A leader is someone who believes in others way before they believe in themselves. I've just found this to be true in my experience and the experience now of being able to be an information aggregator where I see how other leaders lead. The most successful organizations that I have an opportunity to partner with and coach are the ones that have leaders that are what we use in terms of Tier 1 leaders. And Tier 1 leaders, they are people that lead the belief model, not just for the organization, but lead the belief model for people inside the organization themselves. And they will believe in people way before people actually have the courage to believe that they can do something.
