What's up guys? Rick Pino here with Get Wisdom. What if I told you there are only five simple steps that anyone can take in order to go from where they are now to where they desire to be in their finances. In fact, these five steps in this framework I'm going to give you today in this training are the exact five steps that I teach my students on how to go from their nine to five or where they currently are to firing their boss, making tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands and yes, even millions of dollars. It's all found in this five step framework. Hang on and let's get into it. Well guys, today's training is brought to you by my upcoming five day live virtual training called Create and Sell Digital Products. I'm going to show you everything you need to know on how to ethically and morally learn how to monetize your knowledge. You can take your knowledge, your skills, your expertise, your experience, create digital products, or in other words, educational resources that are digital, right? That's a digital product. You do the work one time by creating it and then you put it out there to your people and it has a potential to pay you over and over and over again. This training is perfect if you are a beginner, if you don't even know what your niche is yet, if you don't really understand digital products, that's exactly why you should consider joining me. It's going to be life changing. Click the link down below and come and join me. It's going to be awesome. Guys, let's jump into this five step framework, okay? Come with me here to the board and I'm going to break it all down for you. You're going to love this one, okay? I call this framework the Cycle of Success. Now here's the thing. Most things that God does in the earth, in the universe, et cetera, are on cycles. They're cyclical, right? Like you see the sun, the moon, the stars, you know, the way the sun rises every day and it sets and then even the moon is on a cycle. You look at nature, there are seasons, right? The cycle of summer, winter, spring, fall. You look at the human body, right? Women's bodies are on cycles and on and on and on and on. There's all kinds of different cycles within creation. And I have discovered a cycle in business that you can literally just get on this cycle, do these five steps over and over and over and literally have incredible success in your business, in your finances, et cetera. So this five step framework here, guys, it's one of the Most powerful ways that you can serve people at a higher level and then begin to make money at a higher level. So what are the five steps? Let's get right into it, okay? Step number one in this cycle of success is you must get clear on who and how you serve people. Because at the end of the day, guys, when it comes to moral and ethical business, this is not about sales. This is about serving. In fact, sales become a bottle product. If you can serve people well, think about that. If you serve people very, very well in the place of I am going to be clear on who and how I serve them, then they're going to be clear on, oh wow, she's my gal, he's my guy, she can help me, he can help me. Then they're going to be clear on why they would have the desire to do business with you, right? But the opposite is also true. If you are unclear on who or how you serve people, then the market is going to be unclear as to why they should do business with you, right? So for instance, it's like think about this whole idea of like the elevator pitch, right? It's like, hey, what's your elevator pitch? Like who do, what do you do? Like, I even like to think of it like if you're sitting on an airplane and you're sitting down, getting ready to take off and the guy or gal next to you is like, hey, so what do you do for a living? If you are not able to say very concisely who and how you serve somebody in like a one or two sentence explanation, then you're not very clear, right? If you're like, well I kind of do this and a little bit of that and you know, this and then that one, like it's just, it sounds mumbled, jumbled and nobody wants to hear your drunk a log. I call it a drunkalog, right? It's like it sounds like you're just giving this weird dialogue but you're halfway drunk and like no one wants that, right? So if I were you, I would come up with a very, very simple and easy way to show to them and prove to them and to yourself that you are clear on who and how you serve people. And here's how to do it. Okay, check this out. Okay, here's the formula. You are going to say I help, I help insert your market or your niche, okay? Git do have. Desired result, okay? Through or by. Insert your mechanism. Okay? So here's a couple of examples. Okay, I'll just give you mine. So here's mine. Okay, I help new or aspiring entrepreneurs learn to make money online with digital products. That's it. Right? Here's a formula. This is how you can be very clear on who and how you serve people. So maybe you serve, you know, pastors, maybe you serve sourdough bread makers, maybe you serve sneaker flippers on the Internet. Whatever it is, you could literally say, I help stay at home moms learn how to homeschool their kids through an easy five step process. Ta da. There you go. Like right there. It's very clear on who and how you serve somebody. Okay? Because again, if you're unclear, they're going to be unclear and if they're unclear, they're going to tell you no, you're not going to be able to serve them and they're not going to want to pay you for solving their problem. Okay? So guys, this is the formula right here. I'm breaking it down for you. I help whoever the person is that you desire to help, get, do, have, et cetera, fill in their desired result through by whatever your mechanism is. Okay? Again, mine. I help new or aspiring entrepreneurs learn to make money online with digital products. So here's what I want you to do. After you're done watching this training or even