Click the link down below, register, grab your seat, and now it's time for the training. Let's take just a few quick moments and let's talk about this question right here.

Okay?

And the question, what is money? Have you ever asked yourself that question? What is money like? It like, everyone's like, yes, we want to make a bunch more money. Okay, well, what is money like? How are you going to make a bunch more of something that you don't even know what it is, right? Is, is money? Is it cash? Right? Is money, Is it coins? Is it cards? Oops, cards? Is money like digits on a screen? Like, what is money like? Let me know down in the comments. What do you think money is? What is money? What is it like? I submit to you that money doesn't even really exist. Money is a concept, right? Money within itself. In fact, look, I have a, I have a couple of, couple of things here on the desk, or I got a little bit of money here, but check this out. Like, money in itself has no intrinsic value. Like this right here. These, these pieces of paper, by themselves, they have no intrinsic value, except apart from the value that we assign to them. So guys, what is money? That is the Question. Right. If you want to make. I want to make more money than I am right now. 2 times more, 5 times more, 10 times more, 100 times more. Then what is money? Guys, if you're taking notes, write this down. Money is a reflection in the mirror. Did you know that? Money is a reflection in the mirror. All money is created in the mind. And I'm getting somewhere with this.

Okay?

Money is simply a metric used to measure the value. Somebody in the comments dropped this word value, right? Money is a metric simply used to measure the value of goods or services. Okay, so basically money is value, right? It's not coins, it's not cards, it's not digits, it's not, you know, numbers on a screen. Money is value. So that means if you have the desire to make more money, then guess what you need to do. Somebody in the comments say, you must create more value. If you've got the desire to make more money, then you have got to create more value. And if you're taking notes, write this down. Instead of having money on your mind, you need to have value on your mind.

Okay?

So guys, when it comes to like, I want to make more money, that's awesome. But it's not about making more money, it's about creating more value. In fact, I tell the story from time to time. A number of years ago, I was in Israel. I was leading a worship team out there, missions and worship team out there. And one of the evenings we, we had the honor of having a Shabbat dinner together. And I got sat next to a very wealthy Jewish billionaire with a B, not an M, a B. The dude knew how to make some money.

Okay?

