In today's training, guys, I'm going to show you one of King Solomon's extremely powerful business models. There are multiple business models that we learned from King Solomon. Okay, I'm going to show one of them to you guys today. It's a four part framework. If you've never heard this before, buckle up because it's absolutely going to be life changing. Let me ask you a question. How many of you here would like to make more money than you're making right now? Wave at me like this. Anybody here shout yes in the comments if that's you. Okay? Okay, sounds good. Let me ask you another question. How many of you here would like to make more money than you are now, but you'd like to learn how to do it as fast as humanly possible? If that's you, wave at me like this or shout yes in the comments. Okay. And both of my hands are up too, right? Why not? Why not? Well guys, turn with me to the book of Proverbs, okay? And we are going to look at an in very, very, very interesting passage of scripture here. Okay. And so this is from Solomon's book. Okay. But these sayings here are actually, let me see here, where are we going here? Yep. Okay, so these things here are actually from the sayings of Egger. So Egger was a contemporary of Solomon, but everybody knows all the kings of the earth would come and inquire about Solomon's wisdom. And so chances are, and scholars believe that, that this wisdom that we're about to read here was deeply and heavily inspired by Solomon's counsel to some of these different leaders and scribes and kings from around the world. Okay, y' all tracking. Wave at me like this if you're tracking. Got it so far. Okay, so we're going to start Proverbs chapter 30, starting at verse 24. Something very, very interesting here. And it starts like this. Okay, I'm going to read through them, then we're going to break these down together and I'm going to give you guys some very powerful practical business principles that you can begin to plug your business into. Okay, you guys ready? I'm ready down in the comments. Okay, let me start here. Four things on earth are small, yet they're extremely wise. They're what somebody in the comments say, extremely wise. Isn't it just like God to pull extreme wisdom from something that is seemingly very small, seemingly very insignificant? Isn't just like, isn't it just like God to take something that we're just like, eh, whatever. And God's Like, I've wrapped so much mystery and wisdom and knowledge and revelation in this little thing that you're just passing by. So I think it's really important if. If the Bible's telling us these things are small, yet they're extremely wise, how many of y' all think that we should be paying attention? Shout yes in the comments. Second, before we move on here, I want to share a very impactful insight with you. Okay? These things are small, yet they're extremely wise. What does that mean? If you're taking notes, write it down like this. Through God's principles, I am able to live wise beyond my size. When you tap into God's principles, you can live wise beyond your size. And here, in just a moment, I'm going to show you exactly how to do that. Okay, so verse 24. Four things on earth that are small, yet they're extremely wise. Number one, Ants are creatures of little strength, yet. Somebody in the comments say yet answer. Creatures of little strength, yet they store up their food in the summer. Interesting. Next part. Hyraxes. Or in other words, rock badgers. Okay, if you don't know what a hyrax is, it's a rock badger. Okay, Rock badgers are creatures of little power, yet. Somebody in the comments shout, yet. Rock badgers are creatures of little power, yet they make their home in the rocks. Interesting. Verse 27. Locusts have no king yet. Somebody in the comments shout, yet. Locusts have no king yet. Watch this. They advance together in ranks and verse 28, a lizard. Depending on what verse, you're. Sorry, what translation that you're reading, it's either going to say lizard or spider, and it doesn't matter. The point is something very small, seemingly insignificant. Okay? Here in the NIV it says lizard. Your version might say spider, but the point is, okay, a lizard can be caught by the hand or a spider can be caught by the hand yet. One more time, somebody in the comments shout yet. Okay, a lizard or spider can be caught by the hand. That means they're super small, yet it can be found in the palace of kings. So what do we see here? Like, you, you might be sitting here going, okay, all this is like, wild. Like, what does that mean? Locusts and ants and lizards and rock badgers. Like, what in the world does this have to do with anything? Well, let's come to the board and let's break down the very first part of this framework. I'm going to give you guys, okay, one of Solomon's business models, and I'm going to teach you Guys, how to be wise beyond your size. Are y' all ready? Shout. I'm ready in the comments if you're ready to learn how to be wise beyond your size. Okay, so number one, ants. What did it say about the ants? Okay, the ant is a creature of. Little strength. Okay. Yet there it is again. Okay, so remember, these things are small yet extremely wise. So an ant has little strength yet. Watch this. They store up food in the summer. Okay, what does that mean? What does it mean? Like, okay, where are we even going with this? Like, how is this wise? Can I break it down for y'? All? Somebody to come and say break it down, Uncle Rick. Okay, so what's the very first thing that we understand about ants? Number one, though, they are creatures of little strength. Have you ever noticed an ant? Like, really, really fun story. So the other day I was eating lunch out on the back patio with my wife and we have this really kind of cute little beautiful plant that one of her friends gave her as a gift. And the funniest thing, like, it's not even on the ground, right? It's like a plant on one of our outside tables. And this whole colony of ants decided we're going to come and take over and we're going to build, you know, our home in this plant. And it's like, it's wild. So I love it because I'm thinking of verses like this and I'm sitting there eating lunch just watching these ants and oh my gosh, man. The first thing I learned about ants is, number one, they have no