Why Rick Pino Left The Ministry (Full Series Pt. 1, 2, & 3)

This YouTube compilation features Rick Pino (with guest Mark Casto) explaining why he and his wife moved from vocational ministry into marketplace business. Pino frames the shift theologically (Noah "became a farmer", Deuteronomy 8:18, Revelation 5:10), argues for priests to also learn kingship (altars + cities), and teaches practical moves (wisdom, mentorship, creating wealth via creativity rather than time-for-money). He also promotes his Digital Product Academy and a five-day live challenge. Notable specific claims in the video: Pino served as a worship leader/missionary for 25 years in 79 nations; within the first six months after starting an ad agency mentorship he and his wife made $900,000; the compilation upload is dated August 30, 2024.

What's up everybody? If you're new here to the channel.
And you didn't know, I was actually.
Worship leader slash missionary for over 25 years, 79 nations all over the globe. And the whole time that we were doing missions in worship, my wife and I were also building businesses. People just didn't know about it. Recently my content had transitioned to where now all of my content is business training. And then behind the scenes we're doing our ministry stuff. But recently here on my channel, I had put out a number of different videos explaining just our transition and, and.
What was going on in our heart.
How God was speaking to us. I've put all of them together in.
A collaboration here so you don't have.
To go and try to find this.
One and that one and this one.
We've put all of them together in this mega collab on why Rick Pino left the ministry. It's all right here in this video. Make sure to like and subscribe.
Hit the bell, all that stuff and.
Let'S get into it. So you can see why my wife and I left vocational ministry and went full time into the business world in the marketplace.
Here we go.
What's up everybody? So in this video today I'm going.
To be going even more in depth.
On why my wife and I chose to move out of full time vocational ministry and more into business. I think especially for those of you guys and gals who followed me all those years back in worship and now you're like, Rick's talking about business a whole bunch. This interview. I had the honor of being on the podcast recently with a buddy of mine, Mark Casto, and he asked me all the hard questions that a lot of people are probably wanting to ask me about what why we left full time vocational ministry. And all of it is included in today's video. So with no further ado, check it out. Send it to somebody who you were talking about, like, what's Rick been up to?
This is crazy.
Is he all about the money? Is he serving mammon?
What's he up to?
Everything is revealed here in the video interview today. And not just why we have chosen to step out of vocational ministry, but.
Even more in depth on our philosophy.
Of what we're up to. We right now. If you like it, let me know in the comments. Make sure to like and subscribe all that stuff. Check out the interview.
All right, well, thanks for jumping on the podcast with me today. I've got my friend Rick Pino with me. Rick, welcome to the podcast.
Marky Mark, let's go, bro. Thanks for having me on.
Yeah, man. I really appreciate you being a part of the podcast today. And, man, I want to tell you, this past fall, you know, our church went through this crazy transition where we experienced a fire, got displaced from the building. It was just this crazy time of transition for me and gave me a lot of space to think about, who am I? Authenticity, all of those conversations. And you became a big part of that in the fall. So reconnecting with you, man, has been an incredible honor, and the impact that you've made on my life the past five months has been amazing. So I knew I wanted to have you on the podcast, have a conversation and talk through some of those things today. So I appreciate it so much.
It's my joy, man. I'm glad to be here with you.
Yeah, man. So. So let me. Let me start with this. So right after we went through the fire and displaced and all the fun things, I made a trip to Mobile, Alabama, which is. I go there often.
You.
You know, Damon and Tammy Thompson, and they've played such a huge role in my life. And so we go down there quite often and spend time with them and jump in the river with them. And after one of the services, there's a couple there named Luke and Cheryl Thompson that are great people, man. And after the service, Cheryl motioned for me. She said, come over here. And she said, I've been praying for you and praying for you guys. And she said, I really feel like you need to reach out to Rick Pino and see what he's doing. And I was like, I haven't seen Rick since 2015. I mean, man, when I left Cleveland in 2015, I fell off the face of the earth and I lost contact with everybody. I was, you know, I am the Martian. Like, I've. I've. I've spent some time on another place, you know, And. And so I was like, I don't even know what Rick is doing these days, you know? And so I went and checked it out, got got on Instagram, saw your videos, saw that you were, like, fully engaged with, like, business and going deep in business. I started watching your videos, and, man, I am so thankful that Cheryl told me what you were doing because it was a precursor for what the Lord was me into. And so, yeah, man, I found you on there. I checked out what you were doing, and. And, man, I'm just so thankful for the. The. The reconnect and you giving me a huge insight. Once you found out. Once I found out what you were doing. I jumped into your group immediately. It was like two weeks after listening to some of the stuff you're saying, I set up a call, jumped into your group, and then when you found me out that I was in the group, gave me your number, we reconnected. And, man, you said some really powerful things to me about Noah. I'm not sure if you want to talk about that or not, but, man, you said some things that were really revolutionary to me, but I really would love to hear, like, your journey and what took you into embracing this business call and transition in your ministry the way that you have.
Yeah, 100%. First of all, man, thanks again for having me on here. So good to reconnect and just so awesome to see all that God's doing in your life, both with ministry and with business. You know, I think it's funny, Mark, a lot of people in the church talk about kings and priests, but whenever a priest steps into being a king, they start getting rebuked. You know what I'm saying? It's like, wait, wait, are we just going to talk about it? Are we going to be about it? Right, so a little bit of context and backstory, because I'm sure there's going to be people listening who maybe have a background of, you know, who I've been and what my wife and I have been up to for 20 years. And now I've seen the big transition. So a little bit of context on that. So, as a lot of people know, for years, for 25 years, lead worship all around the world, 79 different nations sowed worship into the earth, you know, like a. Like a mad dog, man. Just went crazy with it. Love it, still love it. But the interesting thing was, the whole entire time, even before we came out the gate with worship, I had always received words about business, finances, wealth. And it was so interesting, Mark, because the more we ramped up in worship, you would think, oh, man, God's breathing on their backs with these worship words. And in some ways, he was. You know, we had a lot of prophetic stuff going on and, you know, a lot of insight and just kisses from heaven. But a lot of the encouragement that we are receiving was about business, finances, wealth. And I will say this, nobody knew this except for my wife and I. We received 10 times more words about business, wealth, entrepreneurship, finance than we ever received about worship. And it confused me for the longest time because I'm like, God. I mean, that's cool. And of course, whenever you're in the church world, ministry world, the only lens you can see through is church or ministry. So my understanding at the time was, okay, maybe God's going to bring wealth and abundance and finance through ministry. And something interesting happened, Mark. We begin to have kids, our family began to grow. And as, you know, and as probably a number of people listening either know firsthand or can only imagine, just because you're going out there, just because you're traveling all the time, just because you're doing the stuff in ministry, doesn't necessarily equate to you being abundantly blessed in your finances. Because a lot of time, you know, I would go to places that nobody else would go to, you know, and that's still to this day. My big heart is like, man, I'll go to the church with 20 people in the backwoods of Missouri or whatever, you know, because most people won't. But with that comes, obviously the impact, but it also comes the struggles and the give and take and the ebbs and flows of the finances. And so we started having kids, our family started growing, and to be honest, Mark, we just needed to make more money just to make ends meet. I'm not talking about living a lavish lifestyle or flying on a private jet. I'm talking about just, you know, normal, get by, pay the bills type of thing. And the ministry alone, even though it was doing okay, it just wasn't cutting it for where we needed. So, you know, rewind. Six and a half, almost seven years ago now. In 2024, it'll be seven years. I was hit with some opportunities. Kind of sounds, kind of like it sounds like you were with my stuff, different people. Because I start searching, Mark, like marketing. Like, I don't know, I'm just like, man, maybe I need to do better marketing or maybe I need to start a side hustle. I don't know. And I'm so I'm searching these things and naturally people start hitting me with ads. Well, man, we join a mentorship. And it was on how to start a. An ad agency, a marketing ad agency. I started applying those principles, Mark. Our social media started really blowing up. I started my first business, and absolutely incredible. Within the first six months, my wife and I made $900,000. And we were like, what is this? And that was kind of the beginnings of our journey into not just being priests. And again, like I said, I'm a priest forever, and I'm a priest first, but the beginnings of our journey into what it means to be kings as well. So that's kind of how it started for us.

Now back to the training.
Yeah, man. And that's why I'm saying going back, I kind of got the cart before the horse there in the intro, but going, going back, that's why I'm so thankful for, for Cheryl mentioning like, hey, I really think that you should connect with Rick because I didn't know that I was about to be invited into that same journey. I've had business words and media words on my life for years, but I was always like, yeah, but I'm a, you know, I've been told for years I'm a five fold ministry gift. And so that's all this other stuff has to be like secular. There's a sacred calling on my life and that business stuff. And so I would always just put it on the altar. I'd always just like, nah, you know, that's, you know, if God wants it, he'll make it happen. He'll probably use somebody else to partner with me to do it because I've got to stay true to the word of God in prayer. And, and I just had this really poor idea of what it meant to be a whole man in the kingdom. And so I still had this sacred secular dichotomy happening in my life. And so when I'll tell you actually what happened, Rick, seven days before the fire, the Lord started just really stirring up entrepreneurial dreams in my heart. And I was like, lord, we're in the middle of like planting a church and you know, I want to get the foundation strong and I really can't think about these things right now. And man, he would not leave me alone. So I walk out the back, I start walking down to a creek that's on our property. And as I'm walking, I just finally was like, lord, if this is really you, and you're really calling me into this entrepreneurial journey and you're calling me into some business things, then you're going to have to shut all this stuff down and give me a new blueprint. Seven days later, man, we have.
Then he burned the church down.
Yeah. Seven days later, man, we have the fire, and we get displaced from the building. Thankfully, God protected all of my stuff, all of my journals, books, everything. Like, he. He preserved all of that, but it displaced us and put us in a place where we had to really rethink, like, life ministry, all the things. And so I'm like, okay, well, I need to jump back in. And we got to keep people rallied. We got to keep people, you know, connected during this time. And so I called Damon and asked him. I'm like, hey, man. I just. He's. I look at him as just an incredible father, spiritual father. I'm like, hey, I need you to. To. To speak into this situation. Tell me what you're thinking. And he said, I think you and Destiny need to take the next three months off and let your leaders run with it. And I'm like, this is the most critical time in our church right now.
The church is burned down. Take three months off. Right, Right.
Yeah. So. So he's like, basically like, you all need to step back from this. Let your leaders lead. And. And. And so that's what we did. And it was in that process that the Lord brought you back into my path.
Wow.
