Why Midlife Women Feel “Off” and How Frequency Healing Can Help
3 Dec 2025 · 42 min
In this podcast episode, host Rita De Michele interviews Lisa Van Rudi, a practitioner of quantum frequency technology, to explore why many mid‑life women experience fatigue, brain fog, weight gain and other “off” symptoms. Lisa explains that every person has a unique frequency blueprint; when that blueprint is out of tune—due to hidden toxins, microbiome imbalances, emotional baggage, or environmental factors—symptoms arise. She introduces the Oberon Scan, a non‑invasive device that measures the body’s energetic frequencies, identifies pathogenic frequencies (toxins, parasites, dysbiotic microbes, stored emotions) and then delivers corrective frequencies to rebalance organs and systems. The conversation contrasts this technology with conventional energy‑healing practices and standard medical testing, emphasizing a root‑cause, individualized approach rather than symptom‑focused treatment. Lisa shares case stories of clients who, after conventional medicine failed, regained vitality through frequency sessions, often combined with lifestyle tweaks such as grounding, sunlight exposure, gratitude practice, hydration, and diet adjustments. The episode also discusses the influence of belief systems, stress, and lifestyle on the nervous system’s frequency, offering simple self‑care steps for listeners who cannot access the technology. Throughout, the dialogue stresses holistic integration of physical, emotional, and energetic health, positioning frequency healing as a complementary tool to conventional care for mid‑life women seeking renewed vitality.

What if fatigue, brain fog, or stubborn weight gain wasn't just you getting older, but a signal your body's frequency is out of tune? I'm joined by Lisa Van Rudi, an expert in quantum frequency technology. Lisa helps women unlock the second half of their life as their best half by revealing hidden toxins, frequency imbalances, and energetic blocks that conventional testing often misses. Her mission: to help you Reclaim vitality, clarity, and resilience by restoring the body's own intelligence to live younger, longer. Welcome, Lisa.
Thank you so much. Hello from Phuket. Thank you for inviting me on your awesome podcast.
Thank you. Thanks for coming on and educating my audience all about this frequency, quantum frequency. Now that's something not many people do hear about, and It is kind of emerging. I feel that there's so much skepticism out there about it, but you're going to help us break through that and have a good understanding. So your work is focused on what we said, the quantum frequency technology. So let's just start with what is it and is it different to energy healing?
First of all, I was the biggest skeptic myself, right? So this is the disclaimer to break the ice and Actually, we already all know by now that everything is energy, everything is frequency, right?
Mm-hmm.
So there is no difference because everything is energy. And we cannot create energy because it's there, it's all around us, even in the empty spaces. But it's the way we measure the frequencies. And so that goes really deep, right? Like any medicine that you get from the doctor has a specific frequency. The way you feel is a state of mind, is a frequency. So it's actually our first language. When we are born, we can't even speak, right?
Mm.
And so, but we can feel. So it's a language of feeling. It's the first language we know because we feel hungry, we feel tired, we start to cry. And so we have not many options as a baby to express ourselves, but it always starts by feeling. One day you wake up and you feel drained. The other day you feel great, you feel exhausted after going shopping or after being around many people. So that's all energy and that's all frequencies. There is no difference.
That's fascinating. And you know, I like the point that you made about even medicine has a frequency because so many people take medication and then they don't feel good after. They can't explain why. Take a whole lot of multivitamins or B vitamins trying to pep up their energy, still doesn't work. And obviously there's maybe a mismatch in the frequency of the medicine to your particular frequency is what I'm understanding. But is it different to the energy healing practices of like, say, uh, the somatic practices or, you know, breathwork and all that sort of thing?
