Hi guys. Quick message. As we've been talking a lot about essence, what it is, how it feels, what it is to be your essence, Right. I thought that I would just drop a quick message here for you because my understanding, my feeling and my experience shows me that if I'm being my essence and if I'm bringing this energy into form, it requires courage. That. So it is action taken from my heart. So it doesn't mean that I know all the steps. Like, it's actually the opposite. Like I have a feeling that I want to do this and it might be risky, usually actually has to be risky. Like it has to involve a little bit of either risk, fear, facing the unknown, like not being so sure of what's going to happen. So if you're experiencing something like that in your life, put a smile on your face. That's my message for you. So just relabel instead of like, oh, I feel fear. I don't want to feel that because it's not comfortable. Just like, maybe just look with the eyes of curiosity and like, oh, what is this? What is trying to emerge here? So put a smile on your face because it's coming from your soul, it's coming from your deepest desires, and, and I'm sure it will be like a beautiful outcome. But the whole process might not be the easiest because it's not doing the same that we're used to. So it's not stepping into the non. It's not your comfort zone or whatever we call it. It's really like, oh, I don't know what's next. So if you want to live from your heart, it does require courage. So you will be facing risks, you will be facing fear, you will be facing the unknown. So just smile and let me know how it felt when you were able just to switch, you know, just to change like this, this little perspective about the same thing. The situation is there, the fear is there, the unknown is there. But now you're like, what is it for me? What is there with curiosity? So much love, beautiful day.
