Can anyone be a millionaire in two years? Really?
Anyone can. Most people won't. Anyone can. Here's why. Because all human beings are born with the ability to learn. There is not a human being that doesn't have the ability to learn. Even people who might have physical or mental health disability, they can still learn. If you can learn, you can earn. And when we're all born, I don't see any scientific evidence. It's like, oh, you've got the basketball professional gene, you've got the E commerce millionaire gene, you've got the crypto investing genius gene. Those genes, unless science has changed, they're not born onto you. You're born with a malleable, curious mind that can learn. So anyone can be a millionaire in two years. By the way, it used to take 10. So all my mentors back in the day would say it takes 10 years to be an overnight success. You have to work hard enough not to have to work hard. You know, slow, steady, consistent, attritional, boring, building resilience and grit, you know, crawling through the trenches seven days a week. Now look, the world has got a bit soft and some people aren't working enough, but there are people becoming millionaires at 18 and billionaires at 21 now. So if you want to pick a time that's the best in history to become a millionaire in two years, it is now, today, anyone can just like anyone could get fitter, faster, stronger. Do you know a human that can't build muscle in the gym? No, you just know humans that don't. But they can. Anyone can, but most people don't.
When you say millionaire though, do you just mean, you know, some 19 year old invests in a crypto shit coin, it goes through the roof, they take their money out, they become a millionaire.
Well, it's easier than ever to do that, but it's harder to keep it. Making it is actually easier. I'm not going to say it's easy because if it was easy, everyone be doing it, but if getting a black belt was easy, everyone would be doing it. If making a supercar was easy, everyone would be doing it. You know, when everyone says, oh well, if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it. Doing it. That's the same for everything. If it was easy to be Joe Rogan, everyone would be Joe Rogan. In the podcast world, the fact that it's hard makes it easier for you if you want it, because it's hard for everyone else. That's why in recessions you get more millionaires, because it's hard for everyone else. But people who know how to make money, they cash in. You know, they say the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. That's because the rich know how to invest in asset.
So.
So anyone can. Most don't. Of course. It's easier said than done. And it's easier to pump in some meme coin. It's also easier to get wiped out in some meme. It's also easier to get wiped out in some meme coin or shitcoin. But making money is easier than keeping money. I'll do other episodes. We'll talk about keeping money. Let's make it first.
All right, so. So what's step one for me? Is it. What's step one for me to become a millionaire in two years?
Well, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll tell you all 10 steps and then we'll cover each one. Okay, so I'll tell you the 10 steps first and then we'll detail out each one. But first you've got to set the goal. And this is important. A million sounds like a lot, but when you break it down, it's actually not. I'll prove it. Get your calculator out. Get your phone. Yeah, I'm glad you haven't got one of those old school calculators. Right, so what's 365 times two?
730.
Yeah. So that's the amount of days in two years. Right now you're going to do 1.
Million divided by 731,369 pounds.
Right, so you only have to make 1,369 pounds a day. When you break it down like that, that's a lot more possible. You could sell one product a day for £1,400. You could easily sell a course for £1,400 and it could be an online course and you only have to sell one a day for two years and you made a million pounds. So that's how we're going to break it down. Now, some critics might say, yeah, but that's gross and not net. But when you start, you should have a high net profit margin. You could probably have a 30 to 50% net profit margin. So you're just going to times that by the gross profit. So if you need to make twice as much as that gross to get your net million, that's what you've got to work out. Okay, so step one is you've got to find your area of value. Now, by the way, feel Free to challenge me in all these by the way. I don't think you can break me on this, but try. Step two is you've got to pay yourself well. Step three is you've got to package a product or service in a way that someone will want to pay for it. Step four is you have to make it profitable and scalable. Step five is always do more than you're paid to do. And there's another thing in here which is really important. I'll cover that in a moment. Step six is evolution not revolution. Step step seven is my four stages of building wealth, the four M's. Step eight is HGVs and IGTs. Step nine is my formula two formulas for wealth and riches. And step ten is kind of like a funnel. You know, when you've got the money. What are you going to do with it?
Lamborghini.
It doesn't say buy Lamborghinis.
Oh yes. Okay. All right, so let's start number one.
Okay, so, so the first thing you need to do is figure out what your business is and how you can be valuable to enough people that will buy your stuff that can make you a million pounds.
But what if I am, you know, a 19 year old, I've got no experience, I've just come out of school.
Well, you've got passion, enthusiasm, you know how 19 year olds think you've got some interest, maybe you're better at gaming, maybe you're good with crypto, you know, maybe you have information which can really help people under the age of 21. Because actually you know more about 21 year olds than than 45 year olds like me. Now there's many types of businesses to start. You could have a product with E commerce, you could have a service or you could sell information. And if you want to cut to the chase and go the fastest way, I recommend selling information. Because information, no stock, no premises, no staff, no loans, no fixed cost overhead. Your the speed at which you can start an information product or business. You could do it in 24 or 48 hours and you don't have to rely on footfall or supply chain or local buyers. The Internet and social media is your customer base across the world. So package what you know, package what you already know into cash flow content, into cash flow ideas, into okay, so.
I've found my, my passion, the thing that I want to do. So the information, service, product. That makes sense. Now what do I do?
Okay, now you have to package it up. You have to make it a attractive enough for the market. They have to want to buy it. So if it's information, probably the best way to do this is to solve a problem.
