And then, yeah. For those of you joining us, welcome to sacred business Stories. This is our weekly substack live series where we're having kind of honest conversations with entrepreneurs about what it looks like to build a business aligned with their deepest truth. So today we are joined by Michelle Perad. Did I say that right?
Michelle, good job. Yes.
Cool. And we'll just wait a couple more minutes, and I'll do a quick introduction, and then we'll let her share more of her story. So welcome. Welcome. Angie. Welcome. Amanda, Jackie.
Yeah, and I just want to share, like, the why we do those sacred business stories. Like, there's, like, so many people doing cool stuff, including Michelle. That's why she's here. That we. We decided to create this to inspire people to, like, hey, there's possibilities. You know, there's like, so many ways that you can serve. And this is so connected to what, like, sacred business means for us. And I feel that when we share our stories and, like, you know, like, why I do what I do and how I came to be where I am, like, we infuse possibility to. In other people's minds so they can actually, like, it doesn't mean that they're gonna follow. You know, nobody will do the same thing that you do, but they're like, oh, yeah, maybe, you know, there's something there for me. And they'll feel inspired to, you know, start their own journey of, like, creating their sacred business, creating something that really excites them. So that's the whole intention.
Amazing.
Welcome. Welcome. Sharon and Ed, two of our members. Actually, Ed, I don't know if you know this Michelle, but one. And we'll be asking you the same question at the end, but one of the things we've started doing with these are asking people who they might suggest and recommend that we bring on to have a conversation with us. And Ed suggested you. Yeah.
I was so honored. Yeah. So, so nice of him. So, yeah, we'll definitely spread the love in the substack community for sure.
Yeah, yeah. So, yeah, he was. He was the one when we kind of put him on the spot and ask him, he was like, oh, you know, I had this really fun conversation with Michelle, and I really appreciated how she. How she reached out. And so, yeah, that was very cool. So, yeah, a little bit about Michelle, she shared with us. She's an intuitive guide, marketing mentor and community builder. And she's. The name of your company is. Is it multidimensional leaders that get that right? Yeah, Multi dimensional leaders. Yeah.
So it's a Media on Substack. That's right.
Okay. Yeah. So the way she described it to us is a media platform for conscious creators or creatives and thought leaders. So, yeah, maybe would love to kind of turn it over to you and just have you share a little bit more of your story with us.
Sure. Happy to. Wow. I don't even know where to begin, but I guess I've been on a spiritual journey for the past decade or so and I have a background in marketing. I used to work in tech companies, everything from clean tech to HR to geospatial work. So really have seen some of the greatest technology that's out there and also realize that all of the world's problems can be solved. We have all the solutions. I think the sad part is that they don't necessarily have all the support that they need. They may not have the network they need or the finances or, or the ecosystem around them. And so that was a realization as to why so many companies die and don't necessarily exist anymore. Through my journey of working inside of these companies and. Or I think even worse, I worked at one company that had some of the most amazing people there and also mission to change the world, but they had to pivot and in a way that would sustain them, and then their mission kind of fell apart. And so I think through. Through that journey, I was thinking to myself, you know, how can I play a role in supporting people in really being successful? And what does it really take for an entrepreneur to go to that next level? And. And you know, every company has like a growth curve. So supporting people, especially in those times when they might be, you know, strapped for cash or they don't always have the answers and like, who to turn to and things like that. So that was really the impetus for me to think about different models that I could go into and also to integrate a lot of the spiritual work that I was doing on the side. And so on the side of my jobs, I was basically doing healing work on myself and then on others. And I decided, okay, I'm going to go out and essentially advise people on the best business model for themselves. And to me, this was like kind of a channeling exercise. It's something that I am privileged to have as a gift for myself and being able to see people's highest potential and some of the things that are aligned for them in terms of the type of content that they should be creating and the strategy that they should have and for it to be really centered around their soul. And so I started a couple Years ago, creating a system that I ended up walking myself through and then evolving out of what I was doing, which was like the coaching and advising work. But I created kind of a system based on different tools to help people understand their brilliance and unlock different layers of themselves and unmask who they think they are and moving themselves into the next level. So through that work, I then realized that I am meant to work in joint ventures. So that's something that it hasn't been totally public facing as of yet. So when you come to my site, it's still, you know, the kind of the old version of me, but there's a lot happening, a lot being planted, a lot being seeded as far as joint venture projects, joint venture retreats, other co creations with my community. And so I'm looking at all kinds of different ways that I can use my gifts and mentor with my collaborators and they mentor me and then we work on a business together and it's this beautiful reciprocal way of working in the world. So that's been my evolution. So, yeah, in a nutshell.
