These four books right here made me rich. They were the starting contributing factors to me doing over 250 million, maybe nearer 300 million in sales as an entrepreneur. I currently have a nearly 4 1/2 million pound rent roll from a portfolio of approaching 50 million, maybe a bit more depending on how and when you value it. And I've got a bonus book here, a fifth one which helps you implement all four. So I'm going to teach you the top three things that I took from these seminal books that made me hundreds of millions in cash flow and assets. And then one, to take action. When all is said and done, more is said than done. To know and not to do is not to know. Now, nearly 20 years ago I was 50,000 in debt. And on December 15th, 2005 my dad had this big nervous breakdown and it was a, it was a probably one of the worst days of my life. That's another story for another time but, but I spent a week hating myself and going through all the things my dad had done to support me. He got me working age six, he taught me to be an entrepreneur, he supported me with going to college, to university, supported me with my first car, my first house. And I was broke, entitled, I had a chip on my shoulder, I felt life was unfair and I was 50 grand in debt, probably just a couple of weeks away from going personally bust. And then in this week of self loathing and searching, I found a couple of local property meetings and my dad had been saying to me for a decade before, son, you should get into real estate. And I remember These properties were 25 grand and then every year dad would say, have you bought one yet, son? I'm like dad, I don't have any money. And then there were 35 grand, then 50 grand, then 100 grand, then 150 grand. So I ended up going along to this property meeting not knowing anything about anything, in a lot of debt. And I met my current business partner of today who I co founded the UK's largest property and business training company with who we share 345 rental units that we own together. And we co own a management firm that manages about 1350 units. So we've built a sizable portfolio for two young guys from Peterborough where nobody knows where it is. And he gave me three of these four books to read in my first week reading business and entrepreneurial books. And I didn't know then that he was testing me. I didn't know then I was going to become his business partner. I didn't know then that he was going to put in millions of pounds of his and his family money and I was going to be able to invest none of my own money. I didn't know then he was to kind of become like a bit of a mentor of mine. I didn't know then he was going to teach me how to buy and sell real estate. And I didn't know then, you know, we were going to grow very rich together. But three books he gave me I read in a week because I was desperate and hungry and in despair and very motivated. And then there's another one and then there's the Take Action one. So the first one, let me know in the comments. If you've read this is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. This is a seminal classic. And if there's one book I'd read every year without fail that's 100 years old but has does not go out of date, it would be Think and Grow Rich. And the main lessons in Think and Grow Rich, of course, it's way more than this and I certainly recommend you get these books. I don't get any Amazon affiliate commission. I just want to help you. But summarizing the top three lessons in Think and Grow Rich, number one is a burning desire. So you define a clear obsessive financial goal with unwavering commitment and drive to action. So you set a clear financial goal, you build a burning desire to achieve success and then you commit to until you succeed. And that piece of advice goes back thousands of years and will never go out of date. You just need to put it into the concept of money. If you're here to make more money. Right now we have a banking crisis, a potential global recession, billionaires selling all of their assets to be liquid to cash in on the crash, banks going bust and taxes going up in if you'd like to learn how to cash in on the crash and not just survive but thrive in challenging times, I invite you to join us at the Money Maker Summit Live. The link is robmore Live Money. I'm subsidizing a small number of tickets from my Rob Moore foundation. Or for a very small upgrade fee, you can get special VIP tickets where you meet me personally. Rob Moore Gold is predicted to go up to $3,000 an ounce by bank of America. That's a 50% increase in a very short time. Gold and silver have gone through the roof recently with all this news of an impending recession, depression or crash. I'm also very excited to announce a brand new and long term partnership with Direct Bullion. This is not an ad or an affiliate link. This is a long term partnership. This the owner of Direct Bullion has actually been a fan of my show for many years and myself and Nigel Farage have become the ambassadors for Direct Bullion. If you go to robmore.directbullion.com you can get the very best spot or under prices on silver and gold. You can learn about how to invest in silver and gold from the people who I buy gold from and who mentor me on my silver and gold investing. You can also buy gold and silver in your pension, which is something that a lot of people do don't know about. So to save me answering the thousands of questions I get about