What do you mean by that?
Well, if you're unfit, that's a problem. If you're unhealthy, that's a problem. If you're broke, that's a problem. If you lack knowledge and experience, that's a problem. If you lack energy and motivation, that's a problem. If you're overwhelmed, that's a problem. If you're single and lonely, that's a problem. If you're depressed, that's a problem. And by the way, there's a fucking lot of people with a fucking lot of those problems right now. All you have to do is create the solution.
That sounds simple. All you've got to do is find the cure, the solution.
Because we are not selling pharmaceuticals here. Well, they don't sell the cure, they treat the symptoms. So whatever. One of those niches anyone watching might have some interest in. And here's the thing as well, you only have to know more than the person buying it from you. So if you're 19, maybe your market is 16 to 18 year old. I teach people how to invest in real estate. I've got 345 rental units that I own. We've got 1150, 1200 that we manage. And a lot of people like, well then Rob's the go to guy. How could I teach people? I only have five. Then teach people how to get their first five investment properties. Do you know someone who's just bought their fifth small single family investment property knows more about that than me, even though I've done 345 because I bought small ones 18 years ago. So you teach what you've done and you, you teach where you are and you teach to that niche.
So if you're just starting off, really, the 99% of people that have done nothing are your ideal customers.
And yeah, there's always good. By the way, when you become a millionaire, there's always going to be a billionaire. And when you get a yacht, there's always going to be someone with a bigger yacht. So there's always going to be someone that knows more than you. But that doesn't matter. There's people who've made more money than me. But everyone is watching and listening to this episode. So clearly people resonate with us. And actually I haven't got a point for this but number three is package it in a way that people will buy it. But what I would say, so packaging is, is it an online course, Is it a membership site? Is it podcasts with a sponsor? You know, you're the, you're the expert that you have the podcaster's podcast. You know, is it mentoring? Is it a mastermind? You know, do you do audits for people? Could you become an agency? And I'm saying those quite quick, but there's seven ways just, there's write a book, there's eight ways there of packaging information that makes it saleable, but also if you just put your own uniqueness in, you know, people like me or like Grant Cardone or like Alex or Mosey or like, you know, whoever you might think of in this niche. We all have a different style, a different personality. We're all unique in our own way. You know, I wear these ridiculous Alexander McQueen's and Alex Horn, Mosey put something ridiculous on his nose just because he wore so, you know, I'm British, they're American. They, they have, you know, Grant got very political, you know, really backed Trump. You know, I go against the bank. So the point is, anyone watching and listening, you can copy the, the influencers, the creators, the millionaires and billionaires like us and you can package it eight or 10 ways. But you honor your own uniqueness and you add your own personality in. So step three is package it in a way that it's saleable, but make it add a bit of you ness to it. Right now we have a banking crisis, a potential global recession, billionaires selling all of their assets to be liquid to cash in on the crash, banks going bust and taxes going up. I'm also very excited to announce a brand new and long term partnership with Direct Bullion. This is not an ad or an affiliate link. This is a long term partnership. What do you say to the people that use age as an objection? No one's going to trust me. That no one's going to buy from me because I'm young or maybe because I'm old. Is it too late?
Okay, so unless you know the day you're gonna die, it's never too late. And Colonel Sanders famously started KFC in his mid-60s. And actually if you look at a lot of very successful entrepreneurs, they started relatively late in life, by the way, when 65 was now 65. This recent budget should warn you that your pension is not safe and secure and they're coming for your inheritance. Do you even know how much is in your pension or or where your pension is invested? Add to this the recent inheritance tax grab on your pensions and the risk of a market crash. You probably didn't know this and I didn't until recently, but physical gold can be added to your pension pot. Gold is inheritance tax free and has grown 700% in the last 20 years. You probably know from my content I'm investing heavily in silver and gold and that's why I've partnered with Direct Bullion. Myself and Nigel Farage are brand ambassadors and direct bullion can help you with gold to protect and grow your pension. I buy my gold and silver from Direct Bullion and I don't earn any money on any purchases of gold or silver if you buy direct from Direct Bullion. So if you go to robmore.directbullion.com you can get a great price on your Silver and gold. And you can get the Pension Gold investing guide completely for free. As you know, I don't do many strategic partnerships and when I do, I do them with people who are credible, who've been doing it a long time, who invest in things that I invest in too. I and gold and silver's going wild. I'm investing heavily in gold and silver and I recommend you check out robmore.directbullion.com 5 is 80. Back then it was old and this was a long time ago. So the only way you're ever too old is if you know when you're going to die. And you know it's soon. You haven't got enough time. Like you've got three months. If you got three months to live, go live your life. Yeah, but most people have got five, 10, 20 years. And I'm saying you can become a millionaire in two years or less. That's if you're too old. Now, if you think you're young, well, young people want to listen to young people. When young people come to me, I always give them more of a shot because I see myself in them when I was young or I want my son to be like you. Because you've got hustle at your age. So you actually have an advantage when you're young. You have good energy, your brain works well, you can use the Internet better, you can use social media better, you can use AI better. Like just by default of being 21, you take a 21 year old with no AI experience and a 65 year old with no AI experience and the 21 year old will automatically know how to use AI way better because they're an Internet baby. The 65 year old still probably can't log on to fucking Facebook. So there's advantages either way. You just got to play to your advantage, whether you're a man or a woman or older or younger. By the way, the benefit of no experience is passion, enthusiasm and naivety.
