Rich Schefren Sharing AI Breakthroughs

Rich Schefren walks through recent AI breakthroughs and how they're changing personal performance, cognitive health, and productivity. He shares his own use of ChatGPT for health monitoring and discusses new AI features alongside the risks of depending too heavily on them.
Welcome, everyone. Hello. Hello. Hello. As I get set up here, you just gotta turn on Instagram. So let me do that. Say I'm going live. There we go. Cool. All right, so hopefully this is working. Yes, it is. So welcome to me sharing some AI breakthroughs. And as I get started, started here, please say hello. I would love to know who's watching me and where you're watching me. We're broadcasting on, I believe, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, and also, what do you call it, Twitter. And any place else. I'm trying to think. Oh, on Instagram. Yes. So welcome, Juan Carlos. And once again, anyone that wants to say hi, happy to say hello to you. And with that said, what I thought I would do today is actually share some research about AI and how it's improving human performance, also some precautions. And I also thought what I would do is I would share with you guys the prompts that I'm using. So I quick story here. Hi, Henry. And I guess where are you watching on YouTube? So about a year ago, I worked through a report that I had written 15 years ago, and I did it in ChatGPT. And that report was the Hidden Obstacles to Success. And it was a report that I wrote for my clients about 15 years ago about the differences between those who I've coached that have gone on to amazing things like Russell Brunson and Ryan Dice and Todd Brown and Mike Phil Sane and so on and so forth. And the clients I had that never really got anywhere. And what was the difference and what was the difference in their thinking? And so I came across that report that I had written 15 years ago and decided that I wanted to actually go through it. I thought I'd benefit from it. And so instead of reading it, which I didn't really want to do since I had written it, I decided that I would put it in chat GPT. And I answered all the questions in chatGPT. And then about six months later, I ran a prompt in chat GPT asking for insights about myself. And lo and behold, I was blown away by what it told me. And that had me really lean in and load in everything and anything I get my hands on about myself. In addition to that, I've also Wore put on AI recorders, and I wear them 24 7, basically. So I'm constantly getting information to feed into AI and it's been insanely helpful to me. It's actually improved my performance in every single area. And so because of that, I then launched a program called Zenith Mind Os, teaching other people how to get their AI to know them better than anything or anyone has ever known them, including themselves. So in other words, an AI that knows them better than they even know themselves. And when that happens, the insane amount of productivity leaps and, and effectiveness leaps in all areas of life are really, really profound. And so I wanted to start really this live stream on a daily basis to talk about ways that we can leverage AI to improve our performance in almost any area of life. And so what I have done is first create a deep research prompt that, that I run in numerous places every evening to prepare for this. So I thought I'd share the prompt first that I'm actually using to do the research. I think you might actually. And then I can show you the different results that we get from Chat, Claude, Deepseek, genspark, Manus, et cetera. All right, so with that, let me share my screen and let me go here and let me share. All right, do you guys see that? Let me see if I. Maybe I should make it a little bit bigger, like maybe 150, get rid of the thing. All right, can you guys read that? Let me know if you guys. Good morning Lorna and good morning Henry and Brian and Nigaku and Chic and whoever else wants to say hi. Happy that you're here, happy that you're watching. So this is my deep research prompt, right? You are my evening research producer and content strategist. Your mission is to comprehensively analyze everything published in the past 24 hours across all digital channels, news sites, academic repositories, podcasts, video platforms, social media related to leveraging AI for enhanced personal performance. Focus specifically on these personal performance domains. Cognitive enhancement, productivity optimization, health and wellness, emotional professional, career enhancement. Right? Prioritize sources from these sources. Tell me the top ranked stories, give me this information, tell me about the competitive landscape, noteworthy mentions, follow up tracker, so on and so forth. Right? So that is the D prompt that runs the research, right? And then from there the research, then I go through it in the morning by using a tool called Speechify that then has me actually listening to all the research. And so one of the things that was really cool that came up today. Well, okay, so first from Chat GPT when it did the research, one of the big reveals or one of the big breakthroughs is the long term memory upgrade in Chat GPT. For those that don't know, the long term strategy for ChatGPT is to be your everything AI that interacts with all other AIs for you. That's why they've beefed