This is a YouTube video titled "Why you must delegate #businessowner #entrepreneur #strategicplanning" containing a motivational and instructional talk by Rich Schefren from November 10, 2023. In this talk, Rich Schefren discusses the importance of simplifying business operations as a company grows, emphasizing delegation and shared responsibility for profitability to enable scalable growth.

As your business grows, it gets more complicated. You need to consistently simplify that business, because that complication of the business will lead to problems, mistakes, challenges that will grow. And one of the easiest ways to get there is one to recognize that your to do list is not needed to be done all by you. One of the first things that you want to have others share with you on your to do list is the responsibility for profit. So who else in your business is thinking tonight or today about the profit of your business? Is there anyone else responsible if your business makes more? Are there other people that are thinking about the profitability of your business? Because if there isn't anyone else thinking about it, then you haven't really built the business that you need to build in order for that business to scale, to grow, and then ultimately to grow without.