But no, I love it. And it's like, I love what you're saying about like, oh, I had my journey here, but then on the side I was kind of like healing myself until the day you kind of like combined.
Right.
Like, and I feel that that's like, like we often, not often, we always say that like everything is connected. And I, and I feel that when, because we work with entrepreneur, but I feel that like everybody, if you have a corporate job or if you work for yourself or if you work whatever it is, like when you can combine those two forces, like how you serve and then your own process of healing, there is an untapped potential that wasn't there before. You know, like, you have this new way of seeing life and all of a sudden, like, and I don't know, I'd love to hear you like, like what was the click, you know, like when you connected and then how your healing journey, like, supports your own, like healing your own, like, entrepreneurial journey, like, yeah, because it's so, for me, it's so magical. And right now I can't see those as two things, but I had this vision before, like, this is me here meditating or my, my growth. And this is me here, like serving or working or doing it. And there's something that clicks and I, and I feel that you went through the same journey in a way. So if you could just share a little more. I'm curious you.
Yeah.
To see how you connect.
Yeah. Know I think it was just subtle shifts over time, but also just mini downloads that I would get and, you know, these, these nudges where I would. And honestly, I. I started doing some of the community work, like a long time ago where I had a meetup, like I want to say 10 years ago, already called Creative Meditations. And it honestly was just my way of being like, wow, I discovered like the coolest modality and I want to share that with everyone else and I want to share this teacher, this really special person as well. And because I just feel like there are so many hidden gems in the world. And so I was just doing that because I just wanted more people to know about them. And then it dawned on me, like, how else can I help these really creative leaders and people who are on this spiritual path as well? So it started off with lots of questions. Basically, even when I put up my website initially, this was three, four years ago, it started out as a download and I didn't really quite know how I was going to go about it, but I was just like, I think this is the vision. I'm going to put this up as a vision board and I'm going to ask the question, like, what is conscious marketing? Because to me, I feel like people around defined it as being authentic, as being yourself, as being visible in the best possible way. But what is the deeper meaning of that? So it started with downloads and inquiries that then moved into information and resources over time that gave me some of the answers, but they were definitely weren't right away. And I went through like so many iterations. So, like between the time of having the idea and like actually the manifestation of the companies, there's like a lot of lag time because you've got to develop the skills, skill sets. You gotta have the deeper understandings. And then, you know, there's gotta be a lot. There's gotta be like this alchemical process where you're releasing your own limiting belief patterns to what's even possible, to then even open yourself up to a higher level of consciousness as well. So it's, it's an evolution and it, it comes with a lot of death and rebirths. Like, it's a constant. You know, you start down a path and then you're like, oh, wait a second, there's this and this that's misaligned. So sometimes you kind of have to. I mean, you bring all the, all the information with you, but sometimes you have to say, okay, it's time for this version of me to die, so that the next like higher version of me or this company can emerge from it. And so the more we can be brave to undergo those processes, the quicker and more accelerated we're gonna go on this path.
Yeah, yeah. It's so. It's so. Yeah, I think, like, I love it because it's just this thing of, like, letting go old ways of being and then walking a little more and then clarification and then what's next? And then I love what you said about, like, asking questions. Like, for me, like, I have a teacher that says that and like, we are the quality of our questions. And sometimes, like, we ask a question and we want the answer right away, and sometimes it takes years, right. Until you get the answer. But you know that that answer is there because you asked that question like a year, two, three years ago. But then your process of evolving was, you know, what enables you to receive the answer. So very, very powerful. I love it. Thank you. Thank you.
