UK Politics Exposed! Shyam Batra on Corruption, 15-Minute Cities, and Economic Reform
21 Nov 2025 · 54 min
Podcast interview (Rob Moore with Shyam Batra) in which Batra describes being removed from the London mayoral race, recounts difficulties obtaining nomination signatures and the electoral register across 33 boroughs, and accuses the Greater London Authority and Sadiq Khan of blocking and mismanaging London finances. Batra outlines his platform priorities (transparency, prosperity, housing, law-and-order), social media reach (a viral 1:20 post claimed to have reached ~27 million views), and broader concerns about C40/’15-minute cities’, centralised control (CBDC/social-credit style measures), and UK governance. He also gives personal details (born in the UK; age 62) and shares social handles.

So is it true you were pulled out of the race for the Mayor of London?
Yeah.
You were pulled out?
Yeah.
You didn't pull out, you were pulled out.
I was taken out because.
Who took you out?
Gla.
Gla. Who are gla?
I don't know the guy's name, but he was really rude to me. But I'll explain to you what happened. Yeah, During March this year, we were supposed to go and get 10 names from every borough and that's 330 names. And then we also had to go and get the electoral numbers. So I went round the boroughs, I contacted the councils, they said, you have to call the councils for the electoral numbers. Okay, fine. I'm surprised because the parties get all of this information one year before. But independence. You got seven days, right? So I decided to contact the councils. Oh, you're not a candidate. I said, what do you mean? I've been running since September last year. Of course I'm a candidate. I've been on. No, you're not a candidate until the 19th of March. I said, but that only gives us seven days. Why would we wait for 19th of March? So I went along, getting my numbers, names and stuff. I got nearly 7,000 names, not 330 out of 33 boroughs. Right? And then 19th of March comes, I ring up the council, I ring one council. I said, can I have the electoral numbers for all the boroughs? Oh, no, you've got to ring all the councils and get the electoral register. I said, okay, what is the proceed? So they said, well, you. We're going to send you a registration form. Sign that registration form and then we'll give you the access to the data. Okay? So I had to ring all 33 boroughs.
So do you think this is normal for an independent candidate or do you think there's something against you?
There's something wrong, definitely.
So there's something against you, I think.
Look, I gained a lot of traction, a lot. I built. I created this program called City Communication Infrastructure Transition and Youth. It's a city and it's a family. And my four goals were transparency, not secrecy. Prosperity, not poverty, homeowners, not homeless, champions, not criminals. What else is there that a government needs in a business?
Sounds pretty good. Yeah, I can. Exactly. I can see completely why they'd kick you out then. What was the first one? Transparency, not secrecy. How's that ever going to work in this world?
Well, I think we can set up a group, a body to create transparency, not secrecy. I'm also vice President of International Human rights in Africa. 54 countries. I've only just been made up now in the last two weeks, but I've been doing it for a while. So we have our WhatsApp group and we're transferring over to the UK. I'm going to create the UK division, the European division and all of that stuff.
But let me just jump in here because I'm just trying to figure this out and chase you a bit.
Yeah.
So why do you think you were kicked out? You're allowed to say your opinion, of course.
No, I'm not scared. I. I mean, why do.
Yeah, why do you think you were kicked out?
I'll tell you why. I got the electoral. I got the. I signed all the stuff, sent it back and then they said, oh, you need a password now. So, one, two days, one, two days go. I've got four, three days left to get all these electoral numbers. The problem was about the electoral numbers. I was being blocked. They. When I opened up. When we finally got the electoral numbers, the lists, the data from 33 boroughs, 6 million people. One name was here, one name was there from our list. We couldn't decipher anything. And I rang the gla, they weren't.
Talking, just the people who don't know.
The GLA is Greater London Authority.
Right.
So GLA owns tfl, Right? TFL is Transport for London.
Yeah.
So Khan has a CEO who is the head of the GLA on 290, something thousand a year.
So basically you think Khan blocked you?
I think so.
So the current mayor, because who voted.
For him, he got a million votes and three months or three months before this, he paid the unions £30 million. For what? And a million of those votes came there because everybody I spoke to, 7,000 people said, we're not voting for him, get rid of him.
So you think he.
So you think we like your policy City, you know.
Yeah. He bought votes from the unions.
Of course he bought the votes. I've heard it many times on tv. How.
How do they get away with this? Maybe I'm naive.
It's called corruption, which is called politics, politics, politics.
So do you think you didn't make it? Or last. Because you want transparency and honesty and you want what's good for the people and you want humanitarian rights and they don't want that.
I'll be honest with you, I love the public of England. I was quite angry yesterday because I did a. There was a post on GB News, which I'm quite disappointed with, and they were talking about Starmer, his antics and what's going on. And I wrote in there about Starmer and I said, you know, this guy's not the right guy. He's not statesmanly like, and he's certainly not for the world stage. He can't operate in our own country. How can he run away to Europe? We've got problems here and he's going to Europe to create a deal in Europe when we got problems in our own country. Yeah, there's no money. They say there's a 22 million pound black hole.
Billion. That's billion.
Billion. Now, let me tell you this. In March23 or 24 this year, Khan racked up a bill of 15.2 billion pounds in London for what? You tell me now, this is the United Kingdom. Is he talking about 22 billion in the United Kingdom? And excluding 15.2 billion that Khan has racked up in London alone, which is almost bankrupted the city because he gets 18 billion a year and he squanders this money. Who?
Sadiq Khan does.
He's a crook.
He's a crook.
Of course he is. Crooked Khan. What else can he be?
I mean, you know more about politics than that.