And we're sitting there having dinner. It's awesome. We're connecting, all is well. And I decided I am going to, I'm going to ask this guy, like, I'm going to talk to him about money. I'm going to ask him about money. And so I basically just said, hey, bro, let me ask you this question. Obviously God has a covenant with Jewish people. That's obvious. But what is it about the Jewish people that they just seem to be very wealthy people? Yes, God has a spiritual covenant, but is there like, is there a natural reason why, like, Jews usually tend to be wealthy? And if you heard me tell the story before, he just looks across the table at me and he goes, brother, it's because we are obsessed with value exchange. That's my Jewish accent. If you. Someone just clap for my Jewish accent right now. Right? That's my Jewish accent. And he Goes, he said, the reason why we are so blessed is because we are obsessed with value exchange. Then he went on to tell me that in the Jewish culture, even from young age, like, Like Jewish children are raised with this idea that if you can obsess over solving problems for people more than they obsess over the problem itself, then you'll have no trouble whatsoever making money, right? And so I submit to you that instead of us, like, trying to figure out, man, I need to make more money. No, what you need to do is you need to figure out how to create more value by solving more problems for people. In fact, anything that solves a problem for others is of value to them, and therefore it's worth a set amount of money. Right? Yes or yes? Drop a yes or yes in the chats, guys. Yes or yes? Of course. Right, of course. So this whole idea, like, man, I want to make two times more money. I want to make five times more, I want to make ten times more. Then guess what you need to do? You need to create 2 times more value, 5 times more value, 10. 10 times more value, 100 times more value. And when you can do this, making money becomes very, very simple. If you're taking notes, write this down. Those who know how to create and bring the most value will never struggle in making money. Period. Those who know how to create and bring the most value will never struggle in making money. The reason why entrepreneurs don't get scared during times of recession or, like, the market's down, you know, like so many times, like, oh, my gosh, you know, this is happening. The market's down, there's a recession. Oh, what are we going to do? The economy is struggling. Why do entrepreneurs not get scared in those time? Because while everybody else is running away from the problems, all scared, we entrepreneurs, especially those of us who love God, guess what we do, guys? We're not scared of financial woes in the economy. No, we're excited about it. Because whenever we see problems, we don't run from the problems. We run to the problems because we understand that entrepreneurs, we are professional problem solvers. And the more problems we can solve, the more value we can create. And the more value we can create, guess what? The more money we can make. Anybody here tracking? If you're tracking, let me know in the comments. Say, I'm tracking. I'm tracking, I'm tracking. All right, so, yes, it is a very awesome and noble idea. Like, I want to make 2 times already 5 times 10 times 100 times of money. That's awesome. But before you try to just go like, I want to make more money. No, no, no. You need to figure out how to create more value, because the more value you can create, the more money you can make. Are y' all getting this? If you're getting this, drop some fire emojis in the comments right now, guys. Y' all getting it? All right, so like I said at the beginning of the training. So then, what are the three things needed in order to make money as fast as humanly possible in 20, 25 and beyond? Okay, what are those three things needed? Like, okay, we understand now. Value is, like, the more value we can bring, the more money we can make. So what do we need to do in order to create this value in the marketplace? I am so glad that you asked that question. Come with me here to the board and make sure you're writing notes today, guys. Good to see everybody here today. What are those three things that you need to do? Number one, you must have an offer. What is an offer? The offer is the solution to people's problems that you offer them. It's the thing that you sell that solves a problem for people. Okay, now, here's one thing that me and my wife are teaching our kids right now. We've been teaching them since they could stand and barely walk and talk, is we're teaching our kids this. If you have the desire to make some money, then you need to figure out a problem to solve. And if you have the desire to make more money, then you need to figure out a bigger problem to solve. Are y' all tracking yes or yes? You guys getting it? So it's really cool because now my kids, you know, I. I've got two young sons who love to play Fortnite. You know, they're like, yeah, Fortnite. I. I played it for the first time the other day, and I'm telling you what. Either I'm becoming too old of a. Of a dude, and it's just like video games when I was growing up. It. A, A button, B button, back, forward, up, down, and that was it. Now it's like you got to log into the server. You got to, you know, put in the passcode you got. There's, like 8 million buttons on the thing. Like, it's. It's so complicated now. It's, like, crazy, right? But they love Fortnite. And it's so funny because on Fortnite, they're always coming up and asking me for V bucks. If you don't know what that is, it's basically like, you know, you can, you can put money on your account and you can buy new like guns and skins and cool things and whatever, right? And it's so funny because my kids don't up, my boys don't come up me like, yo, dad, can I have 10 bucks? They know way better than that. My kids will come up to me and they'll go, hey dad, do you have any problems I can solve? Like my six year old son, well, he just turned seven. My seven year old son, dad, do you have any problems I can solve? And I'll look at him and I'll say, what kind of problem we talking about? And he's like, you got any problems that are worth like 20 bucks? Aha. Like, he's not just going, hey, can I have money? No. He's going, hey, do you have problems I can solve? And I need to solve a problem that's worth about 20 bucks because I really would like to buy this new thing on the video game that cost 20 bucks. Are y' all tracking? Are y' all getting this? And so what we need to understand, I mean, sheesh, a six or seven year old can understand this. We need to understand if you don't have an offer, okay, if you don't have something that you can present to your market that solves a problem for them, it's going to be very, very hard for you to create value for somebody else. So my question to you is, is what is your offer? In our case, hopefully that's a digital product. Digital product or digital products, right? Maybe you have an ebook, maybe you've got a course, maybe you've got an online training, maybe you've got a membership site, maybe you've got a digital training manual, maybe you've got all these different digital products, or maybe you've got multiple ones, or maybe you've stacked them together into a high ticket program, right? But whatever it is, you first and foremost need an offer. Okay, and what is an offer? If you're taking notes, write this down. An offer is. An offer is a product or service that solves a problem for your market.