And when I found out the transition and the. Had gone through, it was just like the Lord was like, mark, here's another man, a man that you ran in some circles with years ago, and he made this transition, and I'm telling you, his life is permission for you to make the same. And, man, it has been revolutionary to. To kind of go back into your journey, be a part of the group that you do some of the business coaching that you do. And it's just given me an amazing perspective on business, but in particularly the King Priest revelation. And you're so right, man. It's like, everybody's good in. Especially in revival culture. They're. They. They love when you're a priest and you go all in on your priesthood. People look at, like, the years that I did ministry and gathering, thousands of people in conferences, building that $23 million facility in Cleveland, and they see all of that, and they think that that was like luxury. But I'm telling you, man, when you, you're like doing ministry the way that I did and I was just like you, 42 weekends out of the year, traveling six weeks out of the country, and I would go to some of the largest churches and also the backwood churches in Missouri. I mean, I preached at the flipping Church of God in flipping Arkansas. So I mean, like, I, I know what that's, that, that's like, you know, and like people have this idea that when you're busy in ministry that that automatically equates income and prosperity and it's just not true. And we've always lived off the generosity of the saints, which I'm extremely thankful for. So it's like we've never been without, but we've never built wealth.
Well, let me, let me just jump in here right quick because I, you know, it's, it's interesting that you're saying this. I was talking to one of my students the other day because as you know, Mark, everything I teach in my business coaching programs, it's all Bible. It's literally just Bible based principles. I say it like this. Principles, biblical principles are God's automation. When you do God's principles from the Word, he will begin to automate things in a beautiful way. And so I had a student who was talking to me about, you know, like they were just wrestling again, they're coming from a ministry background and they're wrestling with stepping into, you know, entrepreneurship and starting businesses and whatever. And I just, I shared this with them and I want to share with the audience here. You know, there's different measures of faith. Okay? And the faith of a priest is I'm going to show up to the temple today and people are going to bring an offering to the house of the Lord and I'm going to live off of a portion of that offering. And Mark, as you know, that's very appropriate because that is the faith of a priest. But bro, the faith of a king is we provided 100,000 jobs last month, fed 100,000 families. How can we feed 200,000 people and provide for 200,000 families with jobs this month? It's not that one faith is better than the other, it's just different measures of faith. And as far as like vocational ministry, you know, the percentage of people who are called to vocational priesthood to where it is your full time job and you make a wage from doing that, it's very, very small. Now I believe all of us are called to be priests, but not all of us. And I would even go as far as saying the vast majority of us are not called to be vocational priests, but to be ministers of the goodness of God, the gospel, the goodness of his presence, the good news of salvation, the good news of everything that is in the gospel. But to do it in the marketplace and to be out there and to like you said earlier, not just go all in and go hard on being a priest vocationally, but go in and go hard on being a king, man.
Right, yeah, yeah. And, and I mean I've done the, go all in on the, the priestly ministry. I mean, I've done, you know, as far as vocational ministry, I've been doing that since 2007. So it's like I've been blessed and I'm extremely thankful for those years, you know, to, to live off of the generosity of the saints and then believe in what we were doing, enough to support us and to, and you know, I'm extremely thankful. But again, to. I think people can be deceived to think that busyness, opportunities, all of those things equals financial success. Like, you know, it pays the bills, it takes care of things, but there's a lot of things that are hindered in the process and even of providing for your family and actually building wealth and, and, and securing future generations. Doesn't happen in the ministry. You know, it's very rare that it happens in the ministry. But this, this, this decision for me wasn't so much about just finances. I mean, yes, yes, I mean we would love to have more resources, but this was also about like wholeness, man. This was about like stepping in, just like you stepping into a word that Yahweh was calling us into, but yet still struggling thinking that that was like a, that business or entrepreneurship was like a lesser calling than ministry. Like, yeah, 100% ministry. And, and that whole king priest thing, man, is like, is huge. I was thinking about this. I've been doing a walkthrough in the Book of Revelation with a group that, that we started called Long Path Learning Community and walking through the Book of Revelation and kind of helping people deconstruct the idea that the Book of Revelation is an end time prophecy book. Like, it's pretty clear right out the gate. Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ. But the first primary revelation that comes out of the Book of Revelation concerning our identity is king priest. Like, that's the first thing that he says about us is we are kings and priests and, and yet there are so many people, man, I know that, that have been just like me. They look at the kingly thing and wealth building, wealth creation, entrepreneurship. There's, like, something negative that the church sowed, especially in the Pentecostal charismatic circles. I grew up in something negative that was sown there that gives us a poor perspective about money and a poor perspective about, like, ministry as it relates to business.
Well, bro, that's the enemy, bro. Like, that's the enemy. Because, like, again, I tell my students all the time, you hear me say this all the time, if you were the enemy, would you rather have God's people have money or your people have money? Which one?
Right?
And the answer to that question is obvious. Like, if you're the enemy, you want your people to have money. So guess what you're going to do? You're going to do what he's always done. Did God really say, right, it began in the garden, bro, he's going to twist words like, you know, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. The enemy's gonna come in and just get the church tricked to think money is evil.
Right.
You know, it's.
It's interesting.
I put out a tweet about this a few months ago, and, you know, I don't know if a lot of religious church people liked it so much, but it's. It's interesting to me that, you know, church people on one hand, and by the way, before I go any further, I love church people. I am a church people. I've served God's people. I've served God's people with my whole heart for decades. And so I'm speaking not to, but from. And in that context, I just want to say, I think it's so interesting that we, as God's people, out of one side of our mouth, we say things like, money's bad. If you have a lot of money, you're greedy or evil. But at the other side of our mouth, Mark, we're also saying, but would y' all sow a seed? Because we have the building fund coming up and we're trying to build these orphanages. It's like, which one, man, do you want me to go out and to create wealth, or do you want me to, you know, sow a seed? Like, is wealth good or is wealth bad? You know, also out of one side of our mouths, we're going, let's take the seven mountains, you know, for the glory of God, let's go into education and business and media. But the second somebody actually goes, okay, well, like in my case, for instance, okay, well, guys, I've been in the church mountain. I'm Actually going to step on the business mountain. Oh, man. We're praying for Rick Pino salvation. My God, he's. He's backslid. He's probably going straight to hell. He's all about the money. He serves mammon. It's like, guys, which. Which one like. And Mark, I just want to say this, and I think it's really critical for your audience to hear what I'm about to say. I think one of the primary reasons why God's people struggle financially is because we have conflicting internal beliefs around the subject of money. For instance, if you go up to most church people and you say, hey, do you believe that God wants you to have wisdom? I think, Mark, it'd be safe to say probably 100% of God's people are going to go, absolutely. I believe God wants me to be wise. But, bro, Proverbs chapter 8 says that with wisdom comes wealth, abundance, enduring riches, prosperity. So it's like, okay, on one hand you believe part of what God says, but on the other, you don't believe the other part. Like, I believe that God wants us to prosper. You know, people ask us all the time, like, hey, Rick, are you part of that prosperity gospel now? Well, bro, I'm not part of the poverty gospel. You know what I'm saying? The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, right? It's not that I'm all about the money. It's that I'm all about what God said is for us, you know? And he said, man, I call you blessed in the city, blessed in the field. Bless when you come, bless when you go. He's called us to be the head and not the tail. Not this perverted message of, you know, past TV preachers from old. I'm talking about real truth, real potential, man. You know, somebody was asking me the other day, like, you know, Rick, I just feel like you're chasing the money. I said, bro, I'm not chasing money. I'm chasing God. Given potential markets, my conviction that if we can be who God has called us to be, then we can do what God has called us to do, right? And if we become who God called us to be, if we do what God called us to do, then, bro, we can have what God called us to have.
True, true. I want to ask you because. Because you've so helped me and encouraged me, and I just love for you to help and encourage other people that are watching this in this area. Like, how. How do you deal with the fact that there are people, especially in the circles you and I Ran in Revival Awakening, you know, believing for, for God to do something amazing in our nation and in the world, which, by the.
Way, we're all still about that. I know you are and I know I am. Yes.
Still all about it. But how, how have you dealt with people thinking, people that used to be your biggest fans now, but now they're like. And biggest cheerleaders, but now they're like, Rick's turned his back on God, you know, or he's chasing some of the things you've already, some of the things you've already said, like how, how have you dealt with, with that?
So I've got some insights on that, first of all. And you know this, Mark, and I know this is your stance too, because I don't live for their praises. I don't die by their criticisms, number one, right? But number two, you know, at the beginning of the interview here, you alluded to that, that revelation I was talking about, about the story of Noah. And just for the sake of time, everyone here knows the story of Noah. But there is a part of that story, bro, that a lot of us have skipped over. We've all read it a hundred times, but we've skipped over. So again, I'll just paraphrase. So Noah, the, you know, he builds the ark. And the context here is Noah is an ark builder for a hundred plus years, right? He's. He's literally one thing. He's a, he's an ark builder for over a century, okay? And this is all he does day in, day out. It's what everybody knows him as. Oh, Noah's. He's the, he's the ark builder, right? The flood happens, which to me signifies great transition. And Mark, something powerful happens next. The Bible says whenever the ark landed on Mount Ararat and all the water began to dry up, one phrase, one phrase that I read a number of years ago when I was beginning to step into my transition, I read this phase, bro, and it said, and Noah became a farmer, bro. You know what it's like when you get a download, right? You get a download for me of Revelation is you get all of this information in a blip of time. And it's like when I read that one phrase, bro, it's like God gave me permission. Rick, you've been this worship leader, psalmist, prophetic worshiper voice, blah, blah, blah, for all these years. But this great transition now, you're going to become something different. And guess what? All I'm in all of it. And I was like, wow. I mean, Mark, to Have the audacity to go, you know, whatever. Mark Casto, he's been a revival preacher, a prophetic voice, apostolic builder, blah, blah, blah, whatever it is. And then all of a sudden this transition comes. In your case, it was, you know, a fire, but of course there was more going on. But that was kind of one of the. It was your flood moment, so to.
Say it was a catalyst for sure.
And then all of a sudden, God's like, hey, Mark, that was awesome. I was in that. But I'm also in the fact that now you're going to, quote, unquote, become a farmer. What does that mean? It means that Noah literally. This brings us back, bro. In my opinion, this brings us Back to Psalm 27:4. I'm going to cut gears a little bit here with the life of David, okay? Especially in my case, Mark, you know, obviously, for years, even in the midst of all the business words, I obviously got a tremendous amount of Davidic words. But what people don't understand about David, okay, is that David was many things. He wasn't just the sweet psalmist of Israel. He was a king, he was a politician, he was a warrior, he was a sweet psalmist, he was an inventor of instruments. He was all of these different things. And like you were saying earlier, you know, when. Whenever our lens is so small to say the only way God can move is through the ministry or through preaching or through conferences or through church. This is the only way God moves. And if, you know, if anything happens outside of this, they're backslidden. It's just a small mindset. David had to go out there and do these exploits and conquer these nations to acquire funds to build God's house. And so all of that to say back to the Noah piece, it was like God breathed on my heart. Rick, you've been this one thing forever. And Mark, I guarantee you, if Noah would have picked up a hammer, he would have easily been able to build something else, because that's all he did for a century plus. But God said, even though that was a big part of who you are, you're also this other thing. And Mark, it's my conviction in God we can be more than one thing.
