My path wasn't planned, it evolved. I didn't wake up one day and decide to work in AI or software as a service or real estate. I simply just followed the problems that needed solutions. Hey everyone, I'm Ruth Kushumiju, aka Ruth Kush, and if I had to describe myself in one sentence, I would say I love to solve problems that help businesses, that help people, that help individuals leverage AI, automation, and systems to scale. I've walked across marketing in recent times, AI, and other industrial operations, not just because I was chasing titles, but because I was chasing efficiency. And impact. Now, how my journey started. My career actually started in digital marketing, working with corporate and non-profit organizations where I mastered marketing operations, basically how to streamline audience engagement, brand storytelling, how to create narratives that drive action, and then scalability. That's, that's how to build systems that grow without breaking. But as I worked on automation, I realized the deeper truth. Hey, because there's no truth without Ruth, right? Right, yeah, it goes that way. Marketing alone isn't enough. People, people, yeah, businesses need more than just ads and campaigns. They need technology-powered ecosystems that could truly scale. And that's when I started digging deep into AI automation software as a service. Now, as I built my expertise on automation, my learning or knowledge about AI tools deepened. I started getting involved in creating platforms or supporting platforms forms or supporting businesses that delivered real value, whether it was in optimizing workflows, enhancing automation. However, whatever I put my hands to, I wanted to be sure that it delivers real value. And what really drives me today is that I believe in solutions over talk, I believe in action over theory, and I also believe in results overhype? 3 things. I would summarize all this into 3 things that really drive me. One is efficiency. The question I always ask myself is that, how do I remove unnecessary complexity, right? 2, impact. How can I create something that actually changes the game, right? And then innovation. How do I stay ahead of the curve and not just keep up? 3 things: efficiency, impact, and innovation. And so that's a little about me. I'm still learning, I'm still evolving, and I'm still building. Okay, so you can put in the comment section below what's one inefficiency in your industry, in your journey, that you wish technology could solve. Okay, now the reason why I'm doing these videos— I'm sure some of you are wondering, hey Ruth, we've not heard from you in a while. While? Why are you doing these videos? What's up? What's going on? So there is this challenge called the Write Record Challenge that, um, Akilweed started, and then I got to hear about it yesterday, and I decided to take the plunge and use this challenge to build up my confidence, to build up my ability, because I've always been camera shy, thinking that my place is always behind the screen. I mean, I couldn't stand in front of a crowd let alone speak. So I was like, why not do this? Join the challenge to document your journey and see how you move from being that shy, reserved girl to being the confident woman that you want to be, right? And so I decided to dive neck deep into this and go with the flow. So stick with me on this journey, and then I, I promise you that we will go together because the point of this challenge is to develop, um, confidence for me. And developing my confidence, I know if I commit and follow through, it can change everything for me. So don't miss the chance to be a part of my journey, to be a part of my transformative experience. And I'm sure you, in your own accord, would definitely have something to say and share. And so, hey, this is Ruth Kush signing out, and I'll see you guys tomorrow. Take care, bye!
