A Leader Should Have a Growth Mindset

Growable. It means to— it means it's, it's an adjective. It means to be able to grow. The keyword in that's grow or, or growth. One of the ingredients to being coachable is you have to have the growth mindset to be able to embrace growth. A statement around growth that has always been relevant for me is that, um, growth is a very simple framework. Growth is the natural progression of great leadership.