It all comes together. Like I'm practicing qigong for health and well-being. So that's kind of the old school and all the somatics are part of the puzzle. And this is on the other spectrum. So it's technology. It's not AI. It was invented years ago. And by the way, Einstein in the '80s, when did he live? 1800s. He already said the future of medicine will be through frequencies. Then Nikola Tesla came and so many others like Mr. Bohr, so many others came and so they invented this and even they won Nobel Prize about quantum entanglement, but that's all way too technical, right? Let's break it down. The body is a self-healing mechanism, but sometimes it's just left and that's compiled from many things and throughout our life, let's say the onion or the bulb. I'm from the bulb area. I'm Dutch. So in the bulb area, you have all these layers of the bulb, right? It grows by layers. And so we compile all of that with toxins throughout our life, with emotional baggage throughout our life. So no matter somatic breathwork or other healing practices, we try to peel off the layers one by one to kind of detox yourself to become to your inner state and kind of balance. And that's what frequency is all about. That's also what the technology does, but it's just quicker without years of therapy. And it addresses from the root cause, so not the symptom. And that's where my technology and why my technology is so successful. And frankly speaking, I help many doctors because a lot of medical people they actually are more and more open because they see their approach, and they told me themselves, not my words, are like 55% spot on, whereas my machine is actually 98% spot on. So, you know, when a doctor told me that, I was like, so how about the other 45%, right? Yeah, but basically we go to the root cause. We can scan the body energetically Similar to your Wi-Fi, right? So you never mistrust your phone. In the morning, you pick up your phone and you just know it works. If I have your phone number, no matter where you are in the world, at what time zone, I can always reach you because I have your number, right? And of course, we already know we're all unique. There's no one-size-fits-all. So this is always a one-to-one thing. And yeah, I can keep talking about this for hours, but basically what's the biggest difference is that we don't look at the symptoms. So when somebody comes with like, oh, suddenly I can't lose weight, suddenly I'm awake in the middle of the night, right? Then we address the root cause. Or sometimes people have, or many times people have physical issues. I don't even look at the frozen shoulder or the knee because we look at what caused that whole situation. And that imbalance, we start from the root cause. So yeah.
What I'm understanding is, does each individual person then have their own frequency imprint? Like when you say—
Yes, yes. We all have our own blueprint like the fingerprints. But there's so much more to it. Listen, we are all composed of 80 trillion cells. And those cells, each of those cells is working thousands and some even debate that it's millions of tasks at the same time in a second. Even your computer or your calculator can't manage that. Let's say our head, right? It's beyond our imagination. So yes, so much is going on. We can never comprehend that in a simple blood test or in a simple stool test, right? There's so much more to it. And of course, all those 80 trillion cells that are working for me now are different from yours. Because of all the things that is in our environment. So yes, we are born with genes, but the fact that sometimes women say, oh, my mom had diabetes, so I will have diabetes and my child has diabetes. Even if you have the gene that is a predisposition to diabetes, like me, if I have a healthy lifestyle, I can go around that. And that's the epigenetics. So I don't want to go very— technical today because, you know, that I want to be very practical because I'm typical hands-on, uh, from the practice approach. But basically it's that we are all different. So when you would start to live in Phuket with me, then everything changes in your body automatically because the climate is different, the food is different because the soil is different, you feel different. And so that creates your environment.
So I just want to talk— we'll go back to like when I mentioned about the how it picks things up in you and the toxins, etc. Now you use a machine that's called like the Oberon Scan, and that helps you detect things like toxins and parasites and energetic kind of stresses on the body.
Yeah, like physical issues, pathology. Microorganisms, really big thing, right? In our tummy, it's the microbiome, which is 70 to 85%. It's all debatable how many percentage, but who cares, right? We just want it to be in balance. But guess what? That's also the area of our solar plexus and the feminine energy. And that's where we not only digest food in the stomach, but also digest emotions.
Yes.