Yeah, it's true, man. It's so true. I'm so glad that you. You shared it, because I wasn't sure if you. If you would or not, if that was something you just wanted to keep between you and the Lord. So I didn't want to press you too much on it, but I'm so glad you did. Because it was the most helpful thing that you have said to me in the whole journey. Because we let people box us in in the name of ministry, especially in the church world. More than any other thing, we let people box us in. And so I had allowed myself to be boxed in and. And say, well, no, Mark, this is who you are. This is your ministry calling. That's your highest calling. So therefore, every other thing, you just need to let it go, let it die. Yet. Yet. There's part of me now that had you not said that, that I would not have been able to come into the wholeness of authenticity. Some passions in me that are fully coming alive and making me come alive without that truth, man. And so, like, that revelation right there is worth the whole podcast to me, because people need to know, like, God can make you whatever you want he wants you to be. And one of the things that I say to our family here in Covington is I tell them, you know, when God introduces himself to Moses, he introduces himself as the I am. And if you just do some Hebrew, you know, Hebraic word study on literally means like, I am whatever you need me to be. And I tell our family, I'm like, when God shows up in the power of Holy Spirit, baptism comes inside of you as a believer. The I am lives in you, which means you can be whatever he needs you to be in every moment. And, man, I've, like, laid hands on people who never painted before in their life and speak this revelation over them. Next thing I know, I get a phone call that they sold their first painting for three grand. Three grand. You know, they've never painted a day in their life. They went to Michael's after one moment of hearing that buy a canvas and sell painting for thousands of dollars. You know, like, I've seen that happen. And as crazy as that it sounds to say this, but I believe God could do that for everybody else, but not for me as a minister. That's been my personal journey. And so you sharing that revelation with me was absolutely critical. So I just want to honor you for that, man. That was. That's.
I appreciate it, man. I want to. If it's okay, I want to just switch gears here and even share a little bit deeper of after God began to, you know, do this big transition in our life. And he was saying, hey, listen, you've been a builder, you know, quote unquote, an ark builder, but now I'm going to transition you. You're also a farmer. And by the way, it's not that I'm never going to lead worship publicly ever again. It's not that I'm not a worshiper. Honestly, Mark, I can't wait for, you know, the, the vapor of this life to be done. Because my plan, if God wills it, I can't wait to be leading, you know, creations in worship at, at any level that God would allow me to. Because, bro, I'm a priest first, right? But in this transition where God's like, yes, you, you are a priest, you're also a king. Okay, God began to also open up Deuteronomy 8:18 to me, bro. And a lot of, a lot of, you know, Christians, a lot of believers quote this verse, but I don't think they fully understand it. And in no way am I fully claiming to understand it in the depths. But man, I've got some insight on it. Deuteronomy 8:18, it says, Remember the Lord because it is he who gives you the power to create wealth. And then the second part says, so that he will establish his covenant with you. I think there's so much in this verse number one, remember the Lord, right? What I've learned in business, Mark, what I've learned is there is business wisdom. Again, if you do God's principles that are in the Word, they will automate. So a lot of what I'm doing in business now, it's simply automated. Cause I just do the Word and it's good in the sense, Mark, that now making money becomes easy, but it's dangerous in the sense of God says, remember me because. And he warns us of this all throughout the Word, especially in the story of Joshua. You know, like, guys, I'm going to increase you. I'm going to give you the land, but make sure to stay close to me because if you don't, you're going to forget me and the wild beasts are going to come and they're going to overtake you, right? And so now that I've learned some of these principles, some of God's automation for my business now, it's very easy and very simple for me to make money. Where my heart is pressing in for is I want to remember member the Lord in all of it. I want to stay close to him. Because Mark, we're talking about being priests today and kings, but in the priest context, you and I both know being a priest is not unto the people first. It never has been and it never will be. Being a priest is unto Jesus first, right? And so for me as a priest and a king, but in the context of priesthood My heart is longing, my heart is reaching to stay close to him and remember the Lord. That's the first part. The second part is because he gives us the power to create wealth. What does this mean? A lot of believers, Mark, think that God is saying, I'm going to make you wealthy. But that's not what God is saying here necessarily. It's not necessarily what he's saying. He's actually saying, I will give you the power to create wealth. Mark, you hear me say this all the time because you're in one of my programs.

Now back to the training.
I believe that it's tremendously difficult to build wealth God's way when you are trading your time for your dollar. A lot of people, they work, work.
Work, work, work, work, work.
And then they get paid. And the only way for them to increase in finances is to work more or work harder. But, Mark, hard work alone does not make us wealthy. We've got to learn how to disconnect our time from our dollar.
And it's right here in the Bible.
It says it right here in Deuteronomy 8:18, the power to create. I believe God wants to teach his people how to begin to create wealth not out of their time, not out of their labor, but out of their creativity. Because when we begin to build wealth out of our creativity, now we do the work one time, right?
We have the creative process.
We create this thing and then we work. And then instead of work, work, work, work, work, work, work, get paid. Now it's work. Get paid, get paid, get paid, get paid, get paid, get paid, get paid. Everything that God does multiplies after its own kind. And so if we are going to try to generate wealth our way by connecting our time to our dollar, we're limited because time is limited. But when we connect our wealth to our creativity, that's God's way. And now our earning potential, just like creativity, becomes unlimited.
Yeah, I want to, I want to honor your time. So I want to kind of start landing the plane here, but I want to do it In a practical way, somebody's hearing this and they want to escape the 9 to 5 lifestyle. What does Rick Pino say they should do?
I mean, first of all, as far as escape the nine to five, man, we've got to get the Bible in us. Like, we've, we've got to not just read the Word, we've got to weep the Word. Like, it has to be something that we're so passionate about. Because, man, everything that, that God has for us, it's already in the Word. And man, this business stuff, his business principles, it's in the Bible. So, number one, we've got to start really understanding what did God say about us coming into wealth, creating wealth, and being prosperous? I think that's number one. Number two, we've got to begin to press in and ask God for more revelation on God. What does it look like to be a righteous man? Because Mark Proverbs says that a righteous man leaves an inheritance for his children's children, right? So what that means is, is, you know, you can't leave a job as an inheritance. You can't leave a 9 to 5 position as an inheritance, but you can leave businesses, you can leave assets, you can leave intellectual property, you can leave real estate, you can leave that kind of stuff. And I know there's going to be people listening go, well, it's a spiritual inheritance. Yes, it is, but it's also a physical inheritance, right?
Ask a Jewish person, ask a Jewish person that's grown up with that teaching all their life if that's just a spiritual inheritance. A million, it's never been taught that way.
A million percent. Yeah, it's, it's got to be both. And, you know, so, so my conviction is, is, number one, we gotta, we gotta get the Bible in us to say, what is God saying about this, this new transition where he's calling his people into wealth and prosperity and business entrepreneurship? Number two, we've got to cry out, furthermore, when it comes to God, give me revelation on what it means to really be a righteous man. And then, bro, number three, I would say that the biggest unlock, it's mentorship, man. Mentorship is the cheat code. Mentorship is the unlock. In church circles, we call it discipleship. Whatever language you want to use, I'm telling you right now, the same way your spiritual life can explode and you can chop 10 years off of your growth just by having a mentor or a spiritual father in the spirit. The same thing happens for entrepreneurship and in kingdom wealth and in business. I encourage people get a mentor as Fast as you can.
Yeah. And that was a big part of the transition for me this fall was I knew the Lord was inviting me into something new. I saw that you have. You've already paved a way into that. And I just want to say, man, for all the naysayers that said whatever they've said, you found out on the podcast today, Rick Pino's still saved. He loves Jesus. He reads his Bible. He wants to leave worship again in heaven. No, but, man, I want to say. I want to say to you just how amazing it is and how thankful I am that you have made this decision to go all in on business. And not just business, but you showing people how to do it, man, being a part of your program, just being reconnected with you, it's bringing immense value to my life and changing the Casto family for forever. I mean, I'm having my kids sit down and watch the videos. So, like, my kids are going to get a leg up on, you know, on anything that I ever learned in my first 30 some years of. Of living. They're getting it now. And so, like, man, I just want to honor you and thank you for that. And then I also want you to just let people know how they could work with you, you know, how they can connect with you.
100. Let me. Let me just wrap up with this one final thought, because this.
This really.
It was kind of like the. The solidifying word through the transition that God has been bringing my wife and I through for the past almost 10 years now. You know, six or seven years, you know, for years. A lot of people know I used to sing this song. Pioneer, Pioneer, Pioneer. And, Mark, right in the beginning of this transition, I was. I was weeping over God. I love traveling and leading worship. I love the nations. I love your presence like this. Like, I feel you calling me to this new thing. I feel you calling me to, quote, unquote, become a farmer. But I don't want to, right? Like, I want to do what I'm comfortable doing. And I'm weeping over it, Mark. I'm weeping over it.
God, are you sure?
Like, I guess I'll do this, but.
Do I have to?
And, bro, I begin to hear that song in my spirit. Pioneer Pie. And the Holy Spirit spoke something to me, Mark. He asked me, rick, who do you think heard that song the most? All these years that you were traveling around leading worship, you basically finished almost every worship set, just kind of commissioned the people with that song. And I started thinking, man, well, I've been to this place 10 times. I've been to that place 20 times. Maybe these guys, maybe this guy. And God goes, no, man, it was you. You heard that song the most. And there's layers. Everything that God does broke. There's layers in all of it that we don't understand at the time. And in his time, he reveals. And so the next layer for me was like, man, I was a pioneer. I mean, some consider me a pioneer in the worship world. Now it's time for me to pioneer in the business world. Anyways, all that to say the best way to connect with us is just on social media. Rick Pino Digital productacademy.org is another way that peeps can kind of just jump in and see what's going on. I've created a free training there. Digital productacademy.org But YouTube, I put out almost weekly some free trainings if, you know, people just want to kind of dip their toe in and see what's going on. We're all out on the. On the socials, man.
So, yeah, man. Man, I really appreciate you being a part of this today, man, and sharing, sharing your journey. It's just super, super helpful. And, yeah, it's interesting. You know, I've not been, you know, I didn't tell anybody really about the journey we started in the fall. But after signed up for your group and kind of got my. I learned. I learned a ton in the first couple weeks. And then I was like, oh, my God. I just put my head down and started working, man. Just your big statement. Action takers or money makers. And I'm.
Let's go.
I heard that before.
Marky Mark, let's go.
It's so true, man. And it's been so cool. So after I got in the program and got really rolling, there's a lady that's super prophetic, just an awesome, like, intercessor prayer warrior lady. She has no clue what I'm doing, but every once in a while I'll get a text from her. And she sent me a text and she said, I don't know if you've ever heard this song or not, but she said, the Lord told me that you're stepping into something new. And I had to send you this song. And it was your song pioneer.
Wow.
Wow.