Oh, no, go ahead.
Oh, I was just going to ask you, and I don't know if. I know you said it wasn't fully public, so feel free to only share what makes sense. But I was just curious, like, for anyone listening, I love this idea of the joint ventures, like, what are the types of projects or types of experiences you're looking to create? So if there's anyone that's listening, you know what, maybe give us an example of the sorts of things you're working on.
Sure, yeah. So in a week or so, I'm going to Hawaii to go to my friend's retreat and we're discussing doing a joint retreat on the topic of activating the Voice, which is a subject that we write a lot about on the multidimensional leaders. And there's just so many aspects to this that it could. Honestly, this is thought leadership for decades to come of the different aspects that can be unlocked with this. But eventually I feel like the goal for those who want it to be is to become that straight up channel for the divine. And, you know, for us to be able to go into a presentation and download information that didn't come from your brain. You know, sometimes I look back at some interviews like, this is definitely coming in where I say stuff and I have no idea where it came from. You know, you're like, how that's brilliant. But did that come from my mind? I'm not really sure. So I wish that for everyone where you come into a presentation or you go into a group and you're saying the exact right thing that they need to hear or you're able to write down a book in a matter of days, as opposed to years, as it usually works for people. So how can we unblock the. This ability to connect more deeply with the Divine? And that takes a lot of releasing many generations and traumas of, you know, not being able to fully express ourselves. So that's just one example of a theme that we're working through. And it's going to be, you know, through a retreat and then continue on into a program. So.
Very cool. Yeah, yeah.
So, like, this idea of downloading and just like it's a state of flow. Right. It's kind of like it comes faster than you can speak in a way, and that's why it happens. Like you don't have time. Well, the way I experience, when I experience, it's kind of like you are translating a language, but you're not thinking about it. It's a different. It's different. And it's kind of like it's being pulled out of you. I don't know if I can explain that, but I've experienced it sometimes that I'm like, wow, did I say that? Or sometimes I say something, and I don't even remember that I said what I said.
Right, right. Yeah. Preparing your body as an open vessel.
Yes.
To be able to, you know, be in that state and also release any blockages that might. Or the fears, of course, as well, that might interfere with your. The conversation that you have with your. Ultimately yourself. But. But yeah, I do think that the Divine kind of uses. Uses different people for their. For the greater goals. And sometimes it comes through you and sometimes simultaneously comes to somebody, you know, across the world who's saying the same exact things. And then you see them in books that are similar, but it's, you know, it's the information that needs to be spread for the greater collective as well. And so the more we can become that for ourselves. Yeah. The greater service I would say we are to the world. But then the deeper layer of that that, you know, I haven't yet gone into, so I have a little bit of fear of going into that, but maybe you'll see that in the coming years from me. But I do think that there is going to be different forms of expression coming out as well. And you might see this already on YouTube, but, you know, there's different forms of light, language and, you know, ancient scriptures that are being rediscovered. So even I went the other day to a sound healing. But this woman was. I mean, she was channeling something from a different universe. Like the frequency of it was, was really out of this world. And so the more that we can expose ourselves to this kind of expression, the more we are like collectively also ascending as well. So that's kind of, I want to say the next version is letting us all express ourselves in the highest form too. Yeah.
Yes, I agree. I'm there with you.
Well, that's actually a perfect segue. You mentioned the word fear twice in different contexts. But like one of the, this is one of the things we've been asking all of our guests around because one of the things that we are often trying to convey to our audience is that as they're taking on these big visions, as they're taking on their meaningful work, it's like perfectly normal to experience fear and resistance as they go about that. And so I'd love to ask you, as you're building what you're building, which I feel like you have a pretty powerful vision, like, how is fear showing up for you these days and what is your process for kind of managing that on a day to day basis if there's anything that you could share with people that might be watching this, experiencing something similar.