Right? In the gallbladder, we could have repressed anger. In the kidneys, we can have stored fear. So we have to address and realize that the physical expression is something that was created much earlier. It's really the way you think, partly, because the other half— I mean, we are a holistic system, so we are what we eat, but not 100%. We are what we absorb. So if the intestine can't work because the parasite every time say, oh, thank you very much for these great supplements. Thank you so much for eating this great thing. But they take it. Meanwhile, they make you crave for sugar or they make you depressed, anxiety. That's all the disbalance. So we check pathology, microorganisms, plus the emotional side of things. And that all has to be in balance. And that's what I restore. So yes, we scan the body through frequencies with a sensor in the headset or otherwise other ways. And then because my clients are mainly all over the world and not per se here in Phuket, so we scan the body as if the whole body is under a microscope. That takes like 15 minutes. And I share my screen through Zoom or when people are here in person on the big TV screen because You live in your body since conception, right? So who knows better what's happening in the body? But that's the whole thing nowadays in our rat race life. We don't feel, we don't check in with ourselves. And that's the whole wellbeing part, let's say. But anyway, so then what I see, you see. And I ask a ton of questions like, what's happening here? Or how's your digestion? And where you feel itches or ickiness. And so that's the diagnosis part, but we do it together. And now you already realize that, first of all, I'm not a doctor, but doctors only learn about the chemical mechanical system, whereas I studied many things around health, right? Health and wellness and wellbeing when I started building my retreat center. But anyway, fast moving forward. So we scan the body, then we have the actual situation. We can also see what's happening over a longer period and then we diagnose together and then we create a treatment plan for that day and it's all in real time. So the good news, non-invasive, no pain. The downside might be you become super energetic right after or you feel super tired. Your body picks up the frequencies and needs to like settle them and then you go for a power nap or you sleep great, maybe not the first night, or you do feel And that's because everyone's different, right? We're not all the same. So, and then we start to slightly, so not with a big thing, but you feel like maybe the mold's dying off, or maybe you feel suddenly the bowel is going to move, or you're not craving for sugar as before. And so you start to sleep better in general. And then I can create reports. So after the session that takes like 2 hours, Yeah. I create reports and I check, check, double-check, right? I can show you the screenshot when we scanned you and after my treatment, how many percentage improved. And then I send you a bunch of lifestyle information and reports on the toxins, your superfoods, the foods, let's say the allergen that you want to stay away from. And that's again, not forever because if your body becomes more in balance, you might be able to eat that beef that was now on the no-go list. Because beef, for example, might be heavy to digest for your body, right? And so if it says like cosmetics, you could check like, okay, so what do I put on my face? Because so many toxins go inside the body, right? It's the plastic nails that we have, it's the foundation or the whatever, the fillers or whatnot, right? And so basically all those things that you do to your body, yeah, to cut it down, many people not realize that we are nature. So what does our body want? What does our body thrive on? Everything natural.
So you can understand that this would go, from what you're saying, go so much deeper and regular, where regular blood tests just cannot show what you're picking up with this Exactly.
Exactly.
So there's a whole big world and picture of someone's health that can't be picked up on a blood test that you're seeing in this technology. And also, I find it fascinating that you don't need to know the pathology. You don't need to know what's actually happening with the person prior to seeing what their frequencies. Is that right?
Yeah. Well, I have a lot of clients who went above and beyond, checked all the medical systems, right? Go to specialists and then they say, sorry, madam, we can't do anything else. You just have to live with your autoimmune disease. So then via, via, I have many referral clients. They come to me and then she started thriving and she's 75 now and she bought a camper van and she has a boat and she is traveling the world because she thought her future was done. And now she realized that she has so much to live for. Another woman came, she was going to the best neurologic doctor because she is starting Parkinson's and the guy painted a pitch-black scenario for her. She felt patient, right? Immediately. That's so heavy for people when they get the diagnosis autoimmune disease. It's like you get this sticker and you start to feel like a patient. And so every day you wake up with the idea, oh, I have cancer, I have cancer. And that's not helping the body because we are kind of fighting the body and we want to stay close to the body as our best friend. And because we want it to work for us for like 80 to 100 years, right? And so we just want to be thriving, but how can you when you have this diagnosis and the doctors say, oh, there's nothing to do about this or whatever, right? So then it's really even more tough for people to be strong enough, to feel empowered enough to find other ways. And so the people that find me, then suddenly there's like a— there's still a gateway. And so I even had a lady flying in from Germany after so many chemo with bone cancer. And I said, You're not here because she was Thai. I said, "You're not here to say bye bye to your family." It's like re-welcoming, and she made a she made a new disclaimer for herself. Let's say, or how to say? She she said every half year I want to come back to say hello to my family. Right? So it's the mindset also that yeah that's that's like not helping us so many so many times. So many people they went to hospital in and out, and then. It's like there is a big drawer with all these drawers. And yes, you go to the cardio and he looks at that, or you go to the gastrointestinal doctor and he checks that. But listen, our body is a holistic system. So once you open one drawer, the other things might also shift. So it's really bigger picture and we have to address everything because it might not be the heart.