now, pause this video and start working this out on your phone or writing it out or typing it out. Okay, what is my, what is my statement? I help X do slash, get, slash, have Y through slash, buy X, Y, Z. Okay? If you can bring your thing into this framework right here, you'll have no problem communicating clearly to the people that you desire to serve. And then whenever it makes sense to them, they're going to tell you yes. Okay? So that's step number one in the cycle of success. Number one, you must get clear on who and how you serve people. Step number two, this one is a lot of people make the mistake on this one, okay? So don't trip up on this one. You must. Have an obvious solution to the market's obvious problem. Okay? One of the biggest mistakes that new or aspiring entrepreneurs make whenever it comes to like starting their business is they're trying to come up with all these new cool ideas. What if we did this? What if we did that? What if we, instead of doing that or instead of like, I'm going to make this really cool thing or I'm going to create this really awesome thing and after I put all of this effort into this, I'm going to put it out there to the market and hopefully somebody's going to buy it. Instead of approaching it like that, reverse engineer this thing and say, okay, what does the market really, really desire? Because the punchline is, I'm going to give you a little bit of secret sauce right here. Okay? Remember, step number one, get clear on who and how you serve people. One of the best ways to do that is to serve somebody who is currently going through right now something that you've already been through, whatever two years, three years, five years, eight years, 10 years ago, right? Serve the person who is currently going through something you've already been through and overcome. Why? Because now you're very, very clear. You know how to help them. You know their pain points, you know the solution and your hope and inspiration for them that they're not going to, like, they're not going to die in this season. They're going to make it because you were there, been there, done that, have five T shirts, and now I'm on the other side. And when you have that, guess what else you have, you have a very clear understanding of the obvious problems. And now that you're on the other side, you know how to offer obvious solutions. Think about that, right? Like, oh, man, when I was going through that season, oh, gosh, I wish somebody would have just explained to me, xyz, oh, man, if I would have known about blah, blah, blah while I was going through that, it would have made my life so much easier. That's what I'm talking about. That's step number two in the cycle of success. Number one, get clear on who and how you serve them. One of the best ways to do that is to serve people who are going through something you've already been through and you've overcome. Step number two, have an obvious solution to the market's obvious problem. Here's why, okay? If you try to come up with some new cool idea and pitch it to the market and like, hopefully somebody's gonna buy it, instead of doing that, just ask the market, what, what would you like? What problems you have? How can I solve them? Well, I. I wish somebody would teach me about this. I wish somebody would help me with this. And if you're serving somebody who's going through something you've already been through and you're on the other side, you know exactly how to help them because you've already been through that. So instead of trying to come up with something new or cool or creative, just come up with an obvious solution to the market's obvious problem. Drop some fire emojis down in the comments if you're getting some Value. If you're ready for number three, drop a three in the comments and let's go. Okay, so now, now that you're clear, now that you have an obvious solution to the market's obvious problem, what are you going to do next? You are going to, You're going to create a digital product that solves that problem. Ta da. Why are we creating a digital product instead of physically? Actually, you know, we ourselves with our time and our effort fixing the problem for them. Because if you go to fix the problem yourself, like, hey, you know, let's say you serve. I serve brick and mortar businesses who have the desire to get online, but they just don't know how. And I build websites for them. Something like that. Okay, well, think about it. If that's the case, okay? If you're the person who has to build all these websites for everybody, now you're just trading your time for dollars. Yes. Not at a job, and nothing wrong with a job, but you're still trading time for dollars. It's just you're doing it for yourself instead of for a job. So that's a better option than working a job. But if you begin to scale and you do this cycle over and over, things are going to begin to grow for you. And before you know it, you're going to work yourself into a job that owns you instead of you owning a business, right? You don't want your business to own you, you want to own your business. And if you're trading time for dollars in like services, okay, that's exactly what's going to happen here. So why do you need to come up with a digital product to build a digital product, like a course, have a mentorship, an ebook, a digital training manual, maybe a membership site, maybe it's a webinar, maybe whatever it is, right? Maybe it's a four week online school, et cetera. There's all kinds of digital products that you could create. But let's take that same scenario I just gave you, okay? I help mom and pop business owners, brick and mortar business owners who have the desire to get online through building them their websites or whatever that is. Okay? If that's the case, instead of you physically building the website, you should consider building a course or putting together a training showing them step by step exactly how to build their own