How To Aquire ANYTHING You Desire

Rick Pino presents a motivational training (YouTube) grounded in a Biblical anchor (1 Kings 4:33) and uses a tree analogy (gravitropic roots vs. phototropic shoots) to argue that visible success requires unseen, internal work. He teaches a three-step, ordered formula—Be → Do → Have—(credited to Jim Rohn) meaning: become the person, do the work (skill × repetition = mastery), then receive possessions/results. Pino illustrates with personal history (first business at 15; first million at 33 after ~18 years), business metrics (~30 million ad impressions leading to ~30,000 customers, ~0.1% conversion), and practical recommendations (mentorship, coaching, skill sharpening, persistence). The talk rejects 'manifesting' and 'name it and claim it' approaches, emphasizing disciplined growth and underground "root" work.

What if I told you that there was a foolproof way to get anything that you desire out of life? No, I'm not talking about manifesting it into your life. I'm not talking about the law of Attraction. I'm not talking about name it and claim it. I am talking about three simple steps that God has instituted into humanity, that if you apply these three simple things, you will be able to get anything you desire out of life. We're talking all about it today in the training. So, guys, here in the training today, our journey begins with 1 Kings, chapter 4, verse 33. Okay? 1 Kings, chapter 4, verse33. 100% of the success that my wife and I have experienced both in life and in our business, 100% of the way that we have made tens of millions of dollars in our business just in the past few years alone, 100% of that comes from, from Solomon's business model, okay? And something really interesting today as we discover, you know, what was it that Solomon had that other people did not have? Solomon understood the power of realizing that God's secrets to success are all around him. And here's the thing, most people think that the hard work is in doing the stuff, but the truth is the hard work is actually in becoming the person. And that means you've got to first focus on becoming the person. If you want to get all that you desire out of life, you have to first focus on becoming the person. And I think it's really interesting as we start our journey here together. First Kings, chapter 4, verse 33. Check this out. Previous to this verse, it says that King Solomon, he wrote, you know, all, all these proverbs, and he wrote over 3,000 proverbs in 105 songs, right? And right after it says that, it says, and he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree of Lebanon, even to the hyssop that springs out of the wall. He spoke also of animals, of birds, of creeping things and of fish. Okay, now you might be here in the training going, okay, that's that. Where are we going with this? Here is the punchline. I think it's really powerful if you want to get all that you desire out of life. I want to lean in to Solomon's wisdom as it says here, he spoke of trees and animals. I want to show you a lesson today about trees, okay? And you might be sitting here going, what is going on? Just hang on with me. In fact, if you're with me, I need you to drop it in the comments. Say, I'm with you. If you're ready to go on this journey together. I'm going to be giving you guys some wisdom, some insight from King Solomon's life as he taught on trees. Today, I'm going to teach you some lessons about how to get all that you desire out of life, and I'm going to show you how to do that from the analogy of some trees. Come over here to the board with me and let's jump right on in. Okay? I'm going to ask you guys a question here, and it is not a trick question, okay? Which direction do trees grow? Just drop it in the comments. Which direction do trees grow? Right. Everyone's saying up, up, up, up, up. Yes. But guess what other direction trees grow? Trees also grow down, right? Because a tree isn't just what we see on the top. A tree's not just what we see here. At the surface level, a tree is just as much of the roots as it is the shoots. Okay, now something really interesting here to begin to imagine together. I want you to imagine. Imagine a beautiful tree, right? This tree that you're just like, wow, such a beautiful tree. And without even considering this, we're just only looking at the top. Do you know how much work, how deep the roots had to go down for that tree in order for that tree to stand up tall and be beautiful and to bear much fruit? Right in. There are two parts to this tree here I want to break down today, okay? This first part here, this is called the gravitrophic tri. Gravitropic part of the tree, okay? And this part that you can see now, the gravitropic is the part that you can't see, and the part that you can see. This part is called the phototropic part of the tree. Okay? Now here's how it works in life, in business, in success, A lot of people, they see somebody else's tree and all of this amazing fruit on the tree. I'm going to speed my process up here and give it some bigger fruit. There we go. They see all this amazing fruit on other people's trees, and they're like, wow, I wish my tree had that kind of fruit. I wish I had that kind of success, man, I wish I could become a millionaire. I wish I could do that thing. And I wish I could, you know, have all that. That lifestyle and have