The belief system. So the belief system and And the emotions that we have taken on in life would have an impact on our nervous system. And I guess then that would impact our frequency. So how important is it to do the inner work?
I ever had a lady and she said, oh, I've done therapy for 4 years. I said, fire the guy because you don't, you don't, you don't have to. Well, in some cases it might work, right? So don't get me wrong. I'm kind of direct in cutting corners here. Everything has their own story, so it might be applicable to you. But on average, don't go there. Like, 2 years therapy is just— you just don't need it. So the whole thing is, you say everybody has a frequency, right?
Yeah.
But we are composed of millions of frequencies because the liver has a specific frequency, the heart has a specific frequency, and it varies, right? After a night's bad sleep, you feel crap. So then your mitochondria might not be great, whereas the day before they were kind of thriving because you had this great news. It's all interconnected. And so that also applies to, let's say, the frequencies. And like I said, the body is a self-healing mechanism. It wants only the best for you, but we have to trust it no matter what. Even if we have a diagnosis, we still have to trust the body. Yeah. And ask it to tell us where are things out of line and where's the disbalance. But that takes a little bit of— it's like training a muscle, right? But it really comes down to the basics and it's really lifestyle. I mean, 80% of the people that go to a house doctor is actually lifestyle-related issues. So it's the physical illnesses or disease or unwell, feeling unwell is created by something that you didn't address way earlier.
Right.
And then of course things can happen. Like if you eat something wrong, you might be off and then you get antibiotics and it might wipe out not just the bad guys, as I'd say, the bad parasites and microorganisms, but also the good guys. So to restore it then takes even longer, right? I mean, there were all these studies that twins, one was living very healthy lifestyle, the other didn't. And so another test was people go to McDonald's for 2 weeks and then have to restore their microbiome, takes half a year. Hello? So you feel crap all that time, right? And you break it off very easily. I don't say I never go to McDonald's. I don't say it's not black or white. If we do like 80/20 rule, that's good enough. And there's always things you can do.
I love the 80/20 rule. My very first mentor taught me about the 80/20 rule, and I think it's excellent because it takes a lot of pressure off and a lot of stress. Otherwise, if you feel you have to be the 100%, you fall into perfectionism, and then you, you don't do it right, then you You chastise yourself and then you go into shame and blame and all of that has a frequency to it as well.
But listen, this is life, right? So life is not flat because then we're dead. It's like nature. There are seasons. It's up and down. Like I told you, I have predisposition in my genes for diabetes. So I was off sugar. But then my mother was seriously ill, passed away. I felt the need to crave sugar. What if I didn't allow myself to do that, right? And so that's why I don't believe in hardcore and I don't believe in diets. Cut the crap. Don't ever think in diets. It's a lifestyle. And of course, even if meat's not great for your body at that moment in time and people are asked to go out to a steakhouse to celebrate someone's birthday, just go for it, eat it, and take the consequence. And then the next day you try to recuperate a bit and you accept that you might feel a bit off that day, right? But don't say no, just go for it. And it's actually good to feel like— so many people have gluten allergy. It's not even the gluten, it's the pesticides that they spray on the crop, right? So it's the whole modified crops that is already like prepared to make us sick kind of thing. Anyway, so yes, I eat a Dutch apple pie when I can, right? I won't say no in Netherlands when somebody with their heart and passion bakes an apple pie for me, and then I say, no, no, no, because I can't have gluten. Yeah, until I have kuliaki, right? That's the serious case. Then I just go for it and enjoy it as much as possible because the whole thing, and especially since, see, I always want to avoid it, but there's really a life before COVID and after COVID for all of us. You also, especially in Australia, right? But also here on a tropical island with no business. We see that so many people have no zest for life. We almost, especially right after, I saw in so many clients, we don't know how to enjoy life anymore. There's no fun anymore. We have thousands of Facebook friends, but who can you call in the middle of the night? So the human connection is what all the health gurus added after COVID. You can look it up. So now we all realize that the social aspect, and we are social animals, Like dogs, right? And so we have to commute and we have to have a community and a safety and a support system. And so many people die now from loneliness, from not getting attention, because we all want to be seen. It's not to stand out per se over the grass, right? That's typical Dutch to be inside the grass, let's say, to not stand out. But in a way, we all want to shine. And that's the purpose of life, I believe, but more so to enjoy life.
