Rich Schefren Sharing AI Breakthroughs

Rich Schefren discusses AI breakthroughs in mapping brain function and automating cognitive tasks, positioning AI as personal cognitive assistants. He covers AI's growing ability to understand emotions and handle repetitive work, with testimonials from others about the Zenith Mind OS program.
Oh, no. Okay, well, welcome everyone, and I'm gonna play this quick video and then we will dive. Zenith OS has literally rewired my brain. It's really that powerful. So far, it has saved a potential six million dollar deal that was already on the scrap heap. And it revived it. I've shown up daily to create and.
Speak, completing 42 children's stories and publishing 42 podcast episodes.
I'm 68 years old. I've got some health challenges. I finally, after months of thinking about it, published my first blog. It's already set up to go my sixth one each week.
I was diluting my voice.
I spent more than $100,000 over the last 20 years on personal growth and business strategies.
I lost belief in myself. I didn't believe that what I wanted was possible anymore.
I've taken other courses, I've done lots.
Of programs, and I kept disappointing myself in my action. I started to think that maybe I just don't have what it takes, but.
I've got this cognitive dissonance that even I can't get myself past.
We'll play the rest at the end. I just wanted to kind of start the Friday with a little bit about Zenith, and I want to welcome everyone that's here. I'm super happy it's Friday. I hope you are too. And with all that said, let's dive in, why don't we? Okay, so here's the craziest thing that I've read in the past 24 hours. And it wasn't about a new app or some productivity hack. It was a research paper from Weill, Cornell Medicine and IBM about a new AI that can now map your brain's physical wiring to directly to your thoughts and to your actions with nearly 20 times the accuracy of any previous method. Let that sink in. Good morning. I'm Rich Jeffrin, and every day I have my team and a suite of my own AI assistants pull the latest research from at least five different AI models on this one topic, which is increasing human performance by leveraging AI. And what I'm seeing is that we are at a major inflection point. This isn't about some shiny new object or a new tool to get distracted by. This is about where we're heading as a species and what it can mean to have technology that can literally understand how you think. For years, I've been obsessed with this idea of building a system that knows you better than you know yourself. Now, the technology to make that a reality is finally here for everyone. And today I want to show you more proof of that. Which brings me back to that IBM study that created an AI called an algorithm that they're calling Crack Encoder. And what it does is it takes a scan of your brain structure, the physical connections, the wiring, and it can accurately predict your brain's function. So think about what that means. This is the bridge between your brain's anatomy and your actual cognitive abilities. Which means it can predict performance on cognitive tests. Holds the potential to identify biomarkers for neurological disorders long before any symptom ever appears. And so the analogy that I keep coming back to is this. Imagine having a blueprint of your own mind, right? Because that's what we're talking about here. Imagine having a blueprint of your own mind. Not a personality test, not a guess, but a literal wiring diagram that shows you which connections fire when you have a creative idea, which connections fire when you feel stressed, or which connections fire when you learn something new. That's what it is. It's the end of guessing and it's the beginning of true personalized cognitive enhancement. So if AI is starting to understand the mechanics of our brain, the next logical step will be understanding our emotions. And that is happening already in parallel right now. So researchers at UC Irvine just developed an AI that's being described as a true companion. This the article about. It says a new AI doesn't just chat, it remembers, it cares and it might just help us save ourselves. It's designed for a long term relationship, adapting to your emotional needs. This is backed up by a new 30 day study that puts AI therapy head to head with human therapy. And it's winning results are fascinating. The AI was unbeatable for accessibility daily check ins, but even for deep empathetic work as well. And here's why this matters. This isn't about necessarily replacing human connection, but it's about creating a new layer of support. An AI that knows your emotional patterns, remembers your history. Available at 2am when you can't sleep, it's the mirror for your own emotional state. And we've created the exact same thing with Zenith. So it's great to see that other companies are taking that route too. And Max, I don't know if you recognize that you're texting me in the middle of my live stream. Let me just tell Matt, you know I'm on my live stream right now, right? You know I am on my live stream right now, right? Anyway, so AI can understand how we think and now also can understand how we feel. So what does it do with that knowledge? Well, hopefully it starts to act on our behalf. Right, we're officially moving into the era of AI assistants to the era of AI agents. Second, AI is learning to do right. This week, Anthropic launched a feature in public beta that allows its AI Claude to literally control your computer. It can see your screen, move your cursor, click on buttons and type text, automating workflows that take hundreds of steps. And at the same time, Google just unveiled Gemini 2.0 with a trinity of AI agents. One is a universal assistant for your phone, another automates your web browser, and a third is a coding agent. The