I do think times have changed a lot and perhaps if I was starting 20 or 30 years ago at 21, a lot of people would have been like, yeah, shut up, kid.
Yeah. And it was way harder because you had to set up a restaurant. You could only really start a business on the high street or serving the high street and you've got to go to the bank to get a loan and at 21 you've not got any credibility. And you can't build 2 million followers on social media at 21 when there's no social media in today's Day and age, you can accelerate credibility. And age has nothing to do with it because you. If you can build followers online now, at this point, people say, oh, yeah, but I haven't got any followers yet. Do you know it's quick and do you know it's quicker than ever to go viral? And you know you can go viral without any followers and, you know, often it's easier to go viral without any followers.
Nobody follows anyone now, right? It's just the. The TikToks, the Scroll.
Like when, when you scroll on your social media, most of what you see, that's not stuff you're following, that's stuff that Facebook or TikTok or Instagram choose to show you.
So what's next?
Number four is you've got to make it profitable and scalable. So from here, let's take something and run with it. So up until now, there's 20 or 30 options that everyone could explore. Let's imagine people are going to start a membership site. So I'll use Rob Team as the example from here on. Now, I've got a global financial school online called Rob2. It's less than a tenner a month. There's gold level, less than 30amonth. I think since we launched 9,800 members, something like that. So membership site is now going to be our product. Insert your product here, but we'll go with that. And I choose membership sites because that's the easiest one for anyone to launch. Like if we were creating a piece of content, actually write this down because maybe we should do this. The easiest way to make money in 20, 25. Like, there is no get rich quick, but there's get rich quicker. And. And if you had a gun to my head, rob, you've got 30 days to make 10 grand a month. I reckon launching a membership site, I reckon I could take a newbie, I reckon I could take someone who can barely use the Internet and I reckon I could mentor them to 10 grand a month within 30 days with a membership site, because you don't have to get that many members at 10 pounds a month or 30 pounds a month. And it's very easy to get members to pay 10 or 30. Much easier than 1300 quid. And you can. You just. Well, let's do the maths. And what's 10? What is 10 grand divided by 33?
33, right.
So you need 333 members at £30amonth. Bearing in mind Andrew Tate's real world is $50 a month, so that is less than that. So you only need 333 members to get 10 grand a month. Divide that by 30, which is rough. Number of days in a month.
11.1.
You only need 11 new members a day. Now, if you post on Instagram Stories twice a day, your Instagram feed twice a day, Facebook twice a day, you put a call to action in a YouTube video, in a podcast, you do three TikToks a day, LinkedIn post, there's dozens of ways. So if you put 12, if you do 11 posts a day across different social media, you only need one member per day, per platform, per, for 30 days and you've hit 10 grand a month. And it's not 10 grand in the month, it's 10 grand every single month because it's recurring income. So when I said anyone can do this, I fucking meant it, okay? So you've got to make it profitable and scalable. That's why I picked membership sites, because you don't need any staff, any loans, any fit outs, any stock. You only need a domain name. And you could get a domain Name for what, $20 less pounds? There you go. So you need a domain name, you need a platform, but you could use a platform like Kajabi and just pay a small monthly fee, which a few members will pay. Or there are ones now where you. It's free, like Patreon, I think, is free. I don't have Teachable and Locals are free, but some of them are free and they just take a percentage of your subscription. So you can use someone else's platform. They built the content you could create. You can watch all the influencers in the niche copy it 70%, put your own flavor on it. You could put two pieces of content a week up in a membership site and you can launch it tomorrow. And profitable because there's no overhead. And scalable because you know, as long as if it's English speaking or Spanish speaking or Chinese speaking, it's got what, two, three billion customers?
Yeah, I suppose. Look at Mindvalley. It doesn't really matter if they've got 10 members or I know they might have hundreds of thousands of members, the delivery doesn't change.
No, the, the hosting might be a tiny bit more just because you know the data you're using. The real world, I understand, has between 180 and 280,000 members. So that's Andrew Tate's membership site now.
So that's 49 pounds.
Yeah. Do 50 times 250,000.
That's exactly.
We're going to see the table move in A minute, yeah. That was your leg? That was his leg, yeah.
10 million a month, right?
10 million a month. No office. A few outsourced vas, some hosting, a domain name. It's all on the Internet. And how did he get all of the followers from social media? His office is his home. Just going on other people's podcasts, being interviewed by other people. You can't go into someone else's restaurant and get all their money. But you can go on someone else's podcast, go on someone else's YouTube channel. You can do join Instagram lives or collabs on Instagram. Hope people are getting this. Okay, right, number five. Sorry, I'm doing your job.
What's number five?
Always do more than you're paid to do. Which means if you charge £30amonth, give £50amonth worth of value, people will happily pay it. It's not price, it's value. You've got you like nice watches. Show me your watch. Rolex.
Rolex.
10 grand.
10 grand.
10 grand. But why didn't you just get a Casio for 50 quid or a G shock, you know, for what are they 200 now? Because actually, do you know a G shock tells better time than that. Why have you got a 10 gram Rolex when a 200 pound watch will tell better time? In fact, get your phone out.
Yeah.