It's to create a bit more joy in your life and not to be so strict around if I put one thing in my mouth that doesn't agree with me, et cetera. Is that to keep our nervous system more energetically in balance? So exactly as soon as it goes out of balance, that's when we start having all these different symptoms and start developing maybe a condition and all that. I mean, I can hear a lot of the audience saying, wait a minute, I have a majorly chronic condition, or, you know, I am a celiac, or I have, you know, incredibly serious digestive issues. I can't just have that one little thing and be okay. What would you say to them if they have— even if they have had it and then they feel really bad but they feel really bad for a week. How can they, if they haven't got this technology or can't get to you, how can they start to sort of rebalance themselves a little bit?
It starts so simple according to me, and that's maybe easier for me than when I was living in the West, but that's also my decision to live in a flip-flop lifestyle environment, right? But if you walk on your bare feet somewhere, you stand in the grass, you see a butterfly, Or you hear the birds singing. It's that awareness to be mindful and think like, wow, I was so lucky to wake up this morning. What am I grateful for? Just speak it out to yourself, 3 things that you are grateful for, because we take so many things for granted and then we go for the nitty-gritty in the stomach. Hello, life is much more. So yes, this is shit for your life. And it has to be addressed, but don't make it like the elephant in the room, right? Keep things in perspective. So to listen to the body, to enjoy life and see the beauty in the small things will make you feel like you are part of an immense universe, right? So how could this thing affect you for a week? You should say, hell no, get out from my body. It's many times when people are so super sensitive that their boundaries are always overstepped. So they please. I mean, in my wellness center, 99% of the women, we all think that when we give more, we are better and we feel better. But hell no, we feel more crappy and we just drain ourselves, right? We are typical to think that we have to take care of everything, including our car better, and lastly, ourselves. But that's vice versa, right? In the airplane, when you get here, you learn put on your own oxygen mask first and then help others.
Yes.
And so that's the whole key point, right? And so that's when we start to feel miserable and start to feel off. And so, yeah, basically it starts by the simple things and enjoying things in life. And I don't say it's that it's a minor thing, right? It can be a super big thing. But it's the same with all those women that come here for hormonal issues and this and that. And it's like the lifestyle. There are 10 things to do, very simple, to make you feel better already without even the help of me, right? And it starts by drinking water in the morning and then have coffee and Be in the sun for a few— when the sun is on to 10 degrees, 10 to maximum 30 degrees, just stand in the sun for even 3 minutes and absorb the goodness. Because everyone buys now red panels. Yes, sure. But we have the infrared from the sun as well, even on a cloudy day. So just spend more outdoors. But what do we do since COVID We spend 90% of our time indoors. And I totally get it. When I way back lived in the Netherlands, I started to work in my corporate job. Well, I have to think, but I still clearly remember it. It was dark and I rolled into my car, sitting again, rolled behind my desk, 5 o'clock, vice versa. And oh my goodness, it was dark already, right? So your whole circadian rhythm is out of balance already. And then you top it up with the stress of being on time, dropping the kids off, and yada yada yada, and life as a whole. And that's when I say the better half should be the second half. And so, but many women don't really feel it that way. It's so many times when women over— I used to say over 50, but it's now younger and younger, like over 45 or even 40, they look in the mirror in the morning and they're like, what happened to me?
Who am I?
Everything starts to sag and you feel off after another crappy night of sleep and you feel like, what happened to me? I also studied, but hello, my husband's career went first because it was logic or the money or whatever. Then kids start to come. Guess what? The mommy takes care most of the time. But they are good to go now. They're maybe influencers or traveling the world. The guy is okay, or maybe left you with the secretary. No matter what, no judgment. But you feel like, who am I? What can I still be? Can I still do motor drive lessons? Can I still start my own company? And then you have all these friends that start to talk about illnesses, check up this, healthcare that, and the mammography and whatever. And you start to feel more and more desperate, but you don't— to who can you express this, right? That's also kind of taboo. And so when people come to me, they're like, oh, somebody that listens. That's why I do my job one-to-one. That's why I take 2 hours for you, because even when you go to doctor, you have like 10 minutes and then it's like prescription, done.
