Hey, good morning my friends. It is an early morning here in Houston, Texas. I don't know if you remembered, but today is the day that we, or last night actually is the time that we were to set our clocks back. I love the time change. We officially entered the new time change today. I like it because the mornings, the sun's up a little bit earlier and from my patio here in Houston, Texas, in the med center, as you can see, we get some great sunrises and sunsets as you come back around here, you can see the sunrise and the horizon there. So it's a good view in the morning. Good place to think and collect my thoughts. I wanted to share this with you and encourage you. Go to our podcast group 321 Grow on Facebook or your favorite podcast platform and check out 321 Grow. This week's podcast is about the idea of not being anxious for anything, right? That sounds crazy, doesn't it? Anxiety is so ingrained in our lives. It is so debilitating. It is so powerful if we let it be. But I want to encourage you today. There is a scripture in Philippians 4. 6 that says, Be anxious for nothing. Really? You know, when I hear that, I have to challenge that and question it because anxiety has been such a real part of my world the last few months and I've been wrestling with it, but I realized I didn't have to. There are situations in my life that create tension and anxious moments. But I don't have to own anxiety and wear it as clothing. So I want to encourage you. So this week, as you begin a new week, be anxious for nothing. But it says in Philippians 4. 6. But with everything and in all things, through prayer and supplication, make your requests known to God. There is a way through our anxiety to give you strength and allow you to continue to be all that you can be. So believing your best is yet to come. And I believe that there's more for all of us, no matter how successful or challenged you are, there's more. More destiny, more future and more hope. So, my friends, have a great week this week. I bless you and I hope that you will continue to move forward with me and share with us this idea of being anxious for nothing. There is hope. There's a way through. God bless you guys. Until next time.
