Hi everyone, it's good to be back again, and I really have missed my videos for the past 3-4 weeks. I've just been kind of lazy, but I decided that today I was gonna shoot you another video, and here it is. Okay, today what I have for you is that I have 10 ways of in which you, I, any blogger out there can find blogging ideas. So pay close attention because you're gonna love this. The number 1 way is lists. Now people love lists, and just about any kind of list is bound to attract traffic. Top 10 lists, 5 things not to do, 3 reasons you love something, etc. Just start with a number and then take it from there. Second is how-tos. People love to find easy-to-follow instructions to help them accomplish a task. Whether you wanna teach your readers how to throw the perfect curveball or how to avoid getting bitten by a mosquito, the choice is yours. 3. Reviews. You can write a review on just about anything on your blog. You could write a review on products, write a review on websites, Books, movies, music, restaurants, hotels— the possibilities are endless. Just think of something you've tried and write about your experience and your thoughts. 4. Photos. You can post a picture or pictures relating to your blog topic. Maybe you went to the beach and you want to write a post about it. What you could do is that you could have pictures or a picture showing you at the beach and doing whatever, riding in the sand, writing your name in the sand, and you write a post about that. It's quite simple and it's fun. The fifth is a link roundup. Here you could write a post that includes a list of links to other blog posts that published great posts, or to websites you like. If you maybe you like some particular website that has great sport posts or has great entertainment posts or has great political posts. You could gather all these links together in your blog post and publish. The next is current events. What's going on in the world? You could write a post about interesting bits of news. It could be entertainment, it could be gossip, it could be politics, it could be finance, it could be business, it could be entertainment, anything. Um, the next The next step is tips. You write a post on how to share tips to help your readers accomplish something in an easier, faster, or cheaper way. Me, I'm all in for tips. Any website that shows me tips on how to do this in an easier, faster, or cheaper way, I'm all in. And the next step is recommendations. Here you share recommendations on your favorite books, your favorite favorite websites, your favorite movies, or other favorites relating to your blog topic. Like, I— one, I was recommended to read, uh, well, I've been recommended— not I've been recommended really, but this book was recommended for me to read, Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life. So you could either lead me to go search for the book or look for the book to buy online. The next step is interviews. You could interview a prominent figure or expert in your blog topic, then publish a blog post about it. If I were to do that, number one, if I were going to look for an expert that knows about LinkedIn, Lewis Howes is the one person I'd go to. I'd interview him, then write a blog, blog about that interview. And the last but not the least is polls. Here you register an account with a site like poll-daddy.com and then publish your post related to your blog topic, one of your blog posts. So I'll give you an instance. A friend of mine had this blog post up where she was planning a get-together with friends. Now she decided that, okay, rather than randomly just cooking different things, she set up a poll and placed it on her site and wrote the different menus and sent it out to all her all her readers and friends that she had invited for the get-together, and they were to select the meals they would prefer to eat at the get-together. So the highest 3 or the highest 4, depending on the polls, was the determining factor of the day. So it's so much fun. You could use polls for so many other things. So I'm gonna run over 10 ways you and I can find blogging ideas. 1 is lists, 2 is how-tos, 3 is reviews, 4 is photos, 5 is link roundup, 6 is current events, 7 is tips, 8 is recommendation, 9 is interviews, and 10 is polls.