that freedom. I wish I could do something like that for my family. But what most people don't understand is that in order for this tree to spring up and to bear fruit, it had to put in the underground work the work that no one talks about, the work that no one can see. And the crazy part about the gravitropic part of work, okay, is this is the work. Think about it when, when roots are going down deep, no one's there like, cheering you on, right? It's dark, it's hard, right? Like there's nothing to show for on the surface, right? It's just, you're just, you're just putting in the work, man. You're just putting in the work. And in fact, I want to just share a story with you guys. So a lot of you guys and gals know that obviously for years I've been a worship leader. But what many people don't know is I actually started my very first business when I was 15 years old. Me and my best friend Pete, we started a business together. In fact, I'm going to tell on myself here. Our first business was called Pacific Glory International. And only, only a 15 year old could name a business something so hilarious. Pacific Glory International. In fact, Pete was like, do you remember why you named the business that? And I was like, no, why? He said, because it sounded, you said it sounded like the biggest business in the world. And I was like, yeah, that sounds a lot like me. Anyways, I'm 15 years old, okay? And here's the punchline, okay? I'm gonna do the math here on the fly. I made million dollars in business when I was 33 years old, okay? So that was my first million in business when I was 33 years old. But what did I just tell you? I started my first business when I was 15 years old, okay? So let's do the math here. Oops. I'm doing the math backward. See, look, you don't even have to know math very well in order to be a millionaire. Anyways, so I started my first business when I was 15, okay? So that means it took me 18 years. It took me 18 years from the time I started business to the time I made my first million. Now, by the way, I don't believe that it's going to take you that long, especially because you're connected here to these trainings, okay? But it took me 18 years of trying to figure it out, hustling, starting. I can't tell you how many businesses I started between 15 and 33 that did not work, okay? One of the biggest things that I didn't have was I didn't have a mentor, right? I didn't have a coach, I didn't have a community that I could lean into for coaching. I was just out there trying to figure it out on my own. That's why it's so incredibly important and for you to invest in yourself and hire a coach, hire a mentor, okay? But I didn't have that, so it took me 18 years. And guess what I was doing for the 18 years. Now, obviously there were some days that I didn't work on my business, but a lot of the days I was reading books, I was working, I was hustling, I was trying to figure this out. And though people see now, like, whoa, you know, Rick and his family, they're multi millionaires and blah, blah, blah, I'm glad that you guys are seeing the fruit now. But guess what was going on for 18 years underneath the surface. Guys, for 18 years underneath the surface, I was putting down roots, okay? I was putting these roots down. I'll tell you this right now. Coaches, mentors, investing in yourself, your roots will go down much quicker, much deeper, and you can get here much faster. Hey, I really hope that you're enjoying the video. I want to invite you guys. I have recently created a free training teaching people how to make money online. My students are literally making anywhere from five to $10,000 a month, and some of them even make hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not in a year, but in a single day. If you want more information on how you can get started, all you need is a phone and a laptop. You can go to digitalproductacademy.org or you can click the link below in the description. Guys, after you watch the free training, if it sounds like it might be something cool for you to check out, can book a free call with one of my client success coaches and they'll be able to help you more. Now back to the video. But, man, every time you read a book, a roots going down, right? Every time you try something and it fails and you still try again, more roots are coming down. You're working on yourself, right? You're believing in yourself. You're not listening to what people say. You can't do it. Oh, she can't do it, he can't. And you're just going for it. And you don't give up. Every time you keep shaking, showing up even though it didn't work last time, you're going to try again this time. Roots are going down. Roots are going down, right? The more and the deeper your roots go down, the stronger your trunk can be and the wider your branches can be. And you may have heard me talk about this here in the past, but I want to Go even deeper to another level here and show you guys three simple steps, okay? If we're learning from the God's wisdom in creation today, in this case from a tree, there are three simple steps if you want to have everything that your heart desires. And again, I'm not talking about like, woo, woo. I'm not talking about, you know, manifestation or the law of attraction or naming and claiming. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about God has set up three very simple steps that if we can just do these three steps and they have to go in this order that I'm going to lay out for you. But if you can do these three steps, you literally can begin to have all that is in your heart to have. Okay, there's a man by the name of Jim Rohn. If you've never heard of him, go check him out. But Jim Rohn, he's the first guy I heard talking about this. An entrepreneur and a motivational speaker from way back in the day. And Jim Rohn used to teach on this concept. And the concept is, and if you're taking notes, write this down. Be, do, have. Okay? In fact, let's see about 10 people in the comments. Why don't you guys drop it in the comments? Be, do, have. Okay? These three words are going to be incredibly important if you want to go from where you are now to where you want to be in the place of success, business, finances. If you can wrap your head around what I'm about to open up for you guys here in the training, you guys can absolutely crush it. If you understand the concepts of be, do, have. Okay, if you're taking notes, write this down. If you can become who God has called you to be, then you can do what God has called you to do. And if you do what God has called you to do, then you can have what God has called you to have. I'm going to say it one more time. If you become who God's called you to become, then you can do what God has called you to do. Then you can have what God has called you to have. Okay? That's how this works. And it only works in this order. Be, do, have. So let me come back to the board here and let me break it down for you even further. Okay? Many people who are wishing they had success, many people who are wishing they had that financial freedom, many people who are wishing they could leave their nine to five, many people who wish for this kind of fruit, they don't understand the value of B. They don't understand the value of do okay. All they want is to have okay. They don't understand in order for you to have what God has called you to have, you've got to do what God has called you to do. And the only way you can do what God's called you to do is to be what God has called you to. To be. Friends. I want to tell you right now, you can become more. And not only can you become more, you should become more. In fact, I need at least five people in the comments drop these words. Become more, become more. Now, I know your grandma has always said things like, oh, honey, I love you just the way you are, you know? Or maybe your mom has said, I just love you just the way you are. Don't ever change. Well, the problem with that, I appreciate grandma. My grandma actually said stuff like that too. My mom has said stuff like that too. And I understand the intention of what they're trying to say, but the punchline is this. God has put so much creativity, he's put so much potential on the inside of us. The way that God has set up the order of creation is he says, I have called you to have certain things and the way that you are going to have these things is you have to do the work that it takes to have those things. And the only way that you can do the work effectively with wisdom is you have to become the person. Like, let me, let me submit an idea to you here and then I'm going to go back to the board here and break down all three of these ideas and these concepts so that we can really wrap our heads around this idea. Okay? How many of you guys and gals have are from the 80s, maybe 90s? You know, I was born in the 80s, so I'm like an 80s 90s baby. And how many of y' all remember beepers? Just wave at me. Beepers, pagers. How many of y' all had a pager? Right? Fax machines. I remember the first cell phone my dad had. It was like this gigantic. It was probably like this big. It was like this enormous brick, right? And before that they had those like wind up cell phones that you could have in your car. Anyone remember what I'm talking about? Right? We had this, this. It was a way to communicate, right? But it was so silly now looking back that everyone just has a smartphone in their hand. It was so silly. Now from this part of life, looking back to that part of life to go, man, beepers were so silly and pagers were so silly. Fax Machines. Could you imagine. Now, why am I saying all that? Could you imagine what it would be like to live this year in 2024 with the same understanding that we had in the late 80s of like, oh, man, the best way to communicate in 2024 is to page me. Baby, let's go. You want to get a hold of me? Call me up on the brick, Son, let's go. Right, like, you want to send me a text message. I don't do text message. I do fax machine. Baby, let's go. Right. And I know you're giggling and you're laughing at that, but the punchline is this. Many people financially are still living under the mindset of, I just want to barely have enough to get by. I'm not that greedy. I don't. I don't want to learn new skills. I don't want to become more. Why should I become more? Like, my family's happy. Like, we're okay. Our bills are paid. We're not living on the streets. Why would I want to become more? That mindset is the same kind of mindset that says, why would I want to use a smartphone when I could just page somebody, fax them, you know, call them up on the brick? Like, why would I do that when I can do all of this other stuff? Yeah, it worked then, but is it the most