This is a YouTube video titled "The Venn diagram of big idea that helps you visualize BETTER big ideas FASTER." It contains an English conversation recorded on August 5, 2023, featuring Rich Schefren and another speaker discussing the concept of the Big Idea in marketing, including elements like the prospect, product, world, unique mechanism, and epiphany to create compelling promises for customers.

This concept, right, of using the Big Idea is one of the reasons why Agora is a $2 billion company.
So, basically, the Big Idea is a combination of these three circles right here. And you take your prospect, you take the product, and you take the world, and you combine those things, and that's your Big idea. One big promise is essential to the Big Idea. So, basically, for your prospect to accept your product, they need that promise, and it has to be a promise that they actually desire. Boom. So we'll go to the next one. The unique mechanism.
Something.
It's a unique new way to get the outcome. The last missing piece of the Big Idea diagram is epiphany. You have to induce an epiphany so they realize the new truth that you are kind of presenting them.