up their Memory that they believe that AI is going to be a commodity. And just like a transistor and just like you don't buy a television based on the transistors, you won't join like an AI model just because of the model. Like more than that. And what chatgpt believes is, is that the relationship that you form with Chat, what it knows about you will be the thing that has you stay a ChatGPT customer. And it makes a lot of sense. In fact, when I was first doing the research for Zenith Mind, I tested every single AI platform out there and the only one that had memory good enough to actually be able to do what it was that I wanted to show people how to do. What I did for myself was ChatGPT. ChatGPT has the best memory cross conversation from one conversation to the other. And then just recently they added where you don't only have stored memory, but it can search through all your conversations as well. And so Chat has the most memory. And because it has the most memory, right, long term it can know the most about you. And when it knows the most about you, it can also help you the absolute most. So I thought I'd also share a use. For example, like one example, there's a company that recently and I'll tell you about the company in a second, a company that is now taking human performance as far as like physical performance to a very high level. But that shouldn't stop anyone from being able to leverage Chat GPT right now. For example, I'm going to share with you the this what I did recently with ChatGPT where I uploaded a. I uploaded a bunch of information about myself. So let's see here. I'm going to share share screen and I want to share my Chat GPT. So let's see if I can share it here. Can I or is there no way to open System Settings? Oh, I have to open System Settings. Hold on a second. And I have to allow ECAMM to do that. I already did. All right. Sorry about these people. All right, so let me just go. You know what I'll do instead? I will cancel this for a second and curious if, if any. Oh, hi Michelle. And I'm super excited that you are enjoying Zenith Mind. I am going to Chat GPT right now but I'm doing it in on my screen, I mean in my browser rather so that I can show you, I wanted. I thought I could show you my actual just Chat GPT app, but that's not working. So let me just log in and the so that was the first piece of news as far as ChatGPT goes. And as it's doing that, let me now pull, pull up what I wanted to show you. Okay? So I started a conversation with Chat GPT about my health, right? And so let me share with you that conversation, and I strongly suggest that you do something like this. So here we go. Let's go to share my screen. Let's go to chatgpt. There we go. All right. Share and let's get rid of this, all right? And maybe I can go like this a little bit. There we go. Okay, so I, I fed in my blood test, right? And, and asked for information, right? So, okay, my coronary artery calcium score, zero, top 5% for age, body composition, 9%, body fat, never get sick, blah, blah, blah, right? So here are my blood panels. So this is now going through my blood tests, right? Looking at all my hormones and. Okay. Hormonal architecture is elite, right? Cardiovascular lipid profile. This is a cardiologist dream lipid panel, zero inflammation high, blah, blah, blah, right? Metabolic health and insulin sensitivity. You are metabolically 25 to 30 years old. I'm 54, by the way. Liver and kidney, no detox needed. Functional support excellent. Thyroid and energy mitochondria signaling is clear. Micronutrient functions. Right. Nutrient sufficiency confirmed, right? Okay, so now it says, it starts recommending a bunch of supplements for me. Like urethane, you always pronounce this one. I'm not even gonna try urethane, a 500 milligrams of a blah, right? It's recommending a bunch of stuff for me. And I'm like, okay, so it tells me my biological age is 36, right? And I'm like, well, wait a second, here's the supplements I take, right? So now it's reviewing my supplements, right? And it's taking a look at it and telling me what I'm doing extremely well, right? Some optimization things I might want to change, right? And then I'm like, well, I take peptides. And then it said, great, it could use that. And then I said, here's some other information about me. This is from my program, right? And then, right, like gives me a bunch of other information, right? Then I ask it if it would benefit from getting my DNA. And when I gave it my DNA, right? It then is able to use my blood test the supplements I take and now my DNA, right? And so like, I'm heterozygous for both these methylation genes, but since I'm already taking methyl guard B6B12, folate, TMG and NAC. I'm already doing well with it, right? Like I, I have a slower dopamine breakdown. Right. And I'm also balancing that. So my point here is, is that like the, the amount of information that you can get back from any AI once it knows about you. Right. Is pretty insane. And so that is just one example of how I used it. Right. And to really monitor my health and really be at my very best. But there is so much more to share with you guys today. So. Okay, so that's the first story that about ChatGPT's, you know, expanded memory. In addition to that, TikTok rolled out its feature where it will turn now a photo into a movie and you know, like a