All these have been associated with increased risk for Alzheimer's. And we know that they can stimulate fructose production in the brain, uric acid production that could cause all these things. So interventions take home messages. Low carb diet, ketogenic diet. Those could be good. Limit sugar, limit high fructose corn syrup, limit salt, limit starchy foods, limit alcohol, limit seed oils. You know, all those things would help. I'm not telling you not to eat any, you know, I'm just telling you to reduce it. Stay hydrated. Take vitamin C. That actually helps neutralize fructose effects. Omega 3. Omega 3, like salmon, olive oil and things like that can help as well. And also this sugar that I've been working with, allulose, looks like a promising one as well.