Yeah.
And still nobody listens to you, right?
Exactly.
So that's why my approach is just one of a kind, let's say. And I'm not unique. I mean, there's thousands of people that have similar machines or same technology, but I just created my own way of working with it because I was trained with official medical device from Europe. And so there we learned much more about the psycho-emotional Yes. And I combine it in the, in the current technology.
Well, it sounds very holistic, and that's the way to go, is to be holistic and combine the physical and the emotional. Do certain diseases or conditions have their own vibrational signature?
They all have, and it's my task once we find it to address them and give the opposite frequency. It's like we give the body a kick in the butt and then starts to kick off a self-healing mechanism. So that's actually what we want. And I don't say that can be done in one session. Many times I do like my program of 12 weeks with 6 sessions interval because the body has to reset. And then we can see what picked up. And then there is a workbook. You can do some exercises and we have ongoing support and a personal meal plan because that's the key point. And even the Western medical field now starts with immunotherapy, right? Like the cancer treatments, it all starts to become like person to person, not the chemo everyone like one, because there is no one size fits all.
Yes.
So, but yeah, and so my approach is really like 100% individual because we all are. So even the The autoimmune disease might be different and even a leaky gut might be different and in feeling and experience and expressing from your end to my end.
That's what I was curious about. Even though someone comes to you and they have problems with their liver and the person next to them or the next client has a problem with their liver, the frequency imprint of them will be completely different. It's not like you can do, oh, liver is this, you know, liver has this emotion to it. It's not like that.
There is, but there are many layers to it. So a healthy liver, for example, should be a 4.9 frequency. That's nice to know, but what do you buy for that, right? If you feel off. So one client can come to me and drinking alcohol, but the other one with also toxic hepatitis, Is not drinking any alcohol, right? So to address that, I can apply the same way, but there is more to it. So one drinks, and what's the root cause of the drinking at all? Is it like social or is it like missing something? And that's why we check the emotions. So it might be that the liver is under stress because of the medication, right? So when I give medication like painkillers to my clients, they say, where can I pick them up? But I give them through frequency. So even the acupuncture that I do, the phytotherapy, any kind of therapy that's all in the database can be homeopathy and it's all sent through frequencies. So there are no side effects. I have clients that are on 6 medications from the doctor. And one, yes, is for the cardio, but the next one is to weaken the side effects from that first medication. And then that one has another side effect on the second medication. And so the whole circle is like round. I don't say get off medication because I would never advise anyone just to do that, but it is an interesting concept. And then, so, you know, sometimes you can only use it for like a year. And then I tell my friend, so why are you still using this after 3 years? Oh, the doctor never said that I should stop it. I said, but did you listen to this whole letter that comes with it? No, because the letters are too small. Yeah. And then you start to wonder, is there a reason why they do that? I don't know. But I mean, yeah, why would you? And so I have people that want to get off medication. The biggest scam is statins, of course. Anyway, or one of them. I mean, they invent every year something new. And then much later, we see the by-effects. Like, I even help a dermatologist and she feels off. And when I look at her face, I already know with all these fillers that stay in your face, but it starts to spread throughout the face, in the lymph nodes, in the nervous system, in all those layers in between, right? So That's kind of scary.
It is, but no one tells you about that. No one tells you when you go and get these aesthetics done, you know, the Botox, the fillers, and I'm not judging anybody who does, but it's just, you're talking about that, what happens and the frequency around it that no one thinks like that. But what does a session look like?