efficient way to communicate now? No. The same thing goes for your money. The same thing goes for your business. The same thing goes for your finances. The same thing goes for your success. Okay, if you want to be successful, here's the punchline, okay? Success is not something. Write this down. In fact, if you're taking notes, write this down. Success is not something that you chase. It's something that you attract by becoming the person it takes. Okay, a lot of people out here chasing success, but they don't understand the first part of success. It starts with becoming. Okay, come back with me here to the board and let's talk about it some more. So the first part of this three step formula, it's B. Now, what does B speak of? B speaks of your identity. Okay, who are you to God and who are you to you? Those are two of the most important questions that you need to begin to ask yourself. Because I don't know about you, but last time I checked, God said that we are more than conquerors. Not just a conqueror. I'm more than a conqueror. I don't know about you, but last time I checked, God said that I am blessed in the city. I'm blessed in the field. I'm blessed when I came, I'm blessed when I go, right? Like, I'm blessed, period. But it's not just this woo woo thing of like, oh, I'm blessed and highly favored. But you're not practicing wisdom, so therefore your life is not blessed, right? Like, you actually have to step in to the becoming. You have to develop yourself, man. You have to learn how to communicate. Someone drop in the comments, say, communication, communication. If you're taking notes, write this down. If you elevate your communicate, you get to participate in the compensate, right? You got to learn how to talk, man. You got to learn how to interact with people. You got to become more. You got to read books, man. You got to sign up for mentorships. You got to get some coaches in your life. You can't just stay stuck in the beeper, fax machine version of. Of your life. There's a much better, much more efficient system. There's a better, efficient way to achieve success. And one of the reasons why you may not be stepping in or walking in the success that you wish and desire that you have is because you're still using the old patterns. If you're taking notes, write this down. The old patterns don't work in the new season. You've got to upgrade who you are. You got to become the person. You got to step into the identity as a son or a daughter of God. You got to step in to the identity of not caring about what people think of your life or your choices. Oh, here's the crazy part about this, okay? When it comes to being okay, we are human beings, not human doings. And before we can become, before we can behold, before we can do any of that, we must be first, right? You have to become the person. It's. It's so interesting. Every time God institutes a new season in mine, in my wife's life, something really remarkable begins to happen. All the trolls and the haters come out, right? It's like, wait a second, you know, like, let me rewind back in the day, right to when I started my first business. I'm 15, and people thought I was going to be this business person. And all of a sudden I started leading worship. And they're like, what? This business guy thinks he's a worship leader. Who does he think he is, right? And then that started happening. And then as I'm leading worship, then I chose to be an independent artist. I saw this really weird, random thing called the Internet when it first came out, and I was like, I don't think I need a record label. I think I'm going to stay independent, and I think I'm going to try to figure this thing out. And I have a sneaky feeling how many all. Remember the MySpace days. Come on, drop MySpace in the comments. If you had your top eight in your MySpace account. And I remember starting a MySpace account, and within a couple of weeks, I had 16,000 friends. And I was like, what the heck is going on here? Right? I decided, you know what? We had all these record labels coming to me when I was a kid, like, 18, 19 years old, trying to sign me to record labels. And I said, you know what? I'm gonna stay independent. I'm gonna grind this thing, the Internet. And everyone is like, who does he think he is? This is crazy. He's gonna try to get on the Internet now. He's too good for the record labels. And the trolls came out when I did that. And then guess what? I started getting good at the Internet, and I started going for it. Lead and worship. And I started going all over the world as an independent artist. Up until this point, it was almost unheard of, right? And then all the same people who are like, what are you doing using this? Like, whatever. Guess who start calling me up. Hey, man, I know I publicly tried to rebuke you four or five years ago, but can you show me how to use the Internet right quick? And I'm like, aha, right? And then I'm doing that, and I'm doing this, and then all of a sudden, I want to return back to my business roots, right? And then all the people who are like, you should be a worship leader, like, stop. You know this. I know Rick Pino serves mammon right? And I know he gave up the faith because he's all about the money. Like, guys, I'm telling you this. You got to put those roots down of saying, who does God say I am? Who do I say I am? The only opinion that