Your brain does two things: keep you alive and save energy. When something feels too hard, it stops paying attention. Content creators need to make useful stuff easy to understand, or people will just scroll past.

Your brain does two things: keep you alive and save energy. When something feels too hard, it stops paying attention. Content creators need to make useful stuff easy to understand, or people will just scroll past.
Let's talk about the brain. The brain has two functions. The first one is to help you survive. The second one is avoid burning unnecessary calories. Think about it. If something's too hard, too difficult, your brain is going to automatically go to something else. Because if your content is too hard for me to understand and I'm burning too much calories trying to understand it, what's going to happen? I'm going to keep scrolling. So keeping in mind two things: a piece of content has to help someone survive, and I don't want to be burning too many calories trying to understand what you're trying to tell me because I'm following you for you to digest that vast amount of information, simplify it for me so I can understand it.
