The speaker shares personal anecdotes (leaving corporate work for private practice; moving from Canada to Costa Rica) and gives concrete instructions—connect to the base of the spine/area below the navel, make circular navel movements, breathe, and use small triggers like smiling or music—to shift vibration and stay aligned with goals.

Hi, guys. I want to share something with you today that's really simple, but it's really powerful. It has helped me a lot, especially during big transitions in my life. I remember using this when I was changing jobs, moving from the corporate world to my private practice. I used that when I decided to move from Canada to Costa Rica. And. And some of those changes were just like, felt in my heart. But I didn't know all the plan. I didn't have everything figured out. And this is such a simple technique, but it really helped me to keep my vibration and keep my energy up to my dreams. So I find that a lot of times we want to do this, like big changes, but it's like a lot of fear involved. And it's really hard to keep the feeling good, right in relation to the dream or in relation to the goal, or even on a hard day when you have like the external world bombarding you with maybe bad news or stuff, that it feels that it's just not working out for you. And just changing my mind alone, it's very hard. Especially for me. Especially for me that it's like I'm someone that I'm very proud of my mind and I use my mind. I got using my head, I was able to go to very nice places. But I know now that it would never have led me where I am right now because I had to include my body. And this is like most of my teachings. It's like, can we drop the body and connect with this wisdom and then use the mind to serve this? So you might find funny. It's something that we do sometimes on yoga classes, but just connecting with the base of the spine and the space right below your navel and just doing circles, like drawing circles with your navel. You could be here, like, not feeling anything. But if you really, like, take a deep breath in and exhale and just like, okay. Everything that is around me, it might not serve in my energy right now. It's not helping me with my thoughts and my vibration. Can I just try to connect with something else? And I feel that this technique, which is super simple, it helps to drop in in a different state. And I remember doing that while I'm driving. Of course I don't close my eyes, but I was like, stuck in traffic and I would just put a music that I really like and I was like, yay. Just like riding and having fun. So it helps you to awaken an energy that is in the root, the base of the spine, right underneath your navel. Like the creative and Very powerful center. It connects you with your wisdom and then you start emulating your own vortex. Right. So every time you do this movement, you can just connect like, oh my goodness, I'm just like flowing in direction to everything and all my desires. That is just available for me in an energetic way. But it might not be ready in the physical realm. Right. So can we just like, ah, okay. It doesn't matter what's happening around me. I don't care about all the problems and all the challenges. Not right now. Because you want to keep your vibration close, close to your dreams as possible for a good period of time, most of your day. So just doing this, you know, and if it's really hard, the situation that you are, just force a smile, smile and you know, and you're like, oh my gosh, maybe this is just boring. But you're going to see that doing over time it will connect you with something bigger. If you're driving, make sure you have your eyes wide open. Just maybe like put a good music and enjoy, enjoy the flow. So this was like I remember being able to change my thought pattern when I was able to like way faster when I was able to include my body. So just getting the body to trigger some movements and then you're like, oh yes, I forgot. Even though everything feels that it's not working for me. This is just like redirecting me to exactly where I want to go. And keeping those reminders on a daily basis was very important for me to accomplish my transition for my new practice, for my new country and other small things like this is something that I use very, very often and it helped me to tap in my own wisdom. So hope you enjoy and see.