I've heard that song for years. Love it. I've always loved your worship stuff, but just to have that little piece of confirmation is always so cool from the Lord. It's just the Lord, like, giving you the wink, like, hey, buddy, you're on the Path, man, you're doing it. So, man, thank you for being a huge confirmation piece for me. And, man, an amazing mentor in business and just an incredible person. So, Rick, thank you for being a part of this.
Appreciate it.
Mark, thank you for being who you are, man. I appreciate it.
Thank you, brother. I appreciate it, man.
Have a good one.
What's up, everybody? So recently I put out a video.
Called why Rick Pino Left the ministry. And I began to unfold and develop some of the concepts that led my wife and I to switching from full time vocational ministry to full time marketplace business. And in today's training, I'm gonna be going even deeper into some of these concepts. So if you are somebody who you feel like God is calling you from the ministry into business, this is the.
Perfect video for you. Ladies and gentlemen, in today's training, I'm gonna be sharing with you specifically for those of you guys and gals who are coming from a ministry background, maybe you're a believer, maybe you've been a missionary, maybe you've been a pastor, maybe you've served in ministry in some sort. And all of a sudden now God is tapping you on the shoulder saying, yo, I also am calling you to business. I'm also calling you to the marketplace. And maybe you're like, super excited, maybe you're super scared. Whatever it is, if that is you, then this is the training for you guys and gals. For those who don't know, my wife and I For the past 25 years, I have come from a ministry background, been a worship leader since I was 11 years old, 79 nations all over the globe. Many of those nations I've been to dozens and dozens of times. Like, I think we've been to the Philippines close to 20 times. So, yes, 79 nations. And within all those nations a lot of times to many of those nations. So been around the world, done everything from, like, serving in orphanages and, you know, rescuing children and orphans and building orphanages and helping people and digging wells and rocking out stadiums with worship, you know, glory and, you know, prayer meetings and all the stuff, and all of a sudden, you know, even though me and my best friend started our first business when I was 15, even though I've been doing business behind the scenes.
And no one really knew about it.
Okay, all of a sudden God started tapping me on the shoulder and saying, yo, I really desire for you to go even more, like, forefront even more forward with this business stuff. Because how many of you guys and gals know that it is time for God's people to arise and shine, for their light has come and the glory of God is rising upon us. If you agree with that, drop some fire emojis in the comments right now. Like, guys, it is time. This whole idea that the wealth of the wicked is laid up or stored up for the righteous. When are we going to not just pray about it? And by the way, prayer is awesome. Like, let's keep praying about it, but we can't just pray about it. We have to start being about it. Okay? So that's what today's training is going to be all about. And I'll tell you guys and gals, this, A number of months back ago, I dropped a video called why Rick.
Pino Left the Ministry.
And the biggest kind of. There was a few on there. But one of the biggest takeaways that I dropped in that video was this concept out of Genesis, Chapter nine, out of the story of the life of Noah, okay? And so Noah, you got to think of it, right? Like, and I'll just give a quick recap here because I want to give some foundation and some context to where.
I want to just talk about today.
In today's training, okay? So Noah, he is an ark builder, okay? Noah is building an ark for over 100 years, 120 years. The dude has a hammer in his hand every single day of the week. And he's building and building and building and building and building and building and building, like, for over a century, right? And then all of a sudden, the flood comes, which to me signifies great transition, okay? This big transitional moment hits Noah's life, okay? And then after the flood, like, after the transition, the dust starts settling, you know, whatever. Then all of a sudden, Noah lands on the top of Mount Ararat. And literally in Genesis 9, it says this, and Noah became a farmer. And guys, I will tell you this. Probably six, almost seven years ago, when God was, like, tapping me and my wife on the shoulder going, listen, I love that you guys are doing vocational priesthood. You guys are doing all this worship, all this prayer. It's powerful. It's awesome.
It's necessary.
Necessary.
It's good.
But what I desire for you guys to do in this next season is to actually flip all of this on its head.
The.
The ministry that you're doing on the.
Front end and the business that you're.
Doing on the back end.
God was telling us, I want you.
To flip this around.
I want you to do the business.
On the front and then the ministry stuff in the back for a season. And honestly, guys, I Wrestled with it because, you know, here I am, I'm a priest at this point. And by the way, I'm still a priest. I'm a priest first. And I will forever be a priest forever and ever and ever, because that is a massive, massive part of who I am, right? So I am a worshiper first. I'm a priest first, right? However, God is tapping us on the shoulder and saying, hey, hey, you're also kings and you're also queens, and I really want to transition you in this season to learn how to step into. What does that actually look like? Okay, so I need at least 10 people in the comments right now. Drop these words. Kings and priests. Kings and priests. Okay, I want to break this down for you guys. I have never actually heard anybody talk about this the way that I'm going to be sharing with. Sharing it with you. I feel like recently God's been giving me a lot of download about what I'd like to share with you guys today. These insights about what it means to be a king and a priest. Okay, So a little bit of my story. Okay? So for those who are getting familiar.
I just told you, I've been a worship leader and a missionary for 25.
Years, all over the world, all that stuff. But it's really interesting because for those of us who come from the ministry background, right? The ministry world, the church world, the missions world, the prayer movement world, you know, the worship movement, me and my community at large for many, many years, decades, right? For those of us who are. Who are coming from that context, it's really interesting because in the priesthood, I remember, you know, when you're first starting out and God's like calling you to the ministry, right? Or he's calling you to his presence, right? Which, by the way, that never goes away.
Okay?
So when God. When you first start sensing that God is calling me to his presence, he's calling me to this. This sitting and gazing upon his beauty, right? Which all of us have been there. When you're first starting out with that, you don't know what the world you're doing, right? At least maybe I can't speak for every one of y', all, but I can speak for myself. Like, I had no clue what in the world I was doing. Like, I don't know how to pray. Like, I don't know how to fast. I don't know how to worship. I don't know how to intercede. Like, I don't know how to. How. How to just sit here and gaze on his beauty and Somehow the Father sees that as ministry to him. Like, I don't know how to do any of this, right? But because the heart intent is to please the Father in that assignment, guess what we do as priests? We just commit to the unfolding of the clunkiness of the process. Okay. And I want you to really pay attention to what I just said. We commit to the unfolding clunkiness of the process. What does that mean? Okay. I don't know about you, but for me, actually, I'll go here to the board in a second. I don't know about you, but for me, when I was becoming a priest, you don't just. When you're first starting out, you're not just, like, I am a priest, you.
Know, I am God's man.
I am God's woman. If you're a woman, right? Like, I am your. Yours, God. Like, you're. You're just like, I don't know how to pray. Like, God, please help. Like, oh, God, break in. Oh, fasting. Like. Like, what you mean, like, don't. Don't have orange juice at breakfast. Like, is that fast? Like, you're just figuring it all out and then all of a sudden, because you commit to the clunky unfolding of the process, little by little, step by step, day after day, you start learning how it works. And all of a sudden you wake up, whatever, 10 years later, and you are a priest, right? Like, you're in the priesthood. Like, you are doing it. You know how intercession works. You know how worship works, you know how prayer works. Maybe even at that point, God is releasing more and more and more revelation to you. And one thing, I was talking with a friend of mine, maybe he's. He's on today, but talking to a friend of mine, Jared, who's in Digital Product Academy, and I was saying, you know, it's interesting because as priests, you know, one thing that makes it so incredible for each and every one of us, as in the. In the priestly role, is that we, as priests, we touch into the eternal with the purpose. Because we understand as priests, just like Jesus is forever an intercessor before the Father, when we step into intercession, we are stepping into that with him as well. Like, wow, not only is Jesus our eternal intercessor, but when we step into the place of prayer and intercession, we're stepping into the eternal, right? Or when it comes to worship, like, I have been a gigantic voice, a gigantic trumpet for worship for decades and decades. The same thing goes for worship, right? Like when we worship, why is our heart so full? Why do we feel so much pleasure and glory and joy when we step in the place of worship? Because not only do we get to adore the Father in the place of worship, but now we are also touching. We're reaching past the natural, and we are touching the eternal in that place. Why? Because I. All of this has to do with the priesthood, right? And one of the reasons why those of us who are being called by God to not just be priests only, but to be kings or queens and priests, I know, at least for me, in the beginning of me flipping my process around on its head, like, not just ministry in the front and business in the back burner or like behind the scenes to where no one could see. But now it's business on the front burner. And ministry is happening behind the scenes.
Where no one can see, right?
Except for the Father, of course. And that's all who matters, who sees anyway. But in that process, we have a hard time letting go of just priesthood.
Why?
Because I think, at least for me, there has been that. That touch, that glimpse into eternity that we're like, man, this has eternal purpose. And guess what? It does. Okay, but I want to submit something to you today. Why am I saying all of that? Because I want to build a context for what I'm about to share with you next.
Okay.
When it comes to stepping into not just the priest context only, but also learning to be kings and queens, okay? Something happens because. Because we're coming from this context subconsciously, because we're not just like in the kingdom, we also have been churched as well.
Right?
And how many of y' all know that church and kingdom are two very, very different places? Right? And I don't have time to get into that, but you guys know what I'm saying? Okay? So, because we also have some. Maybe a little bit of religion, maybe a little bit of church theology and not kingdom or Bible theology, we have this thought that, well, it's only priests or it's only kings, but no way could it be both. And yes, in theory, priests and kings, but, like, not me. Like, I'm a priest only, right? And even for my business friends, I have many, many, many friends in the marketplace now who've been all kingdom kings, queens, like business, multi, multi, multi millionaires, like, blowing it out in the market, marketplace, and all of a sudden, God's tapping them on the shoulder and saying, hey, you learned how to be a king, you learned how to be a queen. Now I want to teach you how to be a priest. And the same way that guys like me who are transitioning from, okay, I've grown into the priesthood, now I need to start growing into kingship. The same thing is happening for these guys in Gallus who are like, I know how to be a king. I don't know how to be a priest. And guess what they're doing? They're starting over from square one, going, I don't know how to pray. I don't know how to fast. I don't know what intercession is, Holy Spirit, what. The same thing is happening for them in the priesthood that is happening for you and I who are coming from the priesthood to kingship and to queenship to. We're going like, I don't know how to market. I don't know how to sell. I don't know how to build a business. Like, I don't know what a funnel is. Like, what is happening. So, guys, I want you to be encouraged because the more my wife and I journey into this clunky unfolding process of what it means to not just be a priest only, but also a king. Remember, a priest first forever. Yes, but also a king. Okay? We have begin to discover the same way that there's a clunky unfolding of the process in the priesthood.
I don't know how to do all.
