Ryan Desanti shows chiropractors how to build a million-dollar practice by working backwards from revenue goals. Start with how much each patient is worth, then calculate how many new patients you need monthly and what conversion rate gets you there. Clinical skills alone won't fill your schedule.

And so if I was going to build a million-dollar practice from scratch today, first off, I would engineer it. I think that all too often a lot of chiropractors go into practice without any sort of vision, and I mean super clear vision on the actual model and the offer that they're going to bring to the marketplace. And so they come out with these skills and this craft that they have with their hands, they spend a lot of money for, and they go into practice and they, they think that just being a chiropractor with a doctorate degree is going to attract the people that they want to serve. And I think that That's a false assumption. And so I would engineer my practice in a model that allowed me to generate the most amount of revenue per patient. Then I would work backwards. So a million-dollar practice breaks down to $83,333 a month. In the chiropractic industry, your clients are called patients. And so what we would need to do is we would need to engineer our model, and we would need to figure out through using someone smarter than you that's been in the industry for a long time to use industry standards to help you understand how many new patients that you would need per month, what conversion percentage you're likely to have with those new patients. And then based on the model and the offer that you have, how much each of those patients are going to be worth to your practice. And I would reverse engineer it using math to tell me exactly how many of those people would I need to pay me this amount of money in order to achieve this amount of revenue, and how long would it likely take me to get there.
