My roadmap is better than their non-roadmap. Now here's the assumption that their current leadership doesn't have a roadmap. And if we just go around the room, it's just gonna expose all of us. 'Cause I've been in a moment where I didn't have the roadmap. A lot of leaders, most leaders, 99.99% of leaders don't have roadmaps. So what if someone came into your market and presented an amazing vision and you don't have a roadmap? More energy, more is available. They have more authority, more credibility. When they know the market can present something that's exciting for the future than you have. So when I have a vision, I look at and I ask myself this question, is my roadmap better than them just being where they are? And you've got to be able to answer level 10.