Yeah, well, I think first it starts with realizing that it's there, not sort of bypassing it and sort of sitting with the knowledge. I think that's, that's a starting point because then you can go out and find the right mentors to work with to help you release that in whatever format that is best for you. Secondly, I would say for, for me specific and anyone on the spiritual journey, it's getting those psychic tools really spot on because I think that when you are doing some important work, there are like darker forces that come into play and then they do feed off of your fear or your anxiety or whatever that is. And then over time that becomes like an entity or a possession or an attachment of some sort that if you don't have that realization that it's there, it's hard to release. So I am delving into all kinds of ways that I can really protect my energetic field so that I can really, you know, protect my energy, protect my time. And I'm not being sucked into the worry and the lower frequencies as much as I can. You know, of course, we're going through ebbs and flows every day. So I would say, you know, learn as much as you can about, about these different types of tools that are out there for psychic protection because that's going to really enable you to, to do your mission based work.
Yeah. And I, I feel that our audience. Well, we kind of. It kind of runs the spectrum from people that probably speak a very similar language to you and then others that are kind of starting to dabble in this space a little bit more. But for folks that might be a little newer to some of the concepts you're talking about, is there anything that you could think of, like kind of a practical tool or anything that they could use right now, like, if they're experiencing something around fear or a resource you could point them to if it's not that cut and dry?
Yeah, totally. Yeah. I think the easiest tool is just to remember that everything is evolving to love. And so if you can meditate, honestly, just on. You know, one of my mentors talks about a vortex of light. So if you can imagine yourself as a vortex of light, and for that to be continuously spinning around yourself and essentially expanding and extending and expanding, you are, in a way, you know, releasing anything that's kind of in your field. So that is, like, one easy trick that you can enact. And I also think that it. It sets the stage for you to. To believe in yourself as a light being and to step into that feeling of. Of love and. Yeah. That everything is evolving and hope, you know, towards that, whether that's dark or light or whatever. The thing is, it is for our highest good, so that we can evolve. So. Yeah. What do you guys use? I'm curious.
I think I have, for me, like, I. With fear, like, I have. I consider that I have a very healthy relationship with fear. And when I feel fear and resistance, like, I always. The message that comes to me is, like, it's just because it's a part of me that I don't know yet. So then I kind of, like, need to take action towards that thing that, like, scares me the most. And then I use kind of like just breathing techniques so I can trigger on my system the sense of safety, even if I'm experiencing fear. So for me, it's like a guide, you know, And I've been practicing. It wasn't always like this, but I've been practicing this for a while. That's. Right now it's kind of like my autopilot. So if I'm like, I know I need. It doesn't mean that I'll take action right away, but I know this, like, work and gold for me in that direction. And then that kind of like, keeps me moving, and I use that as, like, how and where I should take my life or my decisions.
That's awesome. Yeah, there's. There's just so many techniques for sure.
Yeah.
One of the modalities I use is called theta healing as well. So maybe you guys are familiar, but, yeah, it's. It's, I think, a discovery tool to understand where does it really stem from?
Where.
What's the origin of it? What's the core underlying belief? What's the pattern, you know, that it's reminding you of? Usually between the ages of 0 and 7, when we're really wiring our brains at that time. And yeah, it's amazing when you transform that because then you just. You become a different person or you can step into things that you used to never be able to do. Right. Like, I don't think I. I used to not be able to even be on camera like this before. So, yeah, there's lots of just small incremental things that you notice over time where you've really changed and stepped into your power ultimately as well.
Yeah.
Yeah. I love that. You and me both. I'm the same way in terms of being on camera. I've always had a big fear of public presentation and, yeah, just being seen in this way. So I totally resonate with that. And then, yeah, like, for me, I see here, like, everyone has a different definition of this. I see Melanie is talking about alchemizing fear, and that's something. It's very similar to what Carolina was describing. But this. This idea of it's. And it's almost become a game for me where it's like when I. When I'm able. And something you mentioned earlier is very important. It's like being aware, like, recognizing it. Like, when it comes up first, you have to be able to see it, but when you see it and then you have that awareness, it's almost become this game with myself that feels so freaking powerful. It's like, okay, there it is. And then that means that's the thing I must do or I must go towards. And these feelings that you feel in the body, like what. Or at least for me, what I experiences a feeling of fear of, like, this kind of fiery feeling in my chest. I've almost been able to, like, kind of. And this is.