guide. There's nobody there directing the ant traffic. Like, okay, you go over here, buddy. And you over there, hey sis, you come over here and you owe. No one's doing that, right? So they have no guide. So what does that mean when you have no guide? They are self taught, right? They're self taught. Like, okay, I'm going to go out here and I'm going to get it. All right, what's the second thing I noticed about ants? I'm sitting out there eating lunch and I'm watching all these ants do their thing. And by the way, y', all, I know you guys are going to judge me here, but I called the exterminator immediately afterward because they were taking over a little bit too much and they may or may not be there anymore. So y' all just judge me a little bit later. Anyways, so these ants guys are sitting there watching them. Number one, they have no guide. So what does that mean? They're self taught. Like you might Be a person of little strength. But if you can be a person who's committed to saying, I'm gonna figure this thing out, that is extremely wise. It's extremely wise of you to say, I'm gonna get this thing done and. And whether I have a guide or not, I'm just going to go get it done. Are y' all tracking? Yes or. Yes. So the second thing I notice about the ant is, number two, They have no overseer. Like, the queen is not out there. Like, yes, my loyal subjects. Exactly. That's exactly. I'm watching you, John. Okay. You, Rebecca, I'm seeing you over there. I'm. I got my eyes. Like, no one's overseeing them. So not only are they self taught, but when they have no overseer, what else does that mean? It means they're not just self taught, but guess what? They're self motivated. Like, you might be sitting here going, like, oh, man, I just need some new inspiration. No, you don't. You need to be motivated by yourself. You need to be able to stand up, get your internal engine going. I don't know if you need, like, a cup of coffee or you need an energy drink. You need to go do some jumping jacks. You need to go spend some time in prayer. Whatever you need to do. Go get a workout in, whatever it is. But listen, you need to be a self motivated person, because even though you might be someone of quote unquote, little strength, if you could be self motivated, right? You are extremely wise to be self motivated. Are y' all tracking? And here's the other interesting part that I notice about the ant. The third thing here is interesting. Okay. Not only did they not have a guide, they don't have an overseer, but they have no ruler. Now, of course, you have the. The queen in there, but the queen's not there. Like I said, the queen's not in there. Like overseeing or guiding or ruling over them. It's just like they're. They get up, they go. They're self taught, they're self motivated. And guess what else? With no ruler, that means they are. Self discipline, man. You might be sitting here going, man, I just need some new inspiration. You don't need inspiration. You need discipline. Inspiration comes and goes. Discipline is committing to do the thing whether you feel like it or not. I'm going to give you a fire quote that I heard from Mike Tyson, okay? Mike Tyson said it like this. Discipline is doing the thing that you hate, like you love it. Ooh. What is it about the ant that makes them so extremely wise. Even though they are creatures of little strength, they store up food in the summer. We're going to get there here in just a second. But three things I need you to pay very close attention to. Number one, they have no guide, so they're self taught. Number two, they have no overseer, so they're self motivated. And number three, they have no ruler, so that means they're self disciplined. So let's take some clues from the ant here, because if the Bible's telling us this is small, but it's extremely wise, how many of you think we should tap into some of this wisdom? Yes or yes? Right now, this is an interesting part. Okay, so the ants are creatures of little strength, yet watch this. They store up food in the summer. Can I tell you all a story right quick? This is so powerful. Okay, so one of my business mentors has become a millionaire, a multimillionaire, and lost everything. Not once, not twice, not three times, not four times. Five times. Millionaire broke is a joke. Millionaire broke is a joke. Multimillionaire broke his five times. Five times. And so I was on a coaching call with them and I was like, hey, can I ask you a question? You've been multi millionaire and broke five different times. I'm just going to be selfish and ask, how do I not do that? Like, how do I go from where I'm at now multi, multi, multimillionaire to not losing it, not going broke. Is there a way to not do that? And you know the answer he gave me, so powerful. He said, well, listen, if you're anything like me and you come from nothing, you come from very little. Whenever you start making even a little bit of money, you start feeling more rich than you actually are. And I was like, ooh, that's interesting, because I know the feeling. I remember the first time years ago, when my wife and I, we built one of our first businesses. And I remember opening up the bank account for the first time and I saw $100,000 in the account. And I was like, three. This is insane. Oh, my gosh. What? This is crazy. But here's the thing. When you come from nothing and you start making a little bit of something, you really do start feeling more rich than you are. And so what he counseled me and my wife to do is, he said, what I counsel to you is, is don't do what I did. He said, every time I would make money, I would increase my living to the point of my money. But because I hadn't yet become the person that knew how to not just make the money, but I had to learn how to multiply the money and manage the money. So you can't just make money, you have to learn how to make it, you have to learn how to multiply it and then you have to learn how to manage it. Like, I'll be honest with you guys. I spend two or three hours every single morning after I drop my kids off at school, after I go to prayer. I literally spend two to three hours every single day managing my investments, managing my accounts, managing my affairs. Because I want to be found as a faithful manager. I want God to entrust me with more. So I literally