Trying and training. Trying is, is an emotional component, right? It's, it, it's, it provides inconsistency in your life because you try based upon your feelings, and usually people quit when it actually gets hard. Okay, trying's emotional, you become inconsistent, you quit when it gets hard because you're basing it on a feeling, whereas training, when you take on and adopt this new new level, this new mindset where you become intentional, you develop structure in your life, and the decisions that you have to make are based upon commitments that you've already decided. You are acting based upon who you've decided to become.