I guide you step by step. So we may, we set the date, right? And a time. We connect through Zoom. I have your details. I make like a card and we start the scan. The scan checks in 15 minutes thousands of body parts. So that goes from the head into the slides of the body. Then it goes into the organs. It goes into the tissues. It goes into the cells, the cell membrane, like all the layers and all the parts of the body. And nice to know. Then we see on the screen graph lines where the body is out of balance. That can be a system, a body system like digestive system, the blood and lymph, the microorganisms. And then we see numbers and figures and then we can address that. So then we start to like do the deep dive, let's say, and we do that together. So we start connecting the dots, let's say, where things are out of balance and off. That takes about an hour. And then we make the treatment plan for that day. And so then sometimes we have to zoom in, but usually the big picture is kind of clear. And so first we scan the body, we diagnose, and then give the frequency to balance the body. After, like I said, you might feel a little bit tired, drink a lot of water, don't jump in your pool right after. Because the frequencies have to set in the body. And then you go for a power nap or whatever. I compile the reports and at night you have the reports. You know the toxins, but we already discussed that. So I compile them during the session. I explain your food allergen. Many people think they are allergic to something and then they see, oh, I said, you just told me that you are allergic to nuts. No, I can have almonds and I can have this and this nut. And that was exactly in the good food list, right? Some people don't say everything because they want to check if it really shows in the system. Then we also check in, uh, in like the emotions and the inner conflicts, and all of that helps you. So you don't have to do anything with that information, but if you do, you would very quickly feel better. Now when I put the frequencies on the organs and/or the organ systems, the body systems, And there are stored emotions, guess what? They are also addressed, right? So you might feel less anxious. You might have this insight of, wow. I mean, I was treating a psychiatrist doctor in a hospital in Ireland from her hospital bed. She actually canceled her appointments 2 times already. And she said, 3rd time, I still don't want to cancel it, but I'm again in hospital. I said, so what happened? They took out my gallbladder. I said, oh dear. And then she said, it started leaking 2 times. So now I'm back in emergency room. I'm just out from emergency room. And so from her hospital bed through Zoom, I said, wow, I see in the heart and in the whole body system actually that there might be repressed anger. And also that's a sign of the gallbladder. And she said, no, my gallbladder is out. I said, yeah, but energetically still stays there. Just imagine like they take off your leg and people still feel their big toe, right? So it's the energetic part. I said, so tell me, how was the relationship with people around you, like the family members? And she said, oh, don't start talking about my dad because he ran away when I was a baby. And then my mom. So she had a bad relationship with her mom. with her brother. I said, do you realize now all this anger that your gallbladder couldn't handle? And I saw from the hospital bed the coin dropped. And she is in the healthcare system herself, right? We all have our blind spots, let's say. So not judgmental, but that insight made her just feel great. And she was like many people referred to me. So I called my friend the next day for something else. I said, did you get here back from the lady in hospital? She said, what? We already had lunch today and tomorrow she will start working again.
I think this could be so powerful. And obviously if someone doesn't feel resolved in the first session, they can have another session with you because it's a matter of finding it all the way down to the very core. Like, you know, you might balance one area, but then something else shows up and—
Oh no, we do the big picture first and then we can down drill eventually. Right.
Yes.
And sometimes it takes like a week. Like this morning, I had feedback from a client. She's a regular client. She does kind of after-service. And so, because let's put it like this, we evolve, right? So how we felt 2 years ago might not be the same as today. And so when you feel off, they keep coming back to me because I don't have subscription or, you know, or a 10-to-go card. I really work like when you need it, you just come and we look at what's happening at that time. But anyway, she said, oh, the first few days I didn't feel much, but now I'm thriving. Now everything resolved. So yeah, that's just great. So yeah, sometimes the body takes a bit to recuperate and we don't know because yeah, the body actually takes care. It's not placebo though, right? Don't get me wrong. It's not just the mindset or whatever. We really need some intervention sometimes to help the body in the right direction. But once it's on track, it wants to figure out with your mind and with everything that's been going on in the body and with a bunch of healthy lifestyle tips. I mean, it can be like drink lukewarm water in the morning before you start your coffee. And so there is a bunch of things. You might need some good quality supplements and not the quick fix crappy things when you are at the checkout desk in the drugstore and then you see this 2-pack, 2-for-1, right? And because they can actually do harm, the chemical minerals. But I can talk about it for hours. Sorry about that. But they can actually do harm. And I have proof of that with a woman who thought she did everything right. And the doctors opened her up and they said, if you weren't that fit, we would have closed you and bye-bye. And now she will come this week for my next retreat.
So, so this has been very educational. Thank you so much for coming on. All of Lisa's details will be in the show notes— her website, her socials, and all about her retreat. Yeah, find another way to actually live healthy with vitality. Thank you for coming on.