This stuff is the same thing that happens when you start your journey into kingship or queen ship or queen hood, however you say that, right? So if you are coming from the priesthood, growing now into kingship and being a queen, kings and queens, and you're feeling clunky, you're feeling awkward, you're feeling, I don't know how to do this. Welcome to the club. Like, this is how it works, man. This is exactly how it works. And why am I saying all this? Because here in a moment, I want to really start building upon the foundation that I'm laying right now. But I need you to understand the same way that we. We coming from the priesthood have had our hearts ignited with fire because we have reached past. We've. We've touched beyond the natural and we've touched into the eternal in the priesthood. Guys, guess what? It's not just in the priesthood. It's also being a queen. A king and a queen. Like, recently, I'll tell you guys, I was in priest prayer a couple of weeks ago, and I'm sitting there, and if I could just keep it 100 with y', all, I'm saying, God, thank you so much for blessing me and My wife, over these past couple of years, like, we've made tens of millions of dollars. This is insane. I never would have thought we would have done this. And thank you, God. It's all from you, by the way. Now that we've done that, like, can I just go back to like being a full time worshiper? Like, and, and I felt like God saying, that's awesome. But the same way there was eternal purpose in you learning how to be a priest, because the priesthood goes beyond this age and it goes into the age to come. The Father was saying, I need you, I desire for you to learn how to be a king or if you're a woman, a queen in this age. Because the kingship also goes beyond the natural. It goes beyond this age. And guys, we are being trained for the age to come. This is not just like, we're not just chasing dollar signs, guys, okay? Like in my heart for a minute was like, God, didn't we make enough money already? Like, I mean, it'd be kind of cool. Like, you know, my heart, I just want to worship you all day long. Like this Davidic language, this Davidic calling that's on my life, I'm ready to get back to that. And God said, you didn't get away from it. You're just in a different part of the un unfolding. And now I want to. The same way you've tasted the eternal in the priesthood, I want you to now start learning that you can also taste the eternal with the kingship side as well. And, and that for me was like a big aha, like a big epiphany. In fact, if you're getting something, like if, if, if your mind and your heart and your spirit's expanding right now, drop some fire emojis in the comments and just talk back to me here. If that's you, say I'm getting it. Say I'm getting it. I'm getting it, I'm getting it. Right? So what we need to understand is that it's not one or the other. Very rarely God might call a person to just be a priest or just be a king. But more so than the rarity, more so than the, the exception, God is saying, I'm calling all of you to be kings and priests. In fact, before I go to the board here, let me just read this scripture to you. Absolutely mind blowing. Okay? Mind blowing. Revelation, chapter 5. In fact, I'll come to the board, check this out. Revelation 5. Okay, this is verse 10. All right, and we've all heard this, but I want to just break this down for a second because we talk about the first part, but we rarely talk about the second part. Okay, now they're singing the song of the lamb in this section. It's absolutely, absolutely beautiful. And they say something mind blowing to me in the song. And they say this. You have made us. Kings. There it is, right? Kings and priests, okay? To our God. And all of us tend to say, stop there. Like, yes, we're kings and priests, right? And they're singing this. You've made us kings and priests to our God. But watch the next part, guys. This is mind blowing. Says, you have made us kings and priests to our God. Watch this. And we shall reign. R, E, I, G, N. We shall reign on the earth. What is happening right now? What is happening right now? What does this mean? What does this mean? Like I was saying a little bit earlier, okay, there's not just eternity in the priest side, there is eternity in the king side. And guess what the point of all of it is, guys? The point of all of this is because God is training us to reign. In fact, I need at least 10 people in the comments right now. Drop these words. Training for reigning. It's not just the priesthood only. Yes, in my opinion, it's the priesthood first. It's unto Jesus, unto the lamb first. But it's not just priesthood only, guys. It's learning how to be king, kings and queens. Because the punchline is this. Many believers think that the way that God is going to entrust you to reign is that you are really, really good at prayer on the earth. Now, by the way, I'm not God I don't know exactly how it's going to work, but here's the little piece that I do know about God, okay? I know out of the book of Luke, in the parable of the talons, if you're faithful with little, God will entrust you with more. I know that in the parable of the talons, it says that the master entrusted talons each to their own ability, okay? Now, some people have a really great ability in the place of intercession, which is awesome. But I want to be a person that has the ability to be faithful in the place of intercession and building businesses and ruling and creating economy so that people on my staff, okay, like, depending on. On the month, there's anywhere from 20 to maybe 30 people on my staff every month who I get to supply and support Those, you know, 15, 20, 25, 30, whatever it is, families and their children so that they can have a place to work and then that they can eat. Like, as a king, I want to be an intercessor and I want to be a kingdom builder to where not only do we intercede like we did in our staff meeting, okay, like we have staff prayer meetings. God help us. Thank you, God. But not just God help us sit on the couch and wait for God to poof something into our lap, but God help us. And then going and getting to work, beginning to use the king muscle. How can we build economy? How can we bless people not just by praying for them, but how can we bless people by praying for them and being able to write a check. See, because when you're broke, all you can do is pray for people. And by the way, praying for people is awesome. But when you're. When you're a king and a priest, now I can pray for people and I can write them a check. Like, which one is better? Like, don't get religious on me. Like, oh, they just need prayer, brother.
No, they don't.
They need groceries. Oh, they just need prayer. No, they don't. They need a new tire on their car. No, they. They don't just need prayer. They need their rent paid. Like, yes, prayer is powerful and it's awesome and it's necessary and please continue to pray. But what is more powerful than just praying for somebody is praying for them and being a king or a priest who can also be like Jesus and help supply needs. Guys, this is. This is the beginning of what it means to be kings and priests. God wants to show us how to reign on the earth. He wants to train us in this age not just in the priesthood, but how to rule, how to reign, how does money work, how does finances work? How do taxes work? Because Jesus talked about all of these very, very much in the Bible, right? Because how many of y' all know in the age to come, it's not just like, economy goes away, like, whoops, like, no. More like, no way. All the gold is mine, all the silver is mine. Like, there will be financial economy in the age to come. And Jesus, the king of all kings, by the way, it doesn't just say that he's the king of priests. It says he's the king of kings. So guess what? If he's just. If he's the king of kings, then you have to learn how to be a king. Because it's not just the kings of the earth, it's us, it's his people learning how to grow into the eternal aspect of what it means to be a king. Okay, so if Jesus, all the gold is his, all the silver is his, all the. All the economy is here, guess what? Jesus is also looking for sons and daughters. Not just priests, but also king kings and queens who know how to run stuff to share that with in the age to come, saying, listen, who's going to run these 10 cities for me Again? In the book of Luke, we see that in the parable of talents. Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful over these five talents, which, by the way, I don't have time to get into it today, but it's roughly $6 million that he left to the one with five talents. I made a video about this recently. Go check it out. But by the way, because you were faithful with this, with this 6 million, I am now going to entrust you over 10 cities. Like, Jesus is not a unwise king. Guys. Like, please don't be deceived to think that all you need to do is pray and God's going to poof everything into your life. That is not how God works. We don't just pray and God poofs. Okay, how do I know this? Because I want to submit to you that it was not God's first best for the children of Israel to live off of manna. It wasn't his will. It wasn't his best will for them to live off of manna. But guess what? Because they were unwilling to step into courage, to learn new skills of warfare and dominance and ruling. Because they were unwilling, because they were coming from a slave mentality, they're like, man, we can't rule anything. We've only been Ruled over, like we're good to stay here in the desert. And God's like, oh man, I have so much more for you. But because I am your provider, I'm going to meet you here with just enough. And then they get to the point like, thank you God, we have enough for today. And then after a while they're like, God, why do we have just enough? And God's saying, I want to give you more than enough. But because you're stiff necked, because you're afraid, because you're disobedient and you're not going to step in to the more destiny that I have for you, that's where the more than enough is. But because you are stiff necked, afraid and disobedient living here in this desert, I'm just going to meet you here with just enough. It's not God's fault that you are living in the just enough. God has way more for you. But guess what? You're going to have to learn how to be someone who rules and reigns. You're going to have to learn some skills like business, like sales, like marketing, like finances, like taxes, like tax sheltering. You're going to learn, you're going to have to learn how economies work and how to build little economies and then a bigger one. And then one for you and your family, then one for you and your business and then one for your employees families. Like, guys, this is how it works, see. Come up back here to the board. I want to break some concepts down for you here, okay? Let me break down these concepts. Come on board. There we go. Oops, wrong color. Let me submit something else to you, okay? Those of us in the priesthood, by the way, if you're getting some value, drop some fire emojis here. I'm trying to help some of y', all, okay? Because guys, my wife and I have been walking through this and wrestling through this for a number of years now. And I feel like I'm just getting some language. I want to help you guys and bless you guys. But watch this in the priesthood, okay? We are always concerned, and rightfully so, with building altars, okay? And thank God we need altars, okay? But here's the deal. In kingship, guess what? These guys and gals are always concerned about kings and queens. They're concerned with building cities. And by the way, thank God for cities. We need cities, okay? For the kings and queens who are called to build cities, thank God for them. For the priests who are called to build altars, thank God for them because we need both. But here's the problem, here's the problem for those religious small minded believers who think with this limiting thought that I can only be a priest or I can only be a king and in theory I could potentially be both. But I, it better not mean that we're actually kings with priesthood. Like you better not be a priest and make millions of dollars in business as well. Because if you do like you're all about the money, you sold out and you serve mammon now. But in theory you could like for those who have this religious mindset that it's only one or only the other. The problem with this, and this is one of the main reasons why that we now, in culture, we now have altars without cities and we have cities without altars. Oh, guys, it's not God's will to only have altars and only have cities. Like, okay, kings and queens, you guys are over here, just do your thing, build economies, build cities, build. And whatever you do, don't have any altars there. By the way, you priests over here, all you do is build altars. And whatever you do, don't build any cities, don't build any businesses, don't build any economies because if you do, you've, you've started worshiping mammon, right? Like this is a limiting, false mindset that is not from the Father. Guys, why do I know this? Because of what we read back here In Revelation chapter 5, God says, I want you to be kings and priests both. Come on. I need at least 10 people in the comments to say I am both. It's okay to be both. It's okay to be able to go into deep intercession for a nation or for a person and push back the plan of the enemy in the place of prayer or in the place of worship, right? To prophesy, to proclaim, to praise on this side and also build businesses and build cities and build economies on this side. It's okay to do both. By the way. It's okay for those of you maybe you found this training and you're a king or a queen and you're learning how to be a priest. It's okay to build economies and build businesses and do marketing and sales and to generate income and also, and also heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the leper, cast out devils. It's okay. And it is necessary for both. Okay? So if you're getting this, just drop it in a comment, say, I'm getting it, I'm getting it, I'm getting it. Because I'm Going somewhere? I'm still. Y' all are listening too slow. Y' all are listening too slow. I'm trying to lay a foundation here because I really want to break the this down even deeper. Okay? So remember what I was saying earlier, as far as I want to submit to you this idea that it is not God's will for his people to only live off of manna, to just. Only have just enough. It's not God's will. It's not his best. How do we know that? Because God has a promised land for each and every one of us. But because you're afraid, because you're unwilling to learn new skills of combat and ruling and kingship and economy, because you're unwilling and afraid. You're like, well, God, why do we only have enough? Because how many of y' all know that just because you tithe 10% if you do the wrong thing with the other 90, all you're going to be is a broke tither? God said he's going to give us exceedingly, abundantly, above all we could ask, think, or imagine, but it hasn't happened yet. Guess why? Because you're sitting on the couch waiting for the Father to just poof out miracles into your life. When God said, I'm not just going to poof miracles every time. I want you to put action to your faith, because faith without action, faith without works is dead. You got to actually go. And for him to say, I want to give you every place that your foot treads, well, guess what has to happen for that word to come to pass? Your foot has to tread. You actually have to take steps towards what God has called you to do. And I know that there's a number of people, close friends of mine, ministry acquaintances of mine, random people on the Internet who don't even know me from Adam or who kind of knew me because maybe they heard a worship song in the past. All of these people and many, many more. I'm not saying all in general. I'm saying many of them, right? All. All of these contexts of people, many of them have just decided, like, oh, Pino lost his mind. I knew it. Rick's all about the money now. There he goes. Oh, how that's so sad. He was such a powerful worship leader. He was so anointed. And now he worships Mammon every day. Poor guy. Hope he has fun burning in hell. I'm being.