website. Because now you're no longer trading your time or your effort for dollars, now you're trading your knowledge for dollars, right? And by the way, there's going to be people watching like who the heck would want to Buy a course for me, blah, blah. I'm just a nobody. If you have that false and limiting belief, then you're already. You're already down the wrong path. Okay, here's a quick story. So my son, a couple of years ago is. He was coming up on his birthday, and I was putting him to bed one night and I was like, hey, what do you want to do for your birthday, bro? He's like, I want to go. I want to go fishing for bass. And I was like, that's unique. I mean, we've gone fishing a number of times, but fishing for bass, like, specifically, okay, So I put him down to sleep. By this point, it's like 9 or 10 at night. I'm searching the Internet and I'm like, okay, what kind of poles do I need? A special pole, a special bait? Where are the bass in my area? Like, do I need a special permit just for bass specifically? I'm doing all this mumbo jumbo, searching. And I was like, oh, you know what I'll do? I will just. I'll see if somebody out there has a course on bass fishing, and I'll just see if they can help me. So lo and behold, I search bass fishing course, and boom, a bunch of them pop up and I look through them. I chose the one that I was like, this one looks cool for me. I paid the person $2,000 to teach me everything I needed to know about going bass fishing. Now you might be sitting here going, oh my gosh, paid 2,000 bucks. Like, that's crazy. I could have showed you for. But the point is, that person, instead of like, hey, Rick, I will come to your. Your hometown. I'll bring my boat, you know, I'll bring my own fishing poles, and I'll bring my bait, and I'll take you and your son for an afternoon, you know, four, five, six hours out on the, on the water, blah, blah, blah. Like, think about how much time that would cost that guy, right? But instead, what he did is he said, step number one, do this, step number two, do that, step number three. And he just put it all together in a very clear outline. The course was wonderful. I paid him two grand. And here's a punchline. Like, I literally purchased that at like 10 or 11 o' clock at night. The dude could have been sleeping. He probably made two grand in his sleep. So imagine if he would have been like, oh, who would want to buy a course on bass fishing? Like, he would have lost out on thousands just for me. And I'm sure there's tons of other people out there who are purchasing his course. So why am I saying step number three is to create a digital product that solves that problem for people. Because a digital product, you're basically monetizing your knowledge. You're no longer trading time for dollars. You are trading your creativity for dollars. Time and effort are limited. So if you trade those for dollars, guess what else is limited? Your dollars. Creativity is unlimited. So if you trade that for dollars, guess what could potentially become unlimited for you? Your dollars. Your earning potential. See what I'm saying here? So step number one, get clear. Step number two, you need an obvious solution to the market's obvious problem. Step number three, you must create a digital product that solves that problem. Do not do it yourself. Don't trade your time for dollars. Learn this system. Create the digital product. Put it out there so you can make money while you sleep. Just like the bass fisherman dude did with his course and me and my son. Okay, if you're ready for number four, drop a four in the chat. Let's go. Step number four. Okay, now that you're clear, now that you have an obvious solution, now that you've created your digital product that solves that problem, the fourth thing you're going to do is you are going to. Start telling people how you can help them. I know it sounds crazy, but guys, here's the thing. Instead of thinking of marketing as like, ah, this is like gimmicky. And they're like, marketing all the time. Don't think of marketing like that. Think of marketing like this. How can I put valuable content out into the market that brings them so much value? Like, like one of my mentors said it like this. One of the best ways to help somebody is by actually helping them, right? And so instead of you going, hey, guys, buy my course, buy my course, buy my course, buy my. No one wants that. You're just spamming everybody. No one wants to buy your course. But if you were to position yourself as a leader who has solutions to problems and you're putting out content and you're saying, guys, if you struggle with blah, blah, blah, here are the three tips everyone should know so you no longer have to struggle and you put out that piece of content and then you say something like, here's the number one mistake new blah, blah, blahs make whenever they have the desire to xyz. And here's exactly what you how you can avoid making this mistake. Just like I did. Aha. All of a sudden, the people you're talking to in the market. Like, huh, that sounds pretty cool. Hey, those tips are really helpful. Wow, she really helped me. Wow, he really helped me. What's happening now? When you begin to tell people how you can help them and prove this to them by actually helping them with your content, something interesting happens. Okay? If you lead with asking for buy my thing, Buy my thing, buy my thing. No one's going to want that because you're positioning yourself as a neder N e e d e r. Okay? And neaters are always chasing a sale. But if you position yourself as a leader, L e a d e r, who says, guys, here's a bunch of free information. I'd love to serve you. If you buy from me or not. I'm just going to keep on serving you. Here's a bunch of help for you. Guess what's going to happen. Leaders don't chase sales. Leaders attract sales. So now you don't even have to lead with buy my thing, buy my thing. Guess what happens when you start