Transparency and secrecy. Well, one of the reasons I ran into this business, my most important aim was to help women and children, really. I really wanted to help the public. And I was going. I took 49 people off the streets of London, homeless. I don't know who's done that, but I never publicized it. When the deal was done, everything was done. The councils tried to stop me because I took some of them to the councils and they called the police on me. They said, this man's disrupting everything. He's coming here with all these people who are dirty and smelly on the streets. And the police guy said, but he's doing our job. He's brought them to you to give them a house or something. Why would you put other people first before these people who have been paying into the system? And it's true, they were all paying people. Businessmen lost their houses, properties and stuff. So I took. I said, come on, we're going to go, we're going to sit there and we're going to wait. And then when he told the lady she had to do something about it, because I said, call your CEO downstairs, I want to see the CEO. I'm running for mayor. And you had to call the police on me for what? What did I do? I bought people off the street who are our people in our country, not people from the boats that you seem to be bringing in and housing and putting all this so called immigration, you keep calling it everybody, it's an excuse because immigration in the hotels, you've got foot soldiers in there from the United nations. No one knows.
Wow.
And that's why the people on the streets are screaming and saying, oh, send these back, send them back, do this, do that. But they're here for a reason and we don't know what this reason is. These foot soldiers, they're all men in hotels all around London, all around the boroughs, all around the country. They're not.
You don't think we're preparing for war, do you?
Look, there's a lot going on.
What's going on that we don't know about?
I can tell you this. My aim would be to, since we set up the human rights, I want to stop the war in Russia and Ukraine. I think it's a fallacy. War and women and children are going missing. Everything's going wrong. And then you've got Israel and Palestine, which we're not allowed to speak about, as you know. And I'm quite disappointed that in the UK we get a new government. Sunak basically hands over the reins to the new government, does a plan, I think says, oh, don't hit me for Moderna, because where did he get the money from Moderna?
Where?
What would you think?
You tell me. You know, I don't.
He must have got it from our government. £720 million. Where did it come from? He, he hid it quite well until it came out in the public eye.
So you think, you think he wanted to run away?
This is all wrong. All of this is wrong. And they're all part of the wef, all of them.
Because I've heard that. Yeah, I've heard about that. All roads lead to Charles Schwab. Is that really true? Are the World Economic Forum really pulling the strings in the world?
Well, they're going to disagree. I mean, my post has gone to 27 million people, 15 minute cities, which we'll talk about.
Yeah.
That post alone has hit over 27 million people.
Didn't Kim Jong Un share it?
He's reposted it.
Yeah.
Wide eyed media's got about 12 million views. It's posting it again and again.
Right.
Illuminati bot has got another 4 million and, and Alex Jones has posted it. Yeah, A lot of people in the bigger schemes of things that have posted it. I've been on a lot of shows, but my, my job is not to get on the shows and talk about things, to publicize myself. My job is to highlight what we are facing. And like I said to you yesterday on GB News, I wrote some article and this guy came on and said, why don't you go back to your own country?
Really?
What? I said, what? And I've written to GB News and I want to just read to you what I wrote to GB News. I haven't had the decency to write back to me yet, which I'm quite disappointed because being a radio, being a TV station, it clearly shows that they are a one sided game, game player. But I mean, I said that I recently replied to a post on your platform and noticed that my comment, which received 24 likes, has sparked some troubling responses. The original video was about Keir Starmer, which I agree with you, as you can see below. And I wrote down what it is. And then this guy says, go back to your own country then this is England. And I said what? I said, do I need to notify Ofcom or will you be able to address the issue on an urgent basis? For the record, I'm an ex mayoral candidate who has worked tirelessly to support Londoners against the current mayor's policies. Additionally, I serve as a vice president for International Human Rights Organization for Africa, which will soon expand to the uk. I was born here and I take these issues very seriously. Please let me know how you plan to address the situation. Thank you for your prompt attention. Have him come back to me. Wow.
Okay, so there's two or three things I want to jump out here. First, do you think this country is racist?
I don't think it's racist. I think people have tried to create it racist. And I hate to say names, to be honest with you. And you can see from the matrix of the last election, of our last election, you don't.
There's no room. Who's trying to create racism in this country then?
Well, I would say Reform Party is definitely trying its way. Nigel Farage is very good at speaking, but if you go back to Brexit, what did he do for Brexit? There was no foundation behind it. You're in property. If you have a property, a stable property made of brick and stone and concrete and a roof. But what do you have? You have nothing inside. There's nothing. There was no substance behind them. Like there was no substance here.
So you think Nigel Farage is racist?
No, no, I don't think he's racist. I don't know. I can't say things like that. Yeah, it's not fair for me to.
No, I'm just trying to Know the man and no, I'm just trying to get, I. One of the things I try and do on my show is figure out what's really going on in the world and who's making these important decisions in the direction of our life and just trying to get to the root cause. I'm not trying to create, trying to trap you or create any sensationalism, but you know, you, you are. People are being racist towards you and you were born here, you would know more. I mean, I'm a 40 year old white male. What do I know about racist?
It's the first time I had. Go back to your own country. I'm born here.
Go back to England.
I'll go back to Hillingdon. Yeah, but I mean I just.
So you think, you think Reform Party is creating racism?