This is.
I say this from a place of work in progress. And there's varying degrees of this depending on the. The extent of what we're talking about. But I began. I've created this new relationship with that feeling where it's. I. I call it, like. It's like my tickle now. And when I feel that tickle, like when I say the word tickle, like, that has this kind of like, very light feeling to me. And then just like, I'm like, there's that tickle again. And it kind of like brings. Brings me back down. And I'm like, okay, like, this is the thing I must do. And, and, yeah, and. And as you trust yourself and as you allow yourself to step into that space and do those things and feel the tickle as I share, as. As you kind of said, it takes on this life of its own where you just feel this growing personal power. And. And then, yeah, you look back at who you were a couple years ago and you can barely recognize because you've gone so far. But I feel like it's that daily choice to step into that, that that really makes the difference. So, yeah, I resonate a lot with what. What you're sharing there. For. Sure.
Yeah, sure. Yeah. I think there's like this difference, though, between those little fears, like you're saying, like, those tickles, like those things that, like, you know, you just. You need to overcome it, you need to step into it, versus, like, legitimate fear or something else that's coming in to tell you you're not meant to do this. So I think there's also that discernment between. Okay, what is it that I'm just. Maybe I'm just procrastinating on this because I, you know, there's something within me that I need to overcome in order to do it, versus, like, this is something that's coming in as a feeling that's not aligned for me, you know, And I've had legitimate times where, like, I mean, I think I was climbing a mountain and folks were like, oh, I'm gonna go on this, like, ledge piece. And I was like, you know what? I'm good. I'm just gonna go to this other section, you know, and hey, that's like self preservation in a way, right? That's actually self care is like, okay, you know what? That's like a step too far for me right now. Maybe for you, you know, like, that. That's good for you. But so I think there is also this calibration of, hey, like, maybe this time, you know, it's not something I'm comfortable with, but, you know, the next time I'll unlock a few things and I'll start walking on fire and I'll be good, you know, so.
Yeah.
Yeah, sometimes.
Yeah. And I like the word use their alignment because that's. That is also a huge piece of it. Because, like. And we talked about this idea of like, vertical coherence. Where it's like when you have this vision, we talk about saying like your 25 year vision and you know where you're going and then you're bringing that down into the present. That's a big part. Like, so when I talk about the fear and being like, oh, I know this is the thing I must do, it's from that place of alignment, of knowing like this connects with where I'm trying to go. It's not so much just like for. I mean sometimes like there's opportunities where I feel like that could be a fun thing just to be like, oh, I'm gonna go walk on fire or whatever. But it's from this place of alignment, not just because I'm like going to like chase the fear for. For the fear's sake. So yeah, I agree with you that this, or at least the way I would experience it is this alignment pieces is a big part of the equation as well.
Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And there are people who like to do that, like chasing fears who do like skydiving or whatever it is. It's like their way of overcoming. And I've done that to a certain extent where I've gone scuba diving, advanced scuba diving in ways that I was like, oh, I feel uncomfortable. I was like, oh, this is my way of pushing myself and seeing what I'm capable of. So there is something called the amygdala center too. And it's different for different people. That amygdala center is the fear center. And it is actually something interestingly in theta healing that we can expand it. So if we feel like you have a smaller amygdala than maybe the average, then you can meditate on it and imagine yourself like expanding your ability to handle fear or to. Yeah. Not make it as big of a deal. So that's the other thing is like you can change your concept of what you're afraid of just through your mind.
A lot of power in there for sure.
Well, I got one more big question for you and then we'll open it up and see if anyone that's watching has questions. And for anyone who's just joining us, this is Sacred Business Stories. And we're joined today by Michelle Parad and she runs an organization called Multi Dimensional Leaders. But Michelle, the thing I wanted to ask you about next is it's about connection. So many of our people and being here on Substack, this is a big thing. Like people are looking to connect more, but they, yeah, they're looking to make more meaningful, authentic connection. But A lot of people struggle with that, especially online or maybe they, they're okay with it in person, but they get online and they don't know quite how to show up. So I'd love to hear for you, like, what is your take on connection and what advice might you give for someone who feels like they have something really powerful to share with the world but they're not quite sure how to put themselves out there?