Does the phone. Oh, look, 121. So you've got a ten grand thing on your wrist. Yeah. That you don't need. That's proof that people don't pay based on price. They pay based on perceived value. Now people think people pay pay based on price. They don't. One, two are a bit more educated. Think people pay based on value. They don't. Because that's not worth 10 grand. It's perceived value. This one. I don't mean to trump you here, Kane, go on. But. Well, this one's not one of my more expensive ones, but this one's about 30 grand.
This was the cheap one that you lost for two years and found it.
Yeah, yeah, I'd lost this for two years. I was upset because actually I think this is a better watch than a lot of the newer APS that are like 100 grand. I really like it. Most people don't have this one or know this one. And yeah, I just lost it. And then I. Because I had so many pounds and 50ps in my drawer, I probably had like five grands worth of coins in there. And one day I just pulled out the drawer, poured all the coins down to get my kids to count them up. I was going to give them 10% to keep account all the money and this watch fell out the back of the drawer. Hallelujah, Praise the Lord. But this is worth about the same as that. That costs you 10 grand. This is worth about 30. But in reality the cost to make these things. Few hundred quid. Yeah, but you believe you're getting 10 grands worth of value, otherwise you wouldn't buy it. I believe I'm getting 30 grands worth of value, otherwise I wouldn't buy. Actually I paid 20 grand for this and that's worth 30, so that's one of the reasons I bought it. So people will pay for value. So if you're sitting here going, oh, no one's going to pay £30 for my membership site, they are if they think it's worth 50 or 100 to them. People will say to me all the time, oh, but you know, my customers can't afford it. Or 18 year olds can't afford it. Well, 18 year olds can afford it because they haven't got a mortgage and they haven't got a divorce and they haven't got car loans. So actually they have got the money and everyone's got the money for what they deem is important to them.
Well, even an 18 year old would spend 50 quid on a Saturday night out, taxi entry, a couple drinks, kebab.
That'S probably 70 quid. Yeah, yeah.
That's most Saturdays they'll do that.
Yeah. And Fridays and Thursdays.
Yeah, yeah.
Yes. So why'd you pay 10 grand for a watch? Be honest.
Honest, I always wanted one.
Why? Why do you want a Rolex? Because the phone tells the time.
Yeah. It's. Well, it's a status. Yeah, it is a status thing. Association with the brand. Yeah, the feeling that. That's meant to give you right pause.
What you've just said there. This should be a moment where everyone should stop what they're doing and take note. And I'm speaking slowly on purpose. You just said it's the feeling it gives you. People buy Rolexes and APs and Lamborghinis and Alexander McQueen's for the feeling, how it makes us feel. So don't just inform people, surprise them, even entertain them a bit. Give them something valuable and make them feel either better, happier, that they're progressing through that, they're inspired, that they've got opportunity and they will fucking pay you money hand over fist. We're all paying for feelings. Very profound and thanks for being honest. By the way, because most people won't admit that shit. You know, I wear McQueen. This shirt was 1500 quid and I'm going to get a load of hate now. I know.
So rich.
And I buy it because of how it makes me feel.
Yeah, feel like a superhero. When you're on stage where I'm a.
Queen, it just makes me feel unique. Like the story of McQueen is very unique and it, and, and I connect to the brand on that level. By the way, I didn't pay 1500 quid for this, just, just in case for the haters, but I certainly paid a lot. I feel like an individual now. When I was at school, I didn't feel like an individual. I was the fat kid at school. I never got any attention. And yes, I'll Admit I'm getting 1500 quid shirts so I can feel noticed and valuable and important. But everyone wants to be noticed and valued and important. Important. And some of them say, oh no, no, not me for what you're good at, you do, it's a human need to be loved. And by the way, if you get loved by loads of people going, I subscribe to Rob Team or your membership site and it's fucking great and it's really helping me. That's the best way to be loved, I. E. Help people and be valuable.
Get paid doing it and get paid.
Doing it handsomely, I. E. A million in two years or less. Okay? So always do more than you're paid to do. If you, if you're paid 10 pounds a month, give 20 pounds worth of value. If you're paid $50 a month, give $100 of value and the next one, the second part of this is don't just teach them what they need now, teach them what they're going to need next. If you're employed, don't just do the job you've got, do parts of the job that will give you career progression. I remember, I think it was Zig Ziglar or, you know, Brian Tracy. Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, the old school, you know, old school personal development guys always do more than you're paid to do. And always do the job you want, not just the job you've got. So even if you're washing cars, if you get paid to do the outside, do the inside as well. If you're doing the garden, trim the flower beds and weed. Just if you were asked to do the lawn, the only way you're going to get paid more is if you do more. But everyone's like, oh, I want to be paid more first and then I'll do more. Well, I don't trust you and why should I? But if you do more, I'll pay you more. And then you've taught me that you'll do more and I'll keep paying you more. Oh, and I'll give you a job next week and a week after week after, oh, you've washed one of my cars and you did a good job and did more. You can wash the other six in the garage that you didn't even know I had. That's how, that is how money works.
So I suppose as well, if you do more, you will get repeat customers and once you've built up your customer base then you have the leverage to up the price. You know, guy or ch. There's a lad maybe 16, mows my lawn. Went round a couple of years ago. DOOR KNOCKING I was like, good for you. Absolutely. And he came around a couple of weeks ago. I've got 75 houses I'm doing now. I've got two of my mates doing it with me. They're currently doing the whole estate by the way. Price is going up.
