This is a YouTube video titled "Why having a huge ego matters #successmindset #entrepreneur #narcissism" containing a monologue or talk from December 8, 2023, discussing the role of narcissism and ego in CEOs and gurus, emphasizing personal belief and experience. The content features a single speaker reflecting on the positive aspects of narcissism in leadership and mindset.

Most CEOs, most gurus have some streak of narcissism in them, myself included. If you think about someone who's a guru, they say something is true because they believe it. They have less care what society says versus like, this has been my experience. This is what I believe, that my own body trumps anything that anyone else can say to me. That is a narcissistic way of looking at things. Now that serves me. So I'm not looking to get rid of that.