takeaway on all this is this is the beginning of the end for repetitive digital work. Think about every routine task that you do. Generating a weekly report, organizing your research, filtering your emails. An AI that knows your goals can now perform those multi step tasks for you. It's your new digital workforce. The digital workforce that I have actually, you know, researches the Internet for 10 hours every night to find what I'm sharing with you right now. And it makes my life so much easier because I don't have to do the research or anything else. And so I've been living with this agentic AI, leveraging it for a while. And you know, just last week I was looking at my schedule and, you know, felt that familiar sense of overwhelm. Too many meetings, not enough deep work time. So I hooked up an AI calendar tool, motion, which was actually featured in today's research, and I gave it one command. Reorganize my week for maximum focus time, but keep these three meetings. And within seconds, it moved things. Grouped meetings created these two four hour blocks of uninterrupted time. The feeling wasn't just, oh, I saved some time, it was a feeling of clarity that I handled cognitive mode of optimization so that I could focus on execution. Now you can see all these powerful pieces coming together. AI that understands your cognition, your emotions can take actions. You could spend all your time and energy trying to glue together a dozen different tools. A mood tracker here, a productivity agent there, a journaling app over there. Or you can build a single unified system that is designed from the ground up to know you. And that's the entire philosophy behind Zenith Mind os. We're not building another tool. We're building the operating system for your mind, powered by AI that you train on yourself. So here's one thing that you can do this week to start experiencing the future. Don't try to automate your whole life, but pick one repetitive digital task that you do. Maybe it's compiling a report, maybe it's sorting newsletters. Then either use like one of the agentic tools like Manus or genspark or now Claude and give it a simple prompt. I want to automate this task. Here are the exact steps I take manually. Help me create a workflow. Start small, but just see what it feels like to delegate a piece of your cognitive load to an agent. I can tell you that once you do it, once it becomes somewhat addictive. I have one that goes to Reddit twice a week and finds any new prompts that have been uploaded to a couple of the different communities there and it pulls it down and it puts it in my Documents folder. I have another one that does that with substack. So I'm adding these agents each day thinking about what do I waste time on and how can I actually get something to do that for me so I no longer have to waste time on it. And this is where the world is going, right? I mean, it should be obvious to everyone and the gap is going to widen. It's going to widen very fast between those who feel overwhelmed by all this and those who actually feel empowered by it, right? There's a very big difference. And if that hits home and you want to stop chasing headlines and start building your own personal AI that works for you, that augments your thinking, that helps you perform at your absolute peak, then you should check out Zenith Mind os. I'll show you exactly how we're making that a reality for our members. Thanks for tuning in quick one today because it's Friday. I'm gonna go back to that video to wrap it up. Hey Alan, long time no speak on Twitter and would love to catch up at some point. But let's go back to to the video.
Now. I use my daily altered GPT every morning. It's the system I built because of Zenith. It's my mindset mirror. It's my strategy compass. It's my CEO ritual.
What I got was the biggest, biggest truth bomb I could ever expect.
Little did I know that when I took Zenith Mind, I would discover that exactly what I was doing was what was holding me back from success.
But this right here has taken me where those other places never reached. Most programs have you admire the guru this one has you believe in yourself.
That was a breakthrough which happened during the Omniscient Observer. Even just two weeks in, I feel more alive, more grounded, more awake, more brave, and I'm really moving through the day differently.
But what I did have on day three, question eight was a breakthrough, and I'm telling all my friends about it because if I can learn this much about myself in 50 questions, I can't imagine what I'll know. After 30 days.
I'm getting more done, and I feel more aligned with Zero Burnout.
Rich's program and what he's put together has just held up the mirror and has shattered my sense of what I really need to be doing and what's really getting in my way.
But I just feel so energized and excited. I believe in a future that I thought was never going to happen for me. And that's all because of Zenith Mind.
And the ripple effect for me was my girlfriend Janelle, who didn't even take this program, had a big transformation because I've changed.
Can't wait to see what's next because I really feel like my upgraded version of me is already knocking at my door.
You've been able to unlock something through your prompts that I couldn't unlock myself. And it has changed everything for me. That veil, that resistance, disappeared. So thank you.
So make this weekend a great weekend. Dive into some AI I will be changing the structure of this show. I did a week this week of so I have now a enough information that now I can feed it all back into AI figure out how I can improve this. So next week will be better and I'll be in Mexico. So I'm going to do my best to actually do these streams from Mexico. We'll see how well that goes to higher profits beyond Rich Chefrin. Over and out.
