Routines either love them or you hate them. But the truth is a good routine builds good discipline, great habits and leads to amazing success. What makes it so hard to get into a routine, to establish a discipline, to set up a habit? Well, it's our mind. It's our thoughts. It's that first thought you have in the morning before going to the gym that says, man, I don't want to do this tomorrow. I'm not going to get up today. I can't go to the gym. Those thoughts then speak volumes to your body that tell you, hey, we're staying in bed. Your words matter. Your words have power. When you wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is I pray. And then I declare the truth for the day I am, I can and I will. And then I look forward to my routines. I never talk down about them, never speak death about them. I always speak life about them routines. And they will make you or they will break you.