We should, we should get someone like that on the show in the future. Yeah, we should get him in the middle. Like anyone who does that shit, the world's going to pay him so well.
Yeah.
And like, if anyone comes to me wanting work, they get it and I pay them well because that value of hard work and, and giving extra value, that's kind of died out of society a bit. There's quite a lot of entitlement and wokeness and you know, I deserve this and I deserve to work from home three days a week and I deserve to be able to walk the dog and I deserve to be able to look after my kids at the same time and I deserve this and I deserve. That is my human divine right. No, no, you don't deserve shit. You get what you earn. Yeah, I don't deserve anything other than what I create and what I do and how I help people. And if I stop doing that straight away, I'm going to lose subscribers and followers. No one deserves shit other. You deserve air, you deserve sunlight, you deserve food. But even in many countries you don't deserve food. You got to go and fucking hunt it. I interviewed someone yesterday, he ran the length of Africa and he met 8 year olds that were snake hunters. They don't even deserve food. They got to go and hunt fucking snakes and rats. That's what their job is. Age 8. And if you took that mentality into membership sites and online business, you're going to be so fucking rich. You're going to be a millionaire in nine months, not 24 months.
Boom. What's next?
What is next? Number six, you've got to evolve your product and service over time. So a lot of people, they're like, oh, I want to get perfect, I want to get it really good. I want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing. I want to make sure I've got experience. I don't want to be an imposter, I don't want to get found out. And they spend a month, a year, 10 years, fucking about, never starting. What if you're doing a membership site and you start content today, in three years, your content will be different because you. Do you remember the metaverse? I mean, do you remember NFTs? Yeah, yeah. So already cryptos have evolved. Cryptos, NFTs, metaverse, and now AI. And that was what. I mean, I launched my NFTs three years ago. I mean, that's fast. So Start Now, Get Perfect Later. I wrote a book, a book on it called Start Now, Get Perfect later, and know that what you're doing in a few years probably won't be the same now. So therefore, start and then, as people are, AI, AI, AI, partner up with someone, look into it, go and learn the basics. I mean, not. No sooner have we got used to chatgpt, everyone's talking about. What's that one that you talked about?
Perplexity.
So we thought chat GBT was everything and now it's perplexity, apparently. And then it'll be, what's Elon's one grok. And like, everything's like water. If you watch how water flows, that's how you've got to be. It's not the strongest that survive, it's those most adaptable to change.
So was the point evolution over revolution?
Yeah, yeah. So Evolution is Porsche, revolution is Ferrari. So Porsche do the same thing very well, and they tweak tiny changes over time. Time. And that is the safer business model. And you build die hard, loyal fans. Right now with Porsche, right now with Ferrari, they're making cars that look like Chevrolets and Chryslers. And this new F80, which is a V6, you know that that F80 is radically different and that is alienating a lot of people who want V12s. And, you know, they want that grunt, I'm out of Ferrari, I'm out. Whereas I know the Porsche I bought in 1970 it's not going to be much different in 2025. She's going to be that little bit better. So actually revolution is fine, but you get revolution every 10, 15, 20 years disruption. You get an Amazon every 20 years, you get Facebook every 20 years. But if you start now and evolve and get 1% better a day or 1% better a week, or just add a little bit more, just add another module on your membership site, just add another module. In Rob team, there's probably 300 hours of content now. I didn't start go fucking. Do you know what? I've got to get 300 hours of content into Rob Team before I can start this. I probably had two hours of content in it, but just by putting 30 to 60 minutes a week in it. In fact, there was five new modules put in this week. You know, like to over deliver, what, 20 pence a day, cancel anytime, no ongoing contract. But now through, you know, a little bit more each day. All of a sudden now like, it's like Porsche. So the Porsche 911 Turbo S beats everything. We have 10 to 60 in 2.3 seconds for a car that we paid 119 grand for. There's cars that are a million pound that are slower, disaster martins that are £2 million that are slower. That Porsche has got 1 2% better every few months, every year, every new addition is just slightly better. And you and you and you accelerate and exaggerate over the time and it becomes huge. So start your membership site now, put an hour in a week, get 1% better every week and bang, in a year or two or three years, you got the best content on the Internet, in your niche. And that's what I believe Rob Team has. I believe Rob Team has the best information and education on starting and scaling a business, on making, managing and multiplying money, on investing and on how anyone from a standing start can become a millionaire. I believe Rob Team is the best information on the Internet. I've been doing it for years and I'll stand by that. And if anyone says, look, Rob, I'm in Rob Team and it's missing X, I'll go and create it. Put it in the comments. If you, if there's anything you think I should add into Rob Team that isn't already there, I'll do it. There's gold and silver training in there, you know, investing in gold and silver. It's crypto. There's, you know, how to invest and leverage AI, there's how to get your tax bill down the lot But I didn't have to do it all at once. I started it years ago.
Are you allowed to say how much it makes?
My best Rob team month was 217,000 pounds.
How many years ago did you launch it?
Probably a year before lockdown.
Okay.