I'm being exaggerated, right? Like, I don't believe people are condemning.
Me to hell, but I'm just saying, like, people literally Think that I have lost my mind. But guys, I'm just telling you right now, God has been opening up this revelation of it's not just one or the other, it's both, okay? And it's not just that God wants to just give us manna every day. God also wants to give us the.
Spoils of the land.
But it's going to take some new skills, it's going to take some new ideology around what it means to be a ruler and not just a servant. Because that's what, that's what the Egyptians did to the people of Israel. They enslaved them. So they came out of Egypt, but Egypt never came out of them, okay? And so what I want you to understand is that if God is tapping you on the shoulder saying, yo, it's time for you to also learn how to be a king or a queen, then guys, I want to highly encourage you then this, this is God. It's his will, it's his voice, it's his plan, it's his purpose. And there I'm telling you this and I don't want to say that I'm prophesying it, but maybe I am. There are coming thousands and tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands and millions and tens of millions and hundreds of millions of us who are God's people, who are 110% priests and we are also 110% kings and queens. I don't know how that math works, but you know what I'm saying, right? And it's God's will for us to grow in the strength of both because both of these graces touch past the temporal and into the eternal. Come with me here to the board. Watch this. Okay, so now that we are understanding that we can't just have altars without cities and cities without altars, okay? We need to have both. And in fact, I need at least 10 people in the comments right now. Drop these words. Both, both and both and not one or the other. Both and okay, it's kings and priests. It's both and okay, it's altars and its cities. It's both and okay, but watch this. Okay, I'm going to give another diagram here. Okay? So many people who are coming from the priesthood, they're very, very happy and they're very content by living off of this miracle mentality. Okay? What does that mean? You know what exactly what it means from the priesthood. And I'm talking from experience, not to, but from somebody who comes from there. Okay? These priests who are in full time vocational ministry, maybe you're a pastor, maybe you're a missionary, maybe you're in the house of prayer, maybe you're in the worship movement and you're like, really trying to guess what we do. A lot of times this isn't everybody, but a lot of times what a lot of us do what a lot of us did. Because I'm doing the other part now too. Okay, we would say this, God, please break in with whatever, a miracle of finances, Amen. And then we just wait around hoping God, poof something into our lap. God, we need breakthrough in our, in, in our mental health. Please, God, poof it into my brain. God, poof. And we're just expecting God to go poof, poof, poof, poof, poof. But guess what? Many of us, we stay sitting around questioning, like, God, I miss God. And God didn't answer my prayer. But guys, that's not the reality because it's Faith plus works. Okay? So for a lot of us who are used to living off of miracle mentality, let me break down three places where miracles are shown in the Bible, okay? Now obviously there are many, many references, but just for the sake of time, I'm going to give you three, three things that miracles are needed for, okay? Number one, miracles are needed for deliverance. Okay? How many of y' all know that if you are the one who needs a miracle, it's really hard for you to become the miracle for someone else. Uh oh, if you're always in the begging orphan, like, God, please break in with miracles, I need your help, please. If you're there, how in the world are you going to be a blessing to somebody else? If you're the one who always needs God to break in, right? Like so, miracles number one, Therefore deliverance. God in his goodness, he's like, guys, I'm here to deliver you. I want to help you. And you know, if you're down and out at the bottom of the barrel, like at the end of your rope and you need a miracle, one of the ways that God releases miracles is for deliverance. Okay? Another place where God releases miracles. I just want to mess with some of you all for a second, okay? Deserts, okay? So God releases miracles for deliverance. God releases miracles in deserts. I don't know about you all, but unless you are, again, the exception, this is not the rule. This is the exception. Unless you are someone like a John the Baptist, unless you are someone like maybe Elijah, not even Jesus, like, God doesn't call us to live in deserts. Yes, again, if there's an exception, by all means be blessed in God's grace, right? But even Jesus, he didn't live in a desert, he went to a desert for a season, right? But. And all of us go to deserts for seasons, all of us go through seasons that we need deliverance. But guys, this is not the status quo. This is not the normal. Every day we need miracles.
Every single day.
God, please break in. And God's like, well, here's some manna, like, I have way more for you. But because you're fearful, because you're afraid, because you're unwilling to learn new skills on what it means to have dominion in the promised land, because you're unwilling to for all that, because you're too afraid or because you're too religious, here's some manna. And we're like, oh, thank you God, I had barely enough today. But God, where's the more than enough? Please break in God with more and more miracles, more miracles. And he's going, guys, miracles are primarily for deliverance. They're primarily for deserts. And watch this number three, this is probably my favorite one. Demonstration. Miracles are also there. Just because sometimes God decides he wants to show off and do something absolutely wild, absolutely mind blowing, and he wants to release miracles just because he can, right? And that's awesome. Now of course, there's probably some other context that for the sake of time, I don't have time to unfold every single place where a miracle happened in the Bible. But generally speaking speaking, miracles happen when somebody needs deliverance, when someone's in deserts, right? And they need breakthrough to come out of the desert. And when God just decides he wants to demonstrate his goodness and show off his glory and his power. But nowhere in this context are miracles what his people are supposed to live off of. Because if we are always in crisis mode needing a miracle, God, please help me. Oh my God, if you're always there, how are you going to be a blessing for someone else? Like, guys, I want to submit to you, I want to encourage you. You've got to get out of the crisis mode of always needing a miracle. And you need to switch in to what I'm about to talk about next here. Okay? So this is what happens with miracles. But watch this. Here's what happens when you walk in wisdom. By the way, I need at least 10 people in the comments right now. Drop these words. Wisdom is better than miracles. Wisdom is better than miracles. In fact, before I break down wisdom, incredible, incredible insight here, let me break this down for you, okay? I'm going to rapid fire a few Scriptures at you. How many of y' all know that? Proverbs chapter four tells us that W. Wisdom is the principal thing, right? Wisdom is the principal thing. And so I want to just throw this out there. Proverbs 16:16. Wisdom is better than riches. Ecclesiastes 9:18. Wisdom is better than weapons of war. Proverbs 8:11. Wisdom is better than precious jewels. Ecclesiastes 7:19. Wisdom is better than strength. Ecclesiastes 7:12. Wisdom is better than knowledge. Ecclesiastes 7:7, verse 1. Wisdom is better than honor. Ecclesiastes 9:16. Wisdom is better than beauty. Ecclesiastes 4:13. Wisdom is better than youth. And there's many, many, many more. But what's the point I'm trying to make here? Wisdom. Proverbs 4. Wisdom is the principal thing in all your getting. Get wisdom. What Solomon is not telling us here is in all your getting. Please get more miracle. Please hear my heart. I'm not saying miracles are wrong. I'm not saying it's wrong of us to be in the place of need for miracles. But I submit to you, when you get out of crisis mode, like the broke mindset, the orphan mindset that so many priests have, God please break in with just enough. Oh God, when you get out of that and you start walking in wisdom, you are no longer in crisis mode. Because guess what? Wisdom is better than all these things. Wisdom is better than miracles. And it is my conviction that though in the priesthood there are, there are appropriate times and places for the miraculous in kingship, the primary dispensation is not God, give us a miracle, it's God help me to walk in wisdom. Because watch this, guys. Here are three things that wisdom is for, okay? Wisdom is for the day. Today, many people with this, this religious busted mentality, like false mindset mentality that like, oh God, just break in, please. I just need a miracle. Like, how in the world are you thriving in your day to day? Like, if the unbeliever were to see you in crisis mode all the time, why the heck would they want to give their lives to Jesus? Like, wait, you want me to like surrender my life to God so I can like be like her? Be like him, like always, like in crisis mode? That doesn't sound very appealing. Who is your father anyway? That sounds like an indictment against him. Like, is he really that bad? No, it's not him. It's the people who have wrong mindsets about how he works, right? So wisdom is what we need to live in the day to day. It's not miracles in the day to day in the sense of God, please, I need a miracle. I'm going to die. Like, yes, miracles in the day. Today the sun rises. A miracle. Yes. Like my children laughing and, you know, embracing me. My, my wife's beauty. She's really hot. You know, all these things are miracles. Like miracles. Kids are being born every day, like butterflies, like all of its miracles. All of its miracles, right? The oceans, beautiful. It's all miracles. I'm not talking about those kind of miracles. I'm talking about miraculous. Like, crisis mode, God, break in, right? We're not to live off the crisis mode daily. We're supposed to apply wisdom so that we can have a good life day to day and have God's blessing upon our life. Because wisdom brings that with it. So number one, wisdom is for the day to day. Number two, wisdom is for development. Again, in the old false mindset, crisis mode. God, please break in with wisdoms. God, please break in with miracles. How come you didn't poof anything into my lap today? God, with that mindset, okay, that a lot of priests come from, okay? They don't understand that mostly again, once in a while, God might choose to deliver. He might choose to do something in a desert. He might choose to demonstrate. That's completely fine. But most of the time, the way that God answers is through development. Like, you never look at part of God's creation, like the order that God created, for instance, like a human being besides Adam, he doesn't just poof humans into existence. Being you're a fully mature adult who has all this lifelong wisdom. Poof. Poof, You're a complete flower out of nothing. Poof. You're a complete tree out of nothing. Poof. You're a complete adult whale who's, you know, lived a hundred years and now you, you have all this size and this beauty and this majesty. God doesn't do that. What does God do? God says, seed, seed, seed. Little by little, little by little, little by little, little by little, little by little, little by little. Right? Now, of course, there might be a whale out there that God just miraculously poofed into into existence, right? Like that might happen. I don't know. There might be a random flower out there that God just poofs and we don't know about it, right? But the way that God works is through development. And how do we become developed in the kingship, in the, in being kings and being queens. How do we become developed by applying wisdom? I need at least 10 people in the Comments right now. Drop this word. Wisdom. Wisdom, guys. And watch this. If you've made it this far into the training and you're enjoying it and.