Okay?

So that's the first thing you need. The first thing you need is an offer. I'm here. In just a moment, I'm going to break down how the offer works, okay? And by the way, guys, if you're taking notes, write this down. The offer you don't make is the offer they what they can't take. The offer you do not make is the offer they cannot take. So the very first thing you need to have in order to create value in the market is you need to have an offer. And hopefully it's an irresistible offer. Hopefully it's a product or a service that solves such an obvious solution to an obvious problem that people have no problem whatsoever paying you for your solution. Are y' all getting it? Drop some fire emojis down in the commentos. If y' all are getting. Okay, so what's the second thing you need to have in order to create this mass amount of value? First thing you got to have is you've got to have your offer. Second thing you must get really good at is marketing. Okay, you need to get really good at marketing. You know, like, it's so funny, if you're taking notes, write this down. If they don't know you, they can't flow. You think about it, you might have the most incredible offer in the whole entire world. Like, man, this offer is. It is such a solution to my market's problem. Oh, my gosh. Gabriel, the archangel himself blows the trumpet in Zion. When people receive my offer, it is absolutely ludicrous. But the punchline is this. If they don't know that your offer exists, if they don't know that you can help them, if they don't know they can get their. Their problem solved with your solution. If they don't know you, they can't flow you. What does that mean? If they don't know it exists, they can't pay you, baby. So marketing is this. Marketing is the art of getting known in your market. Marketing is the art of getting known in your market. Okay, we're going to talk about this in just a moment, too, but the punchline is this, okay? You've got to learn how to get known in your market. And listen, a lot of people, they approach marketing very backwards. They're like, how do I get known? What's my marketing strategy like? Blah, blah, blah. Instead of that, Instead of that, I submit to you. Why don't you. Instead of focusing on how can I market, why don't you focus on how can I put out so much value into my marketplace that people. I am. No, I'm not chasing people in my marketing. I'm attracting them in my content because I'm serving them. I'm putting out content. Guys, I need you to understand, listen, we don't live in a social media moment anymore. We live in an algorithm moment now. I need you to get. Really get this. I need you to understand this. It's not about social media anymore, guys. It's not about how many followers you do or don't have. It's not about that. It's about algorithms. Have you ever been sitting there scrolling on your phone before and something pops up in your feed? You don't follow that person, you don't follow that account, but they're speaking about something that you're genuinely interested in. You're like, huh, that was pretty cool. Yes or yes? Wave at me like this, right? Of course. Because guess what, guys? It's not about how many followers you do or don't have. You don't need a bunch of followers anymore. What you need to do is, is you need to understand the art of getting known in your market. And the way you're going to do this is by putting out value. It's so funny. The way I like to say it, is this the best way to help someone is by actually helping them. Like, the best way to quote, unquote, market is not like, oh, I'm going to do a cool marketing tactic. No, it's just I'm going to serve people and put a bunch of valuable content out there to my market so that they are so helped, they are so served that I don't have to chase them. They're coming for me because I have served them at such a high level. I'm not a neater. N E E D E R I'm a leader. L E A D E R Are y' all getting it? And so, number three, so number one, you have to have an offer. You have to have a product or a service that solves a problem for your market. Number two, you've got to get good at marketing, but not in the traditional sense of like, what's my marketing strategy? No, just start putting out value so that way you can begin to practice the art of getting known in your market. And then the third thing you need here, guys, you need to get really good at sales. If you're taking notes, write it down or drop it in the comments. Selling is good because selling is serving. Think about this. Besides, like, human relationships, besides human relationships, most every good thing in your life that you really enjoy, whether it was that nice dinner that you had for your birthday meal, right? Whether it was that, that, that beautiful set of shoes on your feet that you're so proud of. Man, I love these things, girl. Bruh. Check out my new kicks, bruh. Whether it's at like, you know, I've got my, my Rollie on here, right? I. I love this watch, man. This is a. I love this watch. I'm gonna pass it down to my kids. I love it. Right? Whatever that thing is, your home, your. Your clothes, your car, the food that you eat, every most good things in your life are there because somebody sold them to you. And aren't you glad they did? Wave at me like this or shout yes in the comments? Of course you are. Would you rather just be walking around with no clothes on? Oh, man. Everyone who sells clothes is a scam. I'm not going to get anyone to sell me anything. I don't believe in selling. Selling is wicked. It's gross. Thank God someone sold you, sold you some clothes, man. Selling is. It's icky and it's evil. It's weird. Thank God somebody sold you some food, man. Selling is the worst ever. Thank God somebody sold you some shoes. Now you don't have to walk around, like, getting poked in the foot, you know, with rocks and sticks and thorns all the time, Right? Y' all tracking. Y' all seeing this? So you need to have an offer, which is a product or service that solves a problem for your market. The second thing you need is you need to start getting good at marketing. No, not. Not like cool marketing tactics. Just start putting value out to your people and watch what the algorithm does. And the third thing you need to get good at sales. What is sales? I'm glad you asked. Sales is the exchange of value. There it is again. Value. The exchange of value in the form of a product or service in return for money. Aha. We started the whole training off asking you a very interesting question. How many of you would like to make two times more, five times more, 10 times more, 100 times more money than you are now? And 100% of people going, that's me, that's me, that's me. Well, what is money? I don't know. Well, we understood in the beginning part of this training, money is value. Money in itself. These pieces of paper are not valuable within themselves. They're only valuable because we assign value to them. So that means money is not actual coins. It's not cash. It's not digits. It's not cards. Money is value. And right here, my friends, right here is the most powerful and effective way that you can begin to unlock more value for your market so that you can begin to make more money. So now that we understand this, can you guys give me just a few more moments? I want to break down how offers work, I want to break down how marketing works, and then I want to break down how sales work, if that's all right. Somebody in the comments said, go ahead, Uncle Rick, let's go. So now that we're understanding, okay, the way I'm going to make more money is I've got to create more value. The best way to create more value is I need an offer. I need marketing, and I need sales.

