One of the routines I've gotten in is to cycle through this contrast therapy. It's a cold plunge, hot tub, infrared sauna. And I cycle through three times. Typically, there's people in there. It's a communal based thing and it's really. I love it. It's a great experience. It's been transformative in my life and my wife's life, but when I sit in that cold tub, it's just cold. It isn't easy, but there's something about doing hard things. It's another thing, doing hard things first, conditioning yourself to do hard things. The cold water is not going to kill me, but it's absolutely hard. But it helps build my resilience. But in that space, I have a mantra that I go through and to focus on. I focus on my breathing and I make some declarations over my life and I touch my head and said my. My mind is clear, my body is strong, my family is whole, healed and complete. I'll repeat that over and over and over. And that centers me, and it's positive declarations and positive energy over my mind, over my body, and over my family. And I do that pretty much every morning. And it helps me put myself in an intentional state of mind that's a foundation strength for me to build on and to grow on and to stand on throughout the day.