By the way, Rob team was, I think, 30 odd a month. And when lockdown happened, I dropped it to under 10amonth because I thought, I need to help people here because people, you know, lockdown was disaster. I haven't actually put the price up since because the world's still and my strategy is accessible price, global audience. I actually have a little secret. I can't say now, but I'll be renaming Rob Team and when I rename it, you'll know why that's a good move and you'll know why that becomes a global opportunity for me and basically anyone who wants to build personal wealth. I go from broke to rich and taught, in a way, multimillionaires, not from blackboard economists who earn 35 grand but teach at university how to make money. Bit of a paradox.
What's next?
Okay, number seven is make, then manage, then multiply, then maintain your money.
Four M's.
Yeah, the four M's which I wrote about this in Money Matrix. People always ask me, hey, Rob, how do I make money? And the actual answer is, it depends where you're at, what stage you're in. So if you're absolutely broke, you've got to make it. If you're making some, you've got to manage what you've got. Better to make more. If you're making all right, you might want to exponentially multiply it. And then if you're making a lot, you're going to want to preserve and protect, maintain it. So anyone watching is going to fall into either kind of a bit broke or I want to start a side hustle. I need to get to my first ten grand a month on my first million. Some people might be making good money but not managing it very well. Some people might be making decent money and managing it, but they want to go 10x. You know, they want to go from 100 grand to a million or a million to 10 million. And some people might be making 10 million and be like interest rates, inflation, the governments, the central banks, how do I protect it? So depending on where you're at and what you need is where you'll need to focus your time and energy, what's.
More important to you? Cash flow. Let's say one or two hundred grand a year or to be A pay per millionaire. So let's say you got your two year target, we've got 730 days. You sell digital products on membership site, you don't hit a million but you get a few hundred grand a year or you perhaps do some real estate, you got less money in the bank, but on paper you've got a million pound net worth.
Okay, so let's get technical. The technical definition of net worth is your assets minus your liabilities. Some people say, oh well that's not a real millionaire because I want to be a cash millionaire. A cash millionaire means you have liquid access to £1,000,000 probably within a week. Now I will never say you want to be a cash millionaire because if you've got all your money in cash, that's probably going down at 3 to 4% a year. So it's costing you 30 to 40 grand a year just to have your million in cash. But I would say you want to be a liquid millionaire. So stage one of being a millionaire, which I don't define as a millionaire, is asset millionaire. But I know people who've got a million pounds worth of property but 900 grands worth of mortgages. So they're not a millionaire, they're actually worth a hundred grand. So I don't even count that, I count net worth as you've got three million pounds worth of property and two million pounds worth of mortgages. By the way, that three million is, is really three million. It's not. You think it's three million and if you sold it it's two and a half. Mm, it's really three, which means you probably think it's three and a half. It's actually three. Now you made a distinction, which you don't have to have either. Or if you've got a 3 million portfolio with genuinely worth 3 and 2 million worth of mortgages, you've got 1 million of net worth. So you're a net worth millionaire. But a 3 million pound property portfolio without much mortgages probably is going to pay you tens of thousands at least a month in net income. So it will probably do the job. You made the assumption that having a million odd in property won't make you hundreds of thousands a year. It probably would. A million pounds worth of property with 900 grands worth of mortgages won't make you. And there's a lot of vanity millionaires out there like blackboard economists. So I think goal number one is to become a net worth millionaire, assets minus liabilities. And then goal number two is to become A liquid millionaire, which means you need to get a million by the end of the week, motherfucker. And you can go and you can get a million by the end of the week. Rob, help. By the way, you can't do that in property. You could refinance, but it's going to take you two to three months. So now the next stage from liquid millionaire is what they call TML 10 million liquid. All right, because I think 10 million is the new million. Sorry. But hey, it's all in stages. And the good news is when you get to 10 million liquid you want 100 million liquid. And then when you get to 100 million liquid you want a billion. So, and that's okay. People are oh, when's it ever enough? Never. And that's okay.
Thank you. What's next on the list?
Stage eight. You've got to evolve your high value tasks and your income generating tasks and delegate or your low value tasks. I wrote about this in my book life leverage. So HVTs are high value tasks, IGTs are income generating tasks and LVTs are low value tasks. Basically the way to have a fulfilling life and get rich. If you want the formulaic system it is to find something that you like and value doing that gives you purpose. You perform all the high value income generating tasks towards that mission and you delegate and outsource all the low value tasks. That's a formula for becoming rich and living an inspired life. And a lot of people say you can either be rich or happy. No, you can be rich and happy because by the way, you can be broke and unhappy. So being rich doesn't mean you're going to be unhappy. I'm pretty happy and I'm very rich and I know a lot of billionaires who are very happy. You met one this weekend, pretty happy guy, pretty family centered guy, was treating everyone really well. You talk to him behind the scenes. Owns most of Heath two and a half billion of real estate. Owns 3,000 hotel rooms, owns a 65 acre plot of land at Heathrow that the airport are trying to get off him. I mean that, that I'm guessing that plot of land must be worth a billion. And yet, you know, he wasn't unhappy, he wasn't angry, he wasn't, you know, a thief. He was a pretty chill, relaxed guy. So this is the bullshit that society gives you are you can be rich or happy. Nonsense. Find a meaningful purpose, create a product or service that you love to build, charge people handsomely for it, make a fair profit, you spend more time on high value tasks and delegate everything else. Job done. That's how you get rich. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, shit. We've only got two left.