investing in silver and gold, Simply go to robmore.directbullion.com the second great lesson in Think and Grow Rich is believing and having faith in yourself and in success and in the universe. So cultivating absolute faith in your ability to achieve your goal, visualizing it as if it is already done, having faith that the universe will reward you and then having the self belief to overcome your own doubts and the challenges on your path to wealth. So quite conceptual but never goes out of date or fashion. And then the third main lesson of Think and Grow Rich is persist relentlessly. Relentlessly. So right now I've got legal cases going on. I have hundreds of critics, trolls and haters. I've got a million things to do. I'm being pulled left, right and center from pillar to post. Everyone wants my money. Everyone wants my time. Everyone wants my help. We had lockdown. Taxes are going up and up and up. All of my friends are leaving for Dubai. But none of that will break me from my mission, which is to help as many people on this planet get better financial knowledge. So persist relentlessly, which means pushing through setbacks with unyielding determination and knowing that failure holds the Cs and the keys of success. So failure is success and you cannot succeed without failure. And you have to embrace failure to succeed. Of course there are many more great lessons, but they're the three from Think and Grow Rich. Okay, so let me know in the comments if you read Think and Grow Rich. Definitely give yourself that great gift. That's probably the book I've reread the most other than my own in my life. Okay. The next one is even older and even more of a classic and that is the Richest man in Babylon. Now this is an easy book. This was written in 1926, 100 year anniversary next year. Very easy to read. People cite this a lot. Now these are three more practical, grounded tips I'm going to share with you. Think and Grow Rich A little bit more broad and conceptual, practical and tactical. Number one lesson in Think and Grow rich Pay yourself First, most people are paying the government in taxes. Then they're paying their subscriptions and mortgages and car loans and banks and they're left with probably nothing. Or maybe even they're spending more than they earn each month. Richest man in Babylon fundamental less than 100 years old. Pay yourself first. Keep 10% of your income minimum before spending and outgoings. Initially you might save that. Or if you watch one of my other videos, you'll know that I don't save money, I store it. Saving is for the banks. Storing is for investors. But you save or store 10% minimum of your money and you can end up getting rich on that through compounding even if that's not a huge amount of money each, each week or each month depending on how often you get paid. Okay then the second fundamental lesson of Richest man in Babylon is invest wisely. So consumerism and society teaches you or triggers your emotions to spend, to experience, to consume. You cannot get rich spending, you cannot get rich saving. This is what you have been told by the system. The only way you can get rich in is by investing. So you take the 10% or more of the money. You don't save it, you invest it into safe profitable ventures that multiply. Now back in the hundred year old book trade land, these were good investments. Now you might see property, gold or your own business as good investments. So the Richest man in Babylon advises avoid idle hoarding, I. E. Saving and seek opportunities that generate returns. But of course there is risk attached to that. And actually one of my 12 fundamental rules of money that aren't taught in schools from my new book Money School. Got to wait a little bit for that to come out is having embracing risk, risk, reward. Higher risk, higher reward, but higher risk. If you don't risk anything, you risk everything. So there is risk attached to investing, but you need to take the risk. Beyond storing and saving or idle hoarding. And then the third fundamental of the Richest man in Babylon is you must control your expenses. So I call this n. This recent budget should warn you that your pension is not safe and secure and they're coming for your inheritance. Do you even know how much is in your pension or where your pension is invested? Add to this the recent inheritance tax grab on your pensions and the risk of a market crash. You probably didn't know this and I didn't until recently, but physical gold can be added to your pension pot. Gold is inheritance tax free and has grown 700% in the last 20 years. Years you probably know from my content I'm investing heavily in silver and gold and that's why I've partnered with direct bullion. Myself and Nigel Farage are brand ambassadors and direct bullion can help you with gold to protect and grow your pension. I buy my gold and silver from direct bullion and I don't earn any money on any purchases of gold or silver if you buy direct from direct bullion. So if you go to robmore.directbullion.com you can get a great price on your silver and gold and you can get the Pension Gold Investing guide completely for free. As you know, I don't do many strategic partnerships and when I do, I do them with people who are credible, who've been doing it a long time, who invest in things that I invest into and gold and silver's going wild. I'm investing heavily in gold and silver and I recommend you check out robmore.directbullion.com