You have more resources than they currently have. Your vision should convince them of that. So here's an exercise that I do with a lot of leaders. And I encourage leaders to go beyond the actual company offer. So think about, you've got your employment agreement, you've got your agreement. Sometimes you have an exhibit that you've added to it. It states compensation, anything that you've offered to them. It's a part of that. I encourage every leader to have an additional document, which is the value they bring as a leader. Because a lot of times we just take it for granted, like the things that we do. How we support our team, the way we coach, the way we hold one-on-ones, the accountability, the helping people grow their business, like showing up for them in real estate presentations or all these things. Like you guys have business development. There's a massive value stack there that other companies aren't delivering. You've got products that you're focused on or whatever it is that you're able to say is part of your value stack.