Now back to the training. Wisdom number three. Sorry, the third thing that wisdom brings. So we need wisdom for the day to day, we need wisdom for development and we need wisdom for dominance. How many of y' all know that in the book of Genesis, God gave us a dominion mandate? He said, guys, I want you guys, guys and gals to go out there and subdue the earth. I want you to dominate. I want you to work this land. I want you to bring forth blessing. I want you to be fruitful and multiply like God is expecting for us to move into what he is doing himself as the king of all kings. He wants us to become kings and queens. If you're a woman, right? And he wants us to also learn how to dominate, how to rule, how to reign. And we're not going to do this with like, God, please break in with a miracle and just, you know, help me create a citywide economy that will bless, you know, 400,000 people. Amen. Poof. Here you go. You don't have to work on it. Just poof, it's a miracle. No, God's saying, no, I want you to walk in wisdom in the day today so that when you walk in wisdom, you can also develop in the way that I have called you to develop. And after you develop that way, the more you develop, the more you can dominate. Guys, when it comes to being kings and priests, this is my final thought.
I'm going to wrap with this.
Check this out, okay? When it comes to being kings and priests, okay, one of the reasons, one of the reasons why my wife and I, we've decided to go full blown into the marketplace is because we are walking with this revelation that I'm giving you. Just, just the, the little 5%, 10, 10% version of what God's speaking to us with this, right? But we know that God has this plan to see his kingdom come to earth. And yes, the priesthood is a gigantic part of it. But guys, it's not just priesthood. Only it's also kings and queens. It's priests and kings together. And this is what I want to say here, okay? There's the priesthood, there's the kingship, okay? And don't be religious to think that it's only the priesthood. Don't be prideful to think that it's only kings, right? It's only queens, it's only business, it's only economy. What we need to do is we need to understand that for most of us, okay, a few are being called just to priests, a few are being called just to kings. But for most of us, God is calling us to both and he's calling us to the place of intercession and faith fasting and prayer and non stop day and night adoration worship, right? And not or. And he's also calling us to build businesses to break generational poverty off of our families so that your children and your children's children get the blessing of God upon their life and they never have to struggle anymore. Because you chose to be a generous generational curse breaker. You chose. I'm not just going to live off manna. I'm going to go into the promised land. And in order to do that I need to not just be a slave mentality like God, please break in. I'm going to learn how to rule, how to reign, how to build businesses, how to market, how to sell what is available in today. I'm going to learn how to build funnels, I'm going to learn about AI, I'm going to learn how to use all of the opportunity that's available to me today. Because God said that every place my foot treads, he's going to give to me. Guys, I'm not going to lie to you. Like I gave my heart, I gave my soul, I gave everything to the development of those early clunky unfolding years of process in the priesthood. And then all of a sudden I woke up one day 25 years later and was considered by, by some, you know, to be one of the, one of the priests of worship, right? Only God knows, who knows, but some saw me like that. I also believe that now in this place of my business journey, your business journey, as we also sign up for the clunky unfolding. Listen, I am not claiming to know.
How to do this right?
I'm not claiming to know how to market correctly. I'm not claiming to know how to build businesses. I mean I've built a number of very successful multi, seven, even eight figure businesses. I'm not claiming to know how to do that, though I still don't know what I'm doing. I'm not claiming to know how to.
Do this the correct way.
Why?
Because I'm still, in my opinion, I'm still at the beginning, unfolding, clunky process. But guess what? In five years from now and 10 years from now and 20 years from now, whatever God sees fit in his grace, however he wants to do that I desire and I believe that one day I'm going to wake up and I'm going to be, me and my wife are going to be sitting in this place of kingship, queenship. Right? We're starting to step into it now. But I'm talking about like real ruling, real reigning, not just like only prayer. Prayer's amazing. Please keep praying. But not just prayer, but prayer and checks. Not just altars, but altars and cities. Right? Like it's not just one or the other guys, it's both. And, and if you feel like God is tapping you on the shoulder right now in this season and you're coming from the place of a ministry background or missions or prayer movement or pastoring or whatever in the world it is, and you feel like God's calling you to business in this hour, I want to highly encourage you.
You are not alone.
This is what God is doing here in this moment. And I would be honored to continue to serve you guys and gals here in these trainings.
If you're from the church world, ministry world, missions world, worship world, and you have the desire to get involved in business, maybe you're kind of scared or you don't know where to start, you just don't know what to do. Then this is the video for you guys. It's Rick Pino here from Get Wisdom. Make sure to subscribe to the channel right now if you want to continue to see more content like this from me. Every single week. We post multiple times a week and just trying to bring you some free game. Well, for those who don't know, my name is Rick Pino and I wanted to just take a few minutes and give you a heart to heart from someone who's been in the ministry world and now I'm in the marketplace world and it's been an incredible journey, if you don't know. For the past 25 years, my wife and I, we've been involved in worship and missions, ministry. Basically 79 nations all over the globe, everywhere from slums to stadiums and everything in between. We've had the immense honor and joy to serve God's people to Serve the lost, just to serve in that capacity. And it was so interesting because the whole entire time that we were in the ministry doing missions and worship and day and night prayer and all the.
Stuff that we're doing all over the.
World, we were receiving so many words about wealth, about business, about stewardship of finances. And honestly, we just didn't know what to do with it because it's a very common human trait that all of us have. And the trait that I'm talking about is to try to figure out the future with our limited understanding that we only have in the present. So with that being said, we were getting all of these words like shaking stadiums and doing missions trips. Honestly, we'd go to like 20 or 30 missions trips a year at the height of our ministry days. It was awesome. And the whole time, like, no matter where we went in the world, it was like business, wealth, you know, like finances, all this stuff. We're like, okay. And again, because we had limited understanding in the moment, we're trying to figure out our future with our limited present understanding. We were just thinking, oh, maybe God's going to bless our ministry. Maybe a big donor is going to come and, like, give us some donations. Maybe we're going to. Maybe that's how God's going to do it. You know, maybe God's plan for us is to, like, you know, continue doing the ministry and somehow it's just going to blow up and more money and more impact are going to happen. But like, a lot of things in life, that. That is not how God intended for it to happen for us. In fact, I personally believe that God desires right now for his people this whole idea out of Proverbs where it says, the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. I believe that we are in a critical moment right now in the body of Christ where God is highlighting certain individuals, many of you guys and girls watching right now, who feel called to the marketplace out of the ministry. And by the way, I'm not in any way saying you should leave the ministry or quit the church or like, whatever it is, or, like, stop being a missionary, I'm not saying any of that. But what I am saying is this. If God is tapping you on the shoulder right now and saying, yo, it's time to start that business, start that side hustle, figure this money and this finance thing out so that you can do more ministry, make a bigger impact, what I am saying is, if that's you, then you can do both.
Okay?
Or maybe God's desire for you is to step out of the ministry world and into the marketplace world. And I just want to, as somebody who's already walked that path, I just want to release a comforting word to you and say that it's okay if that's the path too, because, you know, a lot of times as priests, and I'm going to talk to those of us who come from the ministry world or, you know, church background or missions background, worship and prayer background, a lot of us priests, right, we have the limited understanding in the present to say, well, God, you know, he wants to only do the priesthood. And honestly, this was my understanding, this was my intention, my belief for a long time, like, oh, it's only the priesthood. Even though I knew in theory that it was priests and kings together, even though I had songs and even prophetic utterances in my worship about priests and kings and this dynamic working together, even though all of that was happening for me at the time, being in missions and ministry and worship, you know, my. My limited understanding was, oh, well, in theory it could be priests and kings, but, you know, really it's just priests. And maybe in theory you could be a king too, when in reality I believe that God is saying it's not one or the other, it's both. And in fact, I've put out trainings about this before. But just a quick recap, and then I want to actually just take a few moments and share my heart with you, some insights that I know are going to really bring some illumination to your process, to your journey, and hopefully help you along the way as you're navigating this really critical season. In my vocational ministry days, okay, where worship and missions and ministry was my vocational job, I spoke about, and I still speak about this a lot. I spoke about altars all the time, right? And by the way, I'm still a huge altars guy. I believe we need to have altars. We need to have established devotional, daily devotional altars in our life where we make fresh eye contact with Jesus, where we lay our lives down on the altar every single day and God encounters us. Obviously, we need to rebuild the family altar in our nations. We need to have national altars where our nations take moments and cry out to God for his mercy, for his wisdom. I'm all about altars, okay? But again, as a vocational priest, a lot of times all you can see is the altar. But is now my conviction being not just a priest but growing into kingship, okay, it is now my conviction we don't just only need altars. Yes, we need them. And in my belief, we need them for first as the primary thing. That place of encounter, that place of sacrifice, that place of prayer, worship, devotion, that's the first. But it's not only altars. I believe that. It's altars and cities together. What is a city? I believe a city represents the, the kingly side of this two part grace, this two part calling that God is calling his people to. Not just priests, but priests and kings. Okay, he's the king of kings. So what does that mean? It means he wants us to learn how to be kings and queens so that we can learn how to rule and reign with him. And I'll get to that here in a second. But anyways, we need to have altars and cities, and not just cities and not just altars, we need to have both. And, and unfortunately for those of us priests, and again, it's not like you priests, it's us priests, because I'm a priest first. Okay? For those of us priests who only have the understanding of, you know, ministry and missions and worships and worship and building God's kingdom, that's all we can see. And that's the only context that we, that we view life through those lenses, okay? We're so focused on the altar, let us not forget the cities. Because the cities represent, in my opinion, cities represent that kingly grace where we build economies, where we build systems, where we build jobs for other people, where we're not just dependent on the offering coming into God's house. So we could live off of a portion, but we know how to establish economies, we know how to build business, we know how to build period, so that other people's lives could be enhanced and made rich, not just in the spirit, but in the natural. Not just taking dominion in the spiritual things, but taking dominion in the natural things as well. To me, that's what a city represents. And unfortunately, a lot of kings or queens, they only have the understanding or the revelation or the insight on we need to build businesses because the more we could build businesses, the more we could bring God glory in the marketplace. By the way. I agree with that, but it's not the only thing, okay? And all of us priests who are like, we need to build altars because we, we need to bring God glory by establishing places of his presence. Yes, I agree with that. But unfortunately, whenever we look through the lens of one or the other, okay, it leads us to the place of having altars without cities and cities without altars. And it is my conviction now being not Just a priest, but becoming a king. Okay? And by the way, if you didn't know, my wife and I, God's been teaching us how to be a king and a queen for the past seven, eight years. Now we've done multiple eight figures in our businesses. So I'm not a master, I'm not an expert by any means, but we're learning.
Okay?