take hours a day to do it. What's the point I'm trying to make here? Okay? With the ant being a creature of little strength, you might be sitting here going, well man, I don't have this resource. I don't have that resource. I don't. Blah, blah, blah, blah. The point that I'm trying to make here is this, okay, the ant being a creature of little strength, okay? Yet they store up food in the summer. So I'll wrap up this story with my mentor. I said, how do I make sure I don't do that? He said, don't increase your living to the level of income. He said, in fact, what you should do, you should store up food for winter in the summer. And I was like, huh, interesting. What does that mean? And then he teaches me this specific verse. He said, have you ever heard that verse in Proverbs? I said, yeah. The ant, their creatures, a little strength, but they store food in the summer. He goes, exactly. If you're taking notes, write it down like this. The ant thinks winter all summer long. See, what most people make the mistake of here, guys, is you're like, woohoo. We're making like it's going great. Like we're making great money. It's finally working. Woohoo. Let's go out and we're going to, we're going to buy that random car. I'm going to go out and I'm going to spend this. I'm feeling generous today. Let's just give it all away. And the problem is, it's like, it's like, it's like a fairytale, man. Like all of a sudden you're like, woo, it's summer. And you're just like having fun spending all this money. And then all of a sudden in the winter season you're like, oh gosh, we don't have anything. And guess who always has food stored up in the winter, the ant. Why? Because here's a powerful principle I need to impart to you right now. If you stay ready, you never have to get ready. See, the ant stays ready, so he never has to get ready. The ant is self taught, self motivated, self disciplined, with no guide, no overseer, no ruler. Even though the ant is someone of little strength, the ant is a go getter, man. The ant is always storing up food in the summer. The ant always thinks winter, even all summer long. When you stay ready, you don't have to get ready. Are y' all tracking with this so far? Yes, Because I don't know about y', all. I ain't trying to look rich, I'm trying to be rich. I'm not trying to look wealthy. I'm trying to actually be wealthy. Like, I have nice stuff, it's no big deal. But can I tell you what? My wife and I, after we heard this, this, this wisdom and this counsel from one of our mentors, for years we lived so far away from our means. Like to the point where my accountant was like, hey, this is a true story. My accountant recently was like, hey, this is. You are in such an insane position right now financially. And I was like, you really think so? He goes, yes. You're literally living off of 1% of your entire income. He's like, I've never seen this before. And guess what I told him. I said, when you stay ready, you don't have to get ready. So what happens is, guys, as you begin to practice some of these wisdom principles I'm about to give you when you start actually unlocking wealth and finances and riches and prosperity and abundance, etc. Etc. Etc. Don't try to just spend it all in the summer just because times are good. Like, I have storehouses that have storehouses that have storehouses. Like, I'm not trying to boast, it's just I've been through a couple of rounds of winners. Has anybody here, can anyone here relate how you ever been through a winter? I remember when I was first starting my business, we. I didn't understand this concept and we would like get these little whooshes of income, like, woo hoo. Like, you know, spend everything and we're going there, we're buying all this stuff. This is awesome. And then all of a sudden, winter comes. We're like, oh my gosh, what are we going to do? Help us, God. I didn't understand the wisdom of the ant. The wisdom of the ant is the ant thinks winter all summer. Are y' all Getting this. So what am I trying to tell y' all about the ant, man? Why is the ant, even though it's a creature of creature of little strength, why is the ant extremely wise? Because the ant stores up food in the summer. They got no guide. They're self taught. They got no overseer. They're self motivated. They got no ruler. Their self discipline. The ant thinks winter, all summer. The ant stays ready so he doesn't have to get ready. What does that mean? It means the wisdom. If you're taking notes, write this down. The wisdom of the ant is the gift of contemplation. The wisdom of the ant is the gift of contemplation. What does that mean? See, the gift of contemplation, the wisdom of contemplation, that. That we learned from the ant is this will allow you to be so prepared that when the test comes and knocks others out, you'll breeze through it. Because you didn't even. You didn't wait for the trouble to come. You already knew the trouble was coming. And what's so powerful about this, guys? It means when you stay ready so you don't have to get ready. When you're self taught, self motivated, self disciplined, even though you're a creature of little strength. Guess what this means. That you can learn the lesson even before the test is given. Somebody to come and say, go ahead, Uncle Rick, consider the ant. What does that mean? It means we need to always have the gift of contemplation. My team will tell you I am always, like, five, seven, ten steps ahead, for better or for worse. I'll throw a grenade into one of our systems. You're like, whoa, what the heck? And I'm like, hey, well, this thing down here is coming. We should adjust. Like, okay, that's cool. And we're gonna do it. But you just blew everything up. And I'm. I'm sorry, right? But that's. I can't help it, man. God has given me wisdom and the gift of contemplation to always be thinking. I don't care how good it's going right now. Winter's coming. And if I can stay ready, I don't have to get ready. If I can learn the lesson before the test is given, then guess what? Whenever the storm comes and knocks everybody else, I'm gonna breeze through it. Why? Because I wasn't, like, shocked. Oh, my gosh. A storm came. I was prepared. You guys remember this in the pandemic? This is so interesting. The pandemic taught us that if you prepare, like the ant. The