Look, people were fed up with conservatives, I think personally looking at their behavior. I mean, if I was Keir Starmer and I had a chance to really prove to my country that I'm going to bring serious people in. You don't bring your friends into government again, it's the same story. If you want to get someone who's going to look after the medical services, get a top doctor or a top physician, somebody that knows medicine from day one to zero. Today he can run the nhs, get ahead of the teaching system. I don't think governments should be running education. They do a shoddy job and the money that's wasted and spent on it, the kids don't come out with grades and the whole idea, if you look at America, everybody wants to get to college there, university, they all run to get there, you know, and they spend bucks, bucks upon bucks, but here they don't care. There is no system. You do something wrong, social services come in or something else happens. I don't think government should be running education. It should be a separate, separate system created for a third party to come in and run the system. And I'll bet you any money you'll get so much more brighter. Kids, there's a. Kids are so beautiful when they're young. Their brains are so amazing, you can energize their minds. And they're the ones that are going to be leading our futures. Not what we're doing now, but go back to your question about racism and stuff. I mean, I was quite disappointed to see that it took someone to kill someone of color to kill three kids. For a lot of people to go out on the street and start smashing things up, it isn't going to solve the problem. We've got to if, if this anger.
Was it that or was that the straw that broke the camel's back was the anger from lockdown?
I think it's from a long time ago.
Brexit, the C word and the V word that we can't even say everything.
Yeah, I think it's coming because you see, people don't have a voice now.
Well, because they get canceled, silent, shut down, put in prison now for posting on social media.
An MP tomorrow. What is an mp? A Member of Parliament. What does that mean? It means that you are a Member of Parliament. A club, right? So you've got 20,000 votes from all your constituents who you don't even know because 1525 has said, oh, vote for this guy, vote for this guy. He's good. I would rather it be called member of the public or member of the people, because that then shows some kind of significance of representation here and service. You are, you have, you have left your constituency and you've joined this fabulous club called the Member of Parliament. Okay, I understand, but where does it leave 20,000 constituents who've got problems? Who called you? Who said, okay, I'll vote for you if you can fix this, this and this. For example, I went to the doctors yesterday, I said, I've got two, three problems. Oh, I can only look at one. But I've made an appointment with you. Yeah, I have to wake up at 7:59 to make an appointment at 8:00 clock and then hopefully, if I'm lucky, to get an appointment that day. Shouldn't happen like this. Never used to happen like this. Used to be able to walk into the doctor's surgery. Sit down. Yeah. Next. Next. Yeah. Old days, as you know, everything was really nice, but things have gone completely wrong. If we are supposed to be the fifth richest nation in the world, we can't be the fifth richest nation. If our city is bought by the Saudis and Qatar and all these other countries, how are we the fifth richest nation? We've got people on the streets. I took 49 people off the streets, that's all I could manage. Now there's a lot more. There's 150 or 200,000 maybe on the streets of London or England, you know, at Christmas time a lot of people go out. And when you're in property receivers, when a bank appoints a receiver, the bank appoints the receiver for the receiver to give the bank the money. But the receivers thinks he's your agent, he's nowhere near your agent. But why don't they communicate with the Public and say, look, you've got a problem. You're paying 4%. If we drop it to 2 for another year, just to get you out of trouble, will you work with us? Where is this liaison? Ship and stuff. The word care. I always was told was customers are a reason to excel. That's why you have a customer, because that one customer gives you five people. I've been in property business like you, and I'm in finance. I do a lot of financing for new clients and refinancing and bridge loans and everything, right? But every time I finish a deal with one of my clients, John, give me five names, please. And I say to them, look, in our business, Most people spend 90% of the time looking for other business and 10% of their time looking after you. I don't do that. I spend 10% of my time asking you for lovely names. People that you know and 90% of my time working with you. Who do you know? And there you go, your referral system. So the point I'm making to you is governments should be focusing on us. Mr. Starmer's going all the way to Europe for what? We've got problems in our country. Our train systems don't work, our NHS doesn't work, the police doesn't work. The police now have been given more powers than before. That's why they can just arrest you on the word racism, for example. Like what has been happening. Yeah, there's no point putting the people into prison for five, six years.
Aren't the prisons full anyway?
Yeah, but the point is that you have to get to the. Everything has a root of a problem, you know, if you have a fight at home, there's a reason for it, you know, if your son is angry with you, there's a reason for it. What you going to do? Put him in prison because he swore at you? You can't work like this. We are supposed to be living in a democratic society with freedom.
Do you think we have a democracy?
No, we don't. We have. We don't have freedom of democracy. And I would like. I mean, to go and vote, you get a piece of paper in a little town hall with a pencil. What is that? With a pencil?
What is that? So are you telling me 1985.
Are you telling me that I don't understand how labor actually got people we don't even know in the government? Names I've never heard of. No history. 13 to 20,000 votes.
Yeah.
In five weeks. Come on. I spent five days, seven days on the street and got 7,000 people.
Right. So you think Labour's voting was dodgy?
I think, I think a lot of your time is dodgy. There's no system here. We are like, supposed to be the fifth richest continent country in the world and we are like in a third world era, you know?
Yeah. Have you ever seen the UK this bad in your life?
Never.
And how old are you, if you don't mind me asking?
Oh, no, I'm 62.
So you're 62?
Do I look it?
No, you don't look a day over 61. So you're 62 and you've never seen the UK this bad?
I. I've seen it. Well, look, we had in 2011, wasn't it, with May, Prime Minister May. We had Theresa May. We. We had this when she went. The whole government went away on holiday, there was riots and I remember the. I don't know if it was a defense league or whatever. They all traipsed over to Southall and I'm Indian and our boys came out with proper swords, not knives.
Wow.
And they stood there and said, come on then. And then they went away. I mean, you don't need this.
No.
This is a country. London is A probably now 49, diversified.
Do you think that's good?