Yeah, I mean, I think the thing is that we're all so unique. So I think the advice for me is like, from me is, you know, don't follow anyone else's specific advice, like learn and understand what's out there and available in terms of all the different types of strategies that could be for you and then make your own decisions about what feels good. You know, a long time ago someone did like a human design session on me and, and then I was like, no, I'm not going to take your advice and I'm gonna do ads or whatever. And the ads just like completely failed and was like a lot of money not well spent. And I think I was just trying to like prove it wrong somehow. But then I realized, wow, you know, I should just really lean into what I'm, what I'm good at, what I've been doing all along, which is honestly, I just go out and have one on one conversations with people and that's how I form deep relationships. And that's where, you know, it turns into future opportunities and collaborations. And so I feel like sometimes we over complicate it and we're like, we've got to be in five different places, five different platforms and you know, maybe for some people it makes sense for their business model or whatever it is. For me it's really been, you know, one person at a time, one connection at a time has really been the best. And whenever I don't do that and I end up trying to create a lot of content for social media or whatever else and I forget to do that piece. My business completely like doesn't do as well. So, you know, you just have to lean into what feels natural for you in particular. And so for me it's, you know, more. So I guess you would say the networking piece and also forming these community containers where, yeah, it's like the coolest thing. You know, people show up and we have these amazing, I want to say cosmic conversations that happen, that lead us all into the next phase or, you know, the next action steps for us all as a collective as well. So. But yeah, I think you Know, looking at things like human design, looking at, you know, archetypes. I have an archetype quiz, too. There's something called the sacred money archetypes. Definitely that one was like, wow, for sure. Because I have like the connector one on there and the alchemist, and they all have their separate meanings. So anything you can use, like, you know, even team keys, is also wonderful as a map, as a tool to help you really figure out your most aligned strategy. I think the better off you are to just, you know, zoom in and focus on what you're doing. Naturally talented and good at.
I love that. And tell us a little bit more about your. So you mentioned you have an archetype quiz. Like, tell us a little bit more about that in case it's interesting.
So it's called your brilliance archetype, and there's 12 archetypes. I honestly, I created them after people that I knew and then I had them take the test and they got the one. So I was like, okay, this is legitimately working somehow, like energetically, because I think people overthink the quiz and they're like, I'll just the right answer or whatever. But typically they always get the right one that is wanting to be birthed through them at this point in time. Like, if you're to take this quiz five in five years, maybe you'll have a slightly different archetype. But it's basically a way to express yourself. It's another way to understand the strategy that you might have around content creation or even, you know, the lifestyle and the business that you should have. So somebody who's like an explorer, most likely they're going to be traveling and then, you know, bringing back information from the places that they're going to and then sharing that out with the world, you know, and then there's other people who are rebels and they're meant to, like, disrupt systems and they're meant to share things that are really contrary to what people typically, you know, the status quo of what people think. So, yeah, it's just another way of getting, getting to know yourself, getting to step into another version of you. So, yeah, highly recommend checking it out.
Yeah, we'll. We'll definitely get that link from you and make sure that we, we include it in the, in the recap. So if anyone's interested in taking that, they'll. They'll be able to find it easily here at this point. Yeah, that's pretty much what we had. I would love to ask you. Oh, go ahead.
Question here from Melanie. She's Asking, do you have a way of refraining networking if it's so corporate? And that doesn't vibe with me anymore. But I realize the import of making connections.
Sorry, was that?
Yeah, it's just like, have a way to reframe networking.
