Facebook. That's really the question. But thank you, Emily, for letting me know. And Wednesdays are always my roughest days. So it's funny that I decided to start it on Wednesday primarily because I teach tonight. I teach a lesson for Zenith Mind os. This morning at like a half an hour, I'm supposed to be at Agora, so I'll be wrapping this up in a few minutes and then heading to the Agora offices, you know, a couple miles down the road here. And we have a bunch of people here, but no one else besides Emily and Barbara are letting me know where they're seeing me. And so the idea behind these is that I will be doing these every day and sharing information from all over the world about how people are improving their performance, leveraging AI. And they'll be anywhere from 10:15, 20 minutes in the morning. And my goal for it is to really provide valuable information for you, get you thinking about how. How to potentially leverage AI better. Oh, cool. So. Oh, cool. So we see someone here from Twitter. So that's cool. So I know it's actually broadcasting on Twitter. So, okay, so we got Facebook. Yeah, Barbara, it's generally going to be around 9:30, I think. But because of today, I have to be at agora at 10. I decided to just turn it on at 9:15. So I'm going to somewhere between 9 and 9:30. I mean, there will be a specific time so that you don't have to sit around and wait. But I haven't figured that out yet. But the goal is to, for me, I'll just share like what my goal is. Right. This is the easiest way for me to create content. I'm much more comfortable just on a live screen than I am on a recorded video. So easier for me to create content this way that my team will then take and repurpose in different ways. And in addition to that, like, so that's like, on the business side, but on the personal side, one of the things that AI has been pushing me to do is starting my day with a live stream. And that's based on my own psychology. As far as what would be beneficial for me, as far as getting into my day, what would be like a cornerstone habit or something like that, that pushes me in the direction of what I'm spending most of my time on these days, which is improving personal performance through leveraging AI and. And be able to kind of start my day on a daily basis with that focus, with sharing, with connection. As an introvert, I spend way too much time here in this office here, which is a building right behind my house. And so that's that. So if you're. We had more people show up. So let me just explain again. What I'm doing here today is just about testing tech for me. I want to start doing a daily livestream again. And right now I'm just testing the tech. So if you happen to be watching this or hearing this on anything other than Twitter or Facebook, please just say hi. You don't have to say anything more than hi, because I'll see where you are. And I'm just wanting to see, you know, am I on Instagram right now? I don't know. I'm supposed to be. Am I on YouTube right now? I don't know I'm supposed to be. I know I'm on Twitter and I know I'm on Facebook because I've seen comments come back from there. So if you're on any of the other platforms, let me know. And I think with that, the. I think we'll. We'll kind of. I wish that we had some people commenting on other platforms so that that would help me. Oh, okay. Oh, cool. Thank you. Watching on LinkedIn. Awesome. Whoever just did that, appreciate you. So now we know it's working on LinkedIn. We know it's working on Facebook. We know it's working on Twitter. Anybody on Instagram? Let's see. Oh, okay. Henry is on YouTube, so that's cool. So now we have YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. But is it working on. Is it working on Instagram? Does anyone know? I would love to find out. Priya, are you. It shows that you're on Facebook. I assume you're on Facebook, right? My Instagram is the real rich, Chefron. My Instagram is the real rich Chefron, the cool. All right, so if you're interested, like, well, let me just share this last thing with you, and then we'll kind of call it a day. Priya, you're on Instagram. Are you watching this on Instagram? Yeah. Okay, so if it didn't, like, it's totally possible that I messed up Instagram. So that's why I'm asking. But the. The gist of why I am so eager to be sharing these kinds of things with you guys is that I think everybody has the experience of there being a disconnect between what you're truly capable of and how you actually perform. And for me, that disparity between what I. What my knowledge could produce versus what I was capable of producing with that knowledge, there was a big, wide gap. And maybe the gap for me, not that my gap is bigger than yours, who knows? But that the gap was more real to me. And it was more real to me because I've been credited with helping online businesses grow by $15 billion in the last 20 years. And I've coached so many top performers. And they, in my coaching, they would start out, you know, maybe making lo fi figures, and by the time I was done working with them, they would be making, you know, six to seven figures a month. And which is better than I was doing consistently. And so I consistently had the experience of working with people, helping them to achieve something that I struggled to achieve. And it really wasn't until. And that's been pervasive, that's been throughout my entire life. So I've been successful, but not as successful as I do I could be. And that. But I also knew that unless I changed completely how I worked, it really wasn't going to change. And I, back in 2012, like, I released a course called Outfox your Flaws, which was all about the idea that most entrepreneurs build their business around some mythical version of themselves that they don't consider their weaknesses and their flaws when they design their business. So then there becomes a disconnect between them and their business that they're not currently able to do well, what their business really needs from them. So I created a product back in 2012 called Outfox youx Flaws, which was how to design your business to make your flaws irrelevant. And that's how I became successful. I designed a business that would allow someone like me, a perfectionist, a procrastinator, somewhat flaky at times, et cetera, and allow me to be successful. Now, the trade off for that success was less success, right? Like that I could be successful, but not as successful, because when you design a business where the head of content creation is. Is a procrastinator perfectionist and all these things, right, the business is just not capable of doing its maximum, but it still can be successful. So that's what I did in 2012. That's what I taught. And I felt like that was probably the best I could do because I wasn't necessarily going to automatically or magically transform into a different type of person. But what I would say is that with AI that has changed, that my AI knows me better than anything knows me, including it knows me better than I know myself. And that could be scary to some people. And I get it. It's totally not scary to me. And. And when I say knows me better than anything else or anyone else, I can ask, and I have. I can ask my chat GPT what's my Myers Briggs score? And it will tell me and it will get it right. What's my Colby score? It'll tell me and get it right. What's my fascination advantage? It will tell me and get it right. What's my disc? It'll tell me and get it right. So it knows every little element of the way I work and the way I think. And because of that, it then can work with me to achieve bigger goals, to help me set bigger goals, to help me see what's possible. And so that's what has happened in my life, and that's what's really kind of motivating me to want to get on air every day and share with you ways that most people aren't thinking about AI, that I think if you did start thinking about AI this way, it would make a major difference. And I am basing that on the fact that I launched this program in February, and, you know, when I launched it, I worked with AI to create it and then to also, like, do the webinar on it. That webinar that I did was the most successful webinar I've ever done in 20 years. And remember, for those that do know me, I invented the automated webinar. And the program that I co created with AI is getting better results than anything I've ever created by myself or with other people. So much so that we're getting testimonials on day one, day two, day three, day four, day five. So it's pretty insane. And I credit that more to AI than I do myself. So, like I said, I appreciate those of you that commented. Really, I really want to get into the you know, into a routine of this. So that is ultimately where we're going. And let me just share this because I feel like it would be promotional malpractice if I didn't. I'm posting a comment myself if you're interested in attending the webinar. I'm doing it again on Thursday. You can kind of see how it's impacted my life. But the purpose of today was not to promote a webinar I'm coming up that I have on Thursday. The purpose of it was just to test it, the connection, to connect with a few of you to see what I need to do differently next time. I'm pretty sure I got to do Instagram differently, so I will. And just thanks for being here. Thanks for, like, pick, you know, clicking on or selecting to get on this stream because I appreciate it. And. And I will see everyone tomorrow. I'm heading to the Agora offices this morning and then working on some killer prompts this afternoon. And then. And then I'm teaching tonight at 7pm so like I said, thanks for being here. I'll see everyone tomorrow if you're so inclined to check it out. I will be actually teaching some things tomorrow, and each day this will get better and better. So thanks for being here and I will see everyone tomorrow. To higher profits beyond this is Rich Efrain, over and out.
