So life happens inside of us, and our ability to feel will help us to engage in the experiences differently. So instead of having an opinion about everything, I invite you to notice how every situation feels in your body first. And if this is challenging or it's hard for you to do that, it's probably because most of your energy is here. So we live in our heads and. And look at how much we are losing from the neck down. So my invitation for you is to drop your energy every day, little by little, towards the lower parts of your body so you can engage in the experiences in a different way. So it's challenging for the mind because it feels that you're not doing anything. If I'm like, oh, yes, just focus on your feet. But over time, you're gonna feel all the benefits, so you're gonna feel more centered. You can feel grounded. The feet are important point of connection with earth, so will help you your stability and the sense of rootedness. So what we're gonna do, and you could include that as your daily practice. Just when you walk, pay attention on the sole of your feet. And sometimes, I know it's not always easy. Like, just go barefoot and feel the sensations, the different textures when your feet is touching the ground. Even if you have your shoes on, that's okay. But like when you're stepping, like, feel your heels and the center of the foot and then your toes, like, try to feel part of your feet when you're moving. You're taking your awareness down, and over time, you're building up a better distribution for your energy. That's my invitation for you today. And if you do, for one day, you might not see any difference. But if you keep doing it, I assure you, you're gonna feel the difference. And it's very worth.
