One of them is criminal, yet not illegal, and the last one probably should be illegal. So I've been researching some of the weirdest ways that people have become millionaires. Sunglasses for dogs. She calls them doggles. And she has done more than 3 million a year. 3 million annual sales selling dog sunglasses. The second way is renting goats. So according to Hiregoats.com dozens of companies worldwide rent out goats. They're used for eradicating invasive plants or creating firebreaks and they cost between 400 and $800 per acre per goat. Many successful goatrepreneurs are making $600,000 a year renting goats. Number three, Gary Dahl wanted the perfect pet that didn't need to be fed, didn't need to be walked. He also wanted a pet that didn't die. So in 1975 Gary Dahl started selling rocks as pets and he would package a rock and you could buy from him a pet rock and he has done millions of units of sales of a rock and he became a bonafide net worth millionaire selling rocks. 4 Now this one is the one that's criminal without being criminal. And this is Cleaning up Crime Scenes Laura Spalding founded Spalding Decon, a Tampa based specialty service that deals with the gruesome work of cleaning up the remnants of murders, meth labs and other crime scenes. Now the Americans say turn your niches into riches and and this is a niche. She franchised the business in 2015. She made the entrepreneurs 500 franchise list in 2022. She now has 25 franchises and does 6 million in revenue according to Zoom Info Franchising the Cleaning of Crime Scenes. Now before I go on to number five, I just want to expand on the reason that I'm doing this. Rather unique, slightly off topic on topic content around money. It is because there is no limit to the amount of money you can make. This recent budget should warn you that your pension is not safe and secure and they're coming for your inheritance. And so really the only limit to making money is the limit of your belief and your mindset. So number five is sending return letters to kids who write to Santa. So Byron Reese secured an address in the North Pole, Alaska and launched a company called Santamail.org when kids write in letters to Santa, he writes a personalized reply. And he built this to a $1 million a year business within a few years. In fact, he sold 10,000 letters in his first year. Number six, selling ugly fake teeth. Jonah White, the founder of Billy Bob Teeth Inc. And his partner had a weird goal of making people look beautifully ugly. So he designed these hillbilly fake teeth and they made $50 million selling hillbilly fake broken teeth. They've made 20 million people look ugly in 150 countries. Now imagine making millions without ever saying a word. Imagine making millions without even creating your own content. Well, this is exactly what Kaby Lane did. The biggest TikTok influencer cabbie simply watched videos of useless life hacks, said no words, offered a few token facial expressions, and now is partnered with huge brands like Hugo Boss and has made more than $15 million with facial expressions on other people's videos. Apparently that 15 million is just from brands and it's not his TikTok and YouTube revenue, which I would guess is even more. Number eight, Billy the Big Mouth Bass. You'll all know this. That talking fish on the plaque on the wall of every bar in America. So Billy Big Mouth bass made over $100 million of sales selling a singing fish in a plaque. Also, the singer Al Green of the song Take Me to the river, which is the song that the bass sings. Apparently the singer makes more money in royalties from the singing bass than any other source of selling his music. Number nine. This is epic, this one. You know the yellow smiley faces, you know the badges, the emojis, the yellow smiley faces. Whoever owns and sells yellow smiley faces made an estimated profit of $500 million. All they did was license the ownership of this little yellow smiley face, and within one and a half years, the owner of the yellow smiley face built a net worth of $50 million. And finally, the last one, that maybe should be criminal. And this is definitely a niche market. AshleyMadison.com is an online dating website only for married people as clients. Now, I wouldn't know about this, I just researched it. The site's tagline is life is short. Have an affair. The site has more than 3.2 million members, and apparently the founder, Noel Bidderman, has a net worth of $100 million. Setting up a website to get people to have an affair, that maybe should be criminal, but it isn't. But the guys at least found a niche market. So hopefully I've inspired you in a practical and proven way that it's easier than you think to make money, even millions. So how do you do this? The first thing is you've got to think, what do you want to do with your time? What could you be passionate about? What could you do that would be work for you, but maybe doesn't feel like work? The next thing you want to find is a market. So is there an opportunity? Is there a pain? Is there, is there a problem? Or is there a trend? And is it something you could enjoy doing or at least enjoy making money from? Then the next thing you need to do is just fucking do it. Just start the business. Clean your first crime scene, sell your first singing fish, get the ownership rights to the yellow smiley face and start selling.