matters is the one that you will stand before of at the end of your life. And if you're clean before him, if you're clean in that opinion, you got to go for it, man. But every single time I was getting into something new, more roots were going down, right? I'm doing that gravitrophic work. I'm signing up for mentorships. I'm signing up for coaching. Like I said in the last slide here, 18 years before, I made my first million in business, right? Like, you got to sign up for the process of becoming, man. You've got to become, you got to work on yourself more than you work on your career, right? You have to sharpen the axe. I need at least 10 people in the comments say, sharpen the axe. What does that mean? It means you have to take the skills that you already have and you've got to sharpen them, man. I don't care if you have an axe in your hand, right? I don't care how strong you are with an axe in your hand. If your axe is dull, you are going to have a very hard time chopping that tree down, right? If you're still trying to page me, you're still trying to send me a fax, you're going to have a really hard time trying to get a hold of people, man. You got to level up. You got to sharpen your skills. You got to become more. You got to get that identity part right. Okay, let's go to the next part here. So the first part is be. The second part is do. Now, do talks about your work, right? It starts first in your identity. But as you become the person, and I'm about to give you a little secret here in just a second, as you become the person that it takes, then you can start leveling up in your work. And here's a secret. I want to give you the becoming and the doing or the identity and the work. They literally help strengthen each other. What does that mean? It means this. Skill times. Repetition equals mastery. What does this mean? Becoming the person identity. Remember I was saying sharpen your skills, okay? When you can become the person, get your mindset right about money. Change your language around money. Start thinking like a rich person. Like I've told you guys before, you have to think rich before you actually be rich, right? You have to become that person. You have to sharpen those skills. The more you sharpen the skills, guess what happens now that you're sharpening the skills, you become better at the work. So you start putting in repetition. You start doing the work. Come on. I need at least 10 people in the comments say, do the work. Do the work. I say this all the time. Even the Bible says all work is profitable. What does that mean? It means it's either working on you or it's working for you. But all work is profitable. And here's something that you have to sign up for as you are becoming the person, right? It's not about making a million dollars. It's about becoming the person it takes to be a millionaire. Like I said a little bit earlier in the training, a lot of people Think that the hard work is doing the stuff. The hard work is becoming the person. And the more you become the person and do the stuff, this stuff starts going bananas, this stuff starts snowballing. And watch what happens. Your skill that you sharpen as you become the person times repetition, you putting in the reps will lead to mastery. Okay? Have you ever seen somebody like LeBron James play basketball? You ever seen someone like Tiger woods play golf? Right. You ever seen someone like Mariah Carey hit the highest note ever possible? You know, and all of them do it so effortlessly? Why? Because skill times repetition equals mastery. This is why I'm always telling you guys, it's easier to make a lot of money in a short amount of time than it is to make a little bit of money in a long period of time. Why do I always hammer that into you guys? Because the punchline is this. The more you can sharpen your skill and the more reps you put in, the more you will become a master. So right now, you might be at the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey just trying to do the work. Right? I'm just trying to. I'm just grinding. I'm just hustling. Did you know that nothing in God's creation hustles or grinds? This is something I learned from my mentor, Dr. Golden. He said nothing in God's creation hustles or grinds. It only ebbs and flows. You don't see trees out here hustling and grinding to try to get some fruit on their branches. No. What are they doing? They're doing the gravitrophic work so that the phototrophic will eventually come up. God has designed his creation to ebb and flow, not to hustle and grind. Yes, there are times to put in the work, but I'm telling you this right now. If you can become the person and sharpen those skills, the work becomes easier. And the easier the work becomes, mastery begins to take place. And when you become a master at your thing, something powerful happens, y'. All. You begin to have. Let's talk about this, okay? So first you gotta become, then you gotta do, and then you can have and have speaks of your possessions. Okay? Now, by the way, I'm not just talking about physical possessions or financial possessions. Yes, that's part of it. I'm talking about possessions, period. Right. I've been trying to work on my health this past year, and I had to become a different person in my thought process on health so that I can put in the work so that I can have the health that I need to