This is a YouTube video titled "You learn alot more about a person at the end of a relationship…." featuring Rich Schefren sharing insights about personal growth and integrity learned from a colleague at Agora, recorded in December 2024.

You learn a lot more about a person at the end of a relationship than you ever do at the beginning or during the relationship. I learned this from Joe Schreifer, who ran a division of Agora that I worked very closely with that now is really one of the top guys in charge of all of Agora. And that's always stuck with me. And something that I try and hold myself to, doing the right thing, you know, even when it's no longer necessary or even when it's most difficult, because that really shows who you really are, right?