I know.
Okay, right, number nine. Technical. Here, follow my two formula, formula E. My formulas for becoming rich. So I believe being rich and being wealthy are different. Rich is about money and wealth is about more things than money. But quick quiz for you. Do you know what the origin of wealth is? The etymology, the linguistic meaning? I think you do.
I don't even know what etymology means.
Okay, so you know language has history.
Yeah.
I, E. Do you know salt came from salary came from salt.
Yeah. You spoke about this in a previous episode. That was currency at one point, right?
Yeah. So you got paid in salt.
Yeah.
And that. So that bit. So salary derives from salt. Do you know mortgage derives from the word death? Mort in French is death. It means death pledge, that is you pledge until death to pay us back, bitch. That's dissent. Just. That's how a rapper in 2025 would terminologize mortgage. So wealth derives from the word wheel, W E A L, which means, well, being. So, wealth is about more than money. Riches is all about money. So my formula for wealth is perceived value plus fair exchange times leverage. My formula for rich is. Is inflation plus x times leverage times compounding. Now, the formula for wealth, perceived value plus fair exchange times leverage is detailed in my book Money Matrix. I'll cover it in basics here, but we're going into a lot of detail. But in my book Money Matrix, I update my original formula. This formula is my formula. No one else has come up with this formula. I believe it's an unbreakable formula. I believe it's as unbreakable as quantum physics or the laws of the universe. And by the way, you can try and disprove the formula if you want. Now, my formula for riches has not been written in any book. It's hot off the press. Inflation +X times leverage times compounding. So you can choose which one should we discuss first?
The second one, because this is new.
Okay, the riches. So if you want to get rich, do you know what the fundamental first thing you have to do is?
Join ROB Team.
Yeah, join ROB Team. You have to beat inflation. Of course, people don't think about that. But to beat inflation, you have to know what inflation is. But the government, the central banks and the media, they make you believe inflation is less than it is. Let me ask you this, Ukain and everyone. How much do you think your living expenses has gone up since lockdown?
A lot. I don't know as a percentage, but a jump.
Okay, well inflation has been nearly 30% since lockdown. Now you know when the government will say, oh, inflation is 2.7%. Do you know some people think that means inflation is going down because it was 3% last quarter. Inflation never goes down because inflation goes up. So 3% inflation from 3.3 means it's slowing down. How fast it's going up, but it's still going up. But the way it's sold to you through politicians and media is that it's going down. No, it's only going down when you have negative inflation or deflation. And deflation has its other problems. So if the government say to you inflation is 3, assume it's 6 because the governments and central banks have a reason for you not to know the truth. And go back since lockdown is 30% now, not 30% a year, 30% in total, I. E. Across everything you buy and you know, you spend on, you've got 30% less spending power. Your dollar is 70 cents now, your pound is 70 pence now. In four fucking years your money has gone down by a third. And if anyone's watching going, I don't know this of course, because if the central bank's governments and media just told you this, you'd be like, that's a fucking con. What the fuck? You'd be on the streets and then you'd be called a far right racist if you went on the streets and oh, and then if you posted something on social media in the uk, they'd put you in, in prison. So rule number one, to get rich you've got to beat inflation. So that's what inflation plus X means. If your inflation plus 1% it's going to be slower to get rich than if you're inflation plus 3%. Okay, so assume inflation, assume 5 or 6%. So 5 or 6% means a net zero increase for you. That's why you've got to put your prices up. Well, Rolex put their prices up 8% a year and they beat inflation and make a bit of profit each time. Okay, so then leverage, so leverage is how many purchases, how many customers, how many units sold. Let's say you're an artisan watchmaker. There's, I love artisan bespoke watchmakers. Roger Smith, or I'm actually meeting the owner of a new watch brand called William Wood. And they take, they convert old hose material into the straps because they have a, they think that firefighters are, you know, they deliver a meaningful mission and they've got this concept and so I'm meeting the founder of that watch brand now, William Wood might make a five grand watch and might make two grand profit, but if they sell 100 units, they're going to make 200 grand. If they sold a billion units, they're going to make 200 billion wherever the, yeah, 2 trillion or whatever. So the leverage is how many customers, how much reach, how many followers, how many units sold, what's your profit margin? That's leverage. And then C is compounding over how long. So let's say you have a high margin product and you make a thousand per unit, but you only sell two, there's no leverage. Let's say you have a thousand net profit and in year one you sell 30, in year two you sell 50, but in year three you sell 10 and year four you sell five and in year five you give up. So that's where it takes 10 years to become an overnight success comes from. Anyone can go to the gym once. Can everyone go 5 times a week for 10 years straight not missing a session? And the longer you do it, the bigger it builds. I was having a discussion with the lady who serves me coffee and I was told I'm now a gold member at my coffee shop. Which means Instead of paying £3 50 for my four shot espresso, I could pay £2 30 because I can buy one shot and get three free as the gold member. And she said to me, you don't need to do that, Rob. I know you're rich. I see you doing all your lives. And I said, do you know how much that one pound an odd saving is compounded at? A return of 8% over 25 or 30 years. Something like £211,000. £300,000. Someone do it in the comments. Take three pound fifty minus two pound thirty. In fact, there is a compounding calculator.
Yeah.