worst things that happen to most people could actually end up being the best things simply because you're prepared. Another quick story. So it was 2018 and I felt so strong. By the Holy Spirit, get on the Internet now. Like, I don't know if y', all who, if anyone here followed me from back in the day, but I literally hired. I had very little money at this point, okay? And I hired a videographer, a full time videographer, carved out a salary. It was the biggest like, leap of faith I had taken. Like, oh my gosh. Because no one was really making content in like 2017, 2018. It was all still like, hey guys, check out my coffee. Hahaha. My cat is so cute. Hahaha. And I was like full time videographer in my face putting out content. I had other well known worship leaders and preachers and ministers rebuking me. Rick, how can you do this? Like, you're on social media too much. Like, don't you know that? You know you're drawing too much attention yourself? I'm like, whatever, Bob, guess what? The Holy Spirit put this on my heart. I don't know why, but I'm going to learn how to use all this Internet stuff. Guys, we were using Zoom in 2017. So what am I saying? Why am I saying all this? Because when the pandemic happened and everybody was like in a panic and everyone was trying to move. Do y' all remember the early days of the pandemic when pastors like one week before the pandemic, they're like, I'm rebuking everybody in my church. You guys spend too much time on the Internet. That Internet's gonna get you. And then literally one week later, the pandemic happens and they're in their basement with like one single light bulb hanging down. Looks like they're in like a terrorist dungeon somewhere. Hi, ladies and gentlemen. We're gonna wait till more people jump on, please. Sow A seed church is now online. And I'm like, bruh, you were just rebuking everybody and now you're trying to learn how to use this tool. Like, what's, what's going on here? So while everybody's in a panic, guess what? Your boy, Uncle Ricky P. I was, I was already ready. I've been using Zoom for years. I've been using AI since 2017, I've been using. So when the pandemic happened and everyone's panicking, I was just like, yo, we can help. And my God, bruh, in 2020, we went from like Helping a few hundred people in 2020. I had 100,000 paid students come through my programs in 2020. Why am I more special? No, it's because the secret of the Lord is with those who fear him. And guess what? The Holy Spirit tapped me two years earlier and said, hey, get on the Internet, get some cameras going. Start making content. Learn how to use this software. Learn how to start using AI. Learn this thing called zoom that no one's heard about because everyone was still Skyping out. What's your Skype, bro? Why am I trying to tell you all this? One more time, let's recap here. Ants, creatures of little strength. You might be sitting here watching this going, man, I don't have that much strength. It doesn't matter because guess what? If you can think winter, even in the summer, if you could be one, storing up, if you could stay ready so you don't have to get ready. How would I do that, Rick? I'm glad you asked. You have to be self taught, you have to be self motivated, and you have to be self disciplined. Are you all ready for secret number two? Drop a two in the chat. Let's go. Okay, so now that we understand the wisdom of the ants. Okay, let's look at this second piece. Wisdom that is small yet. Is it? It's extremely wise. Okay, Number two, Rock badgers. Okay. Hyraxes. Rock badgers. Okay, this is really interesting. So rock badgers, they're creatures of little power. Now, by the way, there's a difference between strength and power. Because we see the ants, they're creatures of little strength. What does that mean? It means their actual like ability. But power is. It's the, it's the ability to be able to cause movement to happen. Right? It's. It's the ability to be able to, like, shake things up. It's power, right? It's not just like, hey, I, I have an ability. No, it's, it's a, it's an ability that leads to a movement. Okay? So you, you might be sitting here going, well, like, man, I'm like the rock badger. I've got little power. But watch this. Rock badgers are creatures. Little. Little power, yet. They make their homes. In the rocks. Ooh, what does that mean? What does that mean? They're creatures of little power, yet they make their homes in the rocks. Like, I, I want to submit to you. You don't have to be like, like you might be sitting here going, like, I just don't feel like I can just get this thing off the ground. You don't have to. Why? Because for me, what does the rock represent? The rock represents principles. What do they represent? Drop it in the comments. Someone shout principles. Okay, you may or may not have heard me say it like this before, but listen. Principles and systems are God's success. Automation. What does that mean when you follow and apply God's principles? Okay, these are the rocks that you can make your home upon. I don't know if I can get this thing off the ground. You don't have to have the actual physical power to do it. All you need to do, you don't need the power. You need a principle. Because guess what? Whenever you tap into God's principles and you simply apply God's principles, the principles do all the heavy lifting for you. They literally automate your success, man. How many of y' all here would like to see your success? Go on autopilot, wave at me like this. Or shout yes in the comments. Of course you would. Who wouldn't, right? So I. I have something to submit to you here, and it's to. As you're considering building your business, hopefully a digital product business, right? As you're considering growing your finances, what must you do? Well, I'll tell you this. Out of all the investments, out of all the staff, out of all the things that you need to do, the number one thing, can I tell you right now, the number one staff member you need to hire. Can I just give you the secret? Is that okay with anybody here? Shout yes in the comments. If I could just give you the secret. If you're like, okay, which staff member should I hire first? Have you ever wondered that before? Can I just tell y' all which one you should. The number one most important staff member that you should hire first is a staff member called principal. Why? Because when you hire principals, principals never call in sick. Principals work 24, 7 and never get tired. Principals are never late. Principals are always on time. Principals never quit. Principals work even on overtime. Baby, I don't have the ability or the power to get. You don't need that. What you need is to apply some principles. You need to hire some principles into your business and into your life and set those things in motion so that your success can become automatic. Rock badgers. They're creatures of little power, yet they make their homes in the rocks. Have you ever considered what does this mean? What does it mean for me to quote, unquote, make my home in the rocks? Well, could it be you find some of these business success principles in the Bible and you go huh? If success leaves clues, and if this was a clue and this person experienced success by doing this, maybe I should hire that principal for my own business as well and set that into motion. Are y' all tracking like. Like, this is so interesting. So three years ago, I started a new business, and we were getting it off the ground. It was doing okay. We got it to 50k a month, and then 80k a month, then, like, 100k a month. And we were kind of struggling. And honestly, what I was doing, I was taking all the. The knowledge I had at the time, and we're doing okay, but I just. I was stuck. I was stuck. I was stuck. I couldn't break 100k. And in this one specific business, I'm like, what the heck am I doing? And finally, I was like, wait a second. Success leaves clues. Who out there is having success in the type of business that I'm building right now? What clues are they leaving me? I'm just gonna go hire them and see what principles they can impart to me, and I'm just gonna go do those principles, and immediately, when I hired those principles that I learned from those who had success into my own life, into my own business. Kaboom. Send me in the comments. Shout kaboom, baby. Like, kaboom, man, it just went absolutely, like, catalytic, parabolic, whatever word you want to use. Explosion. Why? Because instead of me trying to go, oh, I need a new play. I need a new staff member. I need a new marketing skill. No, I need principles. Because though you might be a creature of little power, I don't feel like I can do this. I can't just. I can't get it off the ground. You don't have to lean on your own power. You can lean on the Bible's principles. Are y' all getting this? Look for clues, man. Success leaves clues. Look for the clues. Who is having success in the way that you desire to have it? What are they doing? What principles? What frameworks? How are they now? I'm not going. I'm not saying go and copy people verbatim, right? It's funny, because I have a number of people in the past who have tried to copy verbatim what I've done. Literally copied my words, copy my offer, copy my colors, copy everything. And then they come to me like, hey, how come it's not working? Because you ain't me, baby. That's why. Like, you. You're trying to fake the funk, like, take the principles. But, like, authenticity, it trumps everything, and this is not authentic. For you. Because none of this is yours. It's only mine. Like, go make it your own, right? So the point I'm trying to make here is. Is don't. Don't go and copy people verbatim. Go find the principles. The what? The principles. And instead of trying to lean on your own power, don't lean on your own power. Lean. Thank you so much for joining me at Invest Training. If you'd like to see more contact, you should hire immediately. Subscribe to the channel and by the way, share this about many people. Share with about 10 different people. You would like hire principals, because principals never call you. They always work 24 7. They're never late. They're always on time. They never quit. They always work overtime. Get some principles in your life, man, and start applying them so that your success can become automatic as well. Are y' all tracking yes or yes? Shout yes in the comments? So I know it might seem like, well, man, you know, I don't have the power to do it, even though that is a small thing. I'm just so small out here. I don't have a big following. I'm not a tech guru. I'm not a wizard. I'm not a blah, blah, blah. I'm not this. You don't have to have any of that. You just need principles. Okay, if you're ready for secret number three, drop a three in the chat. Let's go. I'm excited to give y' all number three. Number three is this. You guys remember reading this? Okay, Proverbs said it like this. Locust. This one's interesting. Okay, Locusts. What about locusts? I mean, locusts are just like. You could smash it with your foot, man. It's like, they're totally small. They're totally insignificant. It's just a locust. But Proverbs said it like this. Locust. What? They have no king. Oh, my gosh. This one's powerful. They have no king yet. I'm about to drop it on y'. All. Watch this. They have no king yet. They advance together. How do they advance together? In ranks. If you're taking notes, I need you to write these two powerful words together right now. And the words are this. Strategic partnerships. Strategic partnership partnerships. Can I. Can I break down a little bit of the Solomon wisdom to y' all today? Is that okay? Can I give you guys a little bit of insight on the life of Solomon right quick? Because I know a lot of people like to. To point out the. The bad part about what I'm about to Say, but can I show you guys the good part? How many of y' all know that Solomon had 800 wives? Hundreds of concubines, right? Seven, 800 wives. A few hundred concubines. So like a thousand different women in his life? Yes. That's terrible. Don't do that. But why did Solomon do this? Okay, consider this, okay? Solomon goes and he marries the daughter of a king. Let's just say the king of Egypt. Okay, When Solomon marries the daughter of the king of Egypt, is the king of Egypt ever going to invade the nation of Israel after that point? No or no? No. Why? Because a father would never attack his own daughter. And not only did Solomon marry this princess, but he married that one and this one and that one and this one from all kinds of different nations. Because the Bible told us that all the kings of the earth, not some, not most, all, all the kings of the earth came to consult with Solomon according to the wisdom of the Lord and according to the name of the Lord. And guess what? Solomon, practicing wisdom, said, I'm just going to make alignments with everybody. He didn't do this. Now, this wasn't necessarily God's best, but watch the wisdom here. He's like, I'm going to make a strategic partnership here. I'm going to make a strategic partnership there. And why in the world did nobody ever attack Israel in the days of Solomon? And anyone who would ever try, they couldn't even stand a chance. Why? Because the dude was aligned with the whole entire planet as his allies. No king out there would want to come and attack their daughter. Are y' all seeing this? So again, yes, everyone makes it about, like. And they led his heart astray. Yes, it's terrible. And they did lead his heart astray. And it's, it's, it's absolutely wretched. But the wisdom that I'm trying to show you here, I'm trying to show you the good in this is the strategic partnerships. Like, how many of y' all are married here? Wave at me like this, right? Don't you have a pretty decent, like, whether they get on your nerves or not, whatever. Like, don't you have a pretty decent relationship with your in laws? And if you were to go to them, like, hey, you know, I was thinking about this, blah, blah, blah. And they're gonna be like, absolutely, let's do it. Solomon literally did that with the whole entire planet. Like every king of the earth was connected to the guy. And Solomon, just be calm up on the phone. Hey, bro, I was thinking about why don't we just start a new business together? Heck yeah, man. Is my daughter gonna be a vob? Sure, why not? We'll give her. We'll give her most of the business. Yeah, let's do it. Boom. Strategic partnerships, guys. So my question to you is, and if you're taking notes, write this down. My question to you is, when it comes to locusts, they have no king, yet they advance together in ranks. Somebody in the comments say together in ranks. Here's my question to you, okay? Some of you heard me talk about this before, okay? Let me just paint a picture for you here. I know y' all like my drawing, man. I know y' all think I'm the best drawer in the world because I am claiming it. I'm naming it and claiming it. Okay? You can probably start seeing what this is here. Okay, let's see here. Okay, so down here on the left, this guy right here is a grape, okay? And in fact, I'm going to make my point even a little bit stronger here. And this guy right here is a watermelon, okay? So you got a grape down here and you got a watermelon right here. Here's my question to you, okay? Would you rather have a whole tiny little grape? Because I don't want a partner, or would you rather have half of a watermelon? I just saw like 10 light bulbs go off on some of yalls faces. What? Because here's the thing, guys, the Bible tells us in the book of Deuteronomy, if one of us sends a thousand to flight, two of us can send how many to flight? 10,000. So yes, that's war language. But the principle here is still true. The principle is this. By yourself, you can only do so much. But when you have even one strategic partnership, you, you, you 10x the potential. And so I don't know about you, I'm not the smartest mathematician in the world, but if I have one by myself or 10 with two, guess what? Just by having a strategic partnership, I 5X and he or she 5X's. Would you rather have a whole grape or half of a watermelon? Now let me submit this to you, okay? When it comes. Why did I say. I didn't just say partnerships, I said strategic partnerships. What would be considered a strategic partnership? Okay, a strategic partnership is a partnership with somebody who has just as much to bring to the table as you do. Even though they might bring something different of value to the table, they have to be able to bring as much value as you do. Even though that value is different. Don't make the mistake of going, well, shoot, man, I'm going to start. It's my brother, man. It's my brother Robert, dude. Like, we go back since diapers, bro. Let's start a business together. But Robert's like, you know, he's an alcoholic. He lives on the street. He's never started a business in his life. And he's like, he can't even afford a single food stamp. I. I'm just making this up, right? But you're like, well, shoot, man. I learned digital products from Rick. So, like, Robert, you're kind of good with people. Let's start. Let's start a business together. No, that's not a strategic partnership just because he's your brother, okay? When you go into a strategic partnership, that person should have as much value to bring as you do, even though they're different values. For instance, let me. I'm just going to give you guys a couple of very simple examples, okay? Let's say you're super strong on camera, and you're super good with talking to people. You're an extrovert, but you're not the best with details. You're not the best with, you know, spreadsheets, and you're not the best with record keeping, okay? If you find somebody who's like, a wizard at record keeping. They're a wizard at spreadsheets, and they're a wizard at administration that could potentially. But they're not good on camera and they're not good at public speaking. Maybe they're an introvert. That could potentially be a pretty cool strategic partnership. Why? Because you're both bringing equal value to the table. And it's not just like, well, it's my brother that's my best friend, right? Like, I'll tell you guys a horror story about this. I can't believe I'm telling the story. I will. I will let everyone here remain nameless, okay? To protect the innocent. Anyways, so I know. I know somebody, okay? Wasn't me, but I know somebody. When they were first starting out in business, they had a buddy who was also interested in business, but they didn't know anything about business, okay? They were interested in the idea of business, but they never started business in their life. And this other person had already started one business, okay? And the one business was doing decent. And this person was approached by the friend, hey, man, we should start a business together. And the person who had made a little bit of money, who had a little bit of business knowledge, was like, cool. I would love to. I'd love business. Let's start a business together. Even though you've never started a business and you don't know anything about business whatsoever. And they were like, what business should we start? And the person says, let's start a roofing company. And the first person's like, okay, that sounds awesome. Instead of going, have you ever worked, have you ever even worked at a roofing company? Do you know anything about roofs? Like, do you know anything? Do you know what roof means? Like, do you know anything about this? No. Instead of asking that, I was like, cool, man, we're going to start a business. Woo. So the, the first person who had started a business, who had made a little bit of money invested into the new business, we're starting a new business. Woohoo. And the person who had never built a business before took the money and bought a brand new truck and wrapped the whole thing in the company logo. And the first person was like, bruh, what the heck are you doing? Why do we have a truck? We don't even have a single lead. We don't have a website, we don't have a lead, we don't have anybody. And person number two goes, oh, well, we, I figured, like, we're gonna have a roofing company. We had truck, and let's just say it all went downhill from there. Okay, so why am I telling y'? All? And I'm just gonna, I need to put this on the screen. On the screen so y' all can see. Needs to be a strategic partnership, okay? Not just a random partnership. Hey girl, let's start a business. Have you ever started a business before in your life? No. Do you know anything about business? No. I know another person, I won't even say who, but I know another person who was. Was again, they were a business owner, they knew a little bit about business and somebody approached them, hey, let's start a restaurant together. And instead of the person going, do you know anything about restaurants? Have you ever ran a restaurant? Have you ever worked in a restaurant? Do you know anything about restaurant, anything? The person like, cool, let's go. Invested a ton of money into a new restaurant business. And guys, literally a month later, the person lost all the money because they knew nothing about restaurants. They never built a business in their life, let alone a restaurant business, let alone like, we're going to open up this thing and blah. Like, absolutely wretched. Okay, so what am I trying to say here? Locusts, though, they have no king. How do they advance together in ranks? Now let Me just. I'm going to digress on this. But I think it's so interesting that the Bible says it doesn't say they advance together in partnerships. It says they advance together in what? They advance together in what ranks? This is also military language here. And how many of y' all know that there are different levels to ranks? Are y' all catching it? So that means if you're a general, you should be advancing with other generals. If you're a soldier, you should advance with other soldiers. Are y' all getting this? If you're at level one, advance with other people at level one. So that way alone, that's going to level you up quicker. If you're at level five, you should find other level fives and advance with level fives. Advance together in ranks. Are y' all getting this? Ask honest questions. Now that you guys are learning business and you're starting to get some business, wherewithal you're gonna have people approach you, hey, bro, we should start a business. Hey, girl. Had a cool business idea. Girl, have you ever even done tried to start a business, let alone that kind of business? Do you even have any experience in that realm? No, but I would like to get some of your money so I could buy me a new truck and wrap it with my logo. I'm going to digress here. Okay, my final question to you. Would you rather have a whole grape or half of a watermelon? You got to advance together and rank strategic partnerships. Someone in the comments say, strategic partnerships. One sends a thousand a flight, two sends ten thousand a flight. When you connect with the right strategic partnership, you guys both 10x together, and that's 5x each. Just by simply having a strategic partnership. Okay? And this last one's really cool. Guys, we're going to end with this. Okay? Last one here. Depending on the the version of the Bible that you're reading here, it either says a lizard or a spider. Okay, here's the cool part. It doesn't even matter if it's a lizard or a spider. The point is, these are very small because the Bible says. They could be caught by the hand. What does that mean? It means though you might feel small, you can be wise beyond your size. Why? Because though the lizard or the spider can be caught by the hand. Watch this. They can be found. Oh, my God. This one's so powerful. They can be found in the king's palace. What in the world does this mean? If you're taking notes, write it down like this. Though you are small, you can leverage the Greatness of others. And when you leverage the greatness of others, or other people's systems, other people's principles, when you learn how to leverage the greatness of others, you will also be found great lizards, spiders, they're super small. They can be caught by the hand. But guess what? They could be found in the king's palace. I don't care what kind of lizard you are, but if you find another lizard who'd be living in the king's palace, you're like, man, that lizard. That must be a great lizard right there. I don't care what kind of spider you are, but if you find another spider living in the king's palace, you better believe like, whoa, she's living in the king's palace. My God, she must be really great. It doesn't matter if you're small. You can be wise beyond your size. So what does this mean here, guys? People out there right now, companies out there right now. There are systems, there are principles, there are softwares, there are tools, there are staff, there's all kinds of resources out there. And instead of you going, well, I'm just so small, I can't do any of it. Stop it. You must learn how to leverage the greatness that is available to you. Listen, I'll tell you guys and gals, right now, we have thousands and thousands and thousands. Every single