Customers exist somewhere. So if you think that you're going to create a product or a service or a membership or whatever that is, and customers are going to appear, that's not the case. You have to think where those potential target customers are spending their time and figure out how to shift their attention from your competitors or other people providing this service to you. So they're, they're spending their time and their money with those competitors because they're happy with some sort of service, some sort of product. Some sort of, some sort of need is getting fulfilled. So before perfecting your product, you have to understand the need of those customers and perfect the product so it's better serving those customers with your own services rather than your competition. And you might be asking yourself, where do I start? A simple exercise on when you're launching a product and you're trying to get more customers, study your competitors and study who is serving those customers and where's the gap that you can identify so you can master that gap with your own services to get yourself more customers. And it could be as simple as servicing time. It could be as simple as watch time. It could be as simple as, you know, facilities and payment. It could be as simple as grabbing them when they're about to renew something. Those are the key metrics for you to get more customers. Understand that the customers don't exist in a vacuum. They are buying from someone else. And your goal is to understand why so you can become better in the service or the product that you're providing.