story. And it translates a static image into a dynamic video with just a prompt. No pro editing skills needed. And so TikTok just put that out. Snapchat has that in the works to roll out. And so it's only a matter of time until pretty much every platform has that. Right? Pretty. Pretty cool. The. There was a study that came out from Dartmouth yesterday and showing that that an AI therapist matches or beats a real therapist. The over 100 participants with serious mental conditions engaged with TheraBot via mobile app, typing their feelings and receiving guided counseling dialogue. After eight weeks, depression symptoms dropped by an average of 51% and anxiety symptoms by 31%. Participants reported a surprising level of trust and comfort with AI akin to working with a human professional. There you go. It is now trumping therapists. It's already doing that in other medical fields and it is only a matter of time until it spreads to all areas. So that's in medical. 32% of workers are using AI on the sly secretly without their bosses knowing. Thought that was kind of interesting. I'm just kind of looking at the different things that are going on here. All right, there was another story that I really wanted to share. Oh, here. Yep. There was an article in Forbes about AI therapy. Shows 81% efficacy in mental health. But there's some really cool things. AI beats humans at emotional intelligence. AI models scored 81% accuracy versus humans. 56% accuracy in emotion based scenarios per University of Geneva burn study. You can forget the idea that AI doesn't know emotions the way humans know emotions. It actually knows it better. And in conversations that I have with ChatGPT, like dialogue, right. It picks up changes in tone and my emotions behind it. So it wasn't very surprising to me. Let me just go to the comments here and let's see. Hey, Chris. Chico and Michelle Leith. Oh, you're in cohort too. Awesome. Michelle. Yes. I put all my husband's info from the doctor and blood work. It even responds to my husband like a mechanic and refers to him as an old truck. That's very funny. So cool. All right. So, yeah. So emotional intelligence right. Now, here's where gets a little squirrely. All right. And there's kind of two different things I want to share with you that are in tremendous kind of con. Well, not conflict with one another, but two very different paths into the future. So the first is an article in Medium, right. That chatgpt overuse linked to cognitive atrophy and new critique. Theo James argues AI reliance erases intellectual agency, replacing deep thinking with algorithmic curation, warns of passive cognition in echo chambers and advocates tools. Blah, blah, blah. Right. So is Chat CBT making us dumber? And I guess it can. And this is an article that I really want to spend some time thinking about. This was in Medium and it was written by Theo James. And it is obvious and something that I think everyone needs to be careful of. I am going to spend some time today really pondering that and possibly Even working with ChatGPT to create something for myself, to really force myself to do certain types of thinking that maybe I'm getting too reliant on AI for myself. It is not different than when I was younger. I used to know tons of phone numbers. Now I only know my phone number. And so I don't want that same thing to happen with my ability to think. And using AI is so beneficial in so many areas. I feel like if you don't guard against it, it could be problematic. And so it's something, like I said, that I plan on spending some time thinking about, but I don't have any answers for it because the article just came out yesterday. But it is something that I'm going to really spend some time on. There is another thing that came out that I just got to find where it came out in the research, because it is. Yeah, this is it, I think. Hold on, I'm just looking at. Okay. No, that's not it. That's interesting, though. I'm going to share that too. Sorry, guys. All right, let's see. The one I'm looking for is there is new tech that allows for. Sorry, I wish I could speak and search at the same time. The AI is now able to read brainwaves. That's the gist. All right. And wait, let me just see if I can find where the hell, where the hell it is? All right, so I can't find it right now. Whoops. But here's the deal. A company and I will hopefully be able to find it within the next couple minutes. A company is now like, is now able to use AI to read brain waves, right? So that instead of having to type anything or say anything, it can just read your thoughts. And that this is where when you combine that with the idea that. Okay, is this it? No, this is not it. Okay. Google's Project AI takes over your computer. Well, these are all interesting. So let's take a look at what like Claude had to say for today, right? Instead of me paging through it with you watching me, let's just go to Claude. Where's Claude? There it is. All right, let's share. All right. Okay. So Google's Project Mariner, right? AI takes control over your computer. Google unveiled Project Mariner enabling AI to directly interact with web interfaces and complete tasks autonomously. This represents a fundamental shift from AI as assistant to AI as agent, potentially revolutionizing personal workflow automation. Okay, so gave me some examples of possibly