month, we have thousands of leads coming in. I don't have thousands of staff members. You know what I've done? I've leveraged software, I've leveraged systems and everyone like, wow, Rick's great. I'm not great. I just leveraged a better system. I literally found the palace and I just put myself in the palace. I didn't have to build a software, I didn't have to build a system. Somebody out there already did it for me. All I did, even though I'm small, even though I could be caught by the hand like the lizard, I didn't need to build the palace. I just needed to put myself in it. I needed to leverage. If you're taking notes, write it down like this. Put yourself where you see yourself. Put yourself where you see yourself. Though you are small, if you can leverage the greatness of others, their principles, their Systems, their softwares, etc. You will also be found. Great. Some of you may or may not have heard me talk about this before. If you have, it's going to be a good review. If you haven't, I'm excited to share this with you guys. Come with me to the board and Let me teach you about the principle of leverage. If you're taking notes, write it down. Leverage. Okay? So there was a Greek mathematician named Archimedes, okay? And Archimedes said it like this. Give me a lever and a sure foundation and I can move the earth. What does that mean? Let's say this boulder right here represents success. Whatever success means to you. Maybe it's monetary, maybe it's joy, maybe it's relationships, love. Whatever it is, okay? Whatever success looks like to you, okay? This boulder right here represents your success. It represents your what? Someone say my success. Okay? Now this boulder is gigantic, okay? And here's you or me. And compared to the boulder, we're super tiny, man. And we only have so much strength. We only have so much capacity. And the reason why success feels so hard to so many people is because little old them is trying to use their strength to move this boulder in their own strength. No matter how hard I push on this boulder, I could literally, I could be the strongest guy in the world. But I'm not going to be able to move a 10 ton boulder in my own strength. But how many of y' all know there's something called leverage? Watch this. Arch media said it like this. Give me a lever and a sure foundation and I can move the earth. Okay? What if you had a lever? And what if the lever was long enough? And what if the sure foundation was sure enough? Okay, watch this. In fact, let me, let me do this a little bit different here because I'm going to show you all what if you had a lever that was long. I'm just going to make it even crazier like this, okay? I don't know if I told you guys this story recently, but me and my boys, we went, there's like a children's science museum here in town. And they're like, yeah, we want to go check this out. And we went and it was really cool. They had all these cool rooms and stuff. And one of the rooms is called the lever room. And it was so interesting because you go into the lever room and there are these three, like three separate areas. Area number one was this like bucket of sand that was like 25 pounds. Air number two, bucket of sand, 25 pounds. Area three, bucket of sand, 25 pounds. And the first bucket had no lever. You just had to try to lift the bucket yourself. And it's like even for a grown man, you put your hand through the thing, you try to lift it super heavy, like for just random, like you don't have a grip. It's just kind of awkward. Area number two, it was connected to a very tiny lever and you could like pull the levers a little bit harder. Sorry, it was a little bit easier. But there was a lever there. So like you just pulled on this lever and you could instantly move the bucket. But then Area 3 had this long lever sticking out and literally like a child, a three year old child could just go up like this and with their little pinky finger, just do this and just pull on the lever a little bit. And the lever did all the heavy. You could lift this 25 pound bucket super easy just by doing this on the top of the lever. It was absolutely wild. And it's the principle of leverage, man. So if you're trying to achieve success in your own strength and you're like pushing, pushing like, I got to get this success going, it's not going to happen. But if you have a lever and a sure Foundation. What is a lever? A lever, my friends, is a system. It's a system. I can't achieve success. Yes, you can. All you need is a system. Okay, what is the sure Foundation? The sure foundation is the blueprint. What's the blueprint? The blueprint is literally like here, here, here, here. Here's how it should look. And if it's a sure enough blueprint, you can just follow the system. System is what? Step one, step two, step three, step four, the blueprint. Here's what it looks like, the system. Here's how to do step one, here's how to do step two, here's how to do step three. Are y' all getting it? So you could take the same. You could be that little lizard or that little spider with not much strength, you could be caught by the hand. But if you were to put that small energy into a lever that was long enough and had a foundation that was sure enough, you can easily move this boulder and achieve the success that you desire. Why? Because you have leverage. This is why it's so important for people to use debt wisely. This is why it's so important for people to have strategic partnerships. Why? Because I can leverage you. You can leverage me if we are in the same rank, right? This is why it's so important for people to store up in the summer and think winter, even in the summer. Why? Because now in the winter season, I can leverage what I plan for. Are y' all getting this? Are y' all seeing this? Right? This is why I can leverage principles like the rock badger, right? I can leverage success. Leaves clues. And I can start applying these clues to my life. So what am I trying to tell you guys and gals here? Okay, What I'm trying to tell you is, is if you were to tap in to these four insanely wise, like the Bible calls them, extremely wise. They're small, yet they're extremely wise. When you apply these principles to your life, to your business, to your finances, then guess what? You can also become wise beyond your size.
