One thing that you mentioned on the call that I thought was a great perspective, you've got to think coach, not boss. You know, I find that a lot of chiropractors are entrepreneurial and they're competitive in nature. And so I think that framing the relationship in the coach-to-player frame really makes a lot of sense.
So imagine this is that you, you want to be well known as a good coach. And so one of the things that you do is that you have a plan in order to win a championship. And you talked about prospective players and said, "You want to win a championship too?" "Yeah." "Okay, great. So here's what I'll do. I'll put together the best coaching squad. I'll make sure that, you know, I recruit the best players, but I'm going to need your best as well." And so I recruit somebody to a game. And so if we're both playing that game and we've got this goal in mind, then we're playing a game. It's fun.