I don't say any of that to boast. I'm just saying, like, God's doing this in our lives and chances are if you're watching this, he wants to do something similar in your life as well. Or maybe, maybe he's already doing something similar in your life. But as priests and kings, we can't just be focused only on the altar or only on the city. We need to be focused on altars with cities and cities with altars. Because, guys, for eternity, yes, as priests, we see the eternal in the priesthood, in the altar, in worship and prayer. We see and touch the eternal in that. But I want to share a story with you on how God is. God's been illuminating my heart and bringing revelation to me on not just the eternal in the priesthood, but the eternal in the kingship as well. So just to be vulnerable with you, you know, obviously, being a priest for 25 years, as a vocational minister, 79 nations. I mean, it's. It's literally all I've done since I was 11 years old. With the exception of these past handful plus years, all I've done is be a minister, be a priest unto God with worship and prayer. And so understandably, I miss it.

Now back to the training. I miss it as my vocational thing now, of course, there's going to be some of the religious people watching, like, you didn't leave the ministry, brother. You're still in the ministry. I get it. But I'm talking about as my primary job to be a vocational priest. Yes, I am still a priest. Yes, I still worship. Yes, I still pray. Yes, I still am in intercession. Yes, I'm still all about the Tabernacle of David, building God's house. Yes, yes, yes, yes. But I'm talking about to the point where it is my physical job and it's how I create a living for my family. I'm not doing that right now in that capacity.
Okay?
That's what I'm saying. And because that is all I've done Since I was 11 years old, I miss it, right? Like, I absolutely miss it. And of course, some people. You could do both, brother.
I get it.
But let me just tell you my story, okay? I was in prayer a few weeks ago, probably about a month ago now. And honestly, I'm wrestling with God over this idea that God, you know, it's interesting and I'm thankful, but so interesting. You've done such a cool work in me and my wife's life. You've blessed our businesses. We've had multiple businesses. We've made millions and millions of dollars. God, isn't there a way for me to just, like, not do this business thing anymore and just go back to the priesthood? Because really, that's where, like, my heart is rooted. That is my North Star, and God knows it. And my North Star is just to sit before you and minister to you all day long, God, like, you know, that's what I desire to do. And I was just weeping over, like, God, I know that your hand is on me to do this business stuff right now, but is there any way I could just, like, haven't we done enough? Haven't we made enough money? Can't I just go back to the thing that I'm comfortable with doing? And it's so interesting because I felt the Holy Spirit say, why do you miss that so much? Like, not in a challenging, confronting way, but, like, in a. In a way that only a father could ask to get the Son thinking differently. And I said, well, I miss it tremendously because I guess it boils down to, like, I could feel the eternal impact in the priesthood with worship, with intercession, with prayer, with ministering to people, with prophesying and helping people. Again, I still do all of that, just not in a vocational way. Right now, as my Primary source of income. But you hear what I'm saying, God, I miss it. And I. I felt like I touched the eternal with that. And here with business, I just feel like I'm just making money. And honestly, like, thank you, you've helped me. I know how to make money now. It's easy to make money now. I don't necessarily feel the eternal in this. You know, what's the point? Don't like, don't we have enough? And the Holy Spirit challenged me right there in that moment and said, why don't you fill the eternal in this the same way you felt the eternal in the priesthood? And I said, well, I don't know. I'd never thought about that before. Is there eternal significance in being a king and building businesses and learning how to rule and reign? Is there eternal significance in that? And I started thinking about. I said, wow. I think there actually is, because here's the thing. There's obvious eternal impact in our ministries where we, you know, worship and pray. And yes, that goes on forever. And by the way, like, I'm gonna be, if God allows, I'm gonna be the first in line before the throne, worshiping forever and ever and ever and ever as my primary thing, I hope, right? That's. That is my heart. But God began to open up and illuminate to me. Listen, there is eternal implication as well in business as there is in the priesthood in being a king, There is being a minister. And I say, okay, well, how is that God? And then he brings me to the Book of Revelation where it literally says we are called to be kings and priests. Think about this. Why is there eternal impact in the place of kingship or building businesses? The same way that there is eternal impact in the place of being a vocational priest or a minister. Because for eternity, we're not just going to worship only. That's going to be the primary thing, right? Yes. I can't wait. But for eternity, we're not just going to worship only. We will also be ruling and reigning with Jesus for eternity in whatever other creation or creations that he so desires to invite us into, to partner with him in. And I'm telling you this right now because we learn out of the parable of the talons, okay? Especially, I believe it was Luke's account where the one who had been given five talents, who turned it into 10, the master said something interesting to him, I believe is in Luke's account where he said, well done, good and faithful servant. You've been faithful over litter little. And then he says, Now I will entrust you over 10 cities. Wait, wait, wait, wait. What? Like, it's so interesting to understand as not just priests, but as kings and queens, okay? The eternal impact that we are having right now in learning how to build businesses, establish economies, set up systems, to run teams, to hire people, to fire people, to run our businesses, build our systems with morality and ethics behind what we're doing it in a righteous way. Why is all that important when it comes to eternity? Because it is my conviction that for eternity, we will not worship only, it will be a massive part, but we will also be building. We will also be ruling, we will also be reigning. So why is this, the story from the Parable of the Talons so important to us when it comes to the kings and priorities priests, Reality? Because. Because I believe, it is my conviction that in this life, as we priests before God and as we king before God or queen, right? That every single opportunity we have on the kingship side to establish systems and to multiply. Not just add, but to multiply, not just pray only, but to take action towards our faith, right? Not just to believe God's going to poof something into our laps. That's what a lot of priests do, right? And listen, there's a time and place for miracles. But it's not God's best for his people to only live off of miracles. It's God's best for his people to live off of wisdom and revelation, right?
To.
To flourish in the place of understanding, right? God wants us to be wise sons and daughters. He wants us to rule and reign and learn how to reign, rule and reign.
Because I just believe that if we.
Can take a moment in this life and learn how to establish systems and government and build economies, learn how money works, learn how to do our taxes, like if we can learn systems and procedures now, no matter how big or small we get them now, if we can just multiply that here, perhaps, perhaps it's actually the training ground that God wants. Those of us who he's tapping on the shoulder right now saying, hey, you're a great priest, you're doing great in the ministry, you're great in missions, but I am also calling you to business in this season. Could it be that us learning business, learning about finances, learning the game of how stewardship actually works, not just as a priest, but as a king, could it be that this is the training ground that God wants to use? Or one of them that God wants to use in order to prepare us for what is coming in the age to come, not Only as people who worship and sit before him, right? But also as people who he can delegate responsibility to. Because Jesus as the king of kings, okay, if he's always going to be the king of kings, that means there's always going to be some kings and some queens that work with him. Now, I don't know about you, but I. In this season of my journey, I understand now at least a portion. You know, I've done it for 25 years. I understand now a little bit of what it means to be a priest. But in this season, I am wanting and I'm desiring and I'm asking God for wisdom and insight and revelation. Revelation understanding on what it means to be a king or a queen, if you're a woman watching. Because I just believe, my friends, that God is beginning to tap some of us on the shoulders and say, okay, you've done good in the ministry, but it's time for you to learn how to be a steward. It's time for you to learn how to set these other systems up in place. Because I believe that God desires for some of us here, most of you guys and gals watching this, if you, if you've made it this far, then you're definitely one of these ones. But I believe that God desires for a number of his people to be actual priests and actual kings or queens in the age to come. Not just now here on the earth where we do a nice missions trip. We prophesy over somebody. We have a nice little business. I'm talking about being faithful over little, you know, being faithful over our churches, being faithful over our ministries, being faithful over the nations he's called us to, to minister to. Being faithful over our words that we speak and prophesy, being faithful in our devotion, but also being faithful in learning, marketing and sales and business and stewardship and running economies and providing and establishing jobs for employees and learning systems and procedures. The same way. Way that God is saying there's eternal in this, I believe and I want to submit to you. There's also the eternal in this kingship expression that God is rolling out right now in this season as well. So here's what I want to encourage you with, okay? If you are a pastor, a minister, a missionary, a worshiper, someone doing vocational ministry, or you're just, you're in the ministry, you're working at a church or pastoring a church, doing missions, worship, whatever it is, and you are feeling this tap on your shoulder like God is saying, hey, it's time for business. Okay, if that is You, I wanna encourage you. Go for it. Go for it. Me and my wife, we've gone through this process, this journey, and I will tell you this, we are more blessed now than we've ever been before. Not just in money, but in the ability to do more, more ministry than we've ever been able to do ever before. Why? Because now that we understand how resources work, we're not just waiting for someone to give a handout. Nothing wrong with an offering, but the offering is the faith of a priest, right? And it's like, well, the only way we live is by offerings. But the faith of a king or queen is to understand how to create wealth. Like Deuteronomy 8:18 says, it's not just like, I hope someone gives me an offering.
Nothing wrong with that.
For a priest only, okay? But for a priest and a king, we should, we should understand both very well, okay? Not just how to receive income, but how to create income. How to create wealth, the power to get wealth. That's what Deuteronomy 8:18 says. So that God will establish his covenant with us. That's my friend. That is what I believe God is calling some of us to right now, in this hour. So here's what I want to encourage you with, okay?
If you've made it this far into.

Now back to the training.
I know it feels weird. It feels big. It feels scary. All I've ever done is work, the work of the ministry. If you're watching and you're this far into the video, you've probably, that's probably you.
If that is you, I want to encourage you.
Reach out to me, okay? Reach out to me. I want to help you. I've walked this walk, I've walked this journey. I am obviously me and my family and my wife, my kids, we're obviously still in love with Jesus. We're more in love with Jesus. We love God more today than we ever have before. But I will tell you this. Learning the process of what it means to be a king or a queen, not just a priest only, it has brought a richness, a blessing, Just an encouragement to our lives in one ways that we could have never imagined. And not just because we have more money now, but because we have more wisdom, more understanding, more insight, more knowledge, because we're able to give more, because we're able to be more generous, because we're able to have more options. Guys, I'm telling you, if God is tapping you on the shoulder in this season and you feel like this is for you, reach out to us, man. I would love to help serve you along your journey as well. Well, and kind of help you navigate.
Some of those landmines that maybe you're.
Like, well, what about this? Or what are the people gonna think? Or what are my church members gonna think? Or what are my followers gonna think? They know me as a missionary or a worshiper as. Or this or that. Right.
I've been there.
I've done that. I'd be honored to help you guys. And really, the biggest. The biggest thing with this video, it's not scripted or anything. It's just straight from the heart. I sincerely wanted to just give an encouraging word to you. Whether you reach out to me, me or not, it's not a big deal to me. But what is a big deal to me is this, is that you follow through with what God is inviting you into. Because your life will be enriched if God is calling you not just to be a priest only, but to be a priest and a king. Friend, I'm telling you, it's time not just for altars. It's time for altars and cities to be built together. And I believe that you, my friend, are one of those people whose name God is calling to do that and to establish that in this next season. Thank you so much for watching like and subscribe. If you want to continue to see more trainings like this from me, thank.
You guys so much.
We'll see you in the next video.