I think diversification is good. I think it's.
What about the people that say that it's not good because you lose, you know, your inherent culture.
Well, I mean, if you say that you are racist, then it's not just color, but it's creed and religion. You've got to be racist about everything because the people, I'm sorry to say that, may not have education behind them. Bring out the British flag and stand there.

I mean, at least when we go to play football, our people should be standing tall. If we are the fifth richest nation, then we should be standing tall, not going, oh, Blackie, get out or this or that, or color again or whatever. You know, I don't know how this can stop, but you need a strong leader in this country and I aim to run in five years time or four years time, whenever it is, because.
For Mayor of London again.
No, I want to run for Prime Minister.
Right.
But I want to do it on a basis that, that's why.
For which party?
No, my. Myself, our own party. We don't need to be part of any part. This is where you go wrong with these parties. I want to.
But how, how on earth are you going to get anywhere near anything if you're just going independent?
Well, you have to. Because my part, my party is not going to be a party, first of all. It's going to be an organization for the public. It's not for me. I don't need to run it. It can be run by the public, but I think it's a time that the public have a say and the public get involved. And so like I said to you, when you're creating your cabinet, you need to have the top best brains in that cabinet to steer that country to the right direction. Where is our steering? We've got a ship that, that doesn't float, it sinks and then another, another, another party comes in.
So let's try and track where it, where it's gone wrong. You said World Economic Forum. Do you think they are pulling the strings off our country?
I, I don't know if it's true, but I think militaries run governments in the world. They have to, I'm sure of it. Yeah, because you had Keir Starmer, who was the opposition leader. Now, are you telling me very clearly that as an opposition leader and his party, the chancellor, vice of whatever they call them. She didn't know anything about the black holes and all of this stuff. They knew everything. How can you not go into government not knowing what is there and then blaming someone else? You know, it's like, miss, he did it. It wasn't me.
They always do that.
Exactly. But why? They represent the public.
Because it's easy. Because it's easier.
But it's wrong.
Yeah.
What? Why put that cross with a pencil in that box? What for? You might as well be like Putin. You might as well be like the others. I'm running the country and that's that. Get lost.
Do you think that would be better if we had, like, a single monarch?
You have a. You have a plus and a minus.
Mbs.
Well, look, I mean, I. I remember when you look at the old movies and stuff, you always see the monarch in the front of the queue, ready for war. Where's our monarchs? They're in the back of the queue running business on our backs. In fact, using our money. Using our money. Now, you can call it that. We are a monarchy.
Okay, fine, but does the monarchy run this country?
But the monarchy doesn't actually run it. I mean, it would be far better if Prince Charles was a ruling monarch like you have in uae. Yeah.
Saudi. Saudi Arabia.
Yeah. Yeah. Maktoum is the mayor and the president, or whatever he is prime Minister. His son is. No, he's the president. His son is a prime minister and also a minister of something and something else.
Don't you risk, though, become a dictatorship?
Yes, you do.
I mean, would you want to. Would you want to be ruled by Putin? I mean, you'd. You'd already be poisoned if you were talking like this in Russia.
No, I. I like Russia. I like Ukraine. I like. I like everyone. I said in the mayoral campaign, we must be friends with everyone in the world. Now, I want. We're talking about C40 later. Right, but what has Khan done? He's gone to 80 mayors around the world to lock us in our cities when we're ready. Right, but why hasn't he done any diplomacy with all the mayors around the world and say, look, guys, we could have done Brexit ourselves. Let's do it from the back door ourselves. Let's be friends with every country in the world and get business. I'll send 50 of my people over, you bring 50 of yours over. Let's do some business together. That's what business is about, right? We're business people. What? We. We run our own businesses ourselves. We don't answer to anyone. But why do governments have to take over and take control of us and our freedom? Yeah. Why our speech?
Why?
Because they like control. And that's what it is. Remember what the English did in India?
People who probably didn't weren't powerful enough at school become power hungry.
Well, English did. What do they do in India? They broke everybody down. Almost like cities. Right? Easier to rule. Divide to rule.
Divide and conquer.
Divide to rule. Exactly. But what are you conquering? I always say this, hey, we can have wars in the world, as many as you like. But when the aliens come downstairs and. And probably they're here, and maybe in Antarctica or whatever the conspiracy theories are.
You think there are aliens?
Of course there are. We're not the only planet in the world.
What proof have you got of that?
There's lots of proof. There's lots of proof. What proof do you need? You can look around and see.
No, you're right that we're not the only planet.
We. We could be descendants from aliens. We what Are.
So do you think there are a. Sorry to go off tangent, but you said I can't leave it. You think there are aliens inhabiting the Earth?
Yes, I do.
And you think that they're going to come and start there.
There are good ones, bad ones. I think there are serious play players upstairs who are looking at our planet. I mean, we are a very advanced nation. We are a very advanced universe. Very, very.
Yes. Do you think we're an advanced species or.
Oh, we are. I do believe so, but I think there are.
I mean, we're really is fear and greed. That's what we're motivated by. In some ways. I think we're way less intelligent than we think we are.
Yeah, no, we, we are. I mean, if you don't. Look, education is great and you need it. It's always a must because what does education give you that governments don't have? Common sense. Because nobody uses common sense today. You know, by the guy yesterday, by writing what he wrote, that he just looked at my picture, thought, oh yeah.
He didn't. Didn't even take time to find out where you are from.
Yeah. And GB News, I'm really furious with them because it's on their platform. Yeah, it's a bit naughty of them.
It is on their platform. But if we want free speech, what, you're expecting GB News just to take everything down.