S M T Y E E N S M T Y E E Can anyone guess what that is in the comments? Silver coin coming to you if you can guess it in the next 10 seconds. Never spend more than you earn, ever. And consumerism teaches you. Ah, put the pair of trainers for your kids on a credit card. Do you know now you can even use Klarna and doordash and you can get into debt for takeaways, which is ridiculous. Don't get into debt in takeaways, don't earn three grand a month and spend three and a half. Never spend more than you earn, which means controlling your expenses. So for example, my advice to the government is instead of trying to tax the rich more and end up not getting any more tax because they all leave. The richest man in the UK has just left. Two brothers who are worth about 8 billion have just left both to go to Monaco. Instead of trying to tax the rich more, why don't you just cut the government expenses by 10%. Government expenditure cut by 10% would liberate 120 billion. Anyone can cut their expenses to 10% or 15%. A company could cut your expenses 10 or 15% just being, you know, a little bit ruthless and decisive. An individual can cut your expenses 10 or 15%. Anyone can do that. 50%. I understand you might not be able to do that, but control your expenses. How you do anything is how you do everything. Warren Buffett says, if you can't manage the money you've already got, don't expect to manage more. Okay then the third book, this is an absolute classic. Some of most of you have probably read this, the top finance book of all time. I couldn't do a book on, I couldn't do any content on books without talking about rich dad, poor dad. Now I know Robert Kiyosaki, he's been on my show Disruptors and it is the best selling finance book of all time, over 40 million copies. And this is an updated version. So the main lessons in rich dad, poor dad and this, this first one got me really rich. The others I've shared with you got me on the way on the journey. But this one, in fact I'll do it third because this one actually got me rich. So I'll cover that third. So first is financial literacy. You know you're taught maths at school and you're taught English language in the UK and you're often talk as a second language abroad. So you're taught literacy of language and you're taught maths but you're not taught financial literacy. Assets, liabilities, balance sheet, cash flows, taxes, etc. And you're not taught this at school. This is why I have my money school. My money school teaches all the things about money that school doesn't teach to help as many people on this planet get better financial knowledge. And Robert Kiyosaki was the first person that taught me 20 years ago to this day. So thank you Robert. That you need to get you teach yourself financial literacy because the school system doesn't teach you it because it's programmed in an industrial age to create labourers. But we're in a modern world now and we're not in the industrial age anymore. So learn the literacy of finances. The second lesson is minding your own business which means prioritising personal wealth, building and learning personal finance. So my money school is designed to help you learn how to build personal financial wealth to learn personal finances. And at school you're not taught personal finances or personal wealth economics Might teach you some general theories from theorists, maybe even Marxist to type theories. Maybe you'll learn some capitalism. But school doesn't actually teach you how to mind your own money, for example. It teaches you more about employment rather than running a business. It teaches you about the day job rather than investing in assets to become financially independent. And then the third big lesson, which was the one that if I could say this, one lesson that I could attribute to tens or hundreds of millions in cash flow, revenue, sales, profits, assets, is understanding the difference between an asset and a liability and only using debt for assets and never get into debt for liabilities. Now, Dave Ramsey says you should never get into debt. I believe that's wrong. If you want to be rich, it's good if you don't want to be broke. But if you want to be rich, you have to invest. And if you start with not much money, which most people start with not much money, you have to create some leverage so you create good debt. So good debt versus bad debt is a huge thing that people remember about rich dad, poor dad, and bad debt is car loans. Although it can be good debt in an LLC or an llp. Bad debt is definitely going on holidays on your credit card or putting credit cards on what Robert Kiyosaki calls doodads, you know, depreciating liabilities. So you have to know the difference between an asset and a liability. Sometimes, you know, people don't understand. Some cryptos are assets, some are liabilities. Information can be an asset. Some businesses are assets, some are liabilities. Some real estate is assets, some are liabilities. So you have to know the difference. And of course, if you subscribe to my channel here, more money then I'm actually going to up my content from one video a week to two videos a week and episodes on the audio version as well. This recent budget should warn you that your pension is not safe and secure and they're coming for your inheritance. Do you even know how much is in your pension or where your pension is invested? Add to this the recent inheritance tax grab on your pensions and