Welcome back to Part two of Whining versus Winning. It's time to start winning. Winning happens when we refuse to give up. When we fail, we learn and we keep moving. Winning says this. Why not? It says we can, I can. Winners aren't worried about what's fair. They're working toward the future. Winners call people to vision. They call people forward, back to something, not away from something. Winners, they take responsibility and they own the process and they look for answers and solutions, not excuses and scapegoats. A culture and mindset of winning will always see failure as a learning opportunity and a chance to grow and become better and stronger. At the end of the day, winning starts with me, my mindset, my beliefs, and always ends with we something greater than ourselves. So here's the thing. How do we move from whining to winning? How do we build a winning culture in our own lives and in our teams and our organizations? I just want to give you three quick thoughts to get you started. The first one is to be a winner, we've got to take ownership and responsibility. Remove the buts and the excuses, the finger pointing and justifying from our conversations. The second thing? Embrace failures by building a mindset that sees and believes all failures are opportunities. We see setbacks as setups for success. And the last thing? Take people with you. What good is it to conquer the mountain and celebrate alone? Winning is a we thing. Share the credit. Acknowledge others. Remember that our ceiling is someone else's floor, that they can go higher. So my friends, stop whining. Let's get to some winning. And it begins with you. Your attitude, your approach, your response to challenges and failures in your life. Remember, winning is contagious. When you embrace a culture of winning within you, you will create a culture of winning around you. So thank you my friends, for continuing to be a part of this transformational leadership community.