So just for ease of numbers, let's do £1 50. See if you can find the compounding calculator. And it's £1 50 a day. No, you have two. No, I have three a day. So it's £1 50 times three.
4.50.
Yeah. So £4 50 times 8% a year, times 30 years. £4 50 a day. 202,000.
So £4 50 starting.
Yeah.
Then 135amonth, which is just times your 30 days. 30 years, 8% interest compounding daily. 202,916.
Okay, so tell me that again and then let's use that clip. Okay, so what have you got.
Okay, so do you just want me to say the figure or go through it?
No, go through it. Okay, so what have you got?
£4 50 starting. 3 coffees a day, £135amonth. 3 coffees a day, every day of the month?
Yeah.
Compounding over 30 years at an 8% interest rate is 202,960 and 22, 200 grand.
Wow. For a £1 50 saving. And I get two free a week. And if I put the £1 50 and the £1 50 in every week compounded over 30 years, that's going to go up again. Yeah, there you go, compounding. So you wanted to do it, didn't you?
Yeah.
Everyone gets it. So the formula for rich is inflation plus exponential percent times leverage times compounding. Okay. The formula for wealth is perceived value plus fair exchange times leverage. Right. Take your watch off, I'll take mine off.
Don't do this in Peterborough.
I'll take mine off. Okay. Right. So in my, in my old formula for wealth I put value plus exchange times leverage. In my new formula for wealth I've added perceived to the value of and fair to the exchange. And leverage is the same. So perceived value plus fair exchange times leverage. So actual value of that, like to make it a few hundred quid.
Yeah.
What you can get for it now may be 10 grand. What it might be worth in 30 years may be 30 grand. So there's different definitions of value. You perceived that that thing that cost a few hundred quid to make was worth ten grand to you. That's what you perceived. In fact, you know, Dior make a handbag that they charge over $3,000 for, that cost them $57 to make. So you perceive it's worth 10 grand. And Rolex have charged you 10 grand and you're happy to pay 10 grand. And they might make three grand out of that 10 grand. So the perceived value is 10 grand and the fair exchange is. You think you've got 10 grands worth of value, maybe it'll be worth more. So, so you perceive more than ten grands worth of value. And Rolex think me making three grand out of each one of those. And they sell a million a year of those, so that's 300 million. But some of their watches, they make a lot more margin than that. They might, I don't know what Rolex may have a look. What's Rolex profit a year? I mean, I think that Rolex are actually a charity. Yeah, they are. But Rolex profit 20, 24.
No so it's 10 billion in revenue.
10 billion of Jesus. 10 billion. Yeah, I think that. So they make a million watches.
Yeah, 1.24 last year.
So what's 10 billion divided by 1.24 million?
£8,064.
Right?
Yeah.
Siri did it.
Oh, normally Siri doesn't do anything.
So Rolex make 8064 pounds net profit per watch. And you'll happily let them make that profit per watch? Per watch you buy. Why? Because you think you're getting more than that in value, otherwise you wouldn't pay that.
Yep.
Right. So that's perceived value is you perceive that it's worth ten grand or more. Fair exchanges, you're happy to pay it and they're happy to charge it and make their 8 odd grand per watch. And then leverage is the 1.2 million they sell.
Right.
If they sold 100, they can't scale it now. They couldn't sell a billion, otherwise they'd ruin their brand. So that they are the formula for wealth and riches.
I was thinking about disproving it, but it makes a lot of sense.
You can try. You can try and pick it apart if you want.
Next episode.
Okay, and then we've got one more, haven't we?
What's number 10?
Number 10 is reinvest the money you make and then do a bit to help others. So whether that's tithe or give back or set up a charity or become a mentor, humanly feels really good to give back. It feels great to give money. It feels probably even better to help people. This is why we do this. You know, we'll make money out of it, but we'll also help people from it. I know a lot of people in crypto that are making money and they're not reinvesting. In fact, I know people who've made 10 million and lost it, made 100 million and lost it. And still they are saying, I'm 98% in crypto. I'm 100% in crypto. That's just dumb. That is just dumb. So when you make money, you need to draw some of it, save the tax, reinvest the profits into different asset classes that, you know, watches don't make income. Crypto doesn't make income. So you might want to make money in these and invest into assets that make income, like stock market or like property. But it's really important to give back. And I'm not saying this because, you know, I'm all about philanthropy and charity. I have the Rob Moore Foundation. I have definitely donated more than £1 million in my career and I mentor a lot of people. It's just, you know, how are our next generation going to survive and thrive in this world without us helping and giving back? And it feels really fucking to give back.
Here's something we can do I'm going to throw on you now. Maybe if people comment their business idea, we do a workshop, one of these episodes where you build out their two year plan.
I will happily, number one, do an episode going through everyone's niche and showing you that whatever niche you've got, it works. Because people might be like, oh, well, my industry doesn't work. We have a client called Claire who's an alpaca vet and she did, what, 135 grand in extra sales a year. In our inner circle as an alpaca vet, most people don't even know what that animal is. I didn't know what that animal was. And she made an extra 135 grand a year teaching other alpaca owners and alpacavet. So I challenge anyone to put your niche in the comments. And if anyone's really stuck, I don't mind doing an episode where you can read out all the niches. I don't mind doing that. I don't mind building out a step by step plan for, you know, one or more of the commenters for their specific business IT list.
Boom. Thank you, Rob.