putting out like valuable content to the market and showing them, hey, I can actually help you. And here's some really helpful information for you. Guess what's gonna happen? They're gonna go, hey, bro. Hey, sis. This is actually really, really good. What else do you have? Like, how can I get connected more? Do you have this? Do you have anything else besides social media? Is there a program? Do you have a brochure? Do you have a this? In fact, I do. Right? It's your digital product. Aha. Right. So this is like, this is one of the secrets, man. This is secret sauce stuff on how to be able to market without coming across as gimmicky or slimy or weird. No one wants that. I don't want that. You don't want that. Right. You want to be putting out value to your market so that they are like, wow, she really knows what she's talking about. He really knows what he's talking about. Then they lift their hand and they go, hey, can I get some more information from you, please? And now you are no longer a neater chasing a sale. You are a leader who they look up to and you are attracting sales. Okay? So number four, start telling people how you can help them and help them by actually helping them. And lastly, guys, if you're ready for step number five, drop a five in the chat. Let's go. Okay, this one's really fun here. Step number five, you're going to. Serve your people by selling to them. If you're taking notes or maybe you can drop it in the chat here, I want you to write this down or drop in the chat and say it like this. Selling is good because selling is serving. Now, I know each and every one of us here. We've had bad sales experiences in the past. Like, oh, that was slimy. He was just like a slimy sales guy. She was just trying to, like, get me to buy something. Ugh. Exactly. What makes a sales experience gross or slimy or weird is when the person doing the selling is more concerned about their result and their transformation than they are about their client's result or their client's transformation. For instance, when you go into the grocery store, okay, and you got your little buggy, your little cart, and you're walking around, no one is walking around the grocery store going, man, grocery stores are scamming everybody, man. They're all about the money. I know this place is a scam. They're just trying to rip us off. No one's doing that. Why? Because they're providing an obvious solution to their market's obvious problem, and they are serving the community by selling them the solution to the problem. Another example, okay, let's say you have, like, a toothache and your tooth is just. Absolutely just, oh, my gosh, I hurt my tooth. It's pounding, it's throbbing. I need help. And you go into the dentist, okay? No one with a pounding, throbbing toothache is going to walk into the dentist. Like, man, dentists are ripping everybody off. Dentists are a scam. All of them. All. They're just about the money. No one's saying that. Why? Because they're walking in with an obvious problem that needs an obvious solution. And guess what? The dentist does. The dentist serve those people by solving their problem, and then they charge them. Selling is good because selling is serving. How do we transform bad sales experiences into good sales experiences? That's very easy. Position yourself not as a neater who needs the sale, but as a leader who is putting out value and attract sales in the position of, I am not here to sell something. It's not about the sale for me. It's about service. And if I can just focus on serving everybody as much as possible with my business, I'll have no problem getting paid. Because I am more concerned about your transformation and your success than I am about mine. And if I can sincerely and genuinely position myself into the place of selling is serving, then guess what's going to happen? I will not be able to help but get paid. Right? And so you need to understand, selling is not slimy or Sleazy. The only reason why anyone has any money anywhere, anywhere in the world is because somebody somewhere sold something for a profit. Aha. So guys, let's bring it all together. Remember I said it's a cycle of success. Let me break this down, okay? Last thing to know about this is if you're ever lost in your journey and you're like, well, I just don't know what to do. Well, what's the last step of the cycle you completed? Well, I'm pretty clear on who I and how I serve people. Great. Then do step number two. I already have an obvious solution to their obvious problem because I've been there, done that, and I can totally help them. Great. Then do step number three. Create a digital product that solves that problem. I already have digital products. I have a course. No one buys it. Well, guess what you should start doing? Start telling people how you can help them and actually help them by helping them. Well, I'm already putting out content. Well, guess what? Then you should start making offers and start serving your people by selling to them. Not leading with asking, leading with giving. And they're gonna come to you and ask, hey, do you have anything I can buy? Here's the cool part. The more you make sales, the more insight you're going to have into your market and the more clear you can get. Then you can have more obvious solutions to the problems. Then you can create more digital products and you can keep telling people you can help them. Oops. And then you can make more sales. And then the cycle goes on and on and on and on. Ladies and gentlemen, that is the cycle of success. Listen, if you are interested in. Obviously every single one of these steps are powerful on their own, but very obviously just keeping it real with you. Every one of these steps are like 50 layers deep, right? If you would like more information on how to actually access the deeper levels of step one, deeper levels of step two, three, four, five, et cetera, then it's very simple. Click that link down below.