Reframe? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, that is definitely something. You know, I've just reframed networking from the perspective of, like, within my own community. But, you know, if you're showing up to someone else's networking group or call, I always set the intention before I go into the space to be like, hey, creator, please connect me with people that are in the highest good. And what tends to happen is then I do get into a breakout room with somebody who, whether or not they're useful to me, they have the exact right message that I meant to hear. So it's like, it's very, very interesting. You know, it's like suddenly there's three people in a room and they're all talking about, like, time management. It's like, okay, Michelle, that's a sign. Something like that. Right? So, yeah, I always think of it like, as, there's no coincidences and especially if you set the intention before going into a space, even if it's very corporate y, even if it's very transactional, still you're going to get something out of it or you might find the right person who's then going to connect you to somebody else that is the most aligned person. So, yeah, always go into spaces. Like, even if you think, okay, oh, this is. This is not a conscious group or whatever, like, I'm wasting my time. No, like, you're going to find the person in that space. So I encourage you to think of it or transform the way that you show up in different spaces. And then of course, I encourage everybody to create their own communities as well so that you can create the type of space that you want. Right. The type of interactions that you want, the connections or the questions that you want to generate. And then it's going to be based on your value system and your tribe is going to be attracted to that space. So, yeah. Hope that answers.
Yeah, I love what you share. And I would just add to Melanie, like, don't let the word block you from going to places like this. Right? No, don't let the word network, like, oh, I'm not gonna go. Because it's still whatever it is. Because it's like kind of what you said, like the energy that you bring to it doesn't matter the place. It matters the energy that or the intention that you had with you go to any place. So I'm sure like. Yeah, just. Just what you said and not letting this block her or you, Melanie too, from, from going and showing up and setting the intention. Because you always gonna receive like if you ask him if you have a clear intention, like you are getting 100% of that like all the time.
Yeah, totally.
Yeah, I love that. I love intentions too.
Michelle, we're a little over on time, but I wanted to make sure if there were any other questions. Do you have time or are you on a deadline?
Yeah, okay.
Yeah, just was going to open it up. If there's anyone on the chat that has any other questions for you, this would be the time. And I don't know, did we miss any other Carolina, I didn't see that one from Mel come through. Were there any other questions?
No, I was following. It was just Melanie's question here. Yeah.
And. And maybe while. So if anyone's on there and wants has any questions, please jump in. But maybe while we're waiting for that, anyone that is, you know, of course you're here with us on substack. But if anyone's been listening to this interview and is more curious about your work, what would you suggest for them in terms of the best place to check it out or a good starting point? I know you mentioned the quiz, the archetypes, Any other suggestions you would have for anyone listening?
Yeah, for sure. Well, do come to the substack multidimensional-leaders.com this is where we're, you know, showcasing different voices from the community at large. If you feel like you're fit for one of the themes that's in there. I'm always looking for contributors as well. So yeah, keep. I'm always talking about what's up next for the community on there. So that's probably the best place to. To keep updated with everything we have going on. And we are putting on a virtual summit pretty soon called build your influence ecosystem. So that's going to be on a separate substack publication as well. So definitely follow me there too. And there's going to be some, some really exciting presentations and experiences coming out of that as well. So.
Very cool, very cool. And then I kind of alluded to this at the beginning when I mentioned that Ed had recommended we bring you on the show. Is there anyone that you could think of that you think would be a great fit for being showcased on this series?
Yeah, I mean, I would recommend one of the speakers from the summit. I'm putting together. She's really big on substack as well. Veronica Lorca Smith. And she's from the lemon tree mindset. And she, she talks about public speaking becoming a bestseller on substack. Writing books. Yeah. So she's pretty multifaceted and has a lot of wisdom as well to share.
Well, could you repeat her name just one more time? I know. I'll have him. I just want to make sure I caught that.
Veronica Lorca Smith.
Awesome, Veronica. Cool.
Yeah.
Thank you for that. Well, that's all we have. I just wanted to thank you very much for joining us and making time. We're super grateful to have you. And, yeah, we'll be sharing. I don't know if you've seen any of our recaps, but we'll be sharing out a recap of this conversation with our list, and we'll also share that with you. So if you'd like to share it with your people, you'll have that available as well. But yeah, thank you so much for your time and being with us today.
Thank you.
To meet you both. Yeah.
Thank you.
All right. Have a great rest of your day, Michelle, thank you so much.
All right. Bye.
Take care, everyone. Bye.
