Hey, welcome to Three2One Grow, a podcast of everyday leaders and entrepreneurs who are choosing to live their lives out loud and doing it in community. Today's a different day for you guys that are listening on the podcast. I'm actually on my bike today. I'm not driving in from Houston to work this morning. It's a Saturday. I'm with my wife. We're on our bikes. We are cruising through amazing Houston. The weather is 70 degrees, and we're having a great time. If you want to see this podcast as well as hear it, you can go to the Three2One Grow Facebook group. Join the group. You'll see this podcast on there as soon as you're listening to it. So I am videoing this as we are on the streets of Houston. And what struck me this morning as we're riding our bikes is this idea of intentionality. We're on this trail, and we just passed a mom holding her baby, doing lunges down the trail. I was so encouraged. She's taking her circumstances, and she's being intentional about growing herself, strengthening herself, and bettering herself. And a little farther up, we went through TSU campus, campus of higher education filled with students who are intentional about growing themselves, bettering themselves, learning, giving themselves a chance for a future and a hope. And so I guess what I want to share with you guys today is, what are you doing intentionally to grow yourself? What are you doing intentionally to make your life better? What are you doing intentionally to strengthen yourself, your mind, your body, your spirit, your relationships? Yeah, I know I need oil on my brakes. That's squeaking brakes. But really, if we want to be the leader, we were called to be, we were created to be, we were destined to be. You guys hear me say this all the time. You were created for more. No matter how much or how successful you are, how challenged you are today, there's always more. More impact, more influence, more significance that God has for you in your life, your future, and your relationships. That more doesn't just come because we want it to or because we dream about it or because we hope it will. That more comes when we get intentional about the activity in our lives, the things that we're doing that we're sowing into ourselves, we're committing to ourselves. We're putting a plan together. We have a vision, a destiny, a future, and a hope. So really, today, I want to challenge you with one of those things that you're doing intentionally to get a leg up, to get a opportunity to become better, to become stronger, to grow Yourself. You can't grow others until you commit to growing yourself. You can't lead others until you commit to leading yourself. So today, really, the message is a challenge to you. What's a step you can take today? What's an action you can take today? What's a book you can read today? A podcast you can join today. Relationship you can be encouraged by today. That's going to grow you. It's going to grow your relationships. That's going to make you a stronger, better person, a more effective leader and influencer of others. So we're out here today. We're on our bikes. We're adding a little exercise to our lives. We're enjoying each other's company. We're enjoying the opportunities that sit in front of us. But it took intentionality. We had to make a decision. It would have been easy to stay at home. It would have been easy to stay in bed. It would have been easy to roll over. But we decided we were going to get up and do something that was going to strengthen our relationship and strengthen our mind and strengthen our bodies. And so that's my encouragement to you today. Take a step, take a leap, take a jump, move forward, make a plan. The things you've been thinking about, hoping about, wanting to do, the shoulda, coulda, woulda's, you need to give up and throw away and decide to take that step today to grow yourself, become a better version of you. That's really what 3, 2, 1, grow is all about. We're just everyday leaders, entrepreneurs, trying to figure it out. We're not perfect. I say this often. We are perfectly imperfect. And so we're going to fail. We're going to stumble, we're going to fall, but we're going to get back up. And in this community, we're going to do it together. Man, I'm thankful for you guys. The community is growing. Come and join 321 grow Facebook group. There's other videos there, trainings, teachings, community conversation, dialogue and encouragement. So until next time, this is rick Torresin with 321 grow. I'm believing your best is yet to come. So get out there today and make a difference. Invest in yourself and so into your future. God bless you guys. We'll talk to you soon.