Okay?

So here's the punchline. Let's talk about offers, okay? Offers, okay? Now here's the thing. When it comes to an offer, all right, There are bad offers, there are okay offers, there are good offers, then there are great offers, and then there are irresistible offers, okay? What are the differences? A bad offer is something that doesn't really. It's not really desirable for the market, right? It's. It's almost like, yo, guys, everyone who lives here in the desert, I've got an incredible offer for you. I am selling space heaters, the hottest in the world. Yours today, only 9.99. Like, do you think you're going to sell a lot of space heaters in the desert? No or no? Which one? Probably not. That's not the best offer, right? Like, maybe a better offer is. Is, hey, guys, we're here in the desert. I have these. These hand. Hand fans. And now it's a little bit better of an offer than like, selling space heaters in the desert. Like, hey, I'll sell you this. This fan that you. You use your hand like this to do. It's a better offer. What would be a great offer? A great offer would be like, hey, guys, I am selling bottles of water. That's a pretty great offer, selling bottles of water in the desert. What would be a fantastic, oh, my gosh, irresistible offer? I mean, to me, it would be like, hey, guys, I'm gonna give you a lifetime supply of ice cold, refreshing water. And also you get access to this incredible, like, refreshing pool that you can jump into anytime you want. You see what I'm saying? Like, there are levels to the offer. It's not just. And by the way, if you're taking notes, write this down. More stuff is not better. Faster results are better. You might have heard me say this before, but, guys, I'm telling you, this is true. What makes your offer good is not like, I'm going to put 800 things in it. That. That doesn't make it better. It just makes it more filled with stuff. But people don't care about the stuff. They care about the transformation. If you're taking notes or shout it down in the comments, when it comes to your offer, we don't sell stuff. We sell transformations. And here's the point I'm trying to make to you, okay? When it comes to offers, every offer has two kinds of value. How many value? How many kinds of value? Drop a 2 in the chat. Every offer has two kinds of value, okay? This side of the offer is the actual or the intrinsic value, and this side of the offer is the perceived value, okay? Now what is the difference. What is the difference between the perceived value of your offer and the actual or the intrinsic value of your offer?

