There's an aspect of it that is completely outside of my control. But the thing that is within my control that I think does really help is I'm like extremely generous with people who are wondering whether they have deliverability problems. So like anytime I meet with somebody, anytime somebody reaches out to me, I will do like an hour-long testing call with them essentially where we'll look at everything. They don't have Google Postmaster Tools set up, we'll set it up. And we'll kind of discover on the call together if they have a problem or not. If they don't have a problem, I'm going to like give them some best practices to follow