the risk of a market crash. You probably didn't know this and I didn't until recently, but physical gold can be added to your pension. Pot gold is inheritance tax free and has grown 700% in the last 20 years. You probably know from my content I'm investing heavily in silver and gold and that's why I've partnered with Direct Bullion. As you know, I don't do many strategic partnerships and when I do, I do them with people who are credible, who've been doing it a long time, who invest in things that I invest into. And gold and silver's going wild. I'm investing heavily in gold and silver. I and I recommend you check out robmore.directbullion.com Huge lesson. So I used to be broke because I was borrowing from the banks. Then I got rich because I was borrowing from the banks. So it's the same thing. It's just I'm using the banks as leverage to get rich rather than them using me as leverage to get rich. So that's rich dad, poor dad. And then we've got one more and then a bonus. Now I have to admit, I wrote this one and I didn't get rich on this book by selling millions of them because I actually donate all the profits of my best selling book money to the Rob Moore foundation. Because some of my critics were like, oh, well, he's written a book about money. And yeah, how you get rich is writing a book about money and selling it. No, but this is one of the most comprehensive, detailed encyclopedia books on money ever written. And that's not a brag, but this one's 400 pages. And my initial episode or version of this was a quarter of a million words. And I wanted to write the most extensive book on money that had ever been written. So I asked Grok AI to summarize this into three points for me. And I think this is probably in my top three best books I've ever written. I think I've written 19. So it's called Money, Know More, make More, Give more. So the first fundamental lesson of money is that to create value is the way to get rich. If you want to attract wealth, you need to be it before you see it. If you want to attract investment, you need to be investible. If you want to attract clients, you need to have a product or service that's useful or you need to have a solution to their problem. So wealth flows from consumers to producers, from those who offer lower value to those who offer higher value. And it flows when you serve others, money flows to you. And if you've got meaningful solutions and you scale that, you solve meaningful problems, you innovate and evolve, then you become rich. You can't not become rich. Okay, then the second big lesson from my book, money is having an abundance mindset over a scarcity mindset. So there's a whole chapter on, I think the 21 main limiting beliefs around money. You know, like money doesn't grow on trees, or the love of money is the root of all evil, or a rich man is more likely to go through the eye of a needle than enter the kingdom of God. There are all these dogmatic beliefs that aren't real, they're just beliefs. And I show you the polar opposite, abundant money belief and mindset, the polar opposite of the scarcity mindset. And so it helps you open your mind to realize that money is infinite, money is abundant, money is in constant flow. And if you're grateful and positive and, and solution oriented, you can break your scarcity cycles and become rich, even if you're from an impoverished background. So that's the second main lesson of money. And then the third main lesson of money is using leverage for efficiency. So leveraging other people's time, leveraging systems, leveraging software. Now AI. Archimedes said, with a lever big enough, I can move the world. So you can make more money with less effort, working smart and not hard, and focus on highest return tasks to leverage your earning power and then your return on investments. So that's money. And then finally, actually before I share the final book, which is a book on taking action, if you're overwhelmed, frustrated, overthinking, you analyze a lot, you're in analysis paralysis. This is a book on taking action. Kind of like to tie it all in a bow. But if you would like to make, manage and multiply more money, if you'd like to create multiple streams of recurring income and you'd like to go to the next level of what you learn in these seminal books, I recommend you join me at the Moneymaker Summit live. Now. I've actually got an event live happening where I'm going to go and speak at it today, but I think we've got a new date booked on the page. And you'll essentially learn how to invest in assets, how to control your expenses, how to build wealth, how to build multiple streams of recurring income, how to start and scale a business, how to get your tax bill down, how to leverage AI and the modern ways of creating low cost, low overhead, high speed recurring income streams. So the link to register for this event is robmore Live Money. Dan, could you just type that in the comments and if you write HTTPs:// colon, forward slash, forward slash. But for all of you watching or listening now, just simply go and open a new web page. Do it right now, otherwise you won't do it. And this book will tell you why. Go to robmore Live Money Now. We only hold a few of these events a year and I update them based on what's going on in the world. That's why we only hold a few a year. Because maybe for a few months nothing changes and then something big changes. So big changes. Recently, tax has gone up a