Okay?

Here's a gigantic mistake that a lot of newbie entrepreneurs make. These are eyeballs right here, okay? And what a lot of new entrepreneurs do is they are when it comes to trying to sell their offer to people, okay? They're trying to get all of the attention over here. Oops, where's my laser?

There we go.

They're trying to get this attention right here. Hey, guys, I could totally help you. I could totally serve you. And they're trying to put the attention on all the stuff in the offer.

Okay?

So for instance, they're like, hey, guys, I've got this thing. And look, you're gonna get this, you're.

Gonna get this, you're gonna get this, you're gonna get this, you're gonna get this, you're gonna get this, you're gonna get that.

But here's the punchline. Could you imagine, like, somebody who had, whatever, a coaching program or some kind of digital product or a mentorship, is it going to make you want to jump in more if they're like, hey, in. You only have to go through 837 lessons. Like, for me, I'm not going to be like, what the heck? I don't want to go through 800 lessons. Are you kidding me? Like, here's. Here's the thing I need you to understand about your offer, okay? The actual or the intrinsic value of your offer, it is real. It is incredible. But the point is this. No one cares about the actual or the intrinsic value as much as you do. And because you are the one who had to go through what you had to go through in order to receive the wisdom and the experience and the knowledge that you put into the offer, okay? Now here's the cool part. When people pay you and they receive the offer, they receive the actual or the intrinsic value on the back end. But if you're taking notes, write this down. The only thing people receive is before they pay you is the perceived value of your offer. That's the only thing they. They receive. So instead of you trying to go.

Hey, guys, you're going to get this. You're going to get this. You're going to get this. You're going to get this. You're going to get this.

No one cares. A better play to do is to take this, Take this attention and show them the transformation that is possible for them. Listen, I don't care how many courses or I don't care how many lessons. You're not going to sell me by saying, well, we used to have 700 lessons. Now we have 1,400. I don't want to go through 1400 lessons. Tell me how fast I can receive a transformation. If you're taking notes, write this down. Don't sell the trip, sell the vacation. No one cares about the actual intrinsic value until after they pay you. The only thing that they care about before they pay you is the perceived value of your offer. So as you are setting up the value for your people, as you're setting it all up, make sure that you're building the perceived value in a way that is irresistible to that person. Notice the transformation that's possible for you. Look what you could potentially achieve if you just take action. Here is some of the testimonies of some of my students. Look at the transformation they've received. Are you seeing what I'm saying here? Point to the transformation on the front. Pull the attention not to the.

You're going to get this, you're going to get that. You're going to get this.

No one cares. Put the attention on the transformation. And when they go, oh, my gosh, this looks absolutely incredible. I really, really, really desire this transformation. When they pay you, then this will mean something to them. Only after they pay you. What means the most to them before they pay you is the perceived value. And then what will mean the most to them after they pay you is the actual value.

Okay?

So that's how you're going to begin to start building your offers. If y' all are getting it, let me know down in the comments. Say, I'm getting it. I'm getting it, I'm getting it. Now let's talk about marketing. Okay, so now that we understand, okay, the way I'm going to create more value into the market is I need to have a powerful offer, an irresistible offer, and then I need to be able to be a very good marketer, but not in the sense of what's my cool marketing strategy? And what are the blade? What are the plays? No, no, no. Consider it as value.

