One, I had my first, you know, skin cancer diagnosis. It was in like my hair, which was interesting. So I had to like scoop it out of my scalp and then suture my head shut. It was the good kind of skin cancer my dermatologist told me, which is I guess a blessing, but kind of my first reality of like, hey dude, you're not getting younger and there's probably more of this coming. Okay, that's one. Two, again, I'm watching as Nerd Fitness is losing 80% of its traffic and there's nothing that I can do about it because Google's not coming back. Um, and then I went through an amicable but like heartbreaking divorce and all of a sudden, like these things all happened with pretty close succession, uh, in close succession rather. So I tell my publisher, just a heads up, this book is gonna take a little bit longer. Mm-hmm.
