Here's what I want you to understand. The recruiting sequence. I'm really pausing here because this is a big aha. How you recruit, how you pursue someone reveals who you are as a leader. Transactional, you treat it like a widget sale. Transformational, you're very relational. You go really deep, ask powerful questions like, what's your big dream? Where do you want to go over the next 10 years? Oh, wow. That's powerful. Why is that dream important to you? And when you go to make another touchpoint with that particular recruit, you always surface that dream. That's transformational. That reveals, it reveals who we are as leaders. So in this idea that more is available, we want to present ourselves as leaders that would answer that question very clearly for people. More is available. The recruiting sequence is the first part of that revelation. What it also does is this, is it starts to establish this leadership coaching partnership relationship.
