Where does bread fall in this nova scale? How processed would you. Well, it depends on the bread. You know, there are different kinds of bread. And then, of course, you have the starchy endosperm. That's basically what makes the bread fluffy. Okay, well, are there any breads that keep the kernel intact? And the answer is yes, there are.
