Another thing that I think is important is to when, at least for me, is I like to plan my weekends. Not all the time. In fact, a lot of times I waste my weekends. But when I'm in a slump, what I really want to do is I want to not allow myself to just sit around all weekend, which is very typical of me. And so the way to do that is to plan my weekend. Not plan my weekend with work tasks, but plan my weekend with fun activities. That I can do that I know when I do it, I will enjoy it. I will be around people I enjoy it, will ensure that on Sunday night, when I reflect on my weekend, that I feel content, happy, that I had a great weekend, that life is good, and it gives me more motivation, more excitement to dive into my day.