But I mean like, you can't call somebody. You might as well call me a wog or.
Yeah, I don't, I don't agree with.
It, but get out of my. Get out of my country. How does he know it's not my.
Responsibility if someone comes onto my page and starts shooting?
No, but their responsibility to put some kind of measures in place that you. Look, this is.
Well, you just have to, have to.
Have a clear line on what Sama did. Right. This is exactly what he's done.
Do you think that was a good move then? When. Let's just give some context that you talking about him having the powers to arrest people for social media posts.
Well, here you had a police system that was hardly doing anything.
Yeah.
It was subdued, it was like drugged.
Yeah.
And suddenly Starmers come about and switched on the police. Now they've given them more superior powers.
Too many.
Yeah, too many. I mean, if you do, if you say something wrong to the police officer, he stops you in your car, he'll arrest you, I assume. I don't know. Why don't they, why don't they just.
Give them all guns? I mean, I, I went to France to watch the rugby World cup semi final, England, South Africa, and walking down the streets there was some seriously looking UFC fighter looking police officers with guns and weapons. There's no way I was going to say anything to them. No way.
There. I saw a post last week on, I don't know where which post it was, but there was this guy, he said he called the police. He said his car was damaged through a car wash or something. Called the police. I don't know. He had some argument with the police lady or something, as far as I know. And then he went back with his mum to Tesco's coffee shop. They were sitting there and suddenly about five police officers surrounded him. Some women, some men. And then about 10 minutes later, two armed police men came, black, all black gear, with guns. And so they said, we have to, we're going to arrest you for something. I don't know. He said, but why are you arresting me? I. I'm the one who complained about my car. What, because I spoke to your lady in a way or whatever the case. I'm angry. What do you expect me to do? And they arrested him. So why took him away in the van.
So why seven people over there yet knife crime conviction is something like 4%.
Well, knife crime. You funny you say that because when I was running for mayor, in the evenings, when we were in our. Trying to collect the names and everything, my team and I, we went out, we. We slept about three hours a day. We literally got home at six in the morning, got out at nine again. Because it was a rush, there's nothing I could do. And so in the evenings we went to the hospitals, the businesses. But when I went to the hospitals, I said, can you please tell me knife crime? What? How many is there a day? Oh, we're not allowed to tell you, especially you're a candidate for mayor. I said, why? Who told you you can't tell me? He said, well, we've got strict instructions by the GLA not to tell any mayoral candidate or anyone that comes to ask us about knife crime. I said, so the fact that we. You can't tell us clearly indicates to me that you have more than one knife crime a night. Maybe more. I mean, last month, this month, sorry, how many crimes have we had?
Oh, it seems on.
In one day. 34. 34. And then we had the poor ladies that got murdered with this thing, this crossbow or whatever it was.
Yeah.
I mean, it's disgusting. And he's hiding it.
Why is.
Yeah, he's hiding all of this stuff to. To. And then says, oh, we've combated knife crime. It's really come down. We've done all of this.
But why is it. Why are they allowing this to happen then? Why are they arresting people for social media posts even though, I mean, look, people are getting. People are saying some nasty. Don't agree with what they're saying.
But it's words. Words. Okay, yeah, but.
But should they. Why are they going to prison and why is knife crime not getting sorted out?
I don't know. You have to ask the mayor of London to start with because hit the biggest.
But he's not going to tell you.
The biggest knife crime in England is in London. Is in London constantly, every single day, robberies. You know, was it 17 countries are told not to come to England. Don't bring your watches.
Yeah.
Stay in the hotel.
Yeah.
We can't go out. No, you shouldn't. I mean, that poor girl that got stabbed eight times and this Indian, this Pakistani guy in the shop came out and got the guy, grabbed him and saved her. And what did, what did GB News say? We would like to thank the public.
Wow.
Talk about.
Yeah, wow. But this guy.
And say what a great job he did.
Yeah.
A guy that works in our country that lives here, that is Pakistani, saved this lady. But it's all wrong. You know, it's. Since this election was created, first of all, it was created far too quick. Far too quick. Because there was. You need time. I wanted. I had about 200 MPs that I could have put in and I'm sure I would have got at least 10, 12 MPs in. But I said to the guys, I said, it's pointless, it's a bloodbath, it's not going to work. Labor probably going to get in because you can see the writings on the wall. Everything's been done.
Do you think Labour are going to come in and whack all the taxes up?
Of course. I mean, if they say that there's a 22 billion pound black hole. We don't even know if Khan's 15.2 billion is in that 22 billion black hole.
Yeah.
Which I reckon it's probably 40 billion.
And they've just given public.
He's hidden that information away from the public.
Wow. And he's given public sector, what, 10 billion in pay rises.
But where's the money coming from?
Yeah.
So they're printing money, then? Yeah, basically, yeah.
Which is essentially a tax on all of our money because it reduces the value of all of our money. But cost. No one knows how that works.
Why are we paying the you less charge, or shall I say the useless charge? Because that's what it is.
Yeah.
It is not creating any environment. I, I say to. I've always said to the public, please don't smash the cameras, just don't pay.
Yeah.
Why should you pay? Why do I have to pay £12 to go into my city and then another £17 for congestion charge? What? So I have to be. So I have to pay 17 pound 50 to stand in a queue when embassies don't pay it and the councils are not paying it?
Yeah.
So why are we paying it?
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, come on. The public should really wake up and say, we don't want to pay this.
Well, if we all stop paying the BBC TV license, stop paying you less, stop paying this, stop paying that. If we all stopped.
Yes.