Okay?

Consider it as sowing seeds of value into your Market. All right, and here's the biggest punchline. I need to ask everyone here a question. Talk to me in the comments.

Okay?

Does McDonald's make the best burger you've ever had in your life? Forever and ever. Amen. Till death do you part. Be honest with me. Someone shouted in the comments. No. Nope. No way. Absolutely not. Oh my gosh. No way. No. Then why in the world is McDonald's the most profitable burger company in the world? Because of this. I need you to write this down. The best known always beats the best product. The best known always beats the best product. What's the product? That product is your offer right now. What I'm not saying is, I'm not saying don't have a good offer. You should absolutely have a mind blowing offer. But the reality is this, whoever is more known is going to make more money. And how are you going to get more more known? You are going to put out more value than the next guy, than the next gal.

Okay?

And let me give you, let me give you an example of this, okay? This is what marketing looks like.

Okay?

Here's Marketing 101. I'm gonna break it down for y'. All. Someone in the comments say, break it down, Uncle Rick, let's go. Okay, let me break down marketing for you guys, okay? So this road right here represents traffic. And that traffic is coming from whatever the Internet, social media, email, text message, those are your leads coming in, etc. Etc. Etc.

Okay?

And let's say you and your friend are driving down the road, okay? Let me see if I could draw a little. This is a car right here, y', all, okay? You guys are driving down the road on this road trip and you're like, yo, we're starting to get a little bit tired. We should totally stop and grab some coffee. Now watch this, okay? On this side of the road right here, you've got St. Arbucks, okay? You got Starbucks right here, okay? And here's the crazy part. Starbucks, you know the brand, okay? Not only that, but guess what? Starbucks over here, they got the lights. It's well lit, right? It's not like some, you're, it's, it's nighttime, you're a little bit tired. And they have well lit area. It's Starbucks. You know what I'm saying? They're like, oh, this is awesome. So on the left side of the road is Starbucks, but on the right side of the road is this joint is just straight up called Coffee.

Okay?

And there's like, there's a tumbleweed Right? It's, it's really dark. It's not well lit. There's like a, a jank little dog who's like, only got three legs. Y' all pray for this dog, okay? He's really struggling. He's only got three legs, right? It's really weird. It's awkward. It's dark. There's a tumbleweed. Okay, let me ask you a question. Let me know in the comments. It's getting kind of late. You still have a few hours to go. You need some caffeine. And you, and your, your, your, the, the person on the road trip with you, your mom, your friend, your girlfriend, your husband, your boyfriend, whoever it is, you're like, we need some coffee. Let me know in the comments. Where are you gonna go stop for coffee? Somebody said Starbies all the way. Starbucks, sbs. Exactly, exactly, exactly. But here's the crazy part. I didn't tell y' all this. I didn't tell y' all this, okay? This joint right here, Coffee, they don't even have a good name, bro. They're just called coffee, right? And this little janked out dog, he's got diseases and stuff. Tumbleweeds blowing. What I didn't tell you is that coffee, they actually legit make the most incredible coffee in the whole entire universe. In fact, when you drink the coffee, like literally, dolphins start cresting in, like in the horizon of your soul and there is like light beams from glory that comes out when you drink the coffee, you instantly lose 30 pounds supernaturally, in the spirit and in the flesh, like it is the most insane. And it tastes like Michael the Archangel stirred the pot with his sword of glory from like millennia of warfare in the angelic realm. It's absolutely ludicrous how good this coffee is. But can I tell y' all something? The same way with me, the same way with you, the same way with anyone. Why is nobody going to stop there? Even though they have the most incredible coffee in the whole entire world, because of this. The best known always beats the best product. The best known always beats the best product. So what am I trying to tell y'? All? You should absolutely have an incredible, mind blowing offer. But guess what?
