Most U.S. chiropractic clinics run on 12-18% profit margins, while top practices hit 45%. If you're at 20-25%, that's a warning sign. Aim for 30-35% by cutting costs or raising revenue per visit.

Another number that I wanted to share here, and I think this probably goes into some, some of the conversation that we can have about tax strategy, but average profit margin on all clinics, I guess this is probably domestic in the United States, is 12 to 18%. And so what do you have to say about that?
So if you are trying to implement a lot of tax strategies, your profit percent is not going to look great. So if they're pulling that off of numbers that people want to pay taxes on, then hopefully that number doesn't look great. But if you're looking off of your true profit percent in chiropractic practice, like a ballin' one, like they are killing it, it'd be at 45%. If you're getting down to 20 to 25%, that's where you got to figure out, okay, what expenses do I need to like go and, and look at, or how do I need to increase our office visit average so that our profit percentage gets back into a margin of something healthy within, like the 30-35% is really a good average to be falling within.