Then things would change, then there would be disruption. But people are scared, aren't they?
I think, I think people are not scared. They're. You see, you elect a government to speak for you when you have a really great Prime Prime Minister, someone that dedicates his life to the needs of others. That's what a Prime Minister should be. Not a Prime Minister. That is a leader of a country or a leader of his party. In this country, they pay too much. Emphasis on parties. That's why I want to create an organization this time. And I want to be. And I want to create the world's first non political party. I don't think politics should run in people's lives. It is a disruption beyond belief because there are many things that need to be fixed. Even in every family, there are things that need to be fixed. In the country, there are things that need to be fixed. In the cities, there are things that need to be fixed. Why are we not fixing them? Why do we, why do we end up with buying beautiful cars and hitting 10 potholes along the way home? Where is our morality going? What are we doing with our money? He says he wants to build 1.5 million homes.
We.
Why doesn't he start fixing the roads before he builds 1.5 million homes? It would make logical sense, right? And who's paying for all of this? The money's coming from the public. The public are our CEOs and we are their servants. That's how it should be. That's how it should have always been. And it is not like this. We have to look up to a prime minister. Oh, please, can we have this? Please, please, please. No, it shouldn't be like that. If you've got 50 employees working for you and they're doing a great job and you're making money, you're not going to share your money with them. I mean, the oligarchs in America, the big ones, the Zuckerbergs and all that, they're all planning their cities, they're going to be playing their cash into there. They know the agenda that's happening. They're all part of the wef. They're all part of it. Maybe Musk isn't, but Musk is now putting his. He's a social media expert now, supposed to be. I think Musk should be concentrating on his platform and his cars before his cars go out of business instead of pushing Trump. You see, agendas are all wrong. They're completely wrong. One man can't dictate the future, but 1 million people can ask for the future to be created. And you don't need a dictatorial system. What you need is a common sense approach. And that's what every politician here is not doing, including Farage, including Starmer. Sunak has disappeared out of the wind. He will slowly fade away. I think, you know, parties are the past. We need organizations to protect our public, our children. You know, children go missing every year. Children go sick every year. Mothers, one parent, families, people living in council houses, people that are taking abuse of the council houses. Why don't we start fixing our stuff? Stop the boats. It's a very simple system. Ring up Macron and tell him, don't send any more People to us, you do. We're going to be start firing bullets. It's simple as that. Our army is on standby now. We've had enough. Our public don't want this. Where do they end up? In London hotels, five star hotels, all paid by the government. Who's paying for them? The government is.
No, we are. We are. We are the source of funds of the government.
We won't give you 80 a day, we'll give you 150. Put them in there.
Wow.
And then they've got machine guns and guns and bullets in the arms and this and that and. And we're having a silent army being built which may turn on us. I don't know which we. There could be all conspiracy, I don't know. But we are not privy to all of this stuff and we should be. If there's a war going to happen, I mean, Starmer can say we'll back Ukraine for example. Okay, but have you asked the public? No. Every country should be asking their public, shall we go to war, guys? Is it beneficial for us? Yeah.
Should we put billions overseas when we've got riots in our country?
I mean, Trump gets in, he's going to probably stop the money. He'll say, no, I'm not funding this. Why should I fund it? Yeah, it's nothing to do with us.
So I want to come back because I want to miss this, this viral thing that happened with you. These 27 million views. Yeah. So something you sound passionate about.
Yes.
Kim Jong Un sharing it. So just King John in. In a nutshell.
Yeah.
What is it you said, what is it you believe?
The basically 15 minute cities.
Okay, so tell us first what 15 minute cities are.
Okay. The mayor of London is the chair of C40. And C40 I believe is with the WEF.
And what is C40?
C40 is. It's a name, I assume. Originally it was 40 cities. I assume, but it's now beyond that because in 2122 there was a website formed, nobody even knows about it, called c40.org I urge everybody to go and look at C4.0. Then I urge everyone to look at all the tiktokers, what they have said about what these 15 minute cities are. If everyone's singing off the same hymns sheet, then there must be a reason for it.
What are these 15 minute cities?
The 15 minute city basically means our mayor has teamed up with 80 mayors around the world. So basically the idea is to put us into our cities so you won't be able to drive a petrol or diesel car. You will have to buy electric. You won't be able to buy the food you want. You'll get a calorie controlled diet. It will come to you by text or a message to say this is what you can eat today. You will not be able to fly maybe once in three years. You will have to remain in your 15 minute city and work in your city. If you can't work in your city, you have to work in your city. You can't leave the city. If you see what's happening in London right now, a lot of the roads are being blocked. There is roadworks everywhere, okay? Disruption everywhere. And it's even in the boroughs now. So some of these roads are being blocked off. So you will not be able to drive your car through there. You will have to rely on buses and stuff. But I think the agenda is going to be further in the sense that I believe that the Mayor of London has done. These inopportune charges like U less charge and congestion charge, they are not needed. They should be scrapped immediately. I warned the public last year that he will put a charge on Blackhall Tunnel and Silver Street. And what is he doing? He never said he would. And what is he doing in January 25? He's putting a charge of £4 a day on Blackwall Tunnel and Silver Street. Where does it end? And I think, Keir Starmer, I think. I don't know. But I believe that this Ulez charge is going to go from here to the end of the country. Fifteen pounds a day, everyone will have to pay to drive their car. But. So these are the things that 15 Minute City is creating. So they'll create these cities that will make it look like when you go into the website, you're sitting in Paris looking at the Champs Elysees having your nice baguette and coffee and it's not the case. It's. The difference is that you will be locked in a city. When there's a Covid, it will be like an open prison. When there's a Covid coming, you will be in that city. Easier for you to be controlled. It is all control.