lot. Millionaires are leaving for Dubai. AI is taking over. Gold is at an all time high. Silver has corrected and crashed. Real estate has crashed in some areas and is booming in some others. So I've actually taken all of these world events that are relevant to you, building personal wealth. And we've got either guest expert multimillionaires or detailed sections on these subjects at the Moneymaker Summit. Now, I sometimes sponsor people. I probably save 20 to 30 tickets of the event and where I sponsor people. So if you're a dedicated, loyal follower of all my content, you're almost a stalker. Or if you're really struggling financially, I do do some sponsorships and you can just put your details in and apply for that. I. E. I pay for the venue, I pay for the AV I pay for the speakers, I pay for everything. You just have to get there and pay for your lunch when you're here. But there's a very limited number of those. They may or may not be available. But then there's the golden super VIP ticket level, which I actually think is better value. I worked out I spend the same amount of on Coffee in 15 days as the small amount of money it costs to invest in the golden VIP ticket. Now you can run that as a business expense, by the way, so that will drop the price down by a lot more. And you get front row access. You get bonus money mindset sessions each morning. You get Q and A sessions with the millionaires in the late afternoon, early evening. You get dinner with me on one evening. If you bring any of your books that you might have of me or these seminal books, I'll sign them for you. I'll speak to you in the breaks. There's a 15 hour how to Raise Money Online masterclass I can give with the golden tickets because I've already recorded it. So actually those upgraded tickets are brilliant. I recommend you grab those now, we keep the events pretty small because they're in our training facility and not in a. You know, I've done events for thousands of people, but this is just in our training suite over here. So we keep the number small, very limited. They always sell out. So the link to go and register or grab your upgraded ticket for dates, details, agenda. The link is robmore Live Money. So go there right now, at least just type it in. Don't wait. Because it's never too late to start, but it's always too late to wait. And when all is said and done, more is said than done. Now, if you could summarize one main lesson from these top four seminal money books, it would be invest in yourself. You are your best asset. Invest in yourself wisely. You pay yourself the best return. Every single one of these best money books ever written talk about you as your main asset. Investing in your knowledge, getting financial literacy, learning what assets are. And that's why I recommend that Moneymaker Summit is an event you should come to because reading a book is fine, but meeting multimillionaires, experiencing the energy, I mean, we even see all of our supercars lined out up at the front and you can, you know, do posts for your social media and like I said, I'll sign your book and chat to you in the, in the breaks, you know. Another seminal lesson from these books is your net work is your net worth, your network is your net worth. So investing in yourself as an asset and investing in your network of brokers, accountants, lawyers, solicitors, salespeople, marketers, people who manage and advise you on social media strategy, having business boardroom, mentors, this all helps you create leverage. And this is what we help you do at the money Maker Summit. Robmore Live Forward Slash money. Okay, fine. So final book to put it all into action is called Start Now, Get Perfect Later. And yes, this is another book I wrote. I mean, I've written so many, so I've just finished my 20th and I've I'm 60, way 60 pages through my 21st and I've planned my next five, which will all be done by age 50 in three and a half years. So, yeah, I'm cracking on writing books. So it says at the back, what are you waiting for? So if you overanalyze, if you procrastinate, if you overthink, if you're confused, if you're overwhelmed, if you're scared, if you're worried about taking risk, if you want to do this, you know, you want to invest, you want to start a business. You want to create extra income streams, but you're not. And you make these same recurring patterns. Start now, get perfect later. Is the book for you? My books get sold, you know, on Amazon by my publishers for not huge amounts of money. This book is designed such that you can open a chapter. Think big, but start small. Research, test, review, tweak, repeat. The myth of big decisions. You are not alone. How to do what you know. So each chapter is like two pages a quick action. So it's designed to. I'm overwhelmed. I'm procrastinating. Read that chapter. Get shit done. And on the note of getting shit done, make sure you go to robmore Life Money so you can get your Money Maker Summit tickets there. And make sure you're subscribing to, you know, wherever you're watching or listening to this episode. Because I'm going to double the amount of content output I'm putting out there a week. I'm on a mission to help as many people on this planet get better financial knowledge. I got big goals to get to by the time I'm 50, because apparently it's all downhill from there. So I really appreciate you all. Thanks for tuning in. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