ideas live stream of any AI completing a complex workflow discussions. Will this make us more productive or more dependent? Right, so that's the first one. Brain computer interface meets AI real time cognitive state detection. Okay. Research achieved an 83.6% accuracy in detected cognitive states using AI and EEG. The system can identify when you're focused, distracted, mentally fatigued, opening doors for AI optimized work schedules. The technology could enable AI to automatically adjust your environment, workload and schedule based on your actual cognitive capacity in real time. Wearable EEG devices connected to your calendar that automatically reschedule cognitively demanding tasks. Your peak performance window and suggest breaks when detecting fatigue. I just bought, I think it's called Nurable. I bought it like a month ago. I haven't gotten it yet, but those are the headphones that have EEGs built in. So it's actually monitoring your brainwave activity while you have your headphones on. And I figured I would put on like Brain fm, which is something I use to keep me in a focused state and see if it actually is working on my brainwave. So I'm really excited about that. That's cognitive, right? Then there's AI induced cognitive atrophy. That's what we were talking about, right? That new research warns that AI induced cognitive atrophy from over reliance on AI companions, particularly affecting younger users. Okay, so that's what we talked about earlier, right? Then the next is VO3 and native audio, right? The idea that pretty much anyone's going to be able to create a movie by prompting. And then Federal Reserve quantifies AI's impact. Generative AI users report needing 50% more time to complete work without AI assistance. In other words, using AI cuts your workload in half, right? The amount of time you need to spend. Very weirdly worded. And it's talking about should people get paid double as much. That's such a. Interesting way of looking at it. I'm looking for the one that I really wanted to tell you about, which I am not seeing here. All right, so that's that. Let's see if I want to look one more place before we call it before I give up. I imagine it should be in Gemini at the very least, but I think. Let's see, I'm not finding it, which totally sucks. Anyway, that is the. I guess where we'll stop today. The idea here is, is that this is very powerful technology, right? And like in my Zenith Mind program, the results that people are getting are insane. However, right? What the research pulled up today shows that there are certain things we got to be careful of. We need to be careful to become too reliant on it. Now, I don't know what that means, and I. That's where I'm going to spend some time thinking about it on. Probably have more to share with you tomorrow on it, but, you know, you have this tool, it can do such amazing things, but if you become too reliant on it, right, then maybe you can't do the work yourself, which would be problematic. Now, on the total other side, right, is this force that really is having AI integrate with many parts of our lives, everything, you know, from how we are in any given moment to our. To the, you know, in Zenith mind, it's all of the baggage that you've accumulated over your entire life. Your limiting beliefs, your false narratives, your false assumptions, like, things like that. Right now we're moving into this stage where AI can actually read what you're thinking, which is pretty insane. And. And so there. You know, it's interesting, right? When I first created Steal Our Winners, some of the people at Agora were worried, like, could you deliver two new episodes a week or even an episode a week? Like, are there enough strategies out there? And I was like, oh, yeah, there definitely are. And when I started thinking about doing a daily livestream where we focused on just the last 24 hours, what updates to AI as it relates just to increasing personal performance, that's it. There's a million AI creators out there talking about all different types of things. I don't want to talk about those things. I just want to talk about how you can leverage it to improve your performance. Whether that's in your relationships, whether that's in your health, whether that's in your business, whether that's, you know, your own thinking, your own learning. Regardless of the area, I believe that it can be leveraged to improve the that area of your life. And so, with that said, I want to wish you a productive Wednesday and I look forward to talking to you guys tomorrow. I would love it to be more interactive. So. So please, like, if you have questions about AI and improving your personal performance, bring them here. And I'm just getting my feet wet. I'm just getting into the groove. This is a little bit of a shift for me because every live stream I've done up until, like, the last couple here has been more about what I knew, right. As opposed to what I'm discovering in the last 24 hours that's occurred. So I'm moving from, like, expertise to, like, reporting with a point of view, you could say. And it's a process. I'm going to learn it. I'm going to get better each day, hopefully. And I just want to thank each and every one of you for being here, for at least spending a few minutes with me. And have a great Wednesday. And I will see everyone tomorrow morning.