So you want to control the populace.
Farms in America are being bought by these billionaires and they're creating these 3D printing meats. I think if some people.
Bill Gates have brought up a lot of farms, isn't he?
He has, yeah.
Yeah. Why?
To control us. Bill Gates is for vaccines and everything else. They can't wait to. I saw. I'll send you a machine. I saw a ATM Machine in America, you have to put in your, your car registration, your driver's number, your passport, your vaccine, full vaccine card for you and your family.
Just to get cash out.
Yes. And if you don't do that, you.
Just to get cash out.
Yeah. And if you're in your 15 minute city, you don't listen to what they tell you, they will freeze your bank accounts.
This is, well, this is my big fear of a central bank, digital currency in a cashless society.
CBDC is another thing that's an add on cameras. I don't like it. I prefer. I would like the freedom of cash and also the freedom of using the cards. But look, I don't want to be controlled. It's simple as that. I don't want it. I actually don't like it. I don't like the system. What do my kids do? I mean, how do we.
What was. Sorry, just quickly, before we move on, what was it you said about these 15 minute cities that sent it all viral?
Well, I did this post for 1 minute 20 seconds and what I've told you has gone viral. It's gone everywhere to 27 million people so far, maybe more.
What did you say in 1 minute 20?
What I just told you.
Okay, so you 15 minute cities are about control.
Yeah. I mean, you, you're not, you're not going to be able to do the things. So if, for example, you're working here in Peterborough and you live 20 miles away and it's not in your 15 minute city, you can't work here, you can't come here. You have to be in your 15 minute city.
Do you think the social credit system is coming?
Well, you mean they're going to take your houses away?
Well, I just.
That's another assumption that's going to happen. Probably. Yep. You will not, you will not own a home. Eventually.
What? The state will own it.
Yeah. This is a massive agenda. I really urge you to look into it deep and everybody that's listening because people are not aware of what really is going on. If people come to my Instagram, which is Shanbatra for mayor, they can see what I'm talking about. And it's very. How many seconds is enough? We have to all collectively get together. We are a group of people in our country. We don't need to create wars and incite riots and like what's been happening. We need to speak with our mouth and we need to tell people that we are not happy with the circumstances in the system that we're running that's being Run. No one is asking us for advice. No one is saying to us, what do you think? Shall we give the miners? Shall we give the police a pay rise? This is your money, guys.
Yeah.
Why are they not coming to us? Like we used, I think back in the day there used to be like monthly television interviews saying, this is what we're going to do, this is what the plan is. If we're going to go into a war, then we should be told, do we want a war? Because it is.
And do we want to finance a war?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And yes, they selling guns and arms, but a war does not. A war doesn't fix anything. A war is an argument at the end of the day. So why not come to the table and fix things? Why not be mediators in the world to help countries to listen to the way we work? As I keep saying, we're supposed to be the fifth largest economy in the world. We are not.
Let me throw one thing at you. I mean, humanity has been fighting wars since it's been humanity. So is there an argument to say? You're being very ideological and this is what humanity does. We fight.
Well, the word fight, I always say. I was also the first Indian boxing promoter.
Oh, wow.
If you want to fight, let's go in the ring and fight. That's a fight.
Right, then we know who you think, set some clear rules.
Yeah, I mean, this is wrong. We don't need wars.
We, but we've always had them. I don't think we, I, I would love for there never to be a war and never to be a crime. I honestly would, but I just feel like it's a naive ideology because this is what humans do. We fight over our values and our territory.
It's wrong.
It's wrong, but it's what we are.
There are countries in the world where they don't have mortgages, where the king or the queen or whoever is ruling it gives it to them. The land that they have is theirs. It belongs to them. When you walk on this street, it's your street, it belongs to you. Why should you let a government come in and control what you already had and that's now being taken away? Why should we be go into a 15 minute city and be locked in that city? Basically, oh, you can't go and see your sister who lives in. So you live in Hackney, but you can't go to Camden. This is wrong. This is wrong. You can't fly out of the country to go and see. What about travel? What is going to happen People are not going to visit us, we're not going to visit them. What is this? This is. This is wrong.
And you think this is really happening?
And he wants to build 1.5 million pound homes?
Yeah, well, I mean, that's never happened. Look, every time they come in, we're going to build a load of houses and it never happens.
You know as well as me you come from a financial world. Mortgages are digital numbers. They're written off. They're not even real. We are paying for a mortgage that doesn't exist. Yeah, and it's wrong because why should we be paying for our home?
We?
Everyone.
You think our home should be given.
When I was running for mayor.
Free.
Yes. When I was running.
How do you decide who has a nice one and who has a shit?
Well, when I was running for mayor, I was creating a mortgage for 4% for 25 years. All I wanted to see was their rental income, what they're paying for the last six months. Not interested in the credit report. I had four hedge funds ready to fund me. And my plan was to turn London around, to make it into the most profitable city in the world. If I did that, then that means that quietly, every five years, within five years, I would pay everyone's mortgage off for them because they deserve it. Because who is. Who are the people that are contributing to our society, our public?
Yeah, everyone who creates jobs. Right.
So if we make profit in our country, why don't we spread it? But the Conservative Party were too happy to make money out of masks and out of misery, I would say. Including that Michelle, Mon lady. Has she paid her money back? We don't even know. 150 million or whatever. 150 million?
Yeah.
And this is a mask, this is a joke.
Yeah.
