Conversions in Chiropractic- Turning Skeptics into Believers

Ryan Desanti breaks down how chiropractors convert skeptical patients into believers through a structured system. It starts with automated education before the first visit, then uses the intake and welcome visit to shift patients from doubt to trust in a whole-body, root-cause approach to healing.

Conversions in chiropractic is not about making a sale, it's about making a believer. One of the hardest parts about being a chiropractor is the preconceived skepticism that every new patient comes in with. This is why we put so much emphasis on our Multi-Touchpoint Conversion System, because we only have a few days to break their current set of beliefs and build up totally new ones to the point to where they'll invest their time, energy, and money into a program that can help them get from where they are, their current pain points, challenges, frustrations, limitations to where they want to be, that aspirational goal and that aspirational character that can live their life first off pain-free but also at an optimal level of function so they can be more present, so they can perform at a higher level, and so they can feel and heal better long-term. This is why it's absolutely imperative that you leave no stone left unturned in your intake process, also known as your client journey. Every step should be intentional from the moment they put the their information into your lead form all the way through their welcome visit after committing to care. We discovered that all of this is within our control and a lot of it can be automated. From the moment they become a lead in your system, you should be educating them on what chiropractic is and what chiropractic isn't before they even step foot into your office. This starts the belief-breaking process before they even walk into the office and then transfers the responsibility to us to be the historian and detective on day Day 1, while offering them hope for a better future. Then on Day 2, becoming their trusted guide, shifting their paradigm into a new way of living and a new way of life that takes a true root cause approach to health and well-being. Conversion in chiropractic is about turning skeptics into believers, and we only have a few days with them to do that, so spend them wisely.
