You’re using it all wrong! How recruiters can harness the power of Chat GPT….

Sam Miller says recruiters waste ChatGPT by asking it to write from scratch. Instead, write your draft first, then use ChatGPT to edit it and generate headline options. The tool works best as an editor that adds personality to your own ideas, not as a replacement for them.
I think it's fair to say that ChatGPT is a bit of a craze at the moment. ChatGPT.
ChatGPT. ChatGPT. A lot of AI analysts say it's as revolutionary as the internet.
However, the majority of people are using it all wrong. Since ChatGPT's release, I've used it to help me craft posts that have generated tens of thousands of views and got me multiple inbound leads. Today I'm going to give you some valuable insight as to what I've learned about this software and how you can start using it to maximize your results. First things first, let me make one thing very clear. ChatGPT is not here to replace you. It's here to enhance your skills and make your life a whole lot easier. Okay, I get it. It can write a post from scratch in a matter of seconds, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be an excellent piece of content. In fact, most of the time it's pretty average. To make it excellent, it needs your expertise. The real magic of ChatGPT happens during the editing process. The best post will be a mixture of your expertise and then using ChatGPT to sprinkle some magic on at the end. So I recommend always starting off by writing a first draft yourself and then putting it into ChatGPT when you're finished. Then it will be a case of picking out the best bits and constructing something that you're happy with. The end result will be something that is unique to your market, but written in a more engaging way. One thing that separates ChatGPT from other language models is its ability to take on different personalities. If you're not using these personality commands properly, then ChatGPT is going to spit out something that is stale and robotic. So here's a very powerful tip. Let ChatGPT know if you want something to be witty or funny or even angry, and watch as it creates something completely different to the original piece. To make it even easier for you, here are the exact words that I write: improve this content and make it witty. It will take my original post that I wrote myself and just add those few extra layers of magic. Finally, make sure you're using it to craft better headlines. After helping dozens and dozens of recruiters master the art of content, headlines are still one of the biggest things that I see people struggle with, and ChatGPT is pretty damn good at giving you a head start. When you're finished writing a post, give ChatGPT this command: create 5 impactful headlines for this post, and then sit back and watch as it gives you some pretty good options to start with. But remember, the magic is in the editing. Pick and choose the best words until you're happy with the end result.