And like we're still sitting here and she's still a lady moan or whatever it is. She should be stripped, put in prison. Why are our. Why are our MPs? I've just heard today, I can't remember which country. MP murdered somebody. Somebody. He murdered somebody in another country and he's put in prison. Why are they not being investigated? Surely Keir Starmer should have started an investigation with the Conservative Party and said, you took all this money. Where is it? This is. We don't have a 22 billion black hole. We have far, far greater. I mean, Sunak's taken 720. Where's he got that from?
Yeah, come on.
These are benefits for themselves.
40 million on his helicopters and private jets.
I don't mind if you're going to bring 400 million in.
Yeah, of course, because you're a businessman.
I've always said, if I was a Prime Minister and I brought in a hundred billion dollar deal and I wanted 1 billion, would the public say no?
Well, I'd say yes. A lot of the public would say no. Yeah, I would say yes.
Yes. But what I'm saying is if I didn't bring 100 billion in, who's going to benefit? They're going to get 99 billion, I'm going to take one. But they're all going to share part of the, part of the winnings because a country should be sharing its profits, not its debts.
Why do you think we're so against entrepreneurs and business people in the uk?
Well, Labour is not an entrepreneur.
No, but forget Labour. Conservative was supposed to be pro business and they're not, they're not sent. Everyone I know who making really good money is leaving or wants to leave.
Yes, of course they're leaving, yeah.
Why?
Because taxes are high. Yeah, bring the taxes down, give people the breathing space to earn. Women have got good brains. They're on, they're on their computers, they've got great minds. You know, women should be well respected because they're mothers and have mothers, etc. They're the forefront of our communities but they're not regarded like that. So there is a lot of criticism with this. But we should encourage our kids to be entrepreneurial. There should be an entrepreneurial business degree or something in schools and universities.
So why aren't we then, if they create jobs and create economy and bring in overseas money and develop controllers, etc. So entrepreneurs aren't very controllable.
Why should they?
Well, we're disruptors, aren't we?
I mean, look, listen, if you lived in a council house and out of the blue, I mean, look at the Google boys. They were living in a garage above a garage. How did they know? They're going to be billionaires, trillionaires, whatever. And they created this one product. You've got to give credit to people who've made it, not discredit them.
Why don't the government bring people like that in as advisors, help them look at the books.
I would love to be their advisor but they're steering their ship in the wrong direction. They're going into the deep seas and I say this to you with a heavy heart and sadly I say to you there's going to be a huge sea war in this, in this year at some point in time.
Sea war? What do you mean?
War on the sea.
Oh, sea war, sorry.
And if there's a sea war, then everything's going to be disrupted for us. You know, how are we going to get our materials and stuff as it is with Ukraine and stuff? It's almost like this. We have to stop these things. We can't encourage wars to continue. Why? What is the UN for? United Nations. There is not called United Nations WEF World Economic Forum. It's supposed to be for entrepreneurs, I would have thought. I mean, we're setting up a big wheel, which is going to be like a Big Brother thing we're going to do for entrepreneurs. We're going to promote with our human rights. We're going to. We've got a. Another business called Big Brother. It's for entrepreneurs and startup businesses. We're going to encourage startups. We're going to find the money for them and let them grow everywhere in the world. Not just here in Africa. Africa is very quiet country, but it has so much, so many resources. It has. It's from the outside world. It's not even connected to people yet. People like China and Russia are going in while we're not going in. You know, we've got the best brains here as well, but we're not entrepreneurial because we don't get encouraged. Why doesn't the government, Instead of giving 5 billion to Ukraine to murder more people, give 5 billion to the public and say test, we're going to give you 100 grand each, turn it into a million by the end of the year. Here's 100 grand. If you have the will, you have the way, but you don't because you're stopped. Like I was stopped in the mayor's race. Why couldn't they let me in? I only wanted to do good and I would have done nothing but good. I would have given my heart and soul, which I proved already that I did by taking 49 people off the street after I was taken out of the race. I mean, I was upset, I was in tears. But I still went to see these guys, I still bought them food, took them food in the nights and I made friends with them and I found out their stories of what they really, who they really were and who they were. There was one guy that had 15 properties. He had amazing business, he had electrical business with 40 guys working. All went wrong. Wife left him, kids gone on the street with no money. He didn't even know that he could get credit, dole money. He's sitting on the street asking people for food, you see, so how do you decipher that? You've got to. This is common sense. Education. It's all broken. Our country is very, very broken. You can't have a plaster to fix it.
Let's finish on this. A plea to Keir Starmer. A plea now. Final plea.
Mr. Starmer, I urge you to be. I urge you to man up, to be honest with you, because you need to be a statesman, a prime minister that people can look up to, that people can admire and respect. But you're not doing that. You're looking far away into Europe. Look at the home here. Look at what your mayor is doing in London. Disrupting our city, bankrupting it almost every year. And you're allowing that to happen under your watch. You should really get good, professional people behind you. I'm happy to help if you want my help, but this is my country too. I live here. I was born here. And I want to pass this message on to you. If someone can give you that message, you can call me and contact me. I've got great ideas and I'll help this country grow.
Amen. Where can people follow you?
Shan Batra. For me.
Do you want to spell your name?
S H Y A M. You didn't say Shyam. That's good. S H Y A M for. Oh, sorry. S H Y A M. B A t r a the number four mayor. M a y o r. I'm on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, everywhere you'll find me. But if there's any questions you want answered, I'm always here to help. Contact me, follow me, whatever you want to do. It's up to you. I'm here to help. Always been a pleasure. Thank you.
