Stop obsessing over automation because it can be killing your business. You might think that automation is the ultimate solution to streamlining your operations, cutting costs, but it could also be a huge mistake if you let it be. You see, when I first got into Internet marketing, I had an anti employee mindset. And here's what caused it. You see, before I got online, I owned a chain of hypnosis clinics in New York City. And we processed payroll for our 100 plus employees every other week or every two weeks. You know, this wasn't a problem until 9, 11. And then all of a sudden our business really struggling and there was this constant stress to make sure that there was enough money in the bank every two weeks just to meet payroll. I started seeing my employees more as a burden. And naturally I took that same mindset with me a year later when I first got online. So I tried to do everything myself and I automated as much as humanly possible. And at first it seemed like the ideal situation. But I later realized that this mindset was deeply flawed. Because to take your business to the next level, you really need eight players working for you. While automation can handle repetitive tasks costs efficiently, it lacks the creativity, the problem solving abilities, and that personal touch that all great employees bring to the table. Right? Employees are invaluable to each and every business. While automation has its place. And anything that can be automated should be, it's also crucial not to rely on it so heavily that you don't build yourself a team of a players, which every business needs.
