Hi again. So now that you have the first exercise done and you have more clarity on where you want to go, like directing your life, it comes the second powerful exercise. And I call this an activation breath. And the reason why I felt that that was very important to be in the process is because sometimes or most of the times we get a lot of programs running in the backside of our mind and that keep us with a certain distance from our dreams. Like we wrote down what we want, but then our ability to feel that that's possible, it's kind of like, ah, you know, I wish I had that, but I don't think I can. And the reason why, it's not because you can't, it's just because we have a lot of belief systems, you know, like things that we picked up throughout our life, they're kind of blocking us from having that reality. But now that you have the clarity, we're going to work on some self awareness. And this first powerful exercise is just so you can like, oh, yes, it is safe to be here now. It is safe to dream. And I don't need to be connected with all those old programs or other people's program a lot of times and let those programs run my life. So let's begin. You don't need any props, you just need to be sitting down. I really enjoy sitting on the floor, but if you have a chair, like go for it, whatever feels good on your back. And the exercise is inhaling, you're going to keep your neck straight so you're going to inhale. And both hands goes up. You might not see it here. So like this. And then when you exhale, you just have your thumbs under all your fingers and exhale down. So I like to do it with my eyes closed and I tend to move my eyes as well. You could just do the eye gazing. You don't need to worry about it. If it's too hard on you, don't worry. But inhale, eye gaze up, exhale back to center. So you would do. And with the eyes closed, you would do this for 30 times. And when you exhale the last one, you just keep your hands here. You connect with whatever sensation is available to you. And you do again 10 times and then relax and connect and again 30 times, relax and connect. So it's powerful, it feels good. I hope you enjoy.
