Hey everyone and welcome to day 5 of the Write, Record Challenge. I have to say this has been an enlightening journey. 5 videos in a row, like every day, one video a day, and I'm still excited about this challenge. But hey, it's building the muscle of confidence in me and I'm really grateful for that. So today I'm just gonna go Go behind the curtains again, and we're going to talk about another aspect of my journey that I did mention that at my first video, real estate. But just to give you a little insight as to how do you move from digital marketing into AI automation, business process, and then now real estate. And trust me, it's a story you want to hear. Well, it's not really much of a story. Just giving you a peek behind the curtains, how I got introduced into this industry. In the last 11, 12 months-ish, I've come to realize throughout— I mean, throughout that time frame— that real estate is definitely not for the faint-hearted. It's for those who step into the arena, right, where the wins— you have, you have to work hard to earn your wins. And then the lessons, they come fast, like boom boom boom boom boom, they come very, very fast. And if there's one thing that I've learned in this journey, and I'm still learning, is that in this industry, those who embrace AI will lead the future. In the real estate industry, hands down, flat out. Now, I didn't stumble into real estate by accident. They say nothing happens by accident. I believe so. I believe it's providence. And it was a door that was opened by someone who saw more in me than I saw in myself at that time. And then stepping into this world, real estate, this real estate world, wasn't just about learning deals and market trends. It was more about building resilience, making hard decisions, and adapting very, very fast. My experience, and my experience is still ongoing, it hasn't stopped, it pushed me to my limits and it's still pushing me to my limits to learn things that I mean I was never aware of at the get-go. But I have realized that as it's pushing me to my limit, even if you are trying to get into this industry, or you are currently in this industry, or you are an experienced or advanced real estate investor or professional, if you're willing to stay in the arena, you will definitely evolve. And I say this because I have had the privilege, and I still have the privilege, of learning from the man in the arena. He is a mentor. Who didn't just teach me how to succeed in real estate, he also taught me how to navigate the challenges that come with it. His lessons weren't just about strategies, numbers, leads, all that. They were about mindset, endurance, and the power of innovation. And through his eyes, I'm able to plug into the transformations that are happening in real estate right now. And when I talk of the biggest transformations happening in real estate right now, I'm talking of AI, right? It's shaping how we do a lot of things, how we find deals, how we manage properties, how we do market listings. And if you are in the real estate industry and you're not paying attention to AI, you are already, already behind. Okay, so not so much about this, uh, just I would say just stay tuned. But one thing I have come to realize in this industry is that it rewards those who adapt, evolve, and embrace innovation, hands down. Because AI right now isn't here to replace any real estate investor. No, it's here to give you the edge that you need to adapt, to close deals faster, to reduce tasks, and to scale efficiently. And trust me, it's coming. Oh, it's here. And if you are not on the train, you better hop on it.
