I'm looking at a room full of farmers, not hunters. Anyone here think that recruiting is hunting? We need to have that conversation because you're really farming. Like, hunting is like, well, I'm just gonna— I'm just gonna go to the right location at the right time. And I think most people think historically, when I come across with you, they think of themselves as hunters. Like, timing's everything, right? Timing, timing, timing. It's actually nothing. Timing's nothing. Relationship is everything.