have, right? Like, and this goes for. On and on and on, all the different areas of life. Especially we're talking today about business and your finances, of course. But, guys, this goes for in your relationships. This goes for in your marriage. This goes for your children, right? This is why it is so crucial that when you see an area of your life that you want to grow in, that you want success in, stop being on the beeper, fax machine, Brick, cell phone wavelength, man, you got to start leveling up. I need at least 10 people in the comments to drop these words. Level up. You got to level up. So like I said at the beginning of the training, it's not this. This the way that God has designed for you and I to have whatever it is that we desire to have. It's not this woo woo thing. It's not this name it and claim it. It's not the law of attraction. It's not. I'm going to just manifest it into my life. It's none of this new age, weird, you know, even religious name it and claim it. It's none of this weird stuff. It is literally. If you can become who God has called you to become, then you can do what God has called you to do. And if you do what God's called you to do, then you can have what God has called you to have. Do not make the mistake that most people make. Do not make the mistake that most people make and say, oh, I just wish. Oh, man. You know, it's so interesting. Somebody recently used to be a friend, more of an acquaintance now, you know, they. They were. We ran into each other and they asked, like, how you guys doing? So we're doing pretty good. They're doing awesome, you know? And they said, yeah, I saw on the Internet, you guys seem to really be blowing up. Sounds like you guys got rich. Must be nice. Like, you know, that was how they. They responded to me. I'm just like, bumping into them, and they go, I must be nice. It looks like you guys got rich somehow. Must be nice. And I looked at them, I said, it is nice. And they were shocked. They didn't know what to say. They're like, good. Awesome. Praise God. Hallelujah. Wow. And I'm just like, bruh, you did not see the roots that I put down. Like, y' all are just out here looking at my branches and my fruit, man. Y' all didn't see the roots that my wife and I put down. You didn't see all the things that didn't work. Let me show you one more crazy example. Just part of my roots. I talk about this sometimes, but check this out. If you're newer around here, check this out. I tell this story quite often. Okay? In the past couple of years alone, Over 30 million people have seen my ads. What does that mean? It means I have made an offer to roughly 30 million people. It's much more than this now, but this is the last number we checked 6ish months ago. Okay. About 30 million people have seen my ads, meaning they've seen the opportunity that I have for them. Right? And guess how many people have said yes. Roman, you're going to have to help me on the math again here. I always mess the math up. 30,000 have said yes. Now, you might be sitting here going, oh, my gosh, you made 30,000 sales. But yes, after making 30 million offers. Like, you want to talk about putting roots down? What's the math on that? The percentage is mind blowing. We're doing the math here. If you know the number, drop it in the comments. Okay? 0.1. Thank you. This means 0.1%. Not even 1%. 0.1%. Like 1/100th of a percent of people who have actually told me yes. Do you know how many people would just give up after the first person tells them no? Like, hey, I got this new course. You should check it out. No. Okay, maybe this isn't for me. I give up. I kn. Business wasn't my thing. It's like, give me a break, man. Like, you got to put the roots down, man. You got to become more so that you can do more, so that you can have more. I was willing to be told over 29, told no over 29 million times. And guess what? I embraced it because I knew that it was working on me before it was working for me. And y', all, the more the roots go down, guess what? The easier the work begins to happen. Man, this was hard at first, but it's getting easier now, right? I always teach my students about digital products, obviously, you know, and maybe you're like, man, the first time I made my ebook, that was so hard. I promise you this. By the 15th ebook, you're like, that was easy, right? Making your first sale, man, that first sale, it was so crazy. It was so hard. Well, guess what? After your thousandth sale, it's pretty easy, right? But that comes in the being in the doing and eventually will lead you to the having. So like I was saying earlier, don't be this person who just wishes. I wish I could have what you have, man, it must be nice. You know what? It is nice. Because I put in the work. And before I put in the work, I became the person. I want to encourage you, wherever you're at, in your journey right now, in your business, starting your business, okay? Trying to break out of the nine to five. I want to encourage you right now, do not grow weary in the days of putting in the gravitrophic work those underground roots. Because I'm telling you right now, friend, if you can stick with that underground work long enough, you are going to make it to where your branches begin to grow and your fruit begins to blossom. Be do have. That's God's formula for you to be able to have anything that your heart desires